Four people were killed, three others were hurt and three others were robbed - including an off-duty cop - during a Halloween weekend marked by gun violence, police said last night.

* An unidentified man was found with a head wound about 9 p.m. at 31st and Oakdale streets, North Philadelphia. He was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital at 9:26 p.m.

* An off-duty police officer was robbed at gunpoint at 54th and Berks streets, in Overbrook, last night. A suspect approached the cop's car as he was stopped at a traffic light. The suspect demanded his keys and wallet and told him to leave the vehicle, police said. The carjacker tried to start the ignition, but failed and jumped out of the car and fled. He made away with $50. The police officer was not harmed.

* An unidentified man was found dead in his car with a gunshot wound to his chest about 8:30 last night at Warren and Master streets, in West Philadelphia. A silver Pontiac Grand Prix containing four men and possibly missing a headlight was seen fleeing the scene.

* An unidentified 24-year-old male, shot once in the head, was found dead shortly after 1:30 a.m. yesterday on Reese Street near Diamond, North Philadelphia. The man was pronounced dead there.

* One man was killed and another seriously hurt outside a bar on Washington Avenue near 6th Street, in South Philadelphia, about 1 a.m. Saturday, said police spokeswoman Officer Christine O'Brien. Apparently the two men had argued with a third man, a possible suspect, according to homicide detectives.

Police found Van Tri Chi, of Dedaker Street near Serota Place, in the Northeast, with a stab wound to the stomach. He was pronounced dead at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

* Another male, 31, was found in the lot stabbed twice in the back, police said. He was in stable condition last night at Jefferson. Anyone with information about any of the homicides is asked to call police at 215-686-3334 or -3335.

_ An unidentified 25-year-old man was shot once in the left arm and back about 5 p.m. yesterday at 39th and Wallace streets, in West Philadelphia, police said.

Police took the victim to Presbyterian Medical Center. He was later taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was listed in stable condition. Police reported no motive or suspects.

* A man wearing a Halloween mask shot a 24-year-old woman once in the face about 7:30 p.m. Friday in front of her home on York Road near 26th Street, in North Philadelphia, O'Brien said.

The woman, who was not identified by police, was found unresponsive on the home's front steps, she said. She was in critical condition at Temple University Hospital yesterday.

A 53-year-old man who also lives at the home told police that he had answered the front door and saw a masked man brandishing a silver revolver. The resident said that the gunman announced a robbery but that he pushed him out the door, police said. A few seconds later, the man said, he heard a gunshot outside and saw the victim on the ground, police said.

Anyone with information on this attack is asked to call Central Detectives at 215-686- 3093.

* Three armed men entered Fourth Street Auto Sales, in Feltonville, Friday night, robbing the owner and an employee of cash and personal items, police spokeswoman O'Brien said.

Once they took the loot, the trio restrained the men with duct tape and locked them in one of the dealership's offices. A few minutes later, the men were able to free themselves and called police, a supervisor at East Detectives said. The dealership is on Wyoming Avenue at 4th Street.

The thieves took $2,900 from the owner and a cell phone and a set of car keys from the employee, O'Brien said.

One suspect was described as a black man, 25 years old, 5-feet-11 and 165 pounds with a slim build and short hair, police said. He was wearing a black and gray sweater, black jeans and a black jacket, police said. The second suspect was described as black, 30 years old, 6-feet-2, 260 pounds and wearing a full beard. He was wearing black jeans, black jacket and a black skull cap, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call East Detectives at 215-686-3243.
