Jealous Nxivm leader allegedly had sex slave seduce rival to keep tabs on him

Nxivm’s Keith Raniere was so jealous about a romantic rival that he instructed one of his sex slaves to seduce the younger man so the accused sex-cult leader could keep tabs on him, a witness said Friday.

The reputed slave, known only as Nicole, testified that the obsessive Raniere instructed her to go deep undercover using the name “Sam Suite” to entrap the man.

Raniere loathed his rival after learning he’d had sex with another one of his sex slaves, Camila, according to previous testimony.

“Keith said to go get pink shorts, because it was better to look innocent,” Nicole, a budding actress, said. “He said I was born to do this.”

The accused charlatan told Nicole he could never do what she was doing because “it would be so hard for him to ever lie to someone,” she said.

The 58-year-old Nxivm leader told her to both flirt with and insult his foe — and then “turn him over” to some made-up woman known as “Mistress Akira.”

Raniere is on trial for various charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy for his role in Nxivm.

Allison Mack allegedly starved ‘Dynasty’ star Catherine Oxenberg’s daughter India

The daughter of “Dynasty” actress Catherine Oxenberg spent a year on a 500-calorie-a-day diet while in Nxivm’s secret sex cult, a former slave testified Friday.

Ex-member “Nicole” testified that “Smallville” actress and alleged slave master Allison "Gums" Mack was so manipulative, she’d threaten to starve Oxenberg’s daughter India even further to ensure that Nicole remained obedient.

”When India and I became close, they would use her to make me behave,” Nicole explained during the sex-trafficking trial of accused Nxivm leader Keith Raniere.

“Alison was trying to have [Oxenberg] get down to a certain weight, and they decided that goal weight was 107 pounds,” Nicole said.

Previous witnesses have described how Raniere preferred his “slaves” skinny, sleep-deprived and compliant.

“It was just really hard to watch, sometimes,” Nicole sobbed as she recalled seeing Oxenberg struggle with her forced diet. “It was tough on her.”

Even when Nicole finally gathered the courage to leave the group, Mack tried to lure her back in, again using her friend.

“The first thing Allison said is ‘Look what this is doing to India, she hasn’t eaten since she got your email,” Nicole testified of her final meeting with her fellow slaves. “And India said ‘Well, that’s not entirely true.'”

The 31-year-old actress repeatedly broke down Friday as she described the humiliating rituals she endured for her “master” Mack — including weekly naked group pictures for Raniere that the former Smallville sidekick termed “family photos.”

The svelte brunette told jurors she knew the photos were for Raniere because she’d seen him respond to a texted image from Mack, writing “all mine” alongside a devil emoji.

“This was supposed to be a a woman’s empowerment group, how is it empowering to make us take off our clothes to send photos to a man?” she sobbed to jurors.

“How is it empowering? Because it feels completely degrading.”

Nicole testified she met with her fellow slaves at least once a week at Mack’s Halfmoon, New York home for what the actress called “church service.” Mack had nicknames for all her slaves, Nicole told jurors, saying the onetime TV star called her “the Brat,” and Oxenberg “the Princess.”

The DOS slave’s mother and father wept from the gallery as she described the excruciating pain of having Raniere’s initials seared into her flesh with a cauterizing pen.

“I was resigned to the fact that I was getting branded,” Nicole said, and then broke down again as she explained that she focused on thoughts of her family as she endured the ordeal.

“It sounds stupid now, but I thought, ‘What would you go through for your little brother?’ And I thought, ‘I can do this. I can do this.'”

She said she finally felt free to leave after coming across a blog run by a Nxivm defector that listed her as a sex slave of Raniere’s.

“It was like, a flash of reality,” she said.

When she finally confronted Raniere, he told her DOS was a walk in the park, she testified Friday.

“You guys think you have it so bad,” she recalled him saying. “But this is nothing compared to other alternative subculture groups.”

Nicole, whose last name is being withheld, continues on the stand in Brooklyn Federal Court on Monday.

