Officials from the Biden Administration are working to give the World Health Organization the power to unilaterally declare a health emergency in any country, thereby giving them emergency powers. The message from the administration and the vote are going unreported by the heritage media, but former Congressman Michele Bachmann is working hard at sounding the alarm.

BACHMANN: “BIGGEST GLOBAL POWER GRAB IN OUR LIFETIMES”​

Bachmann has stated that the upcoming vote in Geneva over the Biden Administration’s amendments would cede U.S. sovereignty to the WHO over national healthcare decisions in what she described as “the biggest global power grab that we have seen in our lifetimes.”

Bachmann’s concern is over the vote that will take place on May 22 in the World Health Organization’s (WHO) governing legislative body, the World Health Assembly (WHA). The vote is to ratify the amendments proposed by the Biden administration and are scheduled as “Provisional agenda item 16.2”.
Bachmann spoke about the dilemma on Steve Bannon’s War Room.
“This authority that they will be given will impact 99.4% of all the people in the world,” Bachmann said. “There are 193 nations belonging to the UN. The Biden administration is bringing amendments that were proposed that all nations of the earth cede their sovereignty over their national health care decisions to the WHO.”

“This means that the WHO would have decision-making authority to intervene in the United States government policy and any nation of the world without our permission. For instance, the lockdown where you see 26 million people today locked down in Shangai, China. They can’t leave their apartments or homes. The WHO would have the authority to be able to enforce that here in the United States, on whatever pretext they want. They don’t have to show data. They could do this.”

BACHMANN SUMMED UP THE DANGER IN ONE LINE:​

“What this does, bottom line is that it creates a platform for global governance through the WHO,” she said.
She emphasized that action had to be taken immediately.
“This is what people need to know,” Bachmann said. “It’s time-sensitive. No one knew about this. The Biden administration gave these proposed amendments to the WHO on January 18. No one knew this until April 12, less than a month ago. But in less than two weeks, the delegates will vote on this in Geneva, Switzerland. The Biden administration has already released a list of countries, forty of the most powerful countries in the world, including Canada, the EU, and the UK, and Australia. These countries are going along with the Biden administration’s insane push to give sovereignty over to the untrustworthy WHO.”
“It’s extremely important the vote is going to take place in less than two weeks, and no one effectively knows about this happening, but people are starting to know. So it’s important now that we get to Kevin McCarthy, the leader of the House, Mitch McConnel, the leader of the Senate, and demand that they drop everything and .have a joint press conference and that nothing is going to happen in the United States government until Joe Biden drops these amendments, and agrees that we will not give away United States sovereignty to the UN. This is a global power grab that we have never seen in our lifetimes, and if this goes through, nothing else matters.”
“The vote takes place May 22 through 28 in Geneva, Switzerland, and goes into effect in November,” Bachmann said. “Which means it won’t matter which party wins the elections in November because the global authority will already have transferred to the WHO. That’s why this is so important. It’s why we have to get the US Senate involved, the US House involved, so they stop this dead in its tracks right now, or we lose authority here in the United States.”

“I lived in that world,” Bachmann replied to Bannon. “They live in a bubble. The bubble is called money. It’s the mother’s milk of politics. What they’re focused on is boosting the money that they’re bringing in for their elections. That’s what it’s all about.”
“So they have to forget about that and realize that there’s a country to save, and we have very little time. This vote is in less than two weeks. This is the world. [The Republican leaders] need to have a joint press conference and say we’re not going pass a bill. We’re not gonna do anything. We’re not gonna vote for these $33 billion for Ukraine. You’re getting zero, zip, nada. In fact, we’re not even going to give you a quorum. We’re not even going to show up until you make sure these amendments don’t get offered at the World Health Assembly, Bachmann said. “It’s that serious. This is real.
Bachmann cited her experience as Dean of the Robertson School of Government at Regent University, as a former member of Congress, and as a former Presidential Candidate.
“This should set your hair on fire,” she emphasized. “This is real. This is the greatest attack we have ever had on United States Sovereignty. “And I believe they already have the votes. The clock is striking at 11:59. We’ve got to get the Republican leadership involved to stop this. The Democrat leadership won’t. The Republican leadership has to sound the alarm and get involved.”
“[The Republican leaders] don’t know. They’re clueless. They’re busy focusing on the here and now, which is raising money so they can win re-election this fall,” Bachmann said. “But this is the here and now. We cannot allow Joe Biden to give away American sovereignty and really for all of the 193 nations of the world’s sovereignty to the hapless WHO. which is a subsidiary of the Communist Chinese government, and they will then have authority over the United States, over us, and we will effectively be vulnerable to losing our freedom to the WHO.”

