Atlanta DA Fani Willis with main squeeze and Attorney Nathan Wade – screengrab
Attorney Mike Davis, the founder of the Article III Project, joined Steve Bannon on The War Room on Tuesday to discuss the explosive revelations that Atlanta DA Fani Willis’s lover boy and personal attorney was was meeting with meeting with the Biden White House to plot their strategy to bring down Trump with their bogus Georgia RICO case.
As previously reported, crooked Soros-funded Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis had an ‘improper’ romantic relationship with a top Trump prosecutor in her office, according to a filing.
According to the AJC, Fani Willis “financially benefited” from a romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, a top prosecutor she hired to go after President Trump.

As Cristina Laila reported on Monday – In August Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis hit President Trump and 18 others with RICO and conspiracy charges for daring to challenge the 2020 election.
Last night news broke that defendant Michael Roman dismissed and for Fani Willis, Nathan Wade and everyone in the DA’s office to be disqualified from the RICO case against Trump.

His filing claims Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor hired to go after Trump, paid for luxury vacations he took with Fani Willis to Napa Valley and a cruise in the Caribbean – and used money from Fulton County to pay for their out-of-town escapades.
As Cristina reported – Nathan Wade was brought in as a special prosecutor by Fani Willis in November 2021. He met with Biden’s White House Counsel at least twice in 2022 leading up to Trump’s indictment – once in May 2022 and another time in November 2022.

On Tuesday Mike Davis broke down how Fani’s buffoon boyfriend who was paid over $600,000 in taxpayer funds over the past year thanks to his girlfriend, met with White House officials to plot the Trump indictments and put this on his expense report!
Steve Bannon: Her alleged boyfriend – He bills meetings at the White House. Let’s see, he’s working for Fanny Willis. He’s the head guy on the RICO charge. He flies to Washington, DC, on two separate occasions, bills him for it. I guess, unless he’s a criminal, that’s billing for stuff he’s not doing. Help me out here, Davis. I’m not too familiar with how you lawyers work. Doesn’t that mean that he’s there to talk to the White House counsel’s office about the prosecution of Trump in Atlanta? Sir. Yeah.
Mike Davis: He has two bills, one on May 23, 2022, for $2,000 for travel to Athens. I presume that’s Athens, Georgia, conference with White House counsel. So we have to look, was Biden down in Athens, Georgia on May 23, 2022, or did this White House counsel make a trip down there? What was the purpose of this trip? Obviously, this meeting is about Trump’s case, this unprecedented prosecution of Trump by Fannie Willis and her alleged boyfriend, Nathan Wade. Because Nathan Wade billed for $2,000 of his time for this meeting with the White House counsel. So the White House can’t say that this meeting was not related to Trump.
Wade is stupid enough to put in his billing, that’s publicly disclosed, that he met with the White House counsel related to President Trump’s prosecution. Like you said, not Brandeis, not even close. And I can’t believe that Fannie Willis would bring in this unqualified clown, even if it’s her boyfriend, even if this clown takes her on trips around the world to run the most important case of her career. She’s just a total buffoon. And then there’s the second meeting. Interview with DC White House counsel on November 18, 2022, again, a block billing for 2000 hours. I’m looking at this, Nathan Wade’s bills. He doesn’t have a lot of specifics in these bills. They’re block bills for $2,000 a pop each day.
So there’s clear coordination. There’s clear coordination between Biden and these prosecutors. Remember, it was deputy White House counsel Jonathan’s suit who waived President Trump’s claim of executive privilege on behalf of President Trump that led to the unprecedented, unnecessary, unlawful home raid on President Trump for the presidential records he’s allowed to have in the office of former president under the Presidential Records act.
It was Matthew Colangelo who got sent as a senior political appointee in the Biden Justice Department. The number two to the number three, who got sent to Manhattan Da Alvin Bragg’s office. The Soros funded Manhattan DA to resurrect this zombie case against Trump that the prior Manhattan DA, the Manhattan U. S. Attorney, the Federal Election Commission, and Alvin Bragg himself passed on until this Biden official went to Bragg’s office and brought the first indictment ever against a former president.
And now we have this Nathan Wade, Fanny Willis’s alleged boyfriend, who had these meetings with the White House, including a meeting with the White House counsel before the indictment of President Trump.

SMOKING GUN: Record Reveals Fani Willis Visited the Biden White House Just DAYS After Georgia Grand Jury Recommended Indictments in Garbage Trump RICO Case

Is this the inconvertible evidence needed to prove the Biden regime colluded with corrupt Fulton Country District Attorney Fani Willis to prosecute Trump?
As the Gateway Pundit’s Cristina Laila previously reported, Willis’ alleged lover Nathan Wade met with the Biden’s White House Counsel multiple times in 2022, before the Trump indictment on bogus charges. Willis hired Wade as a special prosecutor in 2021 and financially benefitted from their relationship, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
But it turns out Willis herself flew up to DC and met with the White House on February 28, 2023. The record shows that one of the individuals she apparently met with was Kamala Harris (Note VPOTUS in the record).