Nxivm ‘sex slave’ says she had to sign non-compete contract

Nxivm’s sex slaves had to demonstrate the ultimate loyalty to their masters — by inking non-compete contracts, a former member testified Monday.

The ex-slave, referred to as Nicole in Brooklyn federal court, said her “master,’’ “Smallville’’ TV actress Allison "Gums" Mack, told her she had to sign the document in 2017.

Nicole — who said she was ordered to call Allison “Madame "Gums" Mack” — added that she was told she also had to sign other papers that would release the accused cult of liability for such things as “physical and psychological injuries” and “disfigurement.”

The former sex slave said she even had to sign an agreement stating that anything she created could be published under leader Keith Raniere’s name.

Nicole said she didn’t want to sign the papers and ultimately never did because Mack grew distracted and apparently forgot about them.

Another slave, identified only as Sylvie, has previously testified of signing similar papers for her master, who was not Mack.

Raniere is on trial for sex trafficking and other charges. Mack and other alleged accomplices have copped plea deals.

Allison Mack said sex with cult leader would ‘heal’ molestation trauma: ex-Nxivm ‘slave’
By Emily Saul

Actress Allison "Gums" Mack told a Nxivm slave who was molested as a child that the best way to “heal” was to have sex with their creepy leader, the woman testified Tuesday.

“This is going to help you get rid of all your sexual-abuse trauma,” the TV “Smallville” star allegedly told then-member “Jay,” while urging her to sleep with accused sex-trafficker and cult leader Keith Raniere.

“And I give you permission to enjoy it ,” Mack added according to Jay, who testified at Raniere’s Brooklyn federal-court trial Monday that she was repeatedly molested by an uncle at age 12.

Jay — the alleged former slave of Nvixm member India Oxenberg, the daughter of ex-TV “Dynasty” star Catherine Oxenberg — said this was the moment she realized, “I need to get the f- -k out of here.

“Internally, I was just like, ‘you f–king bitch,’” she said of Mack, one of Nxivm’s alleged slave masters.

“I was horrified and enraged with the fact that she would try to re-traumatize me, [saying] that doing something sexual with someone that I didn’t want would heal my sexual trauma.”

But Jay said the “emotionally abusive” Mack told her that it should be “an honor and a privilege” for her to sleep with Raniere.

The former slave said Mack told her, “Me and India have been talking. We wanted to give you this special assignment.

“The assignment was for me to seduce Keith and have him take naked pictures,” Jay said.

But India allegedly ordered her slave not to wax — because Ranierie liked his women with a lot of pubic hair. :barf9:

Raniere considered waxing “propaganda from the porn industry perpetuating violence against women,’’ Jay said India told her.

Jay said she freaked out when she eventually Googled Raniere and the group and began planning her escape.

Her time with Nxivm was less than a year, from around the end of 2016 to mid-2017, Jay said.

Before she left, Jay said Mack asked her, “Are you saying you think I’m an accomplice to a child molester?’’

“Yes,” Jay said she replied.

Seagram’s heiress Clare Bronfman :eek:rth: coughed up more than $14 million to fund the defense of Nxivm leader Keith Raniere, herself and other accused sex cult cohorts, Brooklyn jurors heard Tuesday.

Government witness Richard Guerci, formerly of the IRS, testified that the liquor scion had deposited more than $14.3 million into an irrevocable trust to cover legal bills for herself and others charged in connection with Raniere.

While it was previously known Bronfman established the trust, the amount had remained a mystery.

Earlier Tuesday, prosecutor Mark Lesko told the court the sum had not been deposited all at once but in six or seven installments.

Guerci revealed that the trust had one other donor in addition to Bronfman: former high-ranking Nxivm member Jack Levy — who donated a comparatively paltry $1,030.

Raniere stands accused of running a secret master-slave group within Nxivm called DOS, in which women were branded, starved and forced to have sex with him.

Jurors on Tuesday listened as the investigator explained a series of purchases the 58-year-old allegedly authorized on an American Express card belonging to his dead partner, Pamela Cafritz.

