Hunter Biden’s first arrest may have been when he was 18. Hunter was arrested on Jersey Shore related to drug charges in 1988 and had his record expunged.

Many years later and after several stops into drug treatment facilities Hunter joined his father the Vice President on a trip to China in 2013 where Hunter — inexperienced and out of place — was able to secure a $1.5 billion from China for private equity fund which he was forming at the time.

A year later in early 2014 Hunter was discharged from the Navy for testing positive for cocaine.

Then in April 2014, just a couple months later, Hunter Biden Hunter joined the Board of Burisma Holdings in the Ukraine. Hunter served on the Board until early 2019. Hunter was paid approximately $50,000 a month in his position.

The largest oil and gas company in the Ukraine hired a chronic drug addict only a few months after the addict was removed from the US Navy for doing cocaine.

In 2016 Hunter Biden returned a rental car with a crack pipe with cocaine residue and a small amount of a white, powdery substance.

A used crack pipe, credit cards, a Delaware Attorney General badge, US Secret Service business cards, two ID’s belonging to Hunter Biden, son of former VP Joe Biden were found in a Hertz rental car in Arizona.

A lab analysis of the crack pipe revealed it was used to smoke cocaine, not meth, however no fingerprints were found on the pipe.

And surprise, surprise, the County and City Attorney’s offices declined to prosecute Hunter Biden.

Hunter was never charged with a crime in this incident.

In 2018 Hunter fathered a child with a Washington DC stripper while he was dating his dead brother’s wife.

In 2018 the IRS placed a tax lien on Hunter Biden seeking $112,805 in unpaid taxes from 2015.

And according to Page Six, Hunter Biden allegedly spent time at Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club in New York City in 2018. Hunter allegedly ordered pricey booze, was joined by several strippers in a private room while he did drugs and had strippers run to find him a dildo.

Last week Hunter Biden was tied to a human trafficking ring with women who appear to be involved in the sex industry, including non-resident alien women in the US who are citizens of Russia or Ukraine.

You won’t see this information in the media because they are working overtime to prop up senile Joe Biden as president.

These are just a few of the allegations against Hunter Biden.
After years of drug abuse there are likely many more episodes not yet public.

A federal appeals court has reportedly reinstated the convictions of a former business associate of Hunter Biden’s on securities fraud and conspiracy charges.

Biden’s Former Associate In Legal Trouble

Devon Archer, who had previously worked with Biden and served with him on the board of the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma, was convicted along with two others by a federal jury in Manhattan back in 2018.

However, a judge would go on to overturn the conviction against Archer before ordering he be given a new trial, claiming that there was not enough evidence to prove that he knew about a devious fraud scheme.

This scheme was related to the sale of $60 million in bonds issued to a corporation affiliated with the Oglala Sioux Indian tribe, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Court Of Appeals Gives Archer Bad News

A three-judge panel of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled on Wednesday that Archer “knew at least the general nature and extent of the scheme and intended to bring about its success.”

Prosecutors accused Archer of misusing the proceeds, but his attorneys have countered by arguing that he actually lost money in the deal.

“As the experienced federal judge who presided over Mr. Archer’s month-long trial determined, he ‘lacked the requisite intent’ and is thus innocent of the crimes charged,” said Matthew Schwartz, Archer’s lawyer.

“Today’s ruling, which second-guesses the judge’s decision without having sat through the evidence and listened to the witnesses, is beyond disappointing,” he added.

Biden Denies Knowing Anything About Scheme

Biden’s name was used throughout the fraud scheme to make it look more legitimate. However, his lawyers have claimed that he was unaware of it and was not involved in it in any way. Biden’s legal team would not respond when asked for comment by the Wall Street Journal last week.

Archer and Biden served together on the board of Burisma starting in 2014. At the time, Biden’s father Joe Biden was Vice President and was overseeing U.S. policy on Ukraine of roughly 42 million.

Biden has said that choosing to serve on this board at that time was a “mistake,” yet his father has stood by him, saying “my son did nothing wrong,” Politico reported.

In 2015 Hunter’s Bohai Harvest joined forces with the Chinese military contractor; Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), to buy American parts manufacturer; Henniges Automotive.

AVIC has been identified as a front for China’s military.
AVIC is notorious for stealing US military technology to build China’s own fighter jets and drones.

Hunter Biden is all smiles in China

It’s not clear how many deals Hunter Biden secured for his family with the Chinese Communist regime.

Today the New York Post released more emails from Hunter Biden’s computer that reveal Hunter attempted to secure big cash from China for him AND HIS DAD!

The New York Post reported:

Hunter Biden pursued lucrative deals involving China’s largest private energy company — including one that he said would be “interesting for me and my family,” emails obtained by The Post show.

One email sent to Biden on May 13, 2017, with the subject line “Expectations,” included details of “remuneration packages” for six people involved in an unspecified business venture.