WCH: “THREAT TO SOVEREIGNTY AND INALIENABLE RIGHTS.”​

In an open letter on the WHO’s pandemic treaty, the World Council for Health wrote, in part:
“The proposed WHO agreement is unnecessary and threatens sovereignty and inalienable rights. It increases the WHO’s suffocating power to declare unjustified pandemics, impose dehumanizing lockdowns, and enforce expensive, unsafe, and ineffective treatments against the will of the people.”
“Historically, the WHO leadership has failed the people. Among many examples, it approved the injurious H1N1 (swine flu) vaccine for a controversially declared pandemic. Equally, the WHO failed during the Covid-19 chapter as it encouraged lockdowns, suppressed early preventive treatments and recommended product interventions that have proven to be neither safe nor effective.
“The WHO cannot be allowed to control the world’s health agenda, nor enforce biosurveillance. While it receives funding from public sources belonging to the people, it is caught in a perpetual conflict of interest because it also receives substantial funding from private interests that use their contributions to influence and profit from WHO decisions and mandates. For example, the Gates Foundation and the Gates-funded GAVI vaccine promotion alliance contribute over $1 billion a year.”
America Out Loud explained the amendments:
“These amendments will empower WHO’s Director-General to declare health emergencies or crises in any nation and to do so unilaterally and against the opposition of the target nation. The Director-General will be able to declare these health crises based merely on his personal opinion or consideration that there is a potential or possible threat to other nations.
“These regulations are a “binding instrument of international law entered into force on 15 June 2007.” U.N. members states can be required by law to obey or acquiesce to them.
These new amendments will allow the WHO director to declare health emergencies at will. Under the new regulations, WHO will not be required to consult with the identified nation beforehand to “verify” the event before taking action.

BIDEN AND WHO: NEW WORLD ORDER AGENDA​

Biden has a long history of advocating for a New World Order. Most recently, in March, Biden stated in an address to the Business Roundtable’s CEO Quarterly Meeting that his administration would be a leader in the “new world order.”
In 1992, then-Senator Biden wrote an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal entitled “How I Learned to Love the New World Order.” In the article, Biden – who was also the Senate Foreign Relations Committee’s European Affairs Subcommittee – said: “Having contained Soviet communism until it dissolved, we need a new strategy of “containment” – based, like NATO, on collective action–but directed against weapons proliferation.”
In the article, Biden called for increasing the powers of NATO and the UN.
Again, at an Export-Import Bank Conference in 2013, Biden made an explicit call to establish a New World Order.
In this regard, Biden is in lock-step with the UN. At their meeting in Nairobi in March 2019, The Environment Assembly presented a set of resolutions that included an explicit call for a new world order by the UN Environment’s Acting Executive Director Joyce Msuya as part of the UN’s ecological program:
“If countries deliver on all that was agreed here and implement the resolutions, we could take a big step towards a new world order where we no longer grow at the expense of nature but instead see people and planet thrive together.”

Under the Biden administration, more than 90 federal agencies have pledged their commitment to equity by adopting action plans that put gender, race and other such factors at the center of their governmental missions.

The Equity Action Plans, which have received little notice since they were posted online last month following a document request from RealClearInvestigations, represent a “whole of government” fight against “entrenched disparities” and the “unbearable human costs of systemic racism.”
The equity blueprints show that:

• The U.S. State Department is keen on exporting American-style gender and race consciousness into foreign diplomacy and across the globe. Citing “identity” and “intersections of marginalization” as focal points, State Department officials acknowledge that promoting these Western concepts in foreign lands may clash with “societal norms” and elicit an “unwillingness to cede power by dominant groups.”
• The Environmental Protection Agency plans to tap into “community science” from tribal nations and other interest groups, in addition to relying on academic peer-reviewed research. As the agency shifts its enforcement focus from responding to complaints to proactively initiating its own investigations, the EPA plans to fund “community scientists” to supply evidence of what it calls environmental racism and other corporate practices to be targeted for federal investigation.
• The Smithsonian Institution is embedding diversity and equity in “everything we do” across the labs and collections that make up the world’s largest museum complex. The Smithsonian has, like other agencies, enthroned a Head Diversity Officer position to coordinate these efforts, and will refocus its energies to explore “how race has informed all our lives” and affirm “the centrality of race in America.”