The charges included $783.61 worth of a supplement called Prosvent — which can be used to treat erectile dysfunction.

Multiple witnesses have testified that Raniere had difficulty maintaining an erection.

Bronfman pleaded guilty earlier this year to conspiracy to conceal and harbor an illegal alien for financial gain, and fraudulent use of identification. She’s awaiting sentencing.

Jurors seated on the trial of accused sex cult leader Keith Raniere appeared horrified Thursday as they were shown over a dozen sexually explicit images that prosecutors say depict a 15-year-old girl.

FBI Special Agent Maegan Rees approached the jury box Thursday with an opaque red binder, slowly turning each of the 18 pages to reveal child pornography allegedly found in the Nxivm leader’s upstate study during a March 27, 2018, raid.

The graphic photos, which were viewed solely by the panel of eight men and four women, depict a person identified in court as Camila.

The courtroom sat in silence as the tense jurors viewed the images. One man appeared frozen, mouth agape, while others quickly glanced at the images and then averted their gaze. Another male juror repeatedly rubbed his eyes following each photo, while his seatmate raised his eyebrows and exhaled deeply.

The few female jurors sat, jaws clenched, as they took in each photograph.

FBI information specialist Brian Booth testified Thursday that the metadata associated with the images of Camila were most likely taken on Nov. 2 and Nov. 24, 2005 — when she would have been 15.

Raniere — who ignored the spectacle playing out across the courtroom — is accused of running a secret master-slave society called DOS, in which women were starved, branded with his initials, and coerced into having sex with him. Camila is said to have been his first-ever sex slave.

The 58-year-old is facing various charges, such as sex trafficking and racketeering, including acts of child sexual exploitation and possession of child pornography.

An FBI agent previously testified that the images were recovered in a backup folder on a hard drive found by authorities in Raniere’s “Executive Library,” where the creepy accused cult leader also kept a bed suspended over a hot tub.

The alleged child porn was found in a folder labeled “studies,” along with pornographic images of 11 other adult women — including Raniere’s co-defendants Lauren Salzman and Kathy Russell.

The folder also contained sexually explicit images of Daniela and Marianna, Camila’s older sisters.

While Camila has not testified at Raniere’s trial, messages and emails exchanged between her and Raniere suggest their relationship began before she was legally capable of giving consent.

Nxivm leader taught disciples that women enjoyed rape: witness
By Emily Saul and Lia Eustachewich
June 14, 2019 | 12:41pm

The accused sex cult leader of Nxivm taught his disciples that women enjoyed being raped and child abuse wasn’t a crime, a witness testified Friday.

Keith Raniere’s disturbing lessons were part of a higher-level course within the purported self-help group called the “Human Experiment.”

“As you move up [in Nxivm course work], the rhetoric in the curriculum appears to be more misogynistic and there’s a great deal of sexual overtone,” FBI special agent Michael Weinger told jurors in Brooklyn federal court.

Subcourse “Sex, Rape and Orgasm” taught Nxivm students that women achieve ultimate pleasure from being raped.

“There is tension ultimately of being overcome,” one of the tenets read — which was flashed on the screen in the courtroom.

Another claimed, “Often women who have that report an unexpected experience of freedom which occurs during rape.”

Raniere, who faces up to life in prison on sex-trafficking and other charges, also allegedly wrote in an email, “There is a certain percentage of women that when they get raped they have orgasms.”

“There are a few that I’ve spoken to and counseled that say they never had an orgasm in their life until they were raped,” Raniere wrote.

Another subcourse that was taught was “Abuse, Rights and Injury,” which denied sexual abuse of a child was a crime.

Those credos included “Where is the injury if an adult parent has sex with a child and the child enjoys it?” and “An adult and child are having sex, what’s the difference between the child being tickled and the child being stimulated?”

Meanwhile, earlier in the day, prosecutors alleged Nxivm collateral showing alleged sex slave Sarah Edmondson being branded was somehow leaked to Mexican media.

“Since the start of this trial, I viewed a video that was on Mexican television that was of the branding ceremony of Sarah,” testified Weniger, who has been investigating Nxivm since October 2017.

