Biden regime promises to SUE any state that tries to stop southern border invasion​

Instead of fighting illegal immigration and trying to protect Americans from the southern invasion, the illicit Biden regime is going after Texas and other states that are attempting to take matters into their own hands.

For trying to seal up its own borders and protect its residents, the Lone Star State could be the subject of a lawsuit if the Biden regime's threats hold weight. Texas officials want to stop the Biden regime from turning Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) into an enabling operation for coyotes to continue trafficking in women, children, and fighting-age men.

One of the things Texas is doing that the Biden regime wants to stop is the installation of floating barriers on the Rio Grande River, the purpose of which is to stop illegal invaders from swimming across from Mexico into Texas.

Biden's Department of Justice (DoJ) threatened officials in Texas with a lawsuit unless those barriers are removed immediately. Two Justice Department lawyers – Todd Kim, an assistant attorney general, and Jaime Esparza, the U.S. attorney for the Western District of Texas – wrote the following in a letter to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, as well as the state's interim attorney general:

"Texas's unauthorized construction of the floating barrier is a prima facie violation of the Rivers and Harbors Act. This floating barrier poses a risk to navigation, as well as public safety, in the Rio Grande River, and it presents humanitarian concerns."

Biden regime wants America's southern border to be wide open to invaders​

The Biden regime's other excuse for wanting the floating barriers removed claims the devices are interfering with Border Patrol's efforts to patrol the river and process "migrants" who successfully reach U.S. soil after crossing.

"Governor Abbott's dangerous and unlawful actions are undermining our effective border enforcement plan and making it hard for CBP to do their jobs of securing the border," said White House spokesperson Abdullah Hasan in a statement.

Yes, you read that correctly: Someone named Abdullah Hasan is lecturing the state of Texas about immigration enforcement best practices.

The Biden regime is also going after Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, a Republican, over his state's construction of a barrier made of double-stacked shipping containers along parts of the U.S.-Mexico border.

According to Biden's people, the containers, located in Arizona's San Rafael Valley, exist in areas where they are an operational and environmental concern. Their construction also constitutes "trespassing on federal lands," the complaint adds.

"In installing shipping containers on National Forest System lands, Arizona has widened roads and cleared lands for staging areas ... cut down or removed scores of trees, clogged drainages, and degraded the habitat of species listed under the Endangered Species Act," a lawsuit in that state reads.

Amazingly, the Biden regime could not care less about the environmental damage being caused by the illegal invaders who are trampling across private farm land while destroying crops with their defecation and urination.

"The Biden administration did not care about the so-called environmental damage," writes Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center, in a piece for FrontPage Magazine.

"If it had, the mass migration of invaders would be doing far more damage. Similarly, the illegitimate regime does not care about the navigability of the Rio Grande. The mass crossing of illegal alien invaders poses far more of a threat to navigation than floating barriers ... The Biden administration is ruthlessly fighting any efforts to stop the illegal invasion because it wants the invasion to go on."

Unmentioned in the ACLU’s lawsuit demanding that taxpayers foot the bill for a prison inmate’s gender transition surgery is that its plaintiff — a man named Jonathan Richardson who now goes by Autumn Cordellioné — is behind bars for murdering an 11-month-old baby.
On Monday, the ACLU’s Indiana branch filed a federal lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana on behalf of Richardson, demanding he be allowed to get transgender genital surgery while imprisoned. The lawsuit gives almost no biographical information about Richardson, aside from that he is an “adult transgender female prisoner confined in a male institution within the Indiana Department of Correction.”