Biden was identified as “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC,” an apparent reference to the former Shanghai-based conglomerate CEFC China Energy Co.

His pay was pegged at “850” and the email also noted that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.”

In addition, the email outlined a “provisional agreement” under which 80 percent of the “equity,” or shares in the new company, would be split equally among four people whose initials correspond to the sender and three recipients, with “H” apparently referring to Biden.

Hunter Biden, the son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, should go to prison for violating foreign agent law when meeting with Ukrainian officials in secret, according to Republican former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Giuliani, now President Trump’s personal lawyer, explained to The Daily Caller how Hunter Biden frequently violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) when mediating meetings between Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings and the Obama administration.

“I’ll give you an example — confidential informant told me about a meeting he had at the State Department and he gave me a specific date,” Giuliani said Friday. “He told me he remembered it because Hunter Biden was taken in the back door so that [the meeting] wouldn’t be registered. He went to see Deputy Secretary of State Tony Blinken.”

“Well, that’s not registered anywhere except from this confidential informant telling me and another investigator this,” he continued. “That date squared exactly with the one in the hard drive and in the messages. There were about three more like that and there are two others that I’d rather not reveal.”

Giuliani noted that Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort was sentenced to 47 months in prison for also violating FARA.

“It was not recorded and should’ve been recorded because it’s a meeting that falls under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) of which there are probably six or seven blatant violations of it by Hunter Biden,” he said.

“He never registered as a foreign agent and that’s exactly what Paul Manafort went to prison for, and unless we’re going to stick with this Republicans go to prison and Democrats don’t when they do the same or worse, then he belongs in prison the way Paul Manafort was put in prison,” he continued.

Hunter Biden’s hard drive was reportedly abandoned at a computer repair shop. The store’s owner then turned over the hard drives to Giuliani, who handed copies to The New York Post for publishing.

The FBI had also obtained a seizure warrant for the hard drive, according to The Post.

The hard drive revealed that Hunter Biden arranged meetings between officials at Burisma and his father, former Vice President Joe Biden, which contradict his claims that he never knew anything about his “son about his overseas business dealings.”

The hard drives also contained numerous photos of Hunter engaging in obscene activities, such as sleeping with what appears to be a meth pipe hanging from his mouth.

Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer told FNC's Sean Hannity on Friday that evidence will be released before the election proving that Hunter Biden and Russian oligarch Elena Baturina have more of a relationship than previously admitted.

HANNITY: All right. So, we can bifurcate for people. This is all separate from what The New York Post was reporting this week. This is separate from what we knew earlier, and it’s separate from Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley’s report that they put out, 87 pages, which talked about, well, Russian oligarchs, Kazakh oligarchs, the $3.5 million payment with the former first lady of Moscow, Chinese nationals, $100,000 shopping spree, Russian nationals, Kazakhs nationals, Ukrainian nationals.

How much money are we talking about here, and were all three of them involved in all of these endeavors?

SCHWEIZER: Well, it kind of jumps around, but let me just make clear, these are all separate emails from The New York Post and what the Senate did, but they all reinforce the same.

I mean, to take, for example, Ms. Baturina, the Russian oligarch links to organized crime that the Senate sent $3.5 million based on Treasury Department documents, we will be rolling out a story in a couple of days demonstrating that their relationship, meaning Hunter and Devon Archer’s relationship with Elena Baturina goes way back and they were performing a number of banking and other financial services for her, services that they had trouble doing, by the way, because several banks did not want to work with her because the money was seen as dirty.

HANNITY: So, literally, these nationals were allowed access to Biden inside the White House according to these emails. I guess my next question is if both of Hunter’s business partners are convicted, how did he go scot-free?

SCHWEIZER: Well, that’s the question, Sean. There was a trial in 2016, and we actually, I’ve gone through the notes of that trial, and what it demonstrates is that Hunter Biden’s fingerprints are all over this. He has named repeatedly in the court trials, but he was never charged by the prosecutors in New York.

On Friday, on CNBC’s “Squawk Box,” co-host Andrew Sorkin taunted Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) about his criticism of the media and big tech for suppressing the Hunter Biden revelations, saying, “You wouldn’t want them to be reporting something that they couldn’t corroborate, no?”

Cotton, without missing a beat, fired back a matchless answer that left Sorkin speechless: “Do you mean like the Russian collusion hoax and the Steele dossier that you reported on for four years, Andrew?”

In the lead-up to that exchange, co-host Joe Kernen asked Cotton, “In the last couple of weeks, there have been a couple of issues that really could threaten to at least disrupt or hold back—and possibly even necessary moves—to try to … rein the companies in. What is, in your view, more important? This Google story, in terms of monopoly with the DOJ, or what we saw with Facebook and Twitter, in terms of deciding whether a news story should be circulated? I’m talking about Lapgate—the New York Post reporting on Vice President Biden and his son.”