An objection to the line of questioning was called by the defense, prompting nigger-loving Judge Nicholas Garaufis to hold a sidebar conversation.

Weiniger was not questioned further about the video.

Nxivm zealot offered Keith Raniere teen daughter as virginal sacrifice
By Emily Saul
June 13, 2019 | 8:01pm | Updated June 13, 2019 | 11:26pm

One of Nxivm leader Keith Raniere’s top-tier sex slaves offered up her teenage daughter as a virginal sacrifice to him, jurors heard Thursday during his sex trafficking trial.

“I am 100 percent clear that you are what I want for my daughter (and obviously myself),” DOS slave Rosa Laura Junco wrote in an email to Raniere in August of 2015, attaching her then-underaged daughter Lauris’ school schedule.

The creepy message was brought into evidence through FBI special agent Michael Weniger, who testified that Junco’s daughter was a minor when the exchange took place, though he couldn’t recall her exact age.

“I fear I may be affecting Lauris and your possibility for a successor,” Junco told Raniere in the email, adding she just needs a little time.

Jurors have previously heard testimony that Raniere was on the hunt for virgins he could use as a “vessel” or “successor” to achieve an unexplained immortality, and had asked his first-ever sex slave Camila to help him shepherd a virgin through a “pure” life until he was ready for her.

Raniere is facing various charges, including accusations of sexual exploitation of a child and possession of child pornography — stemming from photos of Camila prosecutors claim were taken when she was just 15 years old.

Through Weniger, prosecutors Thursday introduced a variety of never-before-seen intimate exchanges between the 58-year-old accused cult leader and his sex slaves — including “Smallville” actress Allison "Gums" Mack thanking him and another slave for a threesome.

“I love that I smell like a mixture of you both,” she writes in the email.

In another March 2016 exchange, Raniere tells Mack to send over her own slave, the daughter of “Dynasty” actress Catherine Oxenberg.

“Does India know in order to complete her [assignment] she needs to take all her clothes off, while I am clothed, pose in the most revealing way, and have me take a picture?” he writes, referencing India Oxenberg.

Raniere was treated to a redacted peak of his old life Thursday, when prosecutors asked Weniger to describe a “family photo” of naked first-line DOS slaves, including Mack and “Battlestar Galactica” actress Nicki Clyne.

While the image was not seen by the public, it did appear at the defense table, where Raniere leaned in to take a long, hard look.

“Would you describe the individuals in the photo as having a lot of pubic hair?” prosecutor Moira Penza asked Weinger as Raniere craned his neck to get a better view.

“Yes,” the agent replied. Multiple DOS slaves have testified they were ordered not to groom their pubic hair :barf2:, according to Raniere’s sexual preference.

Prosecutors are expected to rest their case Friday.

Jurors start huddling without hearing from Nxivm leader Keith Raniere
By Emily Saul
June 14, 2019 | 6:17pm | Updated June 14, 2019 | 6:26pm

The trial against accused sex-cult leader Keith Raniere has wrapped up — without the Svengali-like Nxivm guru taking the stand.

Brooklyn federal prosecutors rested their case against Raniere, 58, around lunch Friday after a six-week trial.

Questioned about whether the defendant would take the stand in his own defense, Raniere and his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, quietly conferred at the table before the attorney said his client did not wish to testify.

Nigger-loving Judge Nicholas Garaufis then directed a series of questions at the self-proclaimed “Grandmaster,” who quietly answered each question in an even tone.

“I do, your honor,” Raniere responded when asked if he understood he had a right to testify.

Earlier Friday, Agnifilo made a motion to dismiss the indictment, saying the government had failed to prove his client had engaged in racketeering or commercial sex-trafficking.

Garaufis denied the motion.

The government rested its case after presenting the jury with images of child pornography they claim Raniere possessed of one of his sex slaves — and presenting jurors with a series of increasingly nauseating statements from the Nxivm leader.

