HUGE: President Trump won the 2020 Election based on an analysis of the results of the election and polling results provided by Rasmussen Reports.

We were right – We’ve always been right.
After the 2020 Election I wrote three books on the 2020 Stolen Election. The message behind these books is that the Deep State planned for the 2020 Election Steal, Executed the Steal, and then worked very hard to cover it up. (You can purchase these books here.)
The-Steal-Collection-1-500x250.png

It turns out these books were spot on.
A report from the Heartland Institute confirms that the 2020 Election was stolen and that President Trump won!
The report shares the following:
This paper examines the likely impact that fraudulent mail-in ballots cast for both Joe Biden and Donald Trump in the 2020 election could have had upon the overall electoral results, based upon recently unearthed evidence indicating widespread mail-in voter fraud indeed occurred in the 2020 election. After summarizing the problems associated with mail-in voting, we discuss the results of a groundbreaking poll conducted by The Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports in November/December 2023, which attempted to definitely assess the degree of fraudulent voting that took place in the 2020 election.
The results of the survey are nothing short of stunning, and upon their release, they sparked numerous conversations about the amount of fraud in the 2020 election and the potential impact of mail-in ballot fraud in future elections. For example, former President Trump referred to the poll as “the biggest story of the year” and “the most important poll released in the past 20 years.”
According to the results of the survey, a massive number of voters who cast ballots by mail admitted to committing at least one form of voter fraud in the 2020 election. Some of the most important findings from the poll include:
• 21 percent of mail-in voters admitted that in 2020 they voted in a state where they are “no longer a permanent resident.”
• 21 percent of mail-in voters admitted that they filled out a ballot for a friend or family member
• 17 percent of mail-in voters said they signed a ballot for a friend or family member “with or without his or her permission.”
• 19 percent of mail-in voters said that a friend or family member filled out their ballot, in part or in full, on their behalf.
After analyzing the raw survey data, we were also able to conclude that 28.2 percent of respondents who voted by mail admitted to committing at least one kind of voter fraud. This means that more than one-in-four ballots cast by mail in 2020 were likely cast fraudulently, and thus should not have been counted.
Because Joe Biden received significantly more mail in votes than Donald Trump, we conclude that the 2020 election outcome would have been different in the key swing states that Donald Trump lost by razor thin margins in 2020—Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—under the 28.2 percent scenario. We also analyzed the electoral results for those six swing states under every integer from 27 percent fraud down to 1 percent fraud, allowing readers to see the impact that fraudulent mail-in ballots might have produced under each scenario.
We made a number of assumptions and gathered our data from a variety of sources in addition to our poll, which is detailed in the methodology and data sections. The results of our analysis are outlined below.
• 28.2 percent fraud
o Trump wins Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
o Trump wins the Electoral College 311-227.
• 27 percent fraud through 14 percent fraud
o From 27 percent fraud down through 14 percent, the overall results are identical to the 28.2 percent fraud scenario (though Trump’s margin of victory in each state shrinks as the overall mail-in ballot fraud integer shrinks).
• 13 percent fraud through 6 percent fraud
o Trump wins Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, but loses to Biden in Michigan and Nevada.
o Trump wins the Electoral College 289-249.
• 5 percent fraud and 4 percent fraud
o Trump wins Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin, but loses to Biden in Michigan, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.
o Trump and Biden tie the Electoral College 269-269. As described in more detail in the paper, Trump would likely have won the resulting vote in the House of Representatives, because Republicans controlled more state delegations in the wake of the 2020 election.
• 3 percent fraud
o Trump wins Arizona and Georgia, but loses to Biden in Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
o Biden wins the Electoral College 279-259.
• 2 percent fraud and 1 percent fraud
o Trump does not win any states. Biden wins Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
o Biden wins the Electoral College 306-232.

Judicial Watch Sues Mississippi for Counting Absentee Ballots Received after Election Day

Suit Filed on Behalf of Libertarian Party of Mississippi

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today it filed a civil rights lawsuit on behalf of the Libertarian Party of Mississippi, challenging a Mississippi election law permitting absentee ballots to be received as long as five business days after Election Day (Libertarian Party of Mississippi v Wetzel et al. (No. 1:24-cv-00037)).

Judicial Watch’s lawsuit details:

Under federal law, the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of every even-numbered year is election day (“Election Day”) for federal elections. See 2 U.S.C. §§ 1, 7 and 3 U.S.C. § 1.

Congress recently reaffirmed a single national Election Day when it enacted the Electoral Count Reform Act (“ECRA”). 136 Stat. 5233, 525 (enacted as Div. P., Title I, § 102(b) of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023, 117 Pub. L. No. 328, Dec. 29, 2022). See 3 U.S.C. § 21.