The Equity Action Plans are a response to an executive order President Biden signed on his first day of office in January 2021, committing his administration to pursuing “a comprehensive approach to advancing equity for all, including people of color and others who have been historically underserved, marginalized, and adversely affected by persistent poverty and inequality.”

The equity policies had been dribbling out piecemeal since last year, including the State Department’s announcement of an X gender marker in U.S. passports for gender-nonconforming citizens; the Department of Homeland Security’s guidelines, announced on the International Trans Day of Visibility, that border patrol agents will be required to use gender-neutral language and pronouns specified by foreign travelers and migrants entering the country; and the Department of Agriculture’s plan to provide debt relief to black and other “socially disadvantaged” farmers, but not to white farmers.
But a more comprehensive picture did not emerge until the release of the Equity Action Plans, which describe the incorporation of race and gender concepts that, until several years ago, largely lived in academic journals as esoteric and niche interests. The plans – ranging from 2 to 26 pages – contain marching orders for all Cabinet-level federal agencies as well as dozens of smaller, independent agencies; they are sprinkled throughout with trendy terms like BIPOC, LGBTQI+, queer, power structures, marginalization, intersectional, and gender binary.

The Equity Action Plans are only the first step in what the Biden administration calls a “generational commitment” to redressing historical disparities between political identity groups. But the full implications of the Biden strategy are obscured by the fact that the documents are short on specifics and larded with standard governmentese and boilerplate language about promoting best practices, collecting data, reducing barriers to government procurement, and contracting with disadvantaged and underrepresented groups.
In a typical bureaucratic passage, the Justice Department’s plan includes a commitment to “ask each of its major procuring bureaus to identify at least two contracting opportunities for HUBZone small businesses each fiscal year for 4 years, or until the statutory goal of 3% is met, and to compete those contracts exclusively among HUBZone firms.”

But the documents are also open-ended and can serve as a platform for significant change. In a sweeping, general statement, the Department of Agriculture vows to “continue to integrate civil rights and equity in the design of its policies and programs that span the entirety of its mandate, including areas such as food security, nutrition, natural resources and conservation, rural development, and more.”
Representatives of several groups that filed public comments described the comments as generic but promising an important first step toward empowering historically marginalized communities.
“For the most part they say the right things,” said James Goodwin, senior policy analyst with the Center for Progressive Reform, one of the nearly 500 groups that filed public comments to guide the creation of the Equity Action Plans.
“But you know words on paper are very different from action. What’s most important is that an agency’s culture changes to incorporate a lot of these things,” Goodwin said. “A lot of these things can be relegated to a check-the-box exercise which doesn’t make a major impact in the day-to-day actions of an agency, or it can be fully integrated into an agency’s DNA.”

Race-Based Buffalo Shooting Prompts Renewed Calls for US Gun Reform​

Gun reform legislation has become the new knee-jerk “thoughts and prayers.

The recent hate-based mass shooting in Buffalo, New York, has renewed some Democratic US lawmakers’ calls for “common sense” firearm safety and more support for gun reform legislation that has historically failed to fulfill the 60-vote filibuster threshold required in the US Senate.

“I ache for the victims and their families. I ache for Buffalo. I ache for the tight-knit East Side community,” tweeted Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), speaking of the majority Black neighborhood targeted by the alleged gunman. “Racism has no place in our state or our country.”Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), a 2020 contender for the Democratic presidential nomination, also expressed her condolences and once again called on her congressional colleagues to “do more to address the scourge of racism” and “pass commonsense [sic] gun safety measures to keep our communities safe.”


Gillibrand has previously introduced gun reform legislation, such as the Hadiya Pendleton and Nyasia Pryear-Yard Gun Trafficking and Crime Prevention Act, a bill first introduced in 2019 that sought to decrease the number of illegal weapons on the streets by establishing the trafficking of guns across state lines as a federal crime.

