GEORGIA: The Black Fulton County D.A. Paul L. Howard, Jr., announces the new “Conviction Integrity Unit” specifically designed to exonerate Jewish sex-strangler Leo Frank and reverse his conviction for murdering a 13-year-old White girl. Howard is flanked by former Gov. Roy Barnes and Melissa D. Redmon, director of the University of Georgia Law School.

THIS COMES WITH permission directly from an insider source who has given me reliable information in the past, whose name I absolutely must keep confidential and who has been keeping me abreast of developments of this nature.

My government insider associate has informed me that Leo Frank, the Atlanta B’nai B’rith president who strangled little Mary Phagan, a 13-year-old White girl who worked in his factory, to death after sexually assaulting her there, will be “exonerated” in 2019. This has been a goal of organized Jews for over a century.

The fix is in. A “deal” has been made between Jews and the Black establishment that now nominally rules once-White Atlanta, and a remnant of pathetic, truckling, corrupt White officials.

Previously, the strong evidence against Frank, and the once-proud tradition of honor among Southern Whites, made exoneration impossible and it was repeatedly rejected despite the strongest pressure from Jews.

Blacks, too, had previously been resistant to exonerating Frank, and it was a Black nationalist group, the Nation of Islam, which had published one of the best books on the Frank case, The Lynching of a Guilty Man, in 2016 (which was made into an audio book by the American Mercury). Many Blacks also strongly resented the efforts of the pro-Frank forces, which included the ADL, to successively frame two innocent Black men, Newt Lee and James Conley, for the crime. The effort to frame Conley, who died nearly 60 years ago, continues even today.

Inside information indicates that corrupt Black leaders have been given a “deal” in which a new “Conviction Integrity Unit” will first exonerate Frank — the real purpose of the unit — and then later may be used to reverse convictions of specially-favored Blacks.

The corrupt White leaders who acquiesced in the deal of course neither asked for nor received anything on behalf of the White community, whom they hate and do not represent. They possibly received some paltry pieces of silver for themselves — though we can’t be sure of that, since for many White trucklers, particularly ones from the South, serving and obeying Jews is enough of a reward in itself.

In late 2018, not long after the re-dedication of the “Leo Frank Lynching Historical Marker” at Roswell Road in Marietta, Ga., Dale Schwartz and the Anti-Defamation League’s legal team accelerated the push for the creation of a clandestine rubber-stamp committee which would do nothing less than exonerate Leo Frank.

Prominent civic and political leaders back the effort; relatives of Mary Phagan are livid

The air in the cemetery felt like wet cotton. The sky rumbled above, but the storms that would down limbs and power lines were still a day away. For now, damp heat and a boiling fury gripped the woman scrubbing the marker placed in memory of the murdered young girl she was named for.

“Sleep, little girl, sleep,” Mary Phagan’s gravestone reads. Her body was discovered in April 1913 in the Atlanta factory where she worked. Factory superintendent Leo Frank was convicted four months after Mary’s death and hanged by a lynch mob in 1915.

A posthumous pardon issued in 1986 didn’t address the matter of guilt or innocence, but a new investigative effort by the Fulton County district attorney’s office means Frank could one day be officially exonerated.

“There’s no statute of limitations on doing the right thing,” said Temple Kol Emeth Rabbi Steven Lebow, who has researched the case for years. “An innocent man was found guilty. Justice is the debt the present owes the future.”

Mary Phagan-Kean is the great-niece and namesake of the factory worker killed at age 13. She is convinced Frank was guilty and livid at the thought of him being declared innocent.

“This issue has already been decided,” she said while she tidied Mary’s resting place.

The National Pencil Company on Forsyth Street in downtown Atlanta is long gone. The Sam Nunn Federal Center occupies the land where it once sat. The area where Frank was hanged is now a Waffle House parking lot.

This book is erudite double-talk that avoids the massive evidence of Frank's guilt. The proofs persuaded:

1) a grand jury with three Jewish members out of 21, with all 21 Grand Jurors signing personally the bill of indictment, including the THREE JEWISH members,
2) a district court jury,
3) the Georgia Supreme Court and
4) the United States Supreme Court.

Why did Leonard Dinnerstein only spend one page of his 280-pager on Leo Frank's four-hour peroration to the jury that occurred on August 18, 1913, which proved the turning point in the case, changing suspicion of Frank into certainty of his guilt?

The "lynchers" were not tobacco-spitting rednecks but an outraged former governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Georgia, sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, police, judges and leading businessmen, bankers, lawyers and clergy. In stark contrast, the governor, John Slaton, who commuted Frank's death sentence in 1915, was a partner in the law firm that had represented Frank, a staggering conflict of interest!

Outrageously, the Frank defense team played the race card to the transparent hilt, blaming two perfectly innocent blacks to the all-white jury for the rape-murder, calling the black janitor Conley "a plain, beastly, drunken, filthy, lying n----r...fired with lust." The NY Times under publisher and synagogue member Adolf Ochs also joined in, trying to frame Conley, labeling him, quote, "a drunken, lowlived, utterly worthless...black human animal."

Leo Frank reversed himself on the stand and admitted that he was in the bathroom when and where Mary Ann Phagan was murdered. And numerous employees testified to his severe sexual harassment of female employees prior to the crime.

Lucille Frank told her own cook that Leo Frank had confessed the murder to her and had asked for a pistol to shoot himself. She refused to visit him for two weeks after his arrest, and ensured by will that she was not buried next to her supposedly innocent husband up in Queens, NY, the martyred victim of antisemitism, but instead was cremated and interred in Georgia.

But hey, what does a wife know about her husband? Or maybe Lucille Frank, née Lucille Selig-Cohen, was antisemitic?

I encourage everyone to buy a copy of this book and compare it with the official legal files, records and documents of the Leo Frank case in the Georgia Supreme Court Archives, to learn why this book is nothing more than an anti-Gentile racist morality tale sham that makes a baseless mockery of U.S. legal history.
