A government watchdog is demanding the US attorney probing Hunter Biden in Delaware investigate tens of millions in anonymous donations from China to the University of Pennsylvania, where an academic center is named for his father, President Biden.
The Ivy League college raked in a total of $54.6 million from 2014 through June 2019 in donations from China, including $23.1 million in anonymous gifts starting in 2016, according to public records.
Most of the anonymous donations came after the university announced in February 2017 that it would create the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement. Joe Biden, whose term as vice president had just ended, was to lead the center and was also named a professor at the university.
The center, which is located in Washington, DC, opened its doors in February 2018. Antony Blinken, whom Biden named as secretary of state, briefly served as its managing director.
The Ivy League university received $15.8 million in anonymous Chinese gifts that year, including one eye-popping $14.5 million donation in May 2018, records show.
The flurry of donations may be related to first son Hunter Biden’s business interests in China, the National Legal and Policy Center, a Virginia-based watchdog, alleged in complaints sent in May and October 2020 to the Departments of Education and Justice.
The center, which is located in Washington, DC., opened its doors in February 2018. The Penn Biden Center, located in Washington, DC, opened its doors in February 2018.
Last week, the group asked US Attorney David Weiss to step in and investigate the Chinese largesse to the school as part of his federal tax probe of Hunter Biden.
“We’ve asked … Weiss to pursue the larger network of individuals and institutions who benefited from millions doled out by foreign interests connected to Hunter Biden’s work in China and Ukraine,” said Tom Anderson, director of the NLPC’s Government Integrity Project.
In its 12-page complaint, the watchdog cited a 2017 text found on Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop that CEFC China Energy Co, one of the firms that Hunter Biden had a financial stake in, wanted to lobby politicians in the US but did not want to register under the Foreign Agent Registration Act, as required for all foreign lobbyists.

“We don’t want to have to register as foreign agents under the FCPA [sic] which … is much more expansive than people who should know choose not to know,” reads the May 1, 2017, text sent from Hunter Biden to his former business partner Tony Bobulinski.
A University of Pennsylvania spokesman denied any anonymous Chinese money had gone to the center.
“The Penn Biden Center has never solicited or received any gifts from any Chinese or other foreign entity. In fact, the University has never solicited any gifts for the Center,” Stephen MacCarthy said.
Although the center’s mission statement says it does not accept contributions, MacCarthy contended that it had received a combined $1,100 in three unsolicited gifts from two donors since 2017, but said both donors are Americans.
He would not disclose the identity of the donors or say how the massive, anonymous Chinese funds were used at the school.
After Joe Biden was elected president in 2020, the center said it would operate “completely independent of the Biden administration.”
Other Ivy League colleges have raked in Chinese money, including Harvard, which got $75 million during the 2014-2019 period, and Yale, which received $43.5 million, records show.
The Education Department opened investigations in 2020 into whether Harvard and Yale were meeting reporting requirements for foreign cash.

While Obama and Biden have worked so hard to take away Americans’ guns, they are building a massive domestic army themselves.
Barack Obama said he wasn’t going to take away Americans’ guns before he took office, but this soon proved to be just another lie.

Obama tried in 2015 to take away guns from social security recipients and then he decided not to arm border patrol agents, allowing the greatest invasion of illegal aliens in US history to occur during his stint in the White House.

But what may have been worse was when Obama plotted the scheme labeled ‘Fast and Furious’ where the US ran guns across the border into Mexico. Over 200 people were killed because of Holder’s Fast and Furious gun-running operation including border patrol agent Brian Terry.
This appears to have been an effort to push public distrust of guns.
Now the Biden Administration is pushing any anti-American, radical policy it can. Every foreign and domestic action they take hurts the US and helps Communist China.
After harassing and assaulting President Trump and his staff, family, and friends, and stealing the 2020 Election, Biden-Obama want to make sure President Trump never runs for office again. They plan on using the DOJ to arrest President Trump on false charges so they can imprison him and punish him.
Biden is creating a domestic army within the government.

Non-profit OpentheBooks released a comprehensive oversight report earlier this year titled “The Militarization of The U.S. Executive Agencies” (here). The report estimated “that there are now more federal officers with firearm authority (200,000+) than U.S. Marines (186,000).” It’s the fulfillment of Obama’s well-funded prophecy.
There is clearly no legal authority, requirement, or reason for general administrative agencies, like the Internal Revenue Service, whose power is limited to implementing laws, to have weapons. Biden plans on expanding the IRS by 87,000 workers. Will their audit training include marksmanship?