Back in September 2021, Gillibrand stated that it was “really easy to purchase an illegal weapon” when criminals are trafficking across states operating with different gun laws. The bill would permit someone to be jailed for up to 25 years if convicted of running a gun trafficking ring.“And we know about 70% of the weapons used in crimes in New York state come from out of state and most of those weapons are illegal,” Gillibrand said.

March For Our Lives, a student-led organization in support of gun control legislation, said that the actions carried out by the 18-year-old suspect exemplify the position that guns have gotten into the wrong hands and current US gun legislation “empowers this white supremacist violence.”

“The victims of the Buffalo shooting deserved a society that truly values their lives,”the group tweeted. “Allowing this endless violence to go unchecked is a choice—a shameful choice that our country makes every day.”Buffalo shooting suspect Payton Gendron, an 18-year-old resident of Conklin, New York, has been arraigned on a first-degree murder charge–the highest in the state–in relation to the livestreamed mass shooting that claimed the lives of 10 individuals and has a clear “racial component,” per Erie County District Attorney John Flynn.Of the 13 people shot by Gendron, who is white, 11 of them were said to be Black.

The Biden administration, it appears, unless stopped immediately, is tee-ing up America to make it easy for the Chinese Communist Party to defeat it, and other nations, through biological warfare.
The World Health Organization (WHO), the organization that has unhesitatingly been doing China's bidding during the COVID pandemic, is reportedly now planning to orchestrate a massive new power grab to internationally control the response to any future global pandemic. The plan is apparently to make the health of Americans dependent on the whims of China -- which is both actively seeking to displace the US as the world's leading superpower and has for years been working on new means of bio-warfare.
It is a plan that is being voted on next week: Congress and the American public need to fight vigorously -- and FAST.
On May 4, a meticulous report, Biden Handing Over U.S. Sovereignty to WHO by Peter Breggin MD and Ginger Ross Breggin, raised an alarm. On May 2-28, 2022, the Biden Administration has proposed amendments to the WHO that "will empower WHO's Director-General to declare health emergencies or crises in any nation and to do so unilaterally and against the opposition of the target nation."
The danger is that China, according to reports, has actively been working on gene-splicing and globally collecting DNA with an eye to developing new lethal viruses that could be used for bio-warfare. They would be able target people who are genetically not Chinese, while bypassing people who genetically are Chinese. China expert Gordon Chang recently warned:

For at least a half‑decade, maybe a little bit longer, Chinese military researchers have been openly writing about a new type of biological warfare. This was, for instance, in the 2017 edition of "The Science of Military Strategy," the authoritative publication of China's National Defense University.
"They talk about a new type of biological warfare of "specific ethnic genetic attacks." In other words, pathogens that will leave the Chinese immune but sicken and kill everybody else, which means that the next disease from China can be a civilization killer....
A lot of military analysts talk about how the first seconds of a war with China are going to be fought in outer space. They are going to blind our satellites, take them down, do all sorts of stuff. Those statements are wrong.
The first day of war against the United States occurs about six months earlier, when they release pathogens in the United States. Then we are going to have that day in space. The war starts here, with a pathogen ‑‑ a virus, a microbe, a bug of some kind. That is where it begins.

The Biden administration's amendment will make the US legally obligated by international treaty to follow whatever the WHO decides. According to the Breggins:

If passed, the Biden Administration's proposed amendments will, by their very existence and their intention, drastically compromise the independence and the sovereignty of the United States. The same threat looms over all the U.N.'s 193 member nations, all of whom belong WHO and represent 99.44% of the world population....
These regulations are a "binding instrument of international law entered into force on 15 June 2007." U.N. members states can be required by law to obey or acquiesce to them....
The targeted nation is also required to send WHO any relevant genetic sequence data.

Worse:

The contents of the proposed amendments were not made public until April 12, 2022, leaving little time to protest before the scheduled vote.
The amendments would give WHO the right to take important steps to collaborate with other nations and other organizations worldwide to deal with any nation's alleged health crisis, even against its stated wishes. The power to declare health emergencies is a potential tool to shame, intimidate, and dominate nations. It can be used to justify ostracism and economic or financial actions against the targeted nation by other nations aligned with WHO or who wish to harm and control the accused nation.

