Jesus Valdez Torres, a Mexican migrant with a criminal record in Nebraska and Nevada arrested at the border Douglas Station agents arrested Jesus Valdez Torres Thursday morning. The Mexican migrant has felony convictions related to possession of drugs for sale and distribution.


TUCSON, Arizona. - Jesus Valdez Torres returned to the country irregularly through the Arizona border, the Mexican immigrant has a criminal record in the US and had previously been deported. Deputies at the Douglas station, southeast of Tucson, arrested Valdez last Thursday. After reviewing his background they determined he had felony convictions related to dangerous drugs in two states. Records showed that between 2002 and 2004, Valdez was convicted of possession with intent to sell drugs in Nevada and possession with intent to distribute in Nebraska.