Under the recent Congressional amendments, no extension of Election Day shall be allowed unless there are “force majeure events that are extraordinary and catastrophic” that justify extension. 3 U.S.C. § 21.

Despite Congress’ unambiguous and longstanding statement regarding a single and uniform national Election Day, Mississippi extended Election Day by allowing five additional business days after Election Day for receipt of absentee ballots. See Miss. Code Ann. § 23-15-637(1)(a).

No “force majeure events that are extraordinary and catastrophic” currently exist in Mississippi to justify extending the ballot receipt deadline for the November 5, 2024 federal election for Presidential and Vice-Presential Electors. See 3 U.S.C. § 21.

Judicial Watch argues that holding voting open for five days past Election Day violates the constitutional rights of voters and candidates:

Counting untimely, illegal, and invalid votes, such as those received in violation of federal law, substantially increases the pool of total votes cast and dilutes the weight of votes cast by Plaintiff’s members and others in support of Plaintiff’s federal nominees.

The complaint points out that, based on the reported numbers, as many as 1.7% of votes cast in Mississippi in 2020 were received after Election Day.

In 2022, Judicial Watch, on behalf of Congressman Mike Bost and two other registered voters, sued Illinois allowing vote-by-mail ballots (even those without postmarks) to be counted if received up to 14 calendar days after Election Day if the ballots are dated on or before Election Day. The case is now on appeal.

“The law requires an ‘Election Day,’ not an ‘Election Week.’ Mississippi’s five-day extension of Election Day beyond the date set by Congress is illegal, violates the civil rights of voters, and encourages fraud,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Judicial Watch is a national leader in voting integrity and voting rights. As part of its work, Judicial Watch assembled a team of highly experienced voting rights attorneys who stopped discriminatory elections in Hawaii, and cleaned up voter rolls in California, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, among other achievements.

Robert Popper, a Judicial Watch senior attorney, leads its election law program. Popper was previously in the Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department, where he managed voting rights investigations, litigations, consent decrees, and settlements in dozens of states.

In December 2023, notice letters to election officials in the District of Columbia, California, and Illinois, notifying them of evident violations of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993, based on their failure to remove inactive voters from their registration rolls. The letters point out that these jurisdictions publicly reported removing few or no ineligible voter registrations under a key provision of the NVRA. The letters threaten federal lawsuits unless the violations are corrected in a timely fashion. In response to Judicial Watch’s inquiries, Washington, DC, officials admitted that they had not complied with the NVRA, promptly removed 65,544 outdated names from the voting rolls, promised to remove 37,962 more, and designated another 73,522 registrations as “inactive.”

In July 2023 Judicial Watch filed an amicus curiae (friend of the court) brief, supporting the decision of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine, which struck down Maine’s policy restricting the use and distribution of the state’s voter registration list (Public Interest Legal Foundation v. Shenna Bellows (No. 23-1361). According to a national study conducted by Judicial Watch in 2020, Maine’s statewide registration rate was 101% of eligible voters.

Judicial Watch in July 2023 also settled a federal election integrity lawsuit on behalf of the Illinois Conservative Union against the state of Illinois, the Illinois State Board of Elections, and its director, which grants access to the current centralized statewide list of registered voters for the state for the past 15 elections.

In April 2023, Pennsylvania settled with Judicial Watch and admitted in court filings that it removed 178,258 ineligible registrations in response to communications from Judicial Watch. The settlement commits Pennsylvania and five of its counties to extensive public reporting of statistics regarding their ongoing voter roll clean-up efforts for the next five years.

In March 2023, Colorado agreed to settle a Judicial Watch NVRA lawsuit alleging that Colorado failed to remove ineligible voters from its rolls. The settlement agreement requires Colorado to provide Judicial Watch with the most recent voter roll data for each Colorado county each year for six years.

In February 2023, Los Angeles County confirmed removal of 1,207,613 ineligible voters from its rolls since last year, under the terms of a settlement agreement in a federal lawsuit Judicial Watch filed in 2017.

Judicial Watch settled a federal election integrity lawsuit against New York City after the city removed 441,083 ineligible names from the voter rolls and promised to take reasonable steps going forward to clean its voter registration lists.

Kentucky also removed hundreds of thousands of old registrations after it entered into a consent decree to end another Judicial Watch lawsuit.

In February 2022, Judicial Watch settled a voter roll clean-up lawsuit against North Carolina and two of its counties after North Carolina removed over 430,000 inactive registrations from its voter rolls.