In addition:

The sweeping new powers will be invested in the Director-General of WHO to act on his own. The Director-General is Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, commonly known as Tedros. Tedros, the first non-physician director-general of WHO, is an extremely controversial Marxist activist and politician from Ethiopia installed by the Chinese Communist Party.

And:

Under the new regulations, WHO will not be required to consult with the identified nation beforehand to "verify" the event before taking action.

In 2020, the Trump administration initiated pulling the U.S. out of the WHO because of its wretched track record during the COVID pandemic. It was slow to identify the threat of COVID, and differential to the wishes of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in its messaging about COVID despite questions from Taiwan about the human-to-human transmissibility of the virus, which the CCP was falsely denying and the WHO simply ignored. The WHO was also unable to convince the CCP for the need for greater transparency, or even allow an open discussion about the origins of the virus. Early on, the WHO embraced the CCP narrative that the virus had developed naturally, and attacked any mention that the virus might have escaped from a Chinese laboratory in Wuhan.
Memories of how the global community responded to the pandemic are still fresh in everyone's mind. Many members of the diplomatic corps in the Netherlands, at the time, acknowledged the poor record of the WHO but believed that pulling out of the WHO during the pandemic would be a mistake. They also believed an after-action review of the WHO would have to wait until the pandemic was under control; then there could be accountability and reform for this failed organization.
Boy, were they wrong. As the pandemic is now waning, instead of an accountability review, the WHO and member states are envisioning a massive expansion of its role as an international organization to control the planet during the next pandemic.
Unfortunately, this "next pandemic" is neither far off nor a hypothetical "conspiracy theory." According to multiple credible reports from the U.S. Department of State, to the executive director of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, Peter Jennings, China has been preparing for bio-warfare using pathogens for more than six years.
The United Nations has been furthering this scheme. According to the Breggins:

On January 26, 2022, the same U. S. Permanent Mission to the United Nations in Geneva sent a one-page memo to WHO confirming that the amendments had been sent. It also contained a brief report by the same Loyce Pace, Assistant Secretary for Global Affairs HHS. Most importantly, the memo listed all the nations backing the U.S. amendments. The size and power of the group guarantee that the amendments will be passed if unopposed by significant outside pressure.
Here are the 20 nations, plus the European Union, listed by the U.S. as supporting the amendments:
Albania, Australia, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, India, Jamaica, Japan, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Peru, Republic of Korea, Switzerland, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United States of America, Uruguay, Member States of the European Union (EU).
The European Union, a globalist organization, has been among the biggest backers of increasing WHO"s global power.

China has, for years, been "collecting the DNA of foreigners while prohibiting Chinese DNA to foreign researchers," according to Chang. He added that the country's behavior of collecting the DNA of foreigners while prohibiting Chinese DNA to foreign researchers supports this theory.
"We've got to be extremely concerned because that is not consistent with a country that wants to cooperate with the rest of the world. That is consistent with a country developing biological weapons," he cautioned.
"People have said biological weapons don't work. Well, we do know they work because we had the coronavirus, which may or may not have been a biological weapon," Chang clarified, "but we do know that it crippled the United States and that's what Beijing is really looking for.
Unfortunately, the evidence is overwhelming. On May 7, 2021, journalist Sharri Markson disclosed in The Australian that:

The document, written by People's Liberation Army scientists and senior Chinese public health officials in 2015, was obtained by the US State Department as it conducted an investigation into the origins of COVID-19, The Weekend Australian has confirmed.

