Unsealed Court Docs Prove Governments New Covid Shots Were Unsafe before Public Rollout

A batch of secret contracts between pharmaceutical companies and governments around the world has been unsealed by a court, providing evidence showing that governments knew Covid vaccines posed a high risk to health before they were rolled out for public use.
In August, a South African Court ordered the National Department of Health (NDOH) to release COVID-19 vaccine contracts and other related documents.
The first batch of documents was released at the beginning of September.
The contacts show that governments were warned that the mRNA shots could not be considered safe or effective due to their experimental and untested nature.
And while the documents were unsealed in South Africa, it is believed that governments of countries around the world also had the same contacts with Big Pharma.
On Thursday 17 August 2023, the Pretoria High Court ruled in favor of the Health Justice Initiative’s (“HJI’s”) bid to compel the NDOH to provide access to all covid “vaccine” procurement contracts and other documents.
The Court ordered that all COVID-19 vaccine contracts (“Part 1”) and negotiation-related documents (“Part 2”) must be made public within 10 court days of the Judgment.
On 1 September, HJI issued a press statement saying that NDOH had handed documents for Part 1 to HJI’s legal team.
NDOH has undertaken to share the remainder of the documents, Part 2, which it was ordered to disclose, and in agreement with HJI, by no later than 29 September 2023.
On 5 September, HJI held a press briefing after which they uploaded the Part 1 documents to their website HERE.
The Part 1 documents comprise:

- Janssen Pharmaceutica – Advance Purchase Agreement (26 February 2021).

It was established using all the verbiage of the globalist agenda.
The founder of HJI is Fatima Hassan, a South African human rights lawyer and social justice activist.
She is the former executive director of the Open Society Foundation of South Africa, founded by infamous globalist George Soros.
We can safely assume that HJI is under the influence, if not the control, of the Globalists.
Pfizer Covid Vaccine Contract
In the March 2021 manufacturing and supply agreement (“vaccine contract”) between Pfizer and NDOH, there is a paragraph that admits the safety and the efficacy of Pfizer’s COVID injection were unknown:Janssen Covid Vaccine Contract
The NDOH contract with Janssen shows a similar lack of confidence in the “safety and efficacy” of its COVID injection.The Janssen COVID injection was developed by Janssen Vaccines in Leiden, Netherlands, and its Belgian parent company Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of American company Johnson & Johnson (“J&J”).
The South African government signed two agreements with Janssen. The first was an ‘Advance Purchase Agreement’ dated 26 February 2021, to secure 11 million doses, followed by a second for the supply of additional doses on an unspecified date in April 2021.
Notably, on the ‘Additional Doses’ purchase agreement’s title page is an EMEA document reference. EMEA refers to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, a geographical grouping used by global corporations to define regional business activity.
Does this mean that Janssen used the same contract for all countries in the EMEA region?
According to Wikipedia, South Africa began its mass COVID injection campaign on 17 February 2021. This is not true.
It is more than a week before NDOH signed its first contract to purchase injections on 26 February.
The date Wikipedia gives is, in fact, the date when the trial for Janssen’s vaccine in South Africa began.
The trial participants were healthcare workers, whether they realized they were taking part in a trial or not.
In the week ending 21 February, nearly 15,000 people had been injected as part of J&J’s Sisonke covid vaccine trial.
By the end of the following week, 28 February, more than 71,000 healthcare workers had been injected as part of the Sisonke trial.
Enrolment in the Siskone study began on 17 February 2021 and as of 12 April 2021, a total of 288,368 healthcare workers had received J&J’s Ad26.COV2.S vaccine, among whom 5898 (2%) reported adverse events.
Fifty of the trial participants, in other words, healthcare workers, had serious side effects including 12 people who had allergic reactions and six who had neurologic conditions, including a case of Guillain-Barre syndrome and another with Bell’s palsy.
The majority (85%) of participants experienced mild to moderate effects.
In April 2021, South Africa suspended the use of J&J covid injections as a “precautionary measure” and J&J delayed its European vaccine rollout following an FDA decision to pause the jabs while blood clot cases are examined. A few days later, South Africa announced it had resumed its J&J vaccination rollout.
The trial’s early safety data was reported in the New England Journal of Medicine in June 2021.
The authors noted that no cases of the blood clotting condition, known as vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (“VITT”), were detected in the South African study.
Although, around 28 cases had been identified in vaccinated people in other countries.
However, five participants in the Sisonke study did develop blood clots – four of the five cases were linked to the vaccine, while one case was possibly linked.
In June 2021, there was a delay in the South African rollout of the J&J vaccine after it was found that there was a lack of adherence to proper standards at a manufacturing plant in the United States, News24 reported.
The J&J injections intended for South Africa were suspended following a US ruling that ingredients for the country’s doses may have been contaminated during production in a plant in Baltimore.
The US Food and Drug Administration said on 11 June 2021 that some batches of the J&J “vaccine” were not fit to use.
Did the South African government fully inform the public about the lack of safety and efficacy? No. In fact, the Government did the opposite.
On its website, the South African government assured the public that the injections were “safe and effective.”
There is no indication of the date the webpage was uploaded or when it was last updated, however, it is clear it is before the public had been subjected to any of the injections:
We don’t know what Part 2, the remaining documents given to HIJ, may reveal, but from the vaccine contracts alone it is apparent that the South African public was lied to.
They were told the Covid injections were “safe and effective” when the government knew they had no basis to make that assertion.
As of 4 September 2023, more than 39 million doses had been injected into the population – 8 million people had been injected with J&J and 14.7 million had been injected with Pfizer.
The vast majority of injections were administered during the 12 months between May 2021 and April 2022.