The 41-year-old Richardson was convicted of murdering his 11-month-old stepdaughter in Evansville, Indiana, in 2001, according to Indiana Department of Correction records.
The baby’s autopsy showed she had been manually strangled to death while her mother was at work, according to court documents from Richardson’s appeal. He told detectives that he also shook the child “in a rough manner,” the appeal documents said.
At one point while he was incarcerated, Richardson told corrections officers, “Well all I know is I killed the little f***ing bitch.”Richardson was sentenced to 55 years behind bars in 2002. His earliest possible release date is 2027.
The ACLU’s lawsuit seeks to block an Indiana law that bars the corrections department from using taxpayer money for “sexual reassignment surgery” for prisoners.
Richardson was diagnosed with gender dysphoria after he was incarcerated at Branchville Correctional Facility, a men’s prison in southern Indiana, the lawsuit says. He has been taking “a female hormone and testosterone” since 2020, according to the complaint.
However, he still suffers from “serious depression and anxiety,” and gender surgery is now a “medical necessity,” the complaint says.
Indiana’s new law, which went into effect on July 1, violates the Eighth Amendment, which prohibits excessive punishments, because it shows “deliberate indifference to a serious medical need,” and it violates the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection clause because it discriminates against trans-identifying people, the lawsuit argues.
The ACLU is demanding a preliminary injunction blocking the law so Richardson can get gender surgery, specifically an orchiectomy (the removal of his testicles) and a vaginoplasty (the construction of a vagina). He was previously on a list to be evaluated for surgery before the new law took effect, according to the complaint.Richardson is a “woman trapped in a man’s body” and has identified as female since he was six years old, the complaint claims. He has been able to obtain “panties, make up, and form fitting clothing” in prison, but his genitals till cause him distress, and he has attempted suicide because of his gender dysphoria, the complaint says.
She has soiled herself rather than use the toilet because of the stress of seeing her genitals,” the complaint states.
The ACLU did not respond to a request for comment.
The office of Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita pushed back on the lawsuit in a statement Monday, saying the state’s taxpayers do not want their money going toward gender surgeries for prisoners.
“The approximate cost of these surgeries ranges from $10,000 to $150,000,” Rokita’s office said. “This is not necessary medical treatment – it is an atrocity. This should be common sense, which is something the ACLU continuously ignores. We will not back down and will continue to back the rule of law.”
A number of incarcerated trans-identifying men have requested cross-sex hormones and genital surgeries over the last few years.
Last year, a trans-identifying male inmate at a women’s prison in Texas became the first federal prisoner to get gender surgery. He had been convicted of threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction.
In 2020, an Idaho state prison inmate received gender surgery after years of battling the state, which originally refused to pay for it. He had been convicted of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy while he slept.
 

British Police Now ARRESTING Politicians For Criticizing Law Enforcement, Calling It A “Hate Crime”​

A Conservative councilor in Great Britain was arrested for a "hate crime" this past week. His violating behavior? Retweeting a video criticizing law enforcement in the United Kingdom who mistreated a Christian street preacher.

Cllr Anthony Stevens, 50, from Wellinborough, Northamptonshire, told the media that British police came to his home and escorted him to a local police station for questioning over the retweets, which occurred on his personal Twitter (now known as "X") account with a whopping 76 followers.

The incident with Christian street preacher Oluwole Ilisanmi occurred in Southgate, London, back in 2019. Police officers snatched Ilisanmi's Bible after accusing him of engaging in Islamophobia – Islam does not recognize Jesus Christ as the Messiah, and instead puts the "prophet" Muhammad on a pedestal.

It turns out that the state was deemed to be in the wrong, and Ilisanmi was later awarded £2,500 (roughly $3,200) for his wrongful arrest.

UK allows Muslims to preach on its streets but not Christians​

In the video that Cllr Stevens shared and was arrested for, a British police officer was seen stating that Muslim preachers are allowed to preach on the street but not Christian preachers because the latter are preaching "hate."

Cllr Stevens, a member of the Wellingborough Town Council, says he was told by British police officers that the video he shared via a retweet was originally posted by a member of Britain First, a far-right political party in the UK.


Cllr Stevens responded by stating that he had no idea who originally shared the video, nor was he even aware of what Britain First is. The only reason he posted the video, Cllr Stevens then said, is because it shows "disturbing evidence of religious discrimination in law enforcement."

British police further persecuted Cllr Stevens by questioning why he tweeted support for Cllr King Lawal, a fellow councillor in Northamptonshire who was similarly "canceled" for expressing his Christian beliefs in relation to LGBT issues.

Cllr Lawal, 31, is the only black councillor in Northamptonshire. He was suspended by his local Conservative group back in July after he responded to various Pride parade images with the following statement:

"When did pride become a thing to celebrate. Because of pride, Satan fell as an archangel. Pride is not a virtue but a sin. Those who have pride should repent of their sins and return to Jesus Christ. He can save you."