Prosecutors claim that Raniere founded a secret master-slave society called DOS, in which women were branded with his initials, starved, and ordered to have sex with him.

Jurors heard testimony from multiple former Nxivm members and sex slaves who described how the sex-obsessed Raniere required they pose for nude photos, engage in group sex and perform penance — such as spanking themselves with leather paddles — if they stepped out of line.

Later Friday, Nxivm’s former president, Nancy Salzman, agreed to forfeit $515,770 in cash, a Steinway grand piano, and a handful of properties in the Albany area — including “Smallville” actress Allison "Gums" Mack’s home at 7 General’s Way in Clifton Park, NY.

Salzman pleaded guilty to a single charge of racketeering conspiracy in March. Her sentencing is for July 10.

Opening statements are expected to begin Monday. Raniere faces life behind bars if convicted.

Three of Nxivm leader Keith Raniere’s alleged sex slaves showed up in court Monday, as closing arguments in his trial got underway.

The ex-“slaves” included women known only as Nicole and Jay, as well as India Oxenberg, the daughter of “Dynasty” actress Catherine Oxenberg.

Earlier this month, Nicole testified that “Smallville” actress Allison "Gums" Mack — and Raniere’s alleged slave master — starved India as part of her membership in Nxivm’s secret sorority called DOS.

Jay also testified, saying she served as India’s “slave.” Neither India nor Mack took the stand.

Raniere has been on trial for six weeks in Brooklyn federal court.

The 58-year-old self-styled guru faces up to life in prison on sex trafficking and other charges for running the alleged upstate sex cult and masquerading it as a self-empowerment group.

Nxivm was all about sex — why else was there a sex toy dungeon?: feds
By Emily Saul
June 18, 2019 | 3:32pm

If the cult Nxivm wasn’t about sex, then why was its leader building a dungeon featuring cages, rubber-spiked paddles and “puppy trainer’’ dog collars to use on female members? a Brooklyn prosecutor said Tuesday.

“So let me get this straight. What was going to happen in the dungeon? With the cages and the tails?” Assistant US Attorney Mark Lesko told jurors in a rebuttal statement, after defendant Keith Raniere’s lawyer insisted in closing arguments that his client was simply a chick magnet doling out life advice.

The “tails’’ were the vibrating “puppy plug’’ sex toys ordered by a group higher-up as part of a kinky binge shopping spree.

“Were they going to knit sweaters in the dungeon? Of course it was about sex,’’ Lesko said.

But “these women were not attracted to’’ Raniere, the prosecutor said.

“Sylvie said she found him creepy,’’ Lesko said, referring to Raniere and a former slave who revealed the alleged sick inner workings of the group in previous testimony.

“And what about the vagina shots are attractive?’’ the prosecutor said of the photos taken of some slaves’ privates.

The group was a supposed self-help organization.

“How did the dungeon help with that?” Lesko asked. “And that tail thing?

“The attraction went one way — the defendant’s way,’’ Lesko said.

“Let’s cut to the chase. It’s 2015. [Raniere’s dying lover] for years had been procuring women for the defendant. So what did he do?’’

He created a formalized system to “serve up and continue to serve up a steady stream of sex partners for him.’’

The master-slave group within Nxivm, known as DOS, “was literally a pornography machine, pumping out photos and photos of nude women,’’ Lesko said.

The prosecutor listed five locations discussed at trial as having been havens for the alleged twisted incidents. One included Raniere’s upstate “executive library,’’ where a hard drive was recovered holding alleged child pornography.

“This is the place where the defendant stored Camilla’s childhood after he took it from her,’’ Lesko said, referring to the hard drive and Raniere’s alleged then-15-year-old sex slave. “Where he stored her innocence. She wasn’t adultlike when he took those pictures of her with her legs spread. She was a child.’’

Nxivm leader liked ‘sex slaves’ thin – but pigged out on junk food
By Emily Saul
June 19, 2019 | 12:31pm

He oinked at women and starved his slaves — but accused sex cult leader Keith Raniere was a hypocrite who enjoyed pigging out junk food, according to a former member.

