STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) — Police in Stevens Point say all four men wanted in connection with the beating death of a 61-year-old man are accounted for.
Arlin Sangster surrendered peacefully in Wausau Wednesday morning. A few hours later, officers say they contacted Daemon Kitzrow.
No further information regarding Kitzrow was released, so it is unclear if he turned himself in or was arrested after a tip from the public.
It’s also unknown if Kitzrow or Sangster will face charges stemming from the beating of Donald Mitchell last Friday night in a Stevens Point parking lot. Mitchell was rushed to a local hospital and airlifted to Wausau, where he died from his injuries on Saturday.
Christian Emerson of Wausau was arrested last weekend and is facing a count of battery. He was released on a $50,000 cash bond earlier this week and will return to court in April. Brandon L. Boehm turned himself in on Tuesday.

STEVENS POINT, Wis. (WSAW) - Bond has been set at $250,000 cash for two of the three men facing charges in a fatal assault.

Brandon Boehm, 20, and Arlin Sangster, 19, appeared in Portage County Circuit Court Thursday. Portage County District Attorney Cass Cousins said they, along with Christian Emerson, 18, will be charged with reckless homicide. Boehm and Sangster’s bonds were set at $250,000. Emerson is free on a $50,000 cash bond.

The three Wausau area men are accused of fatally assaulting a man in the parking lot of Cobblestone Hotel and Suites in Stevens Point. Police said the victim, Donald Mitchell Jr., 61 was found on March 15. He died the following day due to his injuries.

According to the criminal complaint, doctors said nearly every bone in his face had been fractured and that he had suffered multiple fractured ribs. The man lost consciousness and was placed on life support, he died the next day.

Cousins explained a video posted to TikTok was used as part of the evidence in the case. He told NewsChannel 7 the video was found in Emerson’s camera roll. It had been saved from TikTok. It’s not exactly clear yet who took the video. Court documents stated the video was taken from the perspective of someone sitting in the passenger seat of a car.

According to the criminal complaint, two witnesses said the victim believed the men took something from his truck. The victim was living in his truck and had been staying the parking lot.

Cousins explained that Boehm’s actions were the reason for the confrontation. Court documents state Boehm was looking for items in vehicles in the parking lot.

“Which was what the inciting event for the whole incident and also he was the person who struck this first person first and struck the victim repeatedly,” Cousins explained in court on Thursday.

Cousins said a fourth person Daemon Kitzrow, 19, was not directly involved in the assault and will not be prosecuted.

Teens charged with 1st-degree reckless homicide after man dies from injuries.

White Supremacy strikes again!

Police in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, arrested several black teenagers accused of brutally beating a homeless man in a parking lot who later died from his injuries.
Footage later uploaded to TikTok by the teens show the white victim, Donald Mitchell Jr., 61, laying motionless in the parking lot after he was savagely assaulted.

In the video, submitted as evidence in court, the teens can be heard mocking the man and laughing at him as he laid face-down on the pavement.
The Wausau Pilot & Review has more on the circumstances that led up to the deadly altercation, and the extent of the victim’s fatal injuries:
According to the Point Plover Metro Wire, police and paramedics responded at about 11:45 p.m. Friday, March 15 to the 1100 block of Centerpoint Drive for a report of a man on the ground following an apparent assault. The caller told officers they saw the man being beaten up by three people in the area of a local hotel.
The caller told police they heard yelling between the victim and suspects after the man accused them of taking something from his truck. A witness reported seeing three men surround the victim near his vehicle, then actively punch him with their fists. The man fell to the ground and one of the suspects kicked him while he was down.

According to the Point Plover Metro Wire report, Emerson and three of his friends drove to Stevens Point from Wausau to go to a nightclub on Main Street. They were denied entry due to their ages, then “wandered around the area” until about 11:30 p.m., when they encountered the man.
After the beating, the victim was taken to an area hospital for an evaluation, then transported to a trauma center in Wausau for treatment of broken ribs, severe head trauma, swollen eyes and severe brain swelling, Dodge said. The man died a short time later.
Police have arrested Brandon Boehm, 20, Christian Emerson, 18, and Arlin Sangster, 19, for allegedly committing the assault, charging them with 1st-degree reckless homicide, while a fourth person, Daemon Kitzrow, 19, who was not involved in the assault won’t be charged.

The horrendous crime contradicts the position of the federal government, led by Joe Biden, who has for years been promoting the narrative that white supremacy is the greatest terror threat Americans face.