Recall how giddy the jury forewoman Emily Kohls was at the possibility of indicting Trump back then before blurting out to the media they were recommending charges.

As conservative activist Benny Johnson notes, this was just DAYS after the Georgia grand jury recommended charges and indictments in the Trump RICO case.

In August, Willis would follow through on the grand jury’s recommendation. As Laila has previously noted, Willis hit President Trump and 18 others with RICO and conspiracy charges for daring to challenge the 2020 election.
There were an astounding 41 charges in total.
Only a fool would think Willis’s meeting with the White House just days after the jury’s recommended indictments was a coincidence. This is almost undoubtedly clear evidence the Regime was keeping tabs and wanted an update.

This report was republished with permission from The Daily Caller News Foundation, an independent and nonpartisan newswire service.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis paid her alleged romantic partner, Nathan Wade, to work at a higher hourly rate on the case against former President Donald Trump than she contracted one of the state’s leading racketeering experts, according to documents obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

John Floyd, who wrote a book on federal and state Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) statutes and is considered Georgia’s top expert, entered into a contract with the Fulton County District Attorney’s office on March 10, 2021 at an hourly rate of $150 per hour, according to a contract obtained by the DCNF. Nathan Wade, who Willis appointed special prosecutor, was retained at a rate of $250 per hour, according to the contract contained in court documents — though Willis claimed Sunday all her special counsels were paid the same rate.
A Trump co-defendant claimed in a motion seeking to dismiss the case last week that Willis benefited from awarding Wade, allegedly her romantic partner, a “lucrative” contract because he used payments he received for his position to take her on cruises and vacations. Wade filed for divorce from his wife on Nov. 2, 2021, the day after his contract to work under Willis began.
Willis responded to the allegations for the first time Sunday in remarks made at Big Bethel AME Church, claiming she paid all three special counsels on the Trump case the same hourly rate, and that one special counsel, an indirect reference to Wade, was only being attacked because of his race.
“I’m a little confused. I appointed three special counsels, as is my right to do, paid them all the same hourly rate. They only attack one,” Willis said. “I hired one white woman, a good personal friend and great lawyer, a superstar, I tell you. I hired one white man, brilliant, my friend and a great lawyer. And I hired one black man, another superstar, a great friend and a great lawyer … First thing they say: ‘oh, she [is going to] play the race card now.”
“You cannot expect black women to be perfect and save the world,” Willis said.
The other special counsel, Anna Cross, entered into a contract with Fulton County at a $250 hourly rate on July 15, 2022, according to a document obtained by the DCNF. In her 20 years of experience as a prosecutor, she represented Georgia in multiple high-profile homicide cases and has argued over 60 times at the Georgia Supreme Court, according to her firm’s website.
It’s possible Floyd was later paid at a higher rate, as the contract the DCNF obtained only extends through April 2022.
Floyd previously worked with Willis to use Georgia’s RICO act to prosecute close to three dozen Atlanta public educators for a cheating scandal about inflating students’ standardized testing scores, which eleven teachers were convicted in by a jury in April 2015, according to the Associated Press.
Wade’s prior experience includes working in private practice as a trial attorney on contract disputes and family law, and as a municipal judge dealing with traffic tickets, according to The Washington Post. Ashleigh Merchant, Roman’s attorney, wrote in the motion she filed last week that Wade has never prosecuted a felony RICO case and that she was “unable to find any history of, Wade ever having prosecuted a single felony trial.”
“If the allegations about his lack of felony trial experience are true, $250 per hour is unreasonably high,” Atlanta-based criminal defense attorney and legal analyst Philip Holloway told the DCNF. “It could be argued that any amount is too high to pay someone with no felony trial experience to come in as lead counsel in the biggest, most complex criminal case in the history of Georgia.”
Wade has been paid nearly $654,000 in legal fees since January 2022, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Fulton County paid Wade’s law firm $34,000 in March 2023, while it paid Floyd’s firm, Bondurant Mixson & Elmore, $30,200 in the same month, according to a monthly public expenditure report. Floyd’s firm is not listed on Fulton County’s February 2023 expenditure reports, which shows Wade’s firm receiving $68,500. Neither firm appears on January’s public expenditure report.
Wade made $36,000 in April 2023 and $35,000 in May 2023, according to expenditure reports.
Floyd’s firm was paid $3,000 in June 2023. Wade’s firm does not appear on the report. Reports from other months could not be publicly accessed.
“Obviously the appropriate fee paid to special counsel would depend on the subject matter, the level of complexity, the level of expertise required, the level of experience of the attorney, and to some extent, the funds available to pay said attorney,” Keith Adams, an Atlanta-based criminal defense attorney who represented Young Thug in the RICO case brought against him by Willis, told the DCNF.
There may be “various budgets” a special counsel is paid from, he said, noting most Fulton County contract attorneys are paid through the Superior Court budget. A Superior Court advertisement for contract attorneys in the county, included on page 82 of the motion filed last week by Trump co-defendant Michael Roman, places the highest hourly pay rate for attorneys with at least five years of experience and two prior trials featuring similar offenses at $140.
“It may be that the special counsel is being paid from a completely separate budget that is not subject to the same budgetary limitations, and is left to the discretion of the District Attorney,” Adams said.
Holloway said Wade’s rate is why “nepotism is frowned upon when decisions are made on awarding no-bid contracts.”
“This kind of arrangement is unheard of in Georgia,” he told the DCNF. “So there is no basis for comparison. Court appointed criminal defense lawyers around here typically make less than $100 per hour on felony cases.”
The investigation into former President Donald Trump began in February 2021, when Willis wrote a letter informing state officials she had opened an investigation into “potential violations of Georgia law prohibiting the solicitation of election fraud, the making of false statements to state and local government bodies, conspiracy, racketeering, violation of oath of office and any involvement in violence or threats related to the election’s administration,” according to the Associated Press.
The District Attorneys’ office and Wade did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Fulton County referred the DCNF to the District Attorney’s office.