In March 2022, a Maryland court ruled in favor of Judicial Watch’s challenge to the Democratic state legislature’s “extreme” congressional-districts gerrymander.

Mail-In Ballot Fraud Study Finds Trump 'Almost Certainly' Won In 2020

A new study examining the likely impact that fraudulent mail-in ballots had in the 2020 election concludes that the outcome would “almost certainly” have been different without the massive expansion of voting by mail.

The Heartland Institute study tried to gauge the probable impact that fraudulent mail-in ballots cast for both then-candidate Joe Biden and his opponent, President Donald Trump, would have had on the overall 2020 election results.
The study was based on data obtained from a Heartland/Rasmussen survey in December that revealed that roughly one in five mail-in voters admitted to potentially fraudulent actions in the presidential election.
After the researchers carried out additional analyses of the data, they concluded that mail-in ballot fraud “significantly” impacted the 2020 presidential election.
They also found that, absent the huge expansion of mail-in ballots during the pandemic, which was often done without legislative approval, President Trump would most likely have won.
“Had the 2020 election been conducted like every national election has been over the past two centuries, wherein the vast majority of voters cast ballots in-person rather than by mail, Donald Trump would have almost certainly been re-elected,” the report’s authors wrote.
Over 43 percent of 2020 votes were cast by mail, the highest percentage in U.S. history.

‘Biggest Story of the Year’

The new study examined raw data from the December survey carried out jointly between Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports, which tried to assess the level of fraudulent voting that took place in 2020.
The December survey, which President Trump called “the biggest story of the year,” suggested that roughly 20 percent of mail-in voters engaged in at least one potentially fraudulent action in the 2020 election, such as voting in a state where they’re no longer permanent residents.

In the new study, Heartland analysts say that, after reviewing the raw survey data, subjecting it to additional statistical treatment and more thorough analysis, they now believe they can conclude that 28.2 percent of respondents who voted by mail committed at least one type of behavior that is “under most circumstances, illegal” and so potentially amounts to voter fraud.
This means that more than one-in-four ballots cast by mail in 2020 were likely cast fraudulently, and thus should not have been counted,” the researchers wrote.
A Heartland Institute research editor and research fellow who was involved in the study explained to The Epoch Times in a telephone interview that there are narrow exceptions where a surveyed behavior may be legal, like filling out a mail-in ballot on behalf of another voter if that person is blind, illiterate, or disabled, and requests assistance.
However, the research fellow, Jack McPherrin, said such cases were within the margin of error and not statistically significant.

What Are the Implications?

In addition to reassessing the likely overall degree of fraudulent mail-in ballots in the 2020 election, Heartland analysts calculated the potential impact that fraudulent mail-in ballots might have produced in the six key swing states that President Trump officially lost.
This, then, was used to determine the impact of potentially fraudulent mail-in ballots on the overall 2020 election result.
First, the researchers analyzed the electoral results for the six swing states—Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—under the 28.2 percent fraudulent mail-in ballot scenario that they estimated based on the raw survey data.
Then they calculated the electoral results in the six states under the different scenarios, each with a lower assumed percentage of fraudulent ballots, ranging from 28.2 percent all the way down to 1 percent.
For each of the 29 scenarios that they assesses, the researchers calculated the estimated number of fraudulent ballots, which were then subtracted from overall 2020 vote totals to generate a new estimate for vote totals.
Overall, of the 29 different scenarios presented in the study, the researchers concluded that President Trump would have won the 2020 election in all but three.
Specifically, they calculated that the only scenarios that would affirm the official 2020 election result, namely that candidate Biden won, were mail-in ballot fraud levels between 1 and 3 percent of ballots cast.
Mail-in ballot fraud rates higher than 3 percent would, according to the study, mean more fraudulent Biden votes that should be subtracted from the total, putting President Trump ahead.
For example, the adjustment to the vote tallies under fraud percentage rates between 13 and 6 percent would mean President Trump would have won Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, though he would have still lost in Michigan and Nevada.
Under such a scenario, President Trump would have won 289 Electoral College votes compared to candidate Biden’s 249.
In scenarios of 5–4 percent fraud, each candidate would have received 269 Electoral College votes, but President Trump would likely still have won because Republicans controlled more state delegations and, under a tie scenario, Congress would have voted based on the number of delegates.
However, the researchers expressed confidence in their overall assessment that the level of mail-in ballot fraud was over 25 percent, indicative of an actual Trump win.
“We have no reason to believe that our survey overstated voter fraud by more than 25 percentage points, and thus, we must conclude that the best available evidence suggests that mail-in ballot fraud significantly impacted the 2020 presidential election, in favor of Joe Biden,” the paper’s authors wrote.