The Australian added: "Robert Potter, a digital forensics specialist who has worked for the US, Australian and Canadian governments, and has previously analysed leaked Chinese government documents, verified the authenticity of the document,"
Despite its obvious failures and kowtowing to the Chinese Communist Party, there are nevertheless those -- one can only imagine why -- who apparently see a WHO ruled by China as capable of assuming this global role.
These countries have sought to expand the authorities of the WHO to include legally binding requirements on all nations, a financial structure that will stabilize its position, and the ability to establish tools, norms, and protocols internationally for the next pandemic. This is how the WHO, and some member states, see the future of the WHO -- an untransparent, unaccountable international organization able to establish by edict how the world and nations must respond to future health crises.
Countries regrettably embracing this call include the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, as well as the head of the European Union. Although it does not seem logical, these countries -- apart from the UK which by now should know better -- have historically put unfounded faith in the success and primacy of international organizations. The refrain often offered in diplomatic circles when discussing failed international organizations is "better together." Better to be talking in the confines of failed or failing international organizations than to fight for reform, which might require pulling out of them to create the type of pressure that would force change. Many countries promised to join the U.S. in fighting to reform the WHO once the pandemic ended. They are now fighting to expand its authority -- with no reform.
A WHO with expanded authority is a terrifying concept. Can you envision providing an international organization with the power to dictate how the U.S. should responds to a future pandemic? Perhaps by forcing the U.S. to turn over supplies and equipment to China because of its larger population? Especially at a time when reports are that China is working on a virus that is even more lethal? How about an international organization that would have the power to mandate whether we should be required to be vaccinated with a particular vaccine, say China's inferior SINOVAC vaccine? Or imagine a WHO that has the power to impose what mandates or lockdowns a country would be required to impose, say like China's current lockdown of Shanghai? Unfortunately, the WHO already has proven itself to be a willing organ of China's Communist leaders. Providing it with international, legal binding authority over global pandemic response must never be allowed to happen. No country should ever give away its potential right to survival to any other country. We are seeing now how this cavalier abdication of sovereign, national responsibility is playing out with the world's betrayal of Ukraine, which gave up its nuclear arsenal in the Budapest Memorandum of 1994 in exchange for fake promises -- from countries including Russia -- that its borders and sovereignty would be protected and secure.
The WHO, unaccountable for its performance, is not the kind of authority we as Americans should want to see in an untransparent, unaccountable organization, especially one that appears beholden to the Chinese Communist Party. Even now, in just one year, 2021, the CCP has murdered at least 64,000 Americans by the fentanyl poison it sends into the US through America's open border with Mexico. What better way to cripple a country, especially the U.S, than to arrange for it to be unable to defend itself?
This November, American citizens will be able to hold our elected officials accountable for their performances during the COVID pandemic. Voters in all states will be able to hold their elected officials accountable.
Imagine the lack of accountability if elected officials could simply respond by saying, "those were the requirements of the WHO; we had to follow them."
We already hear state and local officials identifying federal officials and the CDC as being responsible for the decisions they made. We should want to clearly understand who is responsible and accountable. And it should not be -- ever -- an international organization of anonymous, faceless bureaucrats over whom we have no control.
The WHO is opportunistically using the COVID pandemic to try to expand its reach and authority. The closing remarks of WHO's director general, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, at the December meeting of the World Health Assembly, were: "We are one humanity. We have one planet. We have one health. And we have one WHO. Your WHO."
Congress and the Biden Administration should not succumb to this latest siren song for globalism -- or any other, frankly. America works best when it leads within the international community, not when it cedes national authority to untransparent, unaccountable organizations, particularly those which have shown that they have China's -- not America's -- best interests at heart.

After a self-identified "white supremacist" allegedly shot up a New York grocery store, many news outlets and left-leaning Twitter users went wild trying to pin the crime on Fox News, Tucker Carlson, Ben Shapiro, Greg Gutfeld and other people on the right. But now it has been revealed that the suspect openly hated all the conservatives the media wants to blame as a motivation for the crime.
On Saturday, a man police have identified as Payton Gendron, 18, of Conklin, New York, allegedly committed the murder of ten people and the wounding of three others inside a Tops Friendly Market in a predominantly black neighborhood of Buffalo, New York.
Witness said the man entered the store wearing military-styled gear and opened fire with a rifle while yelling racial epithets in an act police called "racially motivated violent extremism," the Associated Press reported.
The shooter also carried a helmet cam on his head and reportedly began streaming the shooting live on the streaming platform Twitch for several minutes before the site shut down the live feed.
Authorities did not speculate on the motive for the crime, but leftists in the media and on Twitter immediately blamed conservative TV personalities.

Former Obama press secretary Joe Lockhart, for instance, jumped to his Twitter account to claim that Tucker Carlson and Fox News have "more blood" on their hands.
"More blood on the hands of @tuckercarlson and @foxnews this killer used their racist talking points to justify killing 10 people. Carlson won't stop because as he explained to the NYTimes, it's good for ratings. Lives be damned. As Carlson will be at judgement day," he wrote on May 14, less than a half hour after the shooting was reported.

