France is about to pass a bill which would criminalize insulting Israel.
This law would punish anti-Israel speech with multiple years of jail time and tens of thousands of euros in fines.
Note that these same lawmakers have yet to propose any law that would punish insulting France or French people.

The House late Tuesday passed a GOP measure to formally reprimand Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) over her outspoken criticism of Israel, with some Democrats joining all Republicans to support the censure.
Rep. Rich McCormick (R-Ga.) had moved to censure Tlaib for what he called “promoting false narratives” about the Palestinian militant group Hamas’ attack on Israel and for “calling for the destruction of the state of Israel.” It’s a more targeted measure after a similar attempt to censure Tlaib failed last week.
Tlaib will have the formal reprimand read aloud to her on the House floor. Four Republicans voted against the measure and 22 Democrats for it, with the final tally coming to 234-188, as four lawmakers voted present.
The Michigan progressive had angered not only Republicans but also some members of her own party with her comments criticizing the Israeli government, including her posting a video on social media with a chant that is a rallying cry for Hamas: “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.” The phrase refers to a desired Palestinian state that would stretch from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea. It is viewed as a call for violence against Israel and a rejection of Israel’s right to exist.
It’s the latest development in what has become an ongoing House censure war. Democrats defeated a similar motion to reprimand Tlaib last week, when Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) started the push.
Nearly two dozen Republicans joined all Democrats in sinking that measure, which compared a pro-Palestinian protest at the Capitol to an “insurrection.” In response, Democrats introduced a motion to censure Greene, though they withdrew it before a vote. Greene reintroduced her measure to censure Tlaib after stripping the language about “insurrection,” though she pulled back when the House acted on the McCormick-led resolution.
Then, on Monday night, Democrats also introduced a censure of Rep. Brian Mast (R-Fla.) after he compared “innocent Palestinian civilians” to “innocent Nazi civilians.”
Tlaib, whose Detroit-area district includes a large Arab American population, is the first Palestinian American woman in Congress and is currently the only Palestinian American. She’s been an outspoken critic of the Israeli government during her tenure in Congress and has also vocally called for a ceasefire in the war between Israel and Hamas.
Speaking on the House floor earlier Tuesday, Tlaib said her colleagues had distorted her positions, and she reiterated that her criticism was solely of the Israeli government: “The idea that criticizing the government of Israel is antisemitic sets a very dangerous precedent.”
But that explanation wasn’t good enough for some House Democrats.
“That's not acceptable rhetoric,” said Rep. Brad Schneider (D-Ill.), who on Tuesday released a statement, along with 70 other Democrats condemning the language used by Tlaib.

I wrote a note to my representative in Congress, William Keating (D), who is the ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. I expressed my opposition to massive Israeli bombing and massive U.S. aid that facilitates that bombing. Yesterday, I received a form letter in reply that reveals Israel remains the “Daddy” to the U.S. Congress.
How so? The letter from Mr. Keating is plainspoken and direct in its condemnation of Hamas. There is, however, absolutely no criticism of Israel. None. Hamas is pure evil, Israel is a blameless victim, and that’s all you need to know, according to the letter signed by Keating.

Some examples from the letter: Hamas is described as launching “brutal attacks” that bring “death and destruction” to Israelis and Palestinians. They use Palestinian civilians as “pawns” and “human shields.” They are “terrorists.” It’s their attacks that have “already taken the lives of too many civilians.”
The letter also expresses support for a Palestinian state (no other details), for humanitarian aid to Gaza, while mentioning that Israel, in protecting itself against terrorism, must try to protect innocent civilians in Gaza as well. But perhaps the key passage in the letter is this one:
Israel has the right to protect its citizens against terrorists who continue to attack the country after Hamas carried out the largest massacre of Jewish people since the Holocaust. A ceasefire would only benefit Hamas and allow the terrorist group to rebuild, strengthen, and fortify its positions.
As Ranking Member on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Mr. Keating closes his letter by urging Hamas “to stop these violent attacks, which have already taken the lives of too many civilians.”
Here’s what’s missing from the letter: Any condemnation or even admission of the “violent attacks” by Israel that have already claimed the lives of more than 10,000 Palestinian civilians, including more than 4000 children. (The likely death toll is far higher since many bodies remain trapped and smashed and flattened under rubble.) Mr. Keating is completely unable or unwilling to criticize Israel in any way. Israel is completely in the right, Hamas is totally responsible for all the killing, and that’s all you need to know.
Again, Mr. Keating rejects any ceasefire as a boon to the terrorists (Hamas, of course; there’s no such thing as an Israeli terrorist). Without saying it explicitly, he tacitly supports Israel’s strategy to turn Gaza into rubble while expelling as many Palestinians as possible.
In sum, Mr. Keating, and indeed nearly all members of Congress, are 100% behind the right-wing Israeli government. To the question, “Who’s your daddy?” the clear answer for Keating and his fellow members of Congress is “Israel and Bibi Netanyahu.”

George Galloway wrote: "The foul allegations of rape have been dropped by the Israeli government. Today a law was passed in France qualifying any opposition to mRNA-LNP injections as a “sectarian aberration”. It carries a penalty of up to 3 years’ imprisonment and 45,000 euros.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis slammed Democrats during an interview late last week following the death of NYPD officer Jonathan Diller, saying that the party openly embraces criminals and has turned its back on law enforcement.
The 31-year-old police officer Jonathan Diller was allegedly murdered by 34-year-old Guy Rivera during a traffic stop as Diller attempted to get Rivera to vacate the car which is when Rivera allegedly pulled out a handgun and shot Diller in the stomach.

Rivera had 21 prior arrests and was released from prison in 2021 after serving five years for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
DeSantis responded to the killing by highlighting during an interview with Newsmax’s Eric Bolling the difference between how former President Donald Trump responded to Diller’s death and how President Joe Biden responded to his death.
“They get no support from these Democrat politicians,” DeSantis said. “It used to be police officers, a lot of them were Democrats. That’s changed. The Democratic Party has turned their back on law enforcement, they embrace the criminal element and let the inmates run the asylum, and a lot of these people.”
“And, you know, Obama and Biden and Clinton can go raise 25 million because they’re in the upper echelon,” DeSantis said of the fundraiser the three had for Biden’s re-election campaign last week. “So they’re immune from their own policies. The people that it really hurts are the people who are more working class and middle income Americans. Democratic party has turned their back on them. They’re really become the party of the elites.”