Later that same month, Cllr Stevens retweeted a petition calling for Cllr Lawal's positions within the Conservative party to be reinstated, writing:

"If you value free speech please sign and share."

Because of this particular retweet, law enforcement grilled Cllr Stevens even more, to which he told them that he is a "free speech absolutist." Even if he does not agree with someone's speech, Cllr Stevens still supports it.

To this, British police further grilled Cllr Stevens by asking him if he supports the idea that pride is a sin, including at LGBT events, to which Cllr Stevens stood his ground and reiterated that "it did not matter whether he agreed with what he said or not; he believed he had the right to say it without having his life torn apart."

Cllrs Stevens and Lawal would both make great liberty-minded politicians in the United States, would they not? In many ways, they are more constitutional than our own politicians – and very bravely so – and would be welcomed with open arms were they to relocate here (wink, wink).

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has taken control of several American military bases in Panama and is orchestrating the flood of migrants that are heading toward the U.S. southern border in their millions.
The globalist organization is reportedly running an operation to round up migrants and transport them to the border so they can illegally enter the United States through President Joe Biden’s open border.
The WEF’s operation was revealed by political commentator Ann Vandersteel during her show “Right Now with Ann Vandersteel.”
The host recently visited the former site of Fort Clayton near the former Panama Canal Zone, once a heavy base of operations for the United States.

During her visit, Vandersteel found out that the WEF had moved into the area.
She took a picture of the WEF flag flying side-by-side with the Panamanian flag.
“I want you to take a good hard look right now, America,” she said.
“These flags you see?

“That’s right, the World Economic Forum flag flying overhead of the old SOUTHCOM (U.S. Southern Command) base, which was Fort Clayton in Panama.
“That’s right, next to the Panamanian flag.
“The U.S. government has abandoned Panama, which is the American crown jewel of Latin America.
“The United States military compounds are either totally rundown, or worse occupied by, as I said, globalist psychopaths.”
“We the Americans built the canal and we – our government, I should say – gave it away,” she added.
“Panamanians love Americans, and they’re asking: ‘Where are the Americans?’

“So just remember that the old SOUTHCOM base known as Fort Clayton today flies the World Economic Forum flag on top of it.”

The revelation that the WEF is taking over parts of Panama comes as reports indicate that the number of South American migrants arriving in Panama through the near-inhospitable environments of the Darien Gap on their journey to the U.S. will surpass the 400,000 mark before October.
These figures come from Panama’s National Migration Service, which reported that as of 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 27, 399,606 South American migrants had entered the country through the Darien Gap.
The crisis for Panama has especially worsened in September, with the daily number of migrants pouring in through the jungles of the Darien Gap exceeding 2,000 people.
The unprecedented number of migrants crossing through Panama beat the record of 248,000 migrants set last year and 2021’s similarly record-breaking number of 133,000.
Of the 400,000 migrants that have already crossed Panama’s southern border this year, over 324,000 were from South America, including 252,000 Venezuelans, nearly 48,000 Ecuadorians and more than 13,000 Colombians.
Nearly 40,000 migrants are from the Caribbean, around 28,000 are Asians and a little under 8,000 are Africans.
Panamanian officials warn that, despite the slew of new measures the government has implemented in an attempt to curb record migration, the number of migrants and so-called asylum seekers that could enter the country through the Darien Gap could reach more than half a million before the year ends.

In a bid to address its self-inflicted migrant crisis, New York City (NYC) is willing to starve senior citizens just to feed illegal aliens.

Selwyn Duke of the New American magazine expounded on this issue in an Oct. 4 piece. He cited a June 2023 article on Bloomberg, which estimated the cost of the Big Apple housing illegals from April 2022 to July 2024 at a whopping $4.3 billion. To afford this amount, NYC Mayor Eric Adams said the city plans to "trim services such as library hours, meals for senior citizens, re-entry programming for Rikers Island prisoners and free full-day care for three-year-olds."

The affected meals for seniors program, Duke noted, falls under the purview of the New York City Department for the Aging (DFTA). According to the city's website, elderly New Yorkers who can still move around can visit older adult centers (OACs) and have a meal courtesy of the OACs' lunch program.

"If you are 60 years of age and older and have difficulty preparing meals, you may be able to receive nutritionally balanced home-delivered meals," the DFTA said. "Eligible older adults may choose to receive daily delivery of hot meals or twice-weekly delivery of fresh-frozen meals."