Another blue checked Twitter user, Georgetown professor Don Moynihan, also blamed Tucker Carlson despite the fact that he had no evidence whatsoever that the suspect was a Carlson fan.

Left-wing Twitter "influencer" Majid Padellan -- who tweets as "Brooklyn Dad Defiant" -- also immediately blamed Carlson and Fox:

But these leftists who jumped to blame Fox and Carlson did not bother to follow up on the facts in the case. A look at the accused killer's extensive social media posts shows that he is not in any way conservative. Indeed, his manifesto did not mention Fox or Tucker at all.
In parts of the manifesto, he claimed he was an "authoritarian left-wing[er]," said he hated Christianity and also said he was interested in "green nationalism."

Others also pointed out that the manifesto -- to which Big Tech is now blocking access -- had absolutely no ties to conservative thinking or Republican Party policies.

From the accused killer's own ranting, it is evident he is not a conservative.
Nothing in his social media can lead one to believe he was influenced by the right. Conservatives believe in individual freedom, equal treatment under the law and the U.S. Constitution. According to his social media, this suspect did not believe in any of that.

While being a fan of Fox News, Tucker Carlson, John Stossel, Ben Shapiro and the other high-profile libertarian and conservative personalities is not necessarily a litmus test for being a conservative, it is telling that the suspect in this horrible crime hated these folks and didn't use them as a foundation for this shooting.

The World Health Organization (WHO), the organization that has unhesitatingly been doing China’s bidding during the COVID pandemic, is reportedly now planning to orchestrate a massive new power grab to internationally control the response to any future global pandemic. The plan is apparently to make the health of Americans dependent on the whims of China — which is both actively seeking to displace the US as the world’s leading superpower and has for years been working on new means of bio-warfare.
It is a plan that is being voted on next week: Congress and the American public need to fight vigorously — and FAST.
On May 4, a meticulous report, Biden Handing Over U.S. Sovereignty to WHO by Peter Breggin MD and Ginger Ross Breggin, raised an alarm. On May 2-28, 2022, the Biden Administration has proposed amendments to the WHO that “will empower WHO’s Director-General to declare health emergencies or crises in any nation and to do so unilaterally and against the opposition of the target nation.”

In addition to all of this, the Biden administration’s amendment will make the US legally obligated by international treaty to follow whatever the WHO decides. According to Breggins:

On May 22-28, 2022, ultimate control over America’s healthcare system, and hence its national sovereignty, will be delivered for a vote to the World Health Organization’s governing legislative body, the World Health Assembly (WHA).
This threat is contained in new amendments to WHO’s International Health Regulations, proposed by the Biden administration, that are scheduled as “Provisional agenda item 16.2” at the upcoming conference on May 22-28, 2022.
These amendments will empower WHO’s Director-General to declare health emergencies or crises in any nation and to do so unilaterally and against the opposition of the target nation. The Director-General will be able to declare these health crises based merely on his personal opinion or consideration that there is a potential or possible threat to other nations.
If passed, the Biden Administration’s proposed amendments will, by their very existence and their intention, drastically compromise the independence and the sovereignty of the United States. The same threat looms over all the U.N.’s 193 member nations, all of whom belong WHO and represent 99.44% of the world population….
These regulations are a “binding instrument of international law entered into force on 15 June 2007.” U.N. members states can be required by law to obey or acquiesce to them….
The targeted nation is also required to send WHO any relevant genetic sequence data.

The contents of the proposed amendments were not made public until April 12, 2022, leaving little time to protest before the scheduled vote.
The amendments would give WHO the right to take important steps to collaborate with other nations and other organizations worldwide to deal with any nation’s alleged health crisis, even against its stated wishes. The power to declare health emergencies is a potential tool to shame, intimidate, and dominate nations. It can be used to justify ostracism and economic or financial actions against the targeted nation by other nations aligned with WHO or who wish to harm and control the accused nation.

In addition:

The sweeping new powers will be invested in the Director-General of WHO to act on his own. The Director-General is Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, commonly known as Tedros. Tedros, the first non-physician director-general of WHO, is an extremely controversial Marxist activist and politician from Ethiopia installed by the Chinese Communist Party.