Credible estimates range from 13 million (Steve Kirsch of the VSRF) to 17 million (Professor Denis Rancourt) to 20 million+ (Peter Halligan), which is significantly more than the supposed 7 million allegedly killed by “The Covid,” which, itself, is an inflated number jacked up by PCR/Antigen tests notorious for false positives, relabling the seasonal flu, and incentives offered to hospitals to classify patients and deaths as “Covid” which ginned up the fear to trick people into injecting themselves with poison.
Barry Young, the Oracle database admin from the New Zealand Ministry of Health, was arrested on December 2nd. At his arraignment on December 3rd, he was greeted by applause from a crowd who showed up to support him.
Barry Young, the NZ whistleblower, has since been arrested and charged with “dishonestly accessing a computer.” Multiple NZ “government” spokespersons have come forward to corroborate that the data was leaked by Mr. Young.

What is the Big Deal with Record Level Health Data?
Record-level health data are medical records that include both the individual’s vaccination status and when they died allowing researchers to identify the patterns of premature death correlated to what “vaccines” they took and when. Even though this information could be easily anonymized and shared with scientists investigating the harm done by the “vaccines,” the data released by this whistleblower and others included in the Kirsch presentation is the first time the public has had access to data that would show conclusively the scale of the death related to the shots. Until this point, no State or country has ever released record-level public health data on any vaccine.
The data he extracted includes 4 million records containing:
- Individual person ID - Anonymized to protect patient confidentiality
- Vaccine type
- Batch Number
- Vaccine dose number
- Vaccination date
- Date of birth
- Age
- Date of death, if applicable

The record-level data shows what can only be termed a massacre of New Zealanders starting immediately after the vaccines were rolled out vs. negligible death rates during “The Covid” and before the injection campaign began.
Using the NZ government’s own patient record data, he shows that at least 10 vaccination sites had mortality rates of over 20% dead after vaccination with the top three sites reporting a mortality rate of over 30%.

