Radical left Democrats are calling Republican efforts to secure the border "absolutely insane", "racist" and the bidding of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Radical open borders Democrats are losing their marbles amid reports Joe Biden is negotiating with Republicans over border security measures in exchange for Ukraine war funding.

Daily border crossings by illegal aliens from all over the world are consistently topping 10,000 per day, including a record number of individuals on the terror watchlist, according to the border patrol.


But despite these staggering and untenable figures, Democrats are calling Republican efforts to secure the border “insane”, “racist” and the bidding of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has proposed to Republicans a deal to cap illegal migration at one million a year if the GOP approves $61 billion for war in Ukraine.

In other words, the Biden regime will allow illegals to cross the border at slightly less overwhelming numbers if they just authorize billions more in taxpayer money to Ukraine, which is losing its conflict against Russia.

And Democrats are still freaking out in the face of this lopsided “deal.”

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) expressed exasperation during an interview over the weekend about the continually worsening conditions on the U.S. southern border, saying that U.S. lawmakers were getting closer to passing new laws to stop a significant chunk of the illegal immigration.
Manchin made the remarks during a Sunday interview with Jake Tapper on CNN’s “State of the Union” while discussing negotiations between the Biden administration and the U.S. Senate.

“They understand that the border is broken, that glass ceiling has been broken,” he said. “And we have got to stop this dangerous immigration that we have coming to our country from all over the world, Jake, things that we have never seen, numbers that we have never seen like this.”
“The whole world is in a flux, and they’re taking advantage of a system that truly is broken,” he continued. “And this is not immigration reform. They’re basically working diligently on just securing the border. It must be done. It must be shut down.”
Manchin said that the threshold needed to be raised considerably “as far as on the definition of asylum.”
“You just can’t come and say: Someone threatened me. I have got to come into your country,” he continued. “You have to show me proof, have proof that this type of threat to you and your family is basically untenable, and you cannot live in those conditions. That’s going to change things. Even under the lower bar right now, Jake, when everything has been adjudicated — let’s say there’s 100 people adjudicated — less than 15 qualify with the lower definition of just saying: Someone threatened me. Can you imagine if we raise it to a more credible, higher level, that it will really be more difficult and do the job that the asylum is supposed to do and what it’s done in the past? That’s what we’re working towards.”
“And, basically, thousands and thousands of people have been dispersed throughout the country. It’ll give us time to basically make sure we can adjudicate them faster, and those who came for the wrong reason or just came in for — basically because of the relaxed rules that we had, we can be more stringent and enforce that, too,” he continued. “But you have to stop the influx of people coming and the incentive for people coming from all over the world to this country. It’s very, very dangerous, very dangerous. And I think you have seen the numbers and the countries they’re coming from. I have seen them. I’m very much concerned. It has to stop now.”
“We are sold out,” he later added. “We are over capacity right now, and we have to control this.”

14 House Democrats Vote To Denounce Biden Admin’s ‘Open-Borders Policies’​

Fourteen House Democrats voted to denounce the Biden administration‘s “open-borders policies” on Wednesday amid a surge in crossings and blue cities around the country getting overwhelmed with migrants.
The group of party defectors joined with all voting Republicans in passing a resolution introduced by Rep. Nathaniel Moran (R-TX). Twelve Democrats and nine Republicans did not vote.

In addition to denouncing the policies, the resolution condemned the “national security and public safety crisis along the southwest border” and urged President Joe Biden to “end his administration’s open-borders policies.”
Among the 14 who broke ranks was Rep. Colin Allred (D-TX), a former Tennessee Titans linebacker and Obama administration official who is taking on Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) in the 2024 election. The others were Reps. Yadira Caraveo (D-CO), Angie Craig (D-MN), Henry Cuellar (D-TX), Donald Davis (D-NC), Jared Golden (D-ME), Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX), Greg Landsman (D-OH), Susie Lee (D-NV), Jared Moskowitz (D-FL), Wiley Nickel (D-NC), Mary Peltola (D-AK), Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA), and Eric Sorensen (D-IL).
“Most of us understand that nations need borders, those borders should be secured, and we should enforce the immigration laws on the books. Most of us also understand that those seeking entry to our country deserve an orderly and predictable immigration process. Right now we have problems on both fronts,” Golden said in a statement.
“Illegal immigration threatens our national security and undermines American jobs,” he added. “It’s time for Congress and the Biden administration to come together and pass legislation to meaningfully address issues at the border. It should be a top priority in Washington, just like it is in most of America.”

The bipartisan vote took place as impeachment hearings against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas get underway this month and on the same day congressional leaders met with Biden at the White House to discuss a national security funding request for U.S. allies such as Ukraine and Israel, as well as border security while the Democrat-led Senate tried to hash out a deal.
“I told President Biden: it’s on you,” House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) said in a post to X. “Your policies created the border crisis. Your executive action can end it. House Republicans will continue to demand transformative policy change and hold this administration accountable until the border is secure.”
