The gunman allegedly responsible for the senseless killing of a 10-year-old Queens boy was arrested on Tuesday, the NYPD said.

Jovan Young, 29, was charged with murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the horrifying weekend shooting in Far Rockaway where little Justin Wallace and his cousin were hit, police said.

Law enforcement sources said that cops had recovered a gun tied to the individual. He was awaiting arraignment.

Chilling surveillance video showed the shooter pulling up to a home on Beach 45th* Street in a dark SUV on Saturday night, before getting out, reaching his arm through an iron railing — and pumping a barrage of bullets at the house.

Wallace — a fifth-grader who would have turned 11 on Tuesday — took a fatal bullet to the abdomen. His 29-year-old cousin suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the shoulder.

The slain boy’s father, Albert Wallace, told The Post on Sunday that the shooting stemmed from a long-simmering dispute between his relatives and their neighbors over a shared driveway.

“He kill[ed] my son over the driveway?!” the distraught dad said.

He described his boy as a “people person’’ who helped struggling classmates with their schoolwork, saying ““My son you see him, you love him,”

“Justin Wallace should have turned 11 today. He should have spent today celebrating with his friends and family,” Mayor Bill de Blasio said in a statement after the arrest in the case.

“If you shoot and kill in New York City, you will be caught. You will be arrested. You will be held accountable.”

One of the men involved in the Queens driveway dispute that led to the fatal shooting of 10-year-old Justin Wallace has been busted with a half-dozen firearms, cops said Friday.

Police executed a search warrant at Ashram Lochan’s home on Beach 45th Street in Far Rockaway — at the house next to where little Justin was fatally shot — and found the illicit cache Thursday night, authorities said.

Lochan had allegedly been arguing with Justin’s older nephew over the families’ shared driveway Saturday evening before another man fired into the Wallace relatives’ home, killing the fifth-grader with a single shot. Suspected shooter Jovan Young is currently being held without bail in Justin’s death.

“Excellent job by the 101 Precinct Detective Squad for successfully conducting a search warrant which led to the arrest of Astram Locham,” Chief Rodney Harrison tweeted Friday, misspelling his name.

“Locham was charged for criminal possession of one 9mm handgun, one .380 handgun, one .410 revolver, and two flare guns.

“On June 5, Lochan was involved in a dispute from an ongoing parking issue that led to the shooting which killed 10-year-old Justin Wallace,” Harrison wrote in another tweet. “Justin is another innocent life lost to senseless gun violence.

“This is a great example of the hard work and dedication of #NYPD officers. We are constantly working to bring justice to the families of crime victims,” the cop added.

Lochan has four prior busts — all of which are sealed — including two arrests for criminal possession of a weapon in 2014 and 2015, sources said.

He was also arrested for criminal trespass in 2010 and criminal possession of marijuana in 2011, the sources added.

The Queens man accused of killing a 10-year-old boy during a parking dispute this spring was charged with attempted murder and robbery in connection with a stick up of an MTA worker months earlier.
Jovan Young, 29, allegedly ambushed the 64-year-old as he returned to his Edgemere house on January 19, taking his wallet at gunpoint, before fleeing on foot, police said.
The victim got back into his car and followed Young, who turned and fired at his car, according to the NYPD.
No injuries were reported, and Young made off with the wallet, which contained $120, cops said.
Young is behind bars without bail in connection with the June 5 shooting death of Justin Wallace at his aunt’s home in Far Rockaway.
He has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder and faces 25 years to life behind bars if convicted.