The accused pervert ate “pizza around the clock” and “cakes galore,” a source with knowledge of his eating habits told The Post.

“What he didn’t eat: vegetables, salad,” said the source, who declined to be named out of fear of retribution from those who remain loyal to the jailed Nxivm founder.

While Raniere preferred rail-thin women — one witness testified that “Vanguard” claimed any extra weight on a woman disrupted his sexual “energy” — he spent his time chowing down on snacks like piles of salty potato chips dipped in hot sauce he’d been brought from followers around the world.

The source said the alleged sex trafficker “claimed that to him, food was only about fuel, not taste. But then he’d complain about the taste if it wasn’t up to scratch.”

The gluttonous “guru” became especially tyrannical around his August 26 birthday, she said, which was celebrated in the community with a week-long hoopla known as “Vanguard Week.”

“During V Week, the women would make dozens of cakes for him to try, while starved DOS members watched him eat,” the source wrote via text. “He especially liked high calorie cakes i.e. heavy chocolate cake.”

Raniere is accused of heading a secret master-slave society within Nxivm called DOS, in which women were kept excruciatingly skinny, branded with his initials and ordered to have sex with him.

Multiple witnesses at trial have testified about Raniere’s obsession with monitoring the weight and caloric intake of women with whom he was sexually involved.

A prosecution witness identified in court only as Daniela told jurors she was told to lose 20 pounds before Raniere would even consider having sex with her.

She also testified the gorger would lay on the couch and oink whenever a member of his harem would try and grab anything from the fridge.

Another witness and sex slave of “Smallville” actress Allison "Gums" Mack named Nicole said Mack limited herself to 600 calories a day as part of a reputed self-help regimen drawn up by Raniere — and forced another of her slaves, India Oxenberg, to consume just 500 calories a day.

Raniere’s attorney Marc Agnifilo did not respond to a request for comment.

The 58-year-old faces up to life behind bars if convicted of rackeetering, sex trafficking and other charges.

Jurors reach verdict in Nxivm ‘sex cult’ leader Keith Raniere’s trial

Jurors in the Nxivm trial have reached a verdict Wednesday.

The panel of four women and eight men sent a note during their lunch break saying they reached a unanimous decision on Keith Raniere’s fate.

The 58-year-old self-styled guru faces racketeering, sex trafficking and other related charges for allegedly recruiting a harem of sex slaves by masquerading Nxivm as a self-empowerment organization.

The verdict comes after roughly four hours of deliberations.

He faces up to life in prison if convicted on the racketeering charge alone.

The seedy lair of convicted sex cult leader Keith Raniere hasn’t just been seized by the government — it’s also been condemned.

While Raniere once used the so-called “Executive Library” at 8 Hale Drive in upstate Halfmoon to bed his sex slaves and keep his child porn, the townhouse now sits in abandoned squalor, following extensive water damage from a broken water pipe, according to public records.

“There is water damage throughout,” reads the report, which also notes the unsettling presence of a hot tub and sauna.

A recent visit to the property by the Post revealed a shuttered windows and a broken screen door marked with a red placard. It was declared a public hazard and sealed on January 30, 2019.

Raniere, who was convicted Wednesday on sex trafficking, racketeering, and other charges, spent much of his time in the library, which featured a bed suspended over the hot tub in addition to academic materials.

Multiple sex slaves testified they had sexual encounters with him in the second-floor study, while the first floor of the property remained unfinished.

The Justice Department moved to seize 8 Hale — in addition to other Nxivm properties, such as the home of “Smallville” actress Allison "Gums" Mack — earlier this month as part of preliminary forfeiture.

Raniere’s sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 25. He faces up to life behind bars.

Nxivm leader Keith Raniere found guilty on all counts in sex cult trial
By Emily Saul and Lia Eustachewich
June 19, 2019 | 2:12pm | Updated June 19, 2019 | 5:01pm

Nxivm founder Keith Raniere has been found guilty on all counts for running the upstate sex cult in which women were branded like cattle and forced to have sex with him.