Survey Criticism

Jim Womack, president of the North Carolina Election Integrity Team, told The Epoch Times in an earlier interview and in additional written comments in response to the new study, that he believes the survey questions were flawed and make the survey statistically meaningless, though not without value.
We know there was fraud in the 2020 election, but you can’t conclude that it was 20 percent or 10 percent or even 5 percent based on the survey because the questions that could lead to such conclusions were unclear,” Mr. Womack said.
However, he said that the survey questions on which Heartland based its research were unclear. He argued that the questions comingled legal and illegal activity and that this made it impossible to conclude specific percentages of mail-in ballot fraud with certainty.
For instance, Mr. Womack pointed out that it’s legal and permissible in all states for people who by reason of blindness, disability, or illiteracy request or require assistance in filling out mail-in ballots to get such assistance.
However, the wording of one of the survey questions—“During the 2020 election, did you fill out a ballot, in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child?”—did not differentiate between legal and illegal forms of filling out a mail ballot on behalf of someone.
Therefore, 21 percent of people responding “yes” to this question does not necessarily mean that this percentage of people actually committed voter fraud, Mr. Womack argued.
Mr. Womack also said that another survey question–“During the 2020 election, did you cast a mail-in ballot in a state where you were no longer a permanent resident?”—to which 17 percent replied yes—also does not support the conclusion that all such cases were illegal. That’s because, as Mr. Womack pointed out, federal and state laws allow some voters (such as UOCAVA registered citizens) to cast a ballot in a state where they are no longer permanent residents under certain circumstances.
We'd need to dive deeper into these responses to determine if these were fraudulent or not,” Mr. Womack said.
Regardless, he praised the Heartland Institute for engaging with the topic of mail-in ballot fraud and raising public awareness about what he said is an important problem.

Response to Criticism

When asked to comment on Mr. Womack’s objections, Mr. McPherrin, of the Heartland Institute, told The Epoch Times that he stands by the findings.
For instance, Mr. McPherrin acknowledged that it’s legal for people who are blind, disabled, or illiterate to get help from someone in filling out a ballot.
However, he argued that the number of such individuals responding to the Heartland/Rasmussen survey (which was based on a representative sample of 1,085 likely voters) would likely have been tiny.
It would be difficult to imagine that dozens of blind people or those that are illiterate or disabled are answering this poll,” he said, adding that the presumably tiny fraction of survey respondents who fall into this category would be statistically insignificant and not impact the overall survey results.
But even if that particular question is left out due to concerns about its clarity, the percentage of people who admitted to potentially fraudulent voter activity would still be about one in five, he said.
Mr. McPherrin said he and his team have received and reviewed Mr. Womack’s criticism and they believe the points he makes have some validity but not enough to affect their findings in a meaningful way.
He maintains the study clearly shows that if the 2020 election had been as fair and secure as prior elections, President Trump would “almost certainly” have been re-elected to a second term.
Mr. Womack continues to stand by his criticism of the survey question design, providing The Epoch Times with a written statement on Feb. 8 that calls the survey “very poorly constructed, failing to capture even a single instance of probable voter fraud.”
He argued that the survey questions were “vague and ambiguous, commingling permissible with impermissible behaviors, thus diminishing the quality and usefulness of responses.”
Further, Mr. Womack argued that propagating the contents of the survey does more harm than good and potentially undermines the work and reputation of “legitimate election integrity organizations like EIN,” referring to the Election Integrity Network, a project of the Conservative Partnership Institute.
Meanwhile, the authors of the Heartland study call for state legislatures to do all in their power to ensure the 2024 presidential election is as secure as possible, mostly by severely limiting mail-in voting and adopting other commonsense policies to prevent mail-in voter fraud.

Mail-in ballot fraud “significantly” impacted the 2020 US presidential election, handing President Joe Biden his victory, according to a study published by conservative think tank the Heartland Institute on Friday.
“Had the 2020 election been conducted like every national election has been over the past two centuries, wherein the vast majority of voters cast ballots in-person rather than by mail, Donald Trump would have almost certainly been re-elected,” the report stated, citing survey data collected in December.
As many as 28.2% of mail-in voters potentially committed some form of fraud, acting in ways that were “under most circumstances, illegal,” the institute’s data suggested.

