Suspects In Drive-By Shooting Arrested

MILFORD, Del. -- Two men wanted for a Seaford area drive-by shooting are under arrest.
The shooting Saturday in the Broad Acres Development wounded a bystander -- a 33-year-old woman.
Delaware State Police said Donnell Savage, 18, of Seaford, turned himself in on Monday. Ernest Evans, 18, of Greenwood was arrested by Milford Police on Monday night.
The shooting victim was wounded in the neck and has been released from the hospital.