Bank statements showing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ alleged lover Nathan Wade, who she appointed as special prosecutor in the case against former President Donald Trump, purchased airline tickets in her name make it increasingly likely allegations about their relationship and potential kickbacks are true, legal experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation on Friday.
Wade purchased airline tickets to Miami and San Francisco in Willis’ name, bank statements contained in a Friday court filing by his wife, Joycelyn Wade, revealed. A motion filed by Trump co-defendant Michael Roman to disqualify Willis and dismiss the case previously alleged she benefited from approving Wade’s “lucrative” contract when he took her on vacations, which legal experts said makes it more likely the allegations contained within are accurate.
Atlanta-based criminal defense attorney and legal analyst Philip Holloway told the DCNF that the bank statements show “that the money that was paid to him benefited her in the form of lifestyle purchases.”
“I think it supports the allegations made by Roman,” he said. “It connects the dots and follows the money from the coffers of the Fulton DA’s office back to Willis in the form of costs of personal travel.”
The bank statements contained in Friday’s court filing also feature payments for Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Lines, which Roman’s motion alleged the two traveled on together. Wade made two $1,387 and $1,284 payments for the Royal Caribbean cruise on Oct. 4, 2022, the same day he purchased the pair of airline tickets to Miami, including one in Willis’ name, according to the statements.

“I think that [the bank statements], along with Fulton county’s delayed response, makes it much more likely that the factual allegations are true,” Atlanta-based criminal defense attorney Andrew Fleischman told the DCNF.

“It certainly looks bad,” John Malcolm, vice president for the Heritage Foundation’s Institute for Constitutional Government and former deputy assistant attorney general in the DOJ’s Criminal Division, told the DCNF. “I would want to see how the two of them respond before saying definitively that this is all disqualifying. But, if these were County funds that were paid to him (and which were authorized by her) for case-related work, and it turns out that the funds were used to pay for romantic getaways by the two of them, that would certainly be disqualifying.”
Wade’s firm has received close to $654,000 from the Fulton County District Attorney’s office since 2022, according to county data. He filed for divorce on Nov. 2, 2021, the day after his contract with Willis began.
“This certainly magnifies concerns and further justifies calls for Willis and Wade to recuse themselves from the case,” George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley told the DCNF. “Willis can argue that this was simply a relationship where Wade paid for flights as he did meals and other expenses. Yet, that still raises serious questions over Willis’ professional separation from Wade’s interests in appointing him and setting his salary.”
Willis approved a contract for Wade to work at $250 an hour, while the attorney known as Georgia’s top racketeering expert, John Floyd, was only initially contracted to work at $150 an hour and later paid $200 an hour, according to contracts and bank statements obtained by the DCNF. Willis falsely stated Sunday that she paid all three special counsels on the case the same hourly rate.

Turley noted that the Department of Justice has previously indicted corporate officials “for using tickets and vacations for kickback schemes.”
“That does not mean that that is what occurred here, but such payments magnify concerns,” he told the DCNF.
Fulton County Commissioner Bob Ellis requested on Friday that Willis produce information relating to allegations that she misused county funds by Feb. 2, 2024, according to a letter obtained by the DCNF. A response to the motion filed by Roman is also due by Feb. 2, and a hearing on the matter is scheduled before Judge Scott McAffee on Feb. 15.