Trump not immune from Capitol riot lawsuit – US court

With over 43% of 2020’s votes cast by mail - the highest percentage in US history - this alleged fraud “significantly” impacted the election results.
The group’s December survey of 1085 likely voters found that about one in five mail-in voters may have acted fraudulently. Over a fifth (21%) of respondents admitted to filling out ballots for others or voting in a state where they were no longer a permanent resident, while 17% said they signed ballots for family members without their approval. Another 19% said a friend or family member had filled out their own ballot.
After subjecting the data to further statistical analysis, however, Heartland upped the percentage of potentially fraudulent mail-in ballots to 28.2%, adding that mail-in voters disproportionately favored Biden, further skewing the results.
Even if the percentage of fraudulent mail-in ballots was as low as 3%,Trump would have won, the think tank, which is known for opposing government regulation, argued, laying out 29 different scenarios with varying degrees of fraud to bolster its case that the Republican incumbent would have triumphed in the absence of fraudulent ballots.
The report urged lawmakers to crack down on mail-in voter fraud by requiring in-person voting or, in cases where that was impossible, requiring mail-in vote signatures be notarized or otherwise authenticated by a trusted third party.
“If state lawmakers fail to solve this problem, Americans’ confidence in the legitimacy of elections in 2024 and beyond will likely decrease, paving the way for chaos and civil unrest,” the report stated.
Mail-in voting, previously restricted to a small segment of the US population, was opened up to all during the 2020 presidential election due to the Covid-19 pandemic, despite bipartisan concerns about the potential for voter fraud.
While the Department of Homeland Security insisted the 2020 election was “the most secure in American history,” Trump and many of his supporters blamed voter fraud for his loss. Thousands descended on Washington DC on January 6, 2021 to protest the certification of Biden’s victory in the Electoral College. Clashes between Capitol police and protesters attempting to enter the Capitol building subsequently triggered the infamous riot for which thousands - including the former president - have been charged.

Nevada Voters Surprised to Find Mail Ballots Counted in Primary Despite Not Voting

A wave of confusion and concern washed over Nevada voters this weekend when many discovered that their mail ballots were registered as counted for the February 6 presidential primary despite not having participated.

The 8 News Now reported that these irregularities in voter histories prompted an immediate response from the Secretary of State’s office on Monday.

The issue was first identified on Sunday when voters began noticing discrepancies in their voting records.

“On Sunday, February 18, the Secretary of State’s Office became aware of possible technical issues related to the vote history of individuals who did not participate in the Presidential Preference Primary,” a spokesperson told 8 News Now.

“Elections and IT staff began working on the issue immediately, and met with county clerks and registrars this morning. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and will provide further updates as we can.”

Sample of Voting Record (Credit: 8 News Now)

According to the office, the problem allegedly stemmed from some counties failing to follow the correct procedures for updating their voter registration data.

Each county is responsible for nightly uploads of their voter registration to the state database, which then generates the public voter file on the state website. However, the necessary steps to exclude non-returning mail ballot voters were reportedly missed, resulting in the display of incorrect voting histories.

The Secretary of State’s office assured voters that they are validating new files from each county and updating them as soon as the data’s accuracy is confirmed.

Below is the full statement from the Secretary of State’s office:

“After working closely with Nevada’s county clerks, registrars, and their IT staff, the Nevada Secretary of State’s office is confident that all issues related to erroneous vote history have been identified and fixes are in progress.

The issue was as follows: on a nightly basis, each county uploads their voter registration data to the Secretary of State’s database, which executes code to create the single statewide voter registration file that users see when they log into vote.nv.gov.

The legacy systems used by a number of the counties require additional steps be taken to ensure that voters who did not return their ballot do not have vote history; some of those steps were not taken, which resulted in inaccurate data.

Our office has been validating new files from each county and moving them into production as soon as the accuracy of the data is verified. Some counties may not see updates until after the nightly file upload, but if counties have taken the appropriate steps all voter data should be accurate within 48 hours. A comprehensive report will be provided as soon as is practicable.

Again, this is an error that relates to the code used for when a voter is sent a mail ballot and does not return it; it has no connection in any way to vote tabulation. The top-down Voter Registration and Election Management System (VREMS) project at the Secretary of State’s office will go live prior to the June 2024 election, and remove the need for these outdated processes.”

According to the Secretary of State’s office, the technical “glitch” does “not affect the outcomes” of the primary election.

It can be recalled, Joe Biden won in the Nevada Democratic presidential primary. On the Republican party, the option “none of these candidates” secured the majority, beating Nikki Haley. Trump subsequently won in the party-endorsed caucus.

