2 facing drug charges after I-80 traffic stop

Two men were arrested on drug charges after $10,000 worth of cocaine was found in a vehicle stopped for speeding on Interstate 80 in Pocono Township on Tuesday, state police at Swiftwater said.
Shahir Tyrick Wallace, 21, of Philadelphia, and Claude Howard, 34, of Williamsport, were scheduled to be arraigned this morning before District Judge John Whitesell.
They were arrested after their westbound vehicle was stopped about 8:30 p.m. for allegedly going 66 mph in a 55 mph zone, police said.
Police said they found more than four ounces of cocaine in the vehicle with a street value of $10,000.
Police said the men gave permission for the vehicle to be searched. They were charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and criminal conspiracy.