Understanding the Creepy Pseudoscience and Religion Behind Eugenics
For those unfamiliar with eugenics, it is a pseudoscience whose thesis is that it is possible to improve the “breeding stock” of humanity (positive eugenics) by ensuring that, for example, the Nazi ideal of pure-blood Aryan Germans breeding with other pure-blood Aryan Germans will create blond-hair, blue-eyed “Übermensch” or “Supermen.”
The darker side is called negative eugenics: the poisonous idea that society can be improved by sterilizing, aborting, euthanizing or even murdering those deemed unfit or “useless eaters.”
Over 60,000 people were forcefully sterilized in the United States in the 20th century. In total, 32 U.S. states passed sterilization laws between 1907 and 1937, and surgeries reached their highest numbers in the late 1930s and early 1940s. One study from North Carolina found that black women were sterilized at three times the rate of white women and more than 12 times the rate of white men. Sterilization policies continued into the 21st century, where between 1997 and 2010, unwanted sterilizations were performed on approximately 1,400 women in California prisons, as one example. [ii]
While that sounds like insanity to most people of goodwill today, it was quite the fashionable idea in the early 20th century when it was openly supported by the leading “robber barons” (crony capitalists who used government to enrich themselves) and industrialists of the time. Mrs. E. H. Harriman (Railroads), along with Mrs. H. B. DuPont (dynamite and gun powder) and Dr. J. Harvey Kellogg (inventor of Corn Flakes) sponsored the Third International Eugenics Congress in New York in 1932. John D. Rockefeller (Standard Oil) founded the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Germany, and John D. Rockefeller III founded the Population Council. Andrew Carnegie (US Steel) founded the Eugenics Record Office at Cold Springs Harbor. Clarence J. Gamble (Procter & Gamble) was a leader in Margaret Sanger's Birth Control Federation, and he suggested that they set up a "Negro Project," using black clergy and physicians to promote birth control where Sanger replied that “We do not want Word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population.”[iii] He founded the Pathfinder Fund to promote population control around the world. Henry Ford (Ford Motor Company) set up the Ford Foundation, which has supported population policy for decades. J.P. Morgan (Banking), Mary Duke Biddle (Tobacco), The Dodge Brothers (Copper), E.B Scripps (United Press) and Margret Sanger (3-in-1 oil) were all members of the American Eugenics Society. Many of the largest fortunes the world has ever seen were left to foundations that continue the work of eugenics today.
While eugenics went underground after the crimes and horrors of Nazi Germany became apparent, it was largely renamed population control, bioethics, or other harmless-sounding monikers. Eugenics Quarterly was renamed Social Biology and continued on without missing a beat.
Many of today’s best-known “robber barons” and crony capitalists, including many who have played prominent roles in the scam of “The Covid” including supporting and promoting lockdowns, mask mandates, and mandatory vaccinations, are known eugenicists and/or supporters of eugenics or population reduction policies to the tune of billions of dollars: Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, George Soros, Peter Ackman, and Ted Turner who famously said that “A total world population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal,” are examples whose support for and funding of eugenics and/or population reduction we break down in our companion article: The Covid 19 Suspects and Their Ties to Eugenics and Population Control/Reduction
This article and timeline make the case that Covid -19 and now Monkeypox is the continuation of a century-long eugenics and debilitation campaign being waged on the population by an intergenerational criminal cartel that is simultaneously using the scam of “government” to rob and control populations.
Part of that robbing and controlling has been an ongoing program of controlling the “Science” coming out of cartel-controlled universities, research hospitals and the US and other governmental, UN and NGO “health” agencies operating under the well-understood dynamic of regulatory capture.
Regulatory capture is where government agencies involved in testing, regulatory approval, acquisition or stockpiling are “captured” by the companies they are supposed to regulate using bribes, pay-offs, patent/royalty sharing or a revolving door where government bureaucrats leave government “service” to take multi-million-dollar jobs with the companies they formerly regulated. The practice is best exemplified by former CDC Director Dr. Julie Gerberding, who left the agency to run the vaccine division of Merck after, among other suspected quid pro quo, her agency covered up evidence of harm by Merck’s MMR vaccine outlined by agency whistleblower Dr. William Thompson in the award-winning documentary: Vaxxed[iv].
Regulatory capture allows pharmaceutical companies and politically connected insiders to make hundreds of billions of dollars at the expense of taxpayers in a variety of ways:
· The attribution of a seasonal detox, “the flu,” that hits smokers, drinkers, fast-food eaters, pharmaceutical and vaccine-takers and others carrying high toxic loads to a “virus” called influenza that can only be seen by a small few with scanning electron microscopes and multi-million-dollar research budgets that must be combated through billions of dollars of “vaccines”[v]
· The attribution of environmental poisoning from lead arsenate and DDT pesticides to a “virus” called polio that was wiped out once the toxic pesticides were phased out but now requires billions of dollars in mandatory “vaccines”
· The approval, licensure or recommendation of drugs such as Tamiflu, Remdesivir, Jynneos and others that are officially recommended by “government” agencies and paid for by taxpayer monies. Many of these drugs are stockpiled by the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) until they expire and then stockpiled again.
· The assignment of certain vaccines to the childhood immunization schedule which results in windfall profits estimated at over 1 billion per vaccine.
· Governmental purchases of “vaccines” for “The Covid” that are then forced on global populations through regulation and company policies of firms connected to the World Economic Forum who appear to be operating as a Cartel.

Eugenics (Best Short Summary and History: https://historynewsnetwork.org/article/1796) is the belief that one can improve humanity by selective breeding to develop positive traits like intelligence (positive eugenics) while negative eugenics focuses on eliminating undesirable traits through marriage restriction, segregation, and sexual sterilization.
Eugenics in its most extreme form, euthanasia or even murdering those that eugenicists consider undesirable. In an attempt to decrease procreation among the “unfit,” eugenicists passed laws prohibiting marriage to people with diseases or other conditions believed to be hereditary. Similar restrictions banned miscegenation, a negative view of marriage between people of different races. Through funding by many of the families in the picture below, over 60,000 Americans were forcefully sterilized until the eugenics practices of Nazi Germany, largely funded by the Rockefeller Foundation, became known, and the eugenics movement was forced underground. Eugenics in the modern age has been focused primarily on the, unfortunately, somewhat more politically palatable strategy of making abortion widespread and low-cost/free, with Planned Parenthood as the most visible example. Planned Parenthood entered the abortion business in 1970, led by President Alan F. Guttmacher, who was a former vice president of the American Eugenics Society.1

Andrew Carnegie and the Carnegie Foundation - In 1904, the Carnegie Institution, with Skull & Bones member Daniel Coit Gilman as president, financed the establishment of a biological experiment station related to eugenics at Cold Spring Harbor, New York. In 1910, the Eugenics Record Office was begun there and later received funding from the Rockefeller Foundation after John D. Rockefeller, Jr. formed the Bureau of Social Hygiene.2