The Vigilant Fox – Feb 20, 2024

MUST WATCH: Mike Benz makes damning case that the RIG was in for the 2020 election SEVEN MONTHS ahead of time.
How they did it was truly evil.
TUCKER CARLSON: “So what you’re saying is … they knew the outcome of the election seven months before it was held?”
MIKE BENZ: “It looks very bad.”
How did they do it?
According to censorship expert @MikeBenzCyber, a concerted effort, starting in April 2020, was made by a coalition involving the DHS, NATO, the DNC, and other entities to launch a mass censorship campaign across all social media platforms.
This campaign aimed to pre-emptively censor any disputes over the legitimacy of mail-in ballots.
Four key institutions were part of this effort:
  • Stanford University
  • The University of Washington
  • Graphika
  • The Atlantic Council
Benz described these entities as “Pentagon cutouts,” suggesting they were operating under the influence or direction of the Pentagon to carry out the censorship campaign.
These entities pressured and compelled social media companies to adopt a new category of speech violation termed “delegitimization.” This policy was broad in scope, encompassing any form of content that could be interpreted as challenging the legitimacy of mail-in voting, early voting dropboxes, or the tabulation of ballots on election day.
This pressure was not merely advisory but was backed by the implication of potential governmental force or repercussions for non-compliance. This included direct communication channels with tech company executives to facilitate rapid takedown requests.
As a consequence, this concerted censorship effort led to the removal or throttling of potentially hundreds of millions of posts, particularly those questioning the security of mail-in ballots.
The following excerpt from Benz highlights the most important aspect:
“Now, they did this seven months before the election because, at the time, they were worried about the perceived legitimacy of a Biden victory in the case of a so-called ‘red mirage, blue shift event.’
“They knew the only way that Biden would be able to win, mathematically, was through the disproportionate Democrat use of mail-in ballots. They knew there would be a crisis because it was going to look extremely weird if Trump looked like he won by seven states and then, three days later, it came out actually the election switched.
“I mean, that would put the election crisis of the Bush-Gore election on a level of steroids that the national security state said, well, the public will not be prepared for. So what we need to do is we need to, in advance, we need to pre-censor the ability to even question legitimacy. This took out hundreds of key influencers.”

TUCKER CARLSON: “So what you’re saying is … they knew the outcome of the election seven months before it was held?”
MIKE BENZ: “It looks very bad.”

Tucker Carlson recently did an interview with podcaster Lex Fridman.
Their discussion covered a wide range of topics and is worth watching in full, but Tucker’s comments on the 2020 election are especially interesting.
Tucker said the election was ‘100 percent stolen’ citing the last minute changes made to voting procedures with regards to Covid.

PJ Media reported:
How to Get the Prescription McCullough Protocol Before the Government Bans It
“You said to some degree the election was rigged,” Fridman began. “Was it stolen?”

“It was 100% stolen,” Carlson replied. “Are you joking?”
“Like, it was rigged to that large—”
“They completely change the way people vote right before the election on the basis of COVID—which had nothing to do with—”

“So, in that way, it was rigged?” Fridman asked.
Carlson replied:
One hundred percent. And then you censor the information people are allowed to get. Anyone who complains about COVID, which was like — by the way, it might have hurt Trump. But I mean, it’s like whatever… I mean, you could play it many different ways. You can’t have censorship in a democracy by definition; here’s how it works. The people rule, they vote for representatives to carry their agenda to the capital city and get it enacted; that’s how they’re in charge. And every few years they get to reassess the performance of those people in an election. In order to do that, they need access, unfettered access to information. And no one, particularly not people who are already in power, is allowed to tell them what information they can have. They have to have all the information that they want. Whether the people in charge want it or don’t want it or think it’s true or think it’s false doesn’t matter.
This video is cued to start at the right moment. Just press play:

Millions of Trump voters have been saying this for three years. Tucker’s point about the 2024 election hits hard as well.

"Nothing Will Make Sense To You Unless You Accept That The 2020 Election Was Stolen..."

During the debut of his new Saturday show on the General Michael Flynn-backed Patriot TV, Drew Allen - host of the Drew Allen Show - opened by claiming the Democrats stole the 2020 election.
“They cheated!” Allen says plainly.