After saying they were both important, Cotton pointed out that the New York Post was an “0ld and venerable newspaper” and has the “fourth largest circulation in the country.” He noted that Twitter had locked down the New York Post’s Twitter account, then stated, “I think a lot of conservatives and Republicans across the country have always felt that these companies are biased against their viewpoints, but now they feel it’s an open declaration of war.”

Cotton explained that “federal law since the mid-1990s has given” huge social media companies such as Twitter and Facebook “total immunity from any kind of lawsuit for what is published on their platforms. You don’t have that; newspapers don’t have that; radio stations don’t have that—and if these companies want to act as editors and curators and censors now, then they ought to face the same kind of liability rules that you all face. So Congress needs to act to amend or to repeal that immunity.”

“The New York Post reported on Hunter Biden’s alleged business dealings; it had many emails and other documents,” Cotton continued. “Now, maybe those are not authentic; maybe they are. I don’t know. I would note that Hunter Biden and the Biden campaign have not denied their authenticity. It’s kind of like the dog that didn’t bark, but you would think that most news organizations would be committed to breaking news, that they would want to dig into it deeper; they would want to explain exactly what they found, as opposed to doing what the big tech companies did, censor it, and most of the mainstream media trying to suppress it to the greatest extent they can until November 3.”

“And this is not gonna go away on November 3. Should Joe Biden win, there are still gonna be questions about whether or not Joe Biden and his family and administration is exposed to pressure from China, from the Chinese Communist Party oligarchs,” Cotton said. “It’s the exact same thing that Democrats have accused Donald Trump of facing for four years without any evidence. So we have to get to the bottom of these things, whatever the result of the election is. The media’s not doing the country any favors by essentially ignoring this story.”

Sorkin then went on the attack: “Senator, I wanted to make two points. One is that the media industry—at least the media industry that I know—has been trying to investigate this and has not been able to corroborate the story. I would also note The Wall Street Journal, which is owned by News Corporation, which also owns the New York Post, has not been able to corroborate the story and said so, quite directly, in The Wall Street Journal today, in the news pages of The Wall Street Journal. So just to clarify, it is not that the news organizations are not looking into this, it’s that they haven’t been able to corroborate the story, and a responsible news organization wouldn’t therefore report it. Now the next piece of this is, you’re talking about the tech companies censoring such ‘news.'”

“If, in fact, the tech companies had ‘liability’ like news operations do,” Sorkin stated, “you wouldn’t want them to be reporting something that they couldn’t corroborate, no?”

Cotton fired back, “Do you mean like the Russian collusion hoax and the Steele dossier that you reported on for four years, Andrew?”

Sorkin was speechless.

Hunter Biden has been asked to provide information related to his work at the Ukrainian energy company Burisma as part of the DOJ tax investigation, a source involved in the process told the Associated Press.

The president-elect's second son has also been asked to provide documents relating to his business dealings with China and other financial transactions.
It is not clear whether the younger Biden's work at the Ukrainian company is a central part of the tax investigation.

A subpoena issued this week asks Hunter Biden to disclose information relating to his work on the board of the Ukrainian gas company, Burisma, a source involved in the DOJ tax investigation told the Associated Press.

Prosecutors have also asked for documents relating to more than two dozen entities linked to the President-elect's son, including business dealings with China.

The subpoena comes as Joe Biden's second son confirmed he was under federal investigation for his financial dealings earlier this week.

It is not clear whether the younger Biden's work at the Ukrainian company is a central part of the investigation or whether prosecutors are only looking to collect information about all of his income sources in recent years, AP reported.

Hunter Biden said on Tuesday that he is taking the inquiry "very seriously" and is "confident" he handled his affairs "legally and appropriately," according to Vox.

The investigation was reportedly first opened in late 2018 as a money-laundering probe but is now focusing more on potential violations of tax law.

Details of the subpoena emerged after reports that Hunter Biden's former business partner at Berisma sent him an email in 2017 alleging that he did not disclose a $400,000 payment received from the company on his tax returns.

"In 2014 you joined the Burisma board and we still need to amend your 2014 returns to reflect the unreported Burisma income," the email, dated January 16, 2017, said, according to NBC News. The business partner notes that the younger Biden netted more than $1.2 million for the year.

Hunter Biden signed on as a board member of Burisma Holdings in May 2014, with a press release announcing he would be in charge of the company's international legal relations with different companies. He later denied this description.

The appointment came during an intense time between the White House and Russia over Ukraine and its energy dependence.
The younger Biden has not been charged with any criminal activity, and the president-elect is not known to be a subject of interest in the tax probes.

The younger Biden's lawyer, George Mesires, did not immediately respond comment for this story and a spokesman for the Biden transition team declined to comment.

Biden's son was a major topic amid chaotic discourse during the first Trump-Biden debate, Trump mentioned his business dealings, including his connections with the Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings and profiting in China while his father was vice president.

Hunter was previously at the center of Trump's Ukraine scandal that launched the impeachment inquiry.