Several MSM outlets have been challenging the validity of Tony Bobulinski’s claims regarding Joe Biden’s and his brother Jim’s involvement with Hunter’s China business activity. The latest NY Post forensic evaluation confirmed that Bobulinski’s email was legit. But apparently, this is not good enough for propaganda outlets like CNN, NYT and WaPo which continue to challenge these emails and any claim of “family” involvement.

Apelbaum also has evidence of payments from China. In the below image, Hunter is pressing Mervyn Yan from CEFC for payment and the subsequent wire transfers to his account and the Chinese payment to Owasco P.C, one of Biden’s businesses

Note that in 2020 we reported that Hunter’s Owasco Company is where he is making recurring transfers to an individual who is a ghost with no Internet footprint, and Hunter’s company OWASCO happens to be the name of one of the Finger Lakes in New York.

Apelbaum provides a letter between Hunter and China introducing Tony Bobulinski. Apelbaum also provides evidence of Hunter’s earnings in 2015 which amounted to $2.5 million. He then provides evidence that Ukrainian company Burisma payments to Hunter are not recognized as income. Then Apelbaum produces some of the perks Hunter obtained as a result of his corrupt deals around the world. This includes furs, diamonds and a discussion with the King of Jordan:

After ignoring the scandal for 47 days, is NBC trying to get ahead of a bigger story?

NBC Nightly News shocked viewers Wednesday night with a special segment on the son of the US president, Hunter Biden, who’s currently the target of a federal criminal investigation.

Host Hallie Jackson began the evening news segment by laying out the fed’s case against Hunter for tax evasion.

“The President’s son under growing scrutiny tonight over his finances, with federal prosecutors in Delaware investigating Hunter Biden and whether he broke federal tax law,” Jackson said.

Jackson noted a rep for Hunter told NBC News his $2 million tax bill had been “paid off.”

“Does paying that tax bill wash away any liability that Hunter Biden may have now?” Jackson asked.

NBC News analyst Chuck Rosenberg chimed in that paying off the tax bill doesn’t absolve Hunter of guilt.

“Paying the tax bill, if in fact, that’s what he did, doesn’t undo the crime,” Rosenberg said, adding, “It would be like returning money to a bank that you robbed. You still robbed the bank.”

Jackson continued by referencing contents found in Hunter’s laptop, which showed that, despite numerous denials, Hunter’s father Joe Biden did indeed meet a top exec of the Ukraine gas firm Burisma Holdings.


“The President’s son and his company brought in about $11 million between 2013 and 2018 including some years in which his father was Vice President, working as an attorney, a board member to a Ukrainian gas company accused of bribing a prosecutor, and for a joint venture involving a Chinese businessman now accused of fraud according to an NBC News analysis of a copy of Biden’s hard drive and iCloud account as well as documents released by a Senate committee,” Jackson detailed. “During the campaign then-candidate, Joe Biden denied his son profited off a China connection.”

After airing a clip of Biden issuing a denial, Jackson went on: “The records show Hunter Biden’s company received nearly $5 million in consulting contracts from that joint venture funded by a Chinese energy company. A snapshot of Hunter Biden’s spending shows that for about five months in late 2017 and early 2018, he spent more than $200,000 a month on things like luxury hotel rooms, cash withdrawals, dental work, and payments on a Porsche according to documents on the hard drive. A time period in which Hunter Biden has acknowledged struggling with drug addiction.”

Jackson acknowledged that after the media demonized the laptop story during the presidential campaign as Russian disinformation, several news agencies have since authenticated its contents.

Walter Shuab, a former director for the US Office of Government Ethics, defended Hunter saying he may not be bound by the same government ethics rule since he’s not a federal employee.

“Hunter Biden seems a lot like somebody whose primary profession is being Joe Biden’s son, but unless there’s a direct connection to Joe Biden, that’s really more of a criticism of one private citizen rather than a government official or an administration,” Shuab said.

The national news segment’s sudden focus after 47 days of ignoring the scandal could indicate they’re trying to get ahead of bigger news as the feds narrow in on Hunter’s shady business dealings.