Allen, of course, isn’t the first to say it. While the claim isn’t novel, his explanation is—and brilliant too.
Allen says:
“I want you to listen very carefully. This is very, very important. In fact, it’s the key to understanding the world that we’re living in right now in the United States of America. Nothing that is happening can make sense to you unless you understand one thing. And this is something that you are forbidden from believing. Alright, this is the key to everything. Are you ready? The Democrats stole the 2020 election. They cheated! Alright, if you believe that, you can understand what’s going on. You have a lens to comprehend the world that we’re living in—the insanity. But if you don’t believe it, nothing makes sense.”
Allen explains that when the Democrats started prosecuting Trump, “what they thought was gonna happen is that the American people were going to abandon Trump.”
He points out that “…it didn’t. It had the opposite impact. It backfired on them. What actually happened was Donald Trump’s poll numbers improved. Improved! So they didn’t know what to do. They had to double down on that strategy.”
“They want a Richard Nixon situation,” Allen points out “and it didn’t happen. They cannot fathom that Trump is still standing.”
Allen plays a clip of Democrat lawyer Marc Elias to prove his point.
In the clip Elias says:
“how they decided that the candidate who is going to be best as their standard bearer is Donald Trump, is not just sickening from a standpoint of American politics, but is actually baffling from a matter of partisan strategy. I mean, it is hard to imagine a worse candidate for them to put forward, a candidate with more vulnerabilities than Donald Trump. The fact that the Republican Party itself is unwilling to just say he is out of bounds, he is too toxic, and he will not be out standard bearer…”
Allen points out:
“You hear what he’s saying there right? He wants to choose our candidate…in his opinion he cannot comprehend how the American people, the Republican voter has not ditched Trump. They do not want to face Trump in 2024 because why? Because they stole 2020 and they’re worried about 2024 again.”
Allen goes on to explain how the latest Democrat Party meltdown over the Supreme Court taking up the Trump immunity appeal proves his point beyond doubt.
“The Hill, Fortune Magazine, Axios, NBC, they all had these polls that got them giddy with excitement…for example an NBC news poll recently it showed that former President Donald Trump uh leading current President Joe Biden by 5 points among registered voters, well, when the surveys final question re-asks voters what their ballot choice would be if Trump is found guilty and convicted of a felony this year Biden narrowly pulls ahead of Trump.”
“So they were banking on what?” Patriot TV host Allen asks.
“Getting a conviction of Trump because they believe, because their pollsters told them that one of their paths to victory was dependent, perhaps their only path to victory apart from cheating…their success in 2024 was heavily dependent upon getting a conviction.
And so with the Supreme Court coming in and basically ensuring that no conviction was going to happen before November they’re losing their minds because why? They stole 2020 and they don’t believe they can beat Trump in 2024. See it’s making so much sense now right?
The Drew Allen Show is the most exciting new addition to Patriot TV and a new episode will air each Saturday. Allen is also the author of America’s Last Stand: Will You Vote to Save or Destroy America in 2024?, a new book lauded as a sequel to Thomas Paine’s Common Sense.

RNC Sues Nevada Secretary Of State Alleging ‘Impossibly High’ Voter Rolls

Nevada Secretary of State Francisco Aguliar, a Democrat, was sued by the Republican National Committee (RNC) last week as the party alleges the 2024 battleground state has “impossibly high” voter rolls.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court, alleges that Aguliar and five county clerks failed to properly maintain the requirements of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA).

“Section 8 of the NVRA requires States to maintain clean and accurate voter registration records,” the lawsuit begins. “Nevada has failed to live up to the NVRA’s requirements. At least five counties in Nevada have inordinately high voter registration rates.”
The RNC goes on to allege that three Nevada counties count more registered voters than there are adult citizens, and two additional counties “have voter registration rates that exceed 90 percent of adult citizens over the age of 18,” a number that “far eclipses the national and statewide voter registration rate in recent elections.”
“Based on this and other evidence, Defendants are failing to make a reasonable effort to conduct appropriate list maintenance as required by the NVRA,” the lawsuit states.
Nevada, which has been won by Democratic candidates in every presidential election since 2008, is currently a toss-up in the 2024 presidential race. Former President Donald Trump leads President Joe Biden in the state by just over four points, according to the RealClearPolitics polling average.
Newly-elected RNC Chair Michael Whatley commented on the lawsuit, saying that looking into the voter rolls “is a critical step towards ensuring that it will be easy to vote and hard to cheat.”
“Election integrity starts with clean voter rolls, and that’s why the National Voter Registration Act requires state officials to keep their rolls accurate and up-to-date. Nevada has universal mail voting and no voter ID requirement, which makes Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar’s failure to comply with the NVRA and provide accurate voter rolls all the more concerning,” Whatley said.

