A 24-year-old migrant was stabbed during a fight with another resident at a Big Apple shelter Wednesday — with the suspected attacker now in custody, police sources said.

The victim was plunged in the stomach and neck with an unknown object around 11:30 a.m. inside the Lincoln Center site at 31 Central Park North near 110th Street in Harlem, according to sources.

The NYPD said he was rushed by EMS to Mt. Sinai Hospital in stable condition.

His alleged attacker was nabbed by cops at the scene, sources said.

The incident came two days after a security guard was punched in the face at the troubled Randall’s Island migrant shelter.

In that attack, two migrants were charged with assault.