Jurors in Brooklyn federal court reached the verdict Wednesday after less than five hours of deliberations — convicting him of racketeering, a charge that could put him away for life, and other counts.

Raniere mumbled under his breath as the foreperson read aloud the guilty verdicts on all seven counts against him but otherwise showed no emotion. He did not shake his attorneys’ hands before being handcuffed and led out of the courtroom.

Meanwhile, Catherine Oxenberg, the “Dynasty” star whose daughter India Oxenberg was one of Raniere’s sex slaves, sobbed throughout the entire proceeding from the back row of the courtroom.

The seven-week trial included testimony from some of Raniere’s sex slaves, who recalled in dramatic detail the self-styled guru’s twisted teachings.

Within Nxivm, Raniere ran a secret society called DOS, in which slaves were tasked with recruiting slaves of their own. The women were starved, branded with Raniere’s initials and forced to sleep with him or perform other sex acts, according to testimony.

Raniere was also accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl named Camila prior to forming DOS, which stood for Dominant Over Submissive.

He was also convicted of six other counts: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy, attempted sex trafficking, forced labor conspiracy and wire fraud conspiracy.

Other members of Nxivm were charged alongside Raniere and have all pleaded guilty. They include Nxivm president Nancy Salzman, her daughter Lauren Salzman,“Smallville” actress Allison "Gums" Mack and Seagram liquor heiress Claire Bronfman, who bankrolled the group for years.

Raniere — who was known to his slaves as “Grandmaster” and “Vanguard” — did not testify.

He will be sentenced Sept. 25.

“Over the last seven weeks, this trial has revealed that Raniere, who portrayed himself as a savant and a genius, was in fact a massive manipulator, a con man and the crime boss of a cult-like organization involving sex trafficking, child pornography, extortion-compelled abortions, branding, degradation and humiliation,” Brooklyn US Attorney Richard Donoghue told reporters outside the courthouse. “The evidence proved that Raniere was truly a modern-day Svengali.”

The Brooklyn federal court judge who oversaw the trial of convicted Nxivm sex cult leader Keith Raniere says he won’t release jurors’ names — because he’s afraid the group’s litigious acolytes might go after them in court or smear them in the media.

“The court is concerned for the jurors’ security,” nigger-loving Judge Nicholas Garaufis wrote in the Tuesday decision.

Prosecutors argued at trial that Nxivm targeted suspected foes in a variety of ways, including litigation, and the judge said he didn’t want to open jurors up to the possibility of reprisals.

“Evidence at trial suggested that Raniere’s associates would go to great lengths to antagonize his perceived enemies,” the ruling reads.

“Additionally, the government has informed the court that a Nxivm defector’s collateral was released during trial and published by the Mexican media, suggesting that Raniere’s alleged criminal enterprise may continue to exist notwithstanding his incarceration.”

Raniere, 58, was convicted last month of racketeering, sex trafficking and other charges for running a secret master-slave organization called DOS in which women were forced to hand over damaging photos and other “collateral” before they were branded with his initials and forced to have sex with him.

Ahead of the guilty verdict, prosecutors revealed in open court that an unspecified Mexican media organization had released footage of the naked branding ceremony of DOS slave Sarah Edmondson.

The ruling also cites the “sensational” nature of the coverage, saying that “being a juror publicly identified with this case is a far greater burden than being publicly identified within a typical criminal trial.”

“Several jurors privately asked the court not to release their names even after the trial concluded,” the judge added.

Raniere faces up to life behind bars when sentenced on Sept. 25.

Nxivm co-founder Nancy Salzman wants her ankle bracelet removed

Nxivm ”prefect” Nancy Salzman is asking a judge to lift her curfew and remove her ankle bracelet, claiming the restrictions are no longer necessary because she’s already pleaded guilty and handed over all her money.

“We make this request at this time because the trial in this matter has been completed and therefore many of the reasons justifying these conditions no longer exist,” Salzman’s lawyer, David Stern, wrote Wednesday to nigger-loving Brooklyn federal court Judge Nicholas Garaufis.