The lawsuit mirrors one the RNC filed against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson earlier this month, alleging that multiple counties in the vital swing state have “inflated voter rolls,” The Daily Caller reported. The outlet also reported that the RNC is working with the National Republican Congressional Committee and the National Republican Senatorial Committee on an expansive effort to combat voter fraud ahead of the 2024 election as the Trump campaign reshapes party leadership.
Last week, the RNC hired two new lawyers, Charlie Spies, who will serve as the RNC’s chief counsel, and Christina Bobb, a Trump campaign lawyer who has challenged the results of the 2020 election. The new additions to the RNC’s legal team came as Whatley, the former chair of the North Carolina GOP, took over for Ronna McDaniel as the party’s national chair, and Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump was elected RNC co-chair.

State Senate Majority Leader Sonny Borrelli and State Senator Wendy Rogers Announce Felony Cybersecurity Breaches of Arizona’s Electronic Voting Systems

Sonny Borelli

State Senate Majority Leader Sonny Borrelli (R-Lake Havasu) and State Senator Wendy Rogers (R-Flagstaff) held a press conference on Wednesday revealing that a cybersecurity expert discovered that voting machine software used in Maricopa County’s elections in 2020 and 2022 was compromised. Borrelli said “there is probable cause” of a crime, and Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell has been notified.
Borrelli said, “A few days ago I received documentation and a sworn declaration by a cybersecurity expert that examined the data from the 2020 and 2022 elections, where it has been determined that the data and the equipment had been altered. The Election Assistance Commission never approved this altered software. In Maricopa County’s previous representation that the election software is EAC certified, including to the Arizona Senate, [that was] false [testimony].”
He added that retired cyber experts from the NSA looked at the software and determined there was a breach. Borrelli clarified that he wasn’t accusing Maricopa County officials of being complicit, but pointed out it happened on their watch. He said the information is being turned over to law enforcement as a violation of A.R.S. 16-442, a felony.
Rogers spoke next. She said that while she represents rural counties, Maricopa County contains 65 percent of the state’s voters. “This is a situation where the legislature has an obligation to expose information if we happen upon it, so that the judicial branch and the executive branch are made aware that there’s a contract that’s coming up for renewal on the election machines in April,” she said. “This is something the public should know. And those who re-signed a contract should know.”
Borrelli read from the expert’s report, who he did not identify.
“Since at least 2020, the configuration of the machines with a master decryption key in an election database have been in a table in plain text protected by nothing other than a Windows login, where our credentials are easily bypassed,” he said. “With these keys, a malicious actor can have total control over its electronic voting system. While this breach has the game changing magnitude of the allies deciphering Germany’s Enigma machine and World War Two, it is really far worse. This leaves the encryption keys … left out in the open for anybody with access to YouTube, has the ability to be able to figure out, and access.”
He said they’re getting this word out now “so that something can be done about it before the 2024 election.”
He quoted the expert, “The election software Maricopa County used in the November 2020 and 2022 elections is not the equipment that was certified, and that the county contracted with. That version was approved by the EAC.”
He said the “cryptographic keys on the election database [were] in plain text and unprotected.”
Borrelli said it is also a problem in Pima County and Coconino County since “they all use the same system.”
He denounced Maricopa County officials’ responses. “Maricopa County did obstruct a lot,” he said. They admitted in Congress that data was deleted. Of course, they said it was archived, and they never surrendered that data to our people.”
When reporters asked Borrelli whether he thought the elections were stolen, he responded, “This is not about Biden or Trump; it is not about Lake or Hobbs. To me, this is a national security issue, and I’m part of, period, national security. I spent 22 years in the Marine Corps and serving my country and my state for the last — I’ve been here 12 years. … If I took a blind eye to something that I found, it’s gonna be very suspicious. And I’ll turn that over to law enforcement or do something about it. That’s actually negligence and dereliction of duty, and that’s it.”
He said, “Well, what we do know is that over the last three and a half years that the third-party vendor had full access to deck and workspaces and they even got badged in by a county employee into the server room unsupervised, that’s all been exposed. We just know the data was altered. Data was altered in the U.S.; uncertified configurations turned up information about.”
Last week, Kari Lake and Mark Finchem filed a Petition for Certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court, appealing the lower courts’ rulings against their 2022 lawsuit to stop the use of electronic voting machine tabulators. Arizona Corporation Commissioner (ACC) Jim O’Connor and a team of election integrity activists began sounding the alarm at that time regarding the machines’ lack of proper certification. O’Connor warned officials that using them broke the law.
A day after O’Connor sent his letter, then-Secretary of State Katie Hobbs filed an ethics complaint with the ACC against him. She said his initial August 30 letter to county officials around the state “repeated erroneous and debunked conspiracies about voting machines and election security.”
