White House press secretary ridiculously claims Texas' razor wire was 'ineffective,' says it 'got in the way.'

National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby admits razor wire blocked CBP agents from ability to 'process' illegals.

Biden admin propagandists launched into full-spin mode Tuesday defending SCOTUS’ decision to allow the US Border Patrol to remove razor wire installed by Texas to prevent illegal crossings.

Speaking to reporters at a press briefing Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre asserted the Biden admin was “glad” SCOTUS revoked Texas’ right to defend its own borders, ridiculously claiming the razor wire prevented border agents from being able to “enforce laws.”


“And it got in the way, and what Texas was doing, the governor was doing was actually ineffective,” Jean-Pierre claimed.

Elsewhere in Tuesday’s press conference, Doocy held National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby’s feet to the fire, specifically asking, “Does razor wire work?”

Evading the binary question, Kirby interestingly responded the razor wire doesn’t “work” to help Border Patrol agents “process people that are trying to get across the border.”

As for the question of whether the razor wire works, Texas Gov. Abbott (R) argued, “Texas’ razor wire is an effective deterrent to the illegal crossings Biden encourages.”

Moreover, Texas argued in court the razor wire serves the public interest by protecting private and state property, blocks fentanyl smuggling and human trafficking, as well as helps “minimize the risks to people, both U.S. citizens and migrants, of drowning while making perilous journeys to and through illegal points of entry.”

The Biden admin argued the razor wire in Eagle Pass, Texas, “effectively prevented … from monitoring the border to determine whether a migrant requires the emergency aid that the court of appeals expressly excepted from the injunction,” according to SCOTUS blog, after three migrants reportedly drowned in the area.

It’s clear the Biden admin’s gaslighting specialists do not have Americans’ best interests in mind.

If you’re a U.S. citizen and don’t believe we live in a two-tiered society, try getting on an airplane at any U.S. airport without showing ID. Then watch an illegal board, no questions asked.

Joe Biden’s Transportation Security Administration, or TSA, is working with Customs and Border Protection to allow illegal aliens to fly without proper identification.

This is in contrast to the treatment of U.S. citizens, who are required to show identification at airports before they are allowed to board a flight.

The New York Post reported that while U.S. citizens are required to show a passport or a valid form of identification to travel by plane both domestically and internationally, signs at various airports claim that the TSA and CBP are collaborating to enable illegal immigrants to travel without any ID.

As Americans find out about this double standard, they’re understandably not happy about it. But until this article in the NY Post, there’s been very little information about this secret program to allow illegals to fly unidentified.

I’ve always said that the creation of TSA and Homeland Security under George W. Bush had nothing to do with safety or security and everything to do with controlling people. This two-tiered system proves it. And it’s not the first time. Remember during the Covid scare, migrants were allowed to cross into the U.S. without being tested or vaxxed but U.S. citizens were subjected to weekly and even daily Covid tests and later vaccine mandates. Submit or lose your job.

Podcaster Dave Rubin shared a picture of one of the TSA airport signs last week in a post to X. The TSA sign states, rather clearly, that illegals will be treated differently than citizens. It says, “TSA is partnering with CBP to test the use of CBP One at certain TSA checkpoints to validate adult non-US citizen travel documentation when the traveler does not otherwise have an acceptable form of Identification.”

The TSA sign explains that it is “optional” for illegal immigrants to have their face scanned by a TSA officer and that the TSA will not store the immigrant’s information but will only use the information to verify information provided to CBP through the CBP One app.

Rubin slammed the Biden regime over the TSA’s new policy, writing, “This is the state of absolute insanity happening at our airports. I’m in the Pre-TSA line, where migrants don’t have to have an ID to get through security and it’s their choice whether they want their picture taken. There is a plan to destroy America.”

I’m glad some are finally figuring things out. Because it doesn’t stop with ID requirements at airports. That’s just one example of the two-tiered society. It’s happening in all aspects of American life. Pay attention and you will see how one segment of society is allowed to skirt the laws and the other segment is held strictly to every letter of the law.

There’s a lot of talk lately about states potentially “seceding” from the USA. Truth is, the federal government has already seceded from the United States of America in the sense that it has abrogated the boundaries of its authority as set by our Constitutional Republic. It’s gone rogue. People fear the government in a nation where the government should fear the people.

Stay calm, stay peaceful, but prepare yourself mentally and physically to fight. Because even if you don’t want a fight, a situation involving violence might be coming to a city or town near you, possibly even to your own property.

Those 18 to 45 year old foreign nationals crossing over our southern border, at a rate of 10,000 or more per day, look for the most part amazingly trim, muscular and dangerous.

Appeals Court Reverses Block On Texas Law Allowing Police To Arrest Illegal Immigrants​

A federal appeals court will allow the Texas immigration law permitting law enforcement to arrest illegal immigrants to go into effect this week after a federal judge had previously blocked it.
Senate Bill 4 was passed and signed into law by Republican Governor Greg Abbott in December before Judge David Alan Ezra blocked it last week, ruling that states “may not exercise immigration enforcement power except as authorized by the federal government.” The appeals court’s stay on Ezra’s order, which came down over the weekend, means the law can now go into effect on March 9 unless the Supreme Court intervenes in the case and keeps it on hold, CNN reported.

SB 4 allows law enforcement officers to arrest and jail illegal immigrants and also grants state judges the power to order deportations. The law drew harsh criticism from the Biden administration, which argued that the state law interfered with federal immigration law.
The Texas law was initially scheduled to go into effect on Tuesday, March 5, but the appeals court put a hold on its ruling for seven days to allow time for the Biden administration to take the case to the Supreme Court.
Abbott responded to the appeals court decision on Monday, writing, “Law enforcement officers in Texas are now authorized to arrest & jail any illegal immigrants crossing the border.”
“Obviously this is the case unless the Supreme Court intervenes by March 9,” the governor added.
Abbott had previously vowed that his administration would fight to enforce the law all the way up to the Supreme Court. He said the law was necessary because of President Biden’s lax border policies, adding that “Texas has the constitutional authority to secure our border through historic laws like SB 4.”
Shortly after Abbott signed SB 4 into law, the ACLU filed a lawsuit against Texas, arguing that the law was discriminatory and would target minorities, and a month later, the U.S. Department of Justice sued the state. The Biden administration’s and ACLU’s lawsuits have since been combined. Opponents of the law argue that it violates the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution which prohibits states from interfering with the federal government using its Constitutional powers.

In Ezra’s ruling blocking the law from going into effect, the judge disagreed with the attorney for Texas, who argued that the law was necessary to curb the massive influx of illegal immigrants crossing from Mexico into the state, saying the crisis constitutes an invasion. Ezra said he did not see that Texas was under any sort of “military invasion.”
“I haven’t seen, and the state of Texas can’t point me to any type of military invasion in Texas,” Ezra said, according to The Texas Tribune. “I don’t see evidence that Texas is at war.”
In the first four months of fiscal year 2024, which accounts for October through January, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents recorded nearly one million migrant encounters along the U.S. southern border. That number is on top of 2.4 million border encounters in 2023, 2.3 million in 2022, and 1.7 million in 2021. It does not account for illegal immigrants who crossed the border without being detected.