EXCLUSIVE — Republican lawmakers are accusing the State Department of threatening to obstruct their investigation into “censorship” of companies in the United States.
House Small Business Committee Republicans have continued to request grant records from the State Department’s Global Engagement Center for an inquiry into “government censorship and revenue interference of American small businesses by proxy,” which the committee launched after a series of Washington Examiner reports on the interagency group funding the Global Disinformation Index, a British think tank blacklisting conservative media from advertising dollars. Now, the Biden administration is asserting it may resort to letting the GOP-led panel review documents solely under in camera supervision, which lawmakers say is a “veiled threat to further impede” their investigation, letters show.
“Not only is this an impermissible standard, but it improperly hinders congressional oversight,” House Small Business Committee Chairman Roger Williams (R-TX) and Rep. Beth Van Duyne (R-TX) wrote in a letter Friday to GEC special envoy James Rubin and Naz Durakoglu, assistant secretary of state for legislative affairs. The letter once more asked the GEC to turn over lists of subcontractors and grant recipients, among other records, plus an internal document titled “2023.02.14 GEC-GDI-BLACKLIST.docx” and for a briefing.
The heightened tension between U.S. officials and congressional investigators comes as the state of Texas and two conservative media outlets, the Daily Wire and the Federalist, press ahead in a lawsuit against the GEC for allegedly funding an unconstitutional “censorship scheme.” The lawsuit names top officials, including Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and centers on the GEC’s prior awarding of federal funds to the Global Disinformation Index and NewsGuard, a company purporting to track “misinformation” online. Both GDI and NewsGuard were mentioned in the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act, which included a provision aiming to ban the Pentagon from awarding them cash.
On Wednesday, Durakoglu sent a letter to Williams “to express the department’s deep concern regarding certain information that appears to have been publicly released by the committee without prior consultation with the department,” according to a copy of the correspondence obtained by the Washington Examiner. The State Department official went on to describe in the letter how the agency provided lawmakers last December with grant record documents that were marked “sensitive but unclassified” and “not for public release.”
“However, on January 9, the Washington Examiner published an article regarding the committee’s investigation, and linking to the documents produced by the department — still clearly showing their ‘SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED’ and ‘PRODUCED TO COMMITTEE ON SMALL BUSINESS, NOT FOR PUBLIC RELEASE,’ markings, which it reportedly obtained from the Committee,” Durakoglu wrote in the letter to Williams. “The committee made no effort to consult with the department to protect or even ascertain any particular sensitivities before making the information public.”
Durakoglu wrote in the letter that the agency is “committed to accommodating your need for information regarding the Global Engagement Center,” adding, “without better understanding how the committee will utilize this sensitive information, in the future the department may be forced to only provide the committee with sensitive information that is not suitable for public release in an in camera setting.”
In camera is a Latin legal term that means “in private.” This arrangement would have the effect of barring the committee from obtaining its own copies of documents and, instead, be forced to take copious notes on the grant records.
Durakoglu, who worked for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign and for disgraced ex-Democratic congressman Anthony Weiner, who was sentenced to 21 months in prison in 2017 for sexting with a minor, was referring to a Washington Examiner story in January titled “Biden administration in hot seat for sending Congress ‘incomplete’ records for censorship investigation.”
The January story linked to redacted grant records the GEC produced to the House Small Business Committee. However, the story did not reveal how the Washington Examiner obtained those documents.
Republicans view the State Department’s letter this week as unacceptable and representative of how the GEC has taken steps to avoid complying with requests for information. The House Small Business Committee first asked for documents from the GEC in June of last year, though it did not receive any until six months had passed, according to Williams.
And after six months, all the GEC had to show for its compliance was a five-page spreadsheet that omitted the vast majority of the records Williams and his colleagues requested, lawmakers say.
“This committee will not be deterred by State’s hedging, threats, or other impediments to
its investigation,” Williams and Van Duyne wrote in their Friday letter to Rubin and Durakoglu, who notably was a fellow between 2017 and 2021 for the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab, a think tank office that partnered with the GEC on the 2021 grant that saw the Global Disinformation Index take home $100,000.

The Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab “appears to have played a significant role in censorship of U.S. citizens during both the COVID-19 pandemic and the 2020 and 2022 U.S. elections,” according to House Foreign Affairs Committee Republicans. Moreover, the taxpayer-backed lab sought to pressure Twitter, now X, to remove 40,000 accounts it claimed engaged in “inauthentic behavior” while boosting Hindu nationalism, though the list was “full of ordinary Americans, many with no connection to India and no clue about Indian politics,” according to journalist Matt Taibbi.
“Today we write to reiterate our previous requests and formalize our request for a briefing,” Williams and Van Duyne wrote in the letter.