Writing for American Thinker, contributor Civis Americanus also that the budget cuts not only extend to food for seniors – but also to lodging. Americanus cited a story from the Daily Mail about a former military member kicked out of the nursing home he was in.

"A Korean War veteran feared he would be left 'on the curb' after he was ordered out of his Staten Island nursing home to make way for the migrants overwhelming NYC," the Mail reported. "Frank Tammaro, 95, was given six weeks to get out of the Island Shores Senior Residence when it was sold to city authorities [in September]."

Adams, NYC Democrats blasted over "sanctuary city" policies​

Americanus noted that most of the illegal aliens entering the Big Apple "are economic migrants who want to take advantage of the city’s generous welfare programs." They also set their Adams, addressing the NYC mayor: "If you didn’t have a sanctuary city squandering $300 a night on hotel rooms for migrants, they probably wouldn't flock there."

The contributor also remarked that they don't feel sorry for New Yorkers who elected a city council backing a sanctuary city policy.

"It's their tax money to squander as they wish, but their irresponsibility is affecting poor senior citizens on fixed incomes and everyone else subjected to deteriorated and dangerous neighborhoods because entire buildings have been turned into hubs of violent crime," Americanus added.

"It is not surprising that they want money from the rest of the state, and the federal government which is now $33 trillion in debt and counting."

Americanus also cited a remark by Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY), who said: "I hope [Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY)] and her Democrat colleagues got the message … that New Yorkers are fed up with President [Joe] Biden's open border policies that are wreaking havoc in their city."

Duke agreed with the American Thinker contributor, noting that "this immigrationist madness reflects an attack on the very concept of nationhood. It's not just the inundation with unassimilable foreigners. Seeing citizens' needs subordinated to those of interlopers would offend any patriot."

Salvadoran gangbanger has been on loose in U.S. for nearly 10 years
An MS-13 gang member who has been illegally present in the United States for nearly 10 years was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after being released multiple times by various authorities despite a lengthy criminal record.
On February 6, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) deportation officers apprehended the 23-year-old male from El Salvador at his residence in Riverdale, Maryland.

The Salvadoran originally entered the U.S. illegally at an unknown location on an unknown date as an ‘unaccompanied minor.’
On October 15, 2015, he was encountered by U.S. Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector, where he was processed and turned over to the Office of Refugee Resettlement, which quickly ‘reunified’ him with his mother in Hyattsville, Maryland.
Less than two years later, he was arrested in Montgomery County, Maryland, and charged with theft less than $1,000.

ICE issued an immigration detainer against the Salvadoran teen, but the Montgomery County Detention Center declined to honor the detainer and set the illegal alien free the next day.
“The Prince George’s County Police Department arrested him in May 2019 and charged him with third- and fourth-degree sex offenses, including sexual contact with a minor, and second-degree assault,” ICE explained in a press release.
“The Circuit Court of Prince George’s County convicted him of the assault charge in September 2022 and sentenced him to 10 years of imprisonment. However, the court suspended all but 72 days of the sentence. The remaining charges were dismissed.”

In June of 2023, a Department of Justice immigration judge ordered the known MS-13 gang member deported to his home country, but he remained on the loose for eight more months until his apprehension in early February.
“This Salvadoran gang member has not only displayed a disregard for U.S. immigration laws, but he has also proven to be a violent criminal and a threat to the people of Maryland,” said ICE ERO Baltimore Field Office Director Darius Reeves.
“We will not allow such malicious offenders to intimidate the residents of our communities. ERO Baltimore will continue to prioritize the safety of our public and the removal of unlawfully present threats to our neighborhoods.”
Authorities continue to apprehend dangerous foreign criminals illegally present in the U.S.
Earlier this month, a Honduran gang member with a lengthy rap sheet and six prior deportations was caught illegally crossing the Canadian border into Vermont.
Days prior, ICE arrested a previously-deported child rapist in Massachusetts who had illegally returned to the U.S. around 10 years ago and was convicted of another sex crime in 2015.
Last month, Texas troopers arrested a human smuggler wanted for murder in Mexico.
Also in January, an illegal alien from Brazil who was released into the U.S. under Joe Biden was deported to face rape charges in his homeland.