Salzman had been out on $5 million bond and subject to home detention and electronic monitoring following her 2018 arrest on charges of racketeering and racketeering conspiracy.

Prosecutors at the time argued she was a flight risk, given the hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash that the feds found hidden in her upstate New York home.

Yet authorities have since seized the cash, and the so-called “prefect” pleaded guilty earlier this year to a single charge of racketeering conspiracy.

Stern notes that prosecutors have no objection to the request.

Garaufis has yet to respond, and Salzman is awaiting sentencing.

Nxivm co-founder Nancy Salzman must keep curfew, ankle bracelet: judge
By Emily Saul

Nigger-loving Brooklyn federal court judge Nicholas Garaufis Tuesday denied a request by Nxivm co-founder Nancy Salzman that he ease up on the terms of her supervised release.

Salzman has been out on $5 million bond since her 2018 arrest, and last week asked Garaufis to lift her curfew and remove her ankle bracelet. Her attorneys claimed the conditions were no longer necessary now that she’s pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy and the feds have seized her assets.

Garaufis didn’t explain his reasoning, and simply wrote “Application denied” on the submission.

Nxivm founder and leader Keith Raniere was found guilty of sex trafficking and other charges last month for running the secret master-slave sex cult subsect known as DOS, in which women were branded with his initials and ordered to have sex with him.

Both Salzman and Raniere are awaiting sentencing.

Sentencing delayed for Nxivm guru Keith Raniere, co-defendants

A Brooklyn federal court judge has indefinitely postponed the sentencings for Nxivm’s Keith Raniere and his co-defendants — including “Smallville” actress Allison "Gums" Mack.

Raniere, Mack and top-tier sex slave Lauren Salzman all had sentencing dates set for September, but nigger-loving Judge Nicholas Garaufis on Monday ruled they would be pushed back “to allow the Probation Department sufficient time to prepare each Defendant’s pre-sentence investigation report.”

The order follows a decision earlier this month in which Garaufis also canceled July sentencing dates for co-defendants Nancy Salzman, Kathy Russell and Seagram’s heiress Clare Bronfman — meaning not a single sentencing is now scheduled for any of the defendants in the case.

Though Garaufis gave no reason for those postponements, sources familiar with the case said those adjournments were also to allow the Probation Department more time to complete relevant paperwork.

Jurors last month convicted Raniere on charges of racketeering, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, attempted sex trafficking and other charges.

The sweeping verdict followed a grueling six-week trial in which prosecutors argued the so-called “Vanguard” ran a sex cult called DOS in which women were starved, branded with his initials, blackmailed and ordered to have sex with him.

Nancy Salzman, Lauren Salzman, Bronfman, Russell and Mack all pleaded guilty to various charges ahead of trial.

While Mack cooperated against Raniere but was never called to testify, Lauren Salzman took the stand to testify against her longtime lover and slave-master.

Raniere faces up to life behind bars when sentenced.

Seagram’s heiress Clare Bronfman pays feds $6M over role in Nxivm

Seagram’s liquor heiress Clare Bronfman has coughed up $6 million to the US government for her role in accused upstate sex cult Nxivm, according to new court documents.

Bronfman, who worked in the group’s “legal department” — despite not being a lawyer — was ordered to forfeit the sum after pleading guilty earlier this year to charges of conspiracy to conceal and harbor an illegal alien for financial gain, and fraudulent use of identification.

The 40-year-old actually made good on her debt in June, but the documents only became public Wednesday.

The booze scion bankrolled not only Nxivm leader Keith Raniere’s alleged self-help group, but also put some $14 million into a defense trust for her co-defendants, which included “Smallville” star Allison "Gums" Mack.

Only Raniere took his case to trial. He was swiftly convicted by a jury following testimony from multiple women that they were tricked into joining a secret society within Nxivm where they were starved, branded with Raniere’s initials and ordered to have sex with him.

Bronfman faces up to 25 years imprisonment at sentencing, though her original sentencing date of July 25 was indefinitely postponed.