Under the new regulations, WHO will not be required to consult with the identified nation beforehand to “verify” the event before taking action.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson addressed the Biden administration’s upcoming betrayal of the country during Thursday’s broadcast of “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”

Infowars and other alternative media outlets have been warning about the World Health Organization treaty for months now, but Carlson is one of the first mainstream pundits to expose it.


“The Biden administration is very close to handing the World Health Organization power over every aspect, the intimate aspects, of your life,” he told his viewers.

Continuing, Carlson asked Americans to “imagine the civil liberties abuses that you lived through during the COVID lockdowns, but permanent and administered from a foreign country.”

The treaty is set to be adopted beginning this weekend in Geneva at the World Health Assembly, but the full text of the agreement has yet to be finalized.

So far, the treaty maintains that the WHO is given powers over nations who sign on during a pandemic only.

However, as Carlson noted, “The World Health Organization gets to define what a pandemic is, when a pandemic is in progress and how long a pandemic lasts.”


Tucker continued, explaining, “The Biden administration has made certain that unelected bureaucrats, the W.H.O., have total authority to declare and define public health emergencies. They did it explicitly. The White House eliminated a provision that would have required the World Health Organization to ‘consult with an attempt to obtain verification from the state party in whose territory the event is allegedly occurring in.'”

Under the treaty, WHO members must follow guidelines or face sanctions.

One thing the treaty demands is that “misinformation, disinformation and stigmatization that undermine public health” be censored online.

As Carlson joked, “People are criticizing us and for public health reasons that can’t be allowed. If you criticize us, people will die!”

Basically, if you disagree with an unelected foreign body overpowering the U.S. Constitution and basic national sovereignty, you must be silenced.

If the Biden administration gets its way, the WHO will oversee vaccine production and distribution, establish vaccine passports, regulate travel and be in charge of “the digitalization of all health forms.”

Closing out his segment, Tucker noted the story has received little media attention, saying, “It’s not on the front page. Why is that? You have to ask yourself.”

The populist president reminded the media that he was one of the only world leaders who refused to impose the unscientific lockdowns.

“And check this out, which state locked itself the most in Brazil? São Paulo. Which state had the most deaths per 100,000 people? São Paulo. That’s a sign that I was right.”

Bolsonaro even confronted WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus last year over the experimental COVID jabs, warning that many people suffered severe side effects after receiving the second dose.


“In Brazil, many who get the second dose are getting COVID,” Bolsonaro told him. “In Brazil, many who got the second dose are dying.”

He also vowed to expose corrupt health officials who pushed the experimental injections on children, who are the least at-risk demographic from COVID-19.

The 75th World Health Assembly is gathering in Geneva, Switzerland, from May 22-28 to discuss the Pandemic Treaty and terms for other nations to sign onto it.

There is “no way” Florida will ever support the World Health Organization’s (W.H.O.) global pandemic treaty, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) said on Monday.

“We in Florida, there is no way we will ever support this W.H.O. thing … that’s not going to happen. No way,” DeSantis said during a press conference in Cape Coral, Florida.


“But you saw, I mean, you saw a lot of these elites advocate very pernicious policies,” he added, noting that “part of the reason people want to move here is because we rejected those policies, but they advocated very pernicious policies, including locking kids out of school.”

DeSantis’s remarks follow news of the W.H.O. pushing for the ratification of a Biden-backed “global pandemic treaty,” which would “give the W.H.O. tremendous increases in power and funding, transferring much of the authority for pandemic control from member nations to the U.N. agency,” as Breitbart News reported:

Both the IHR amendments and the new “global pandemic treaty” are set to be topics of discussion at the upcoming World Health Assembly.
Supporters say this is necessary to improve worldwide pandemic response, while critics warn about the loss of national sovereignty to a globalist organization that did not distinguish itself during the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic.
Article 9 of the Biden administration’s proposed IHR amendments simply strikes out the existing requirement for W.H.O. to “consult with and attempt to obtain verification from the State Party in whose territory the event is allegedly occurring.” Every subsequent reference in the IHR to consulting with the relevant state party is likewise erased, effectively giving the W.H.O. director unilateral authority to declare outbreaks.

The WHO’s Pandemic Treaty “Is Tied To A Global Digital Passport And ID System”​

The WHO recently announced plans for an international pandemic treaty tied to a digital passport and digital ID system.

Meeting in December 2021 in a special session for only the second time since the WHO’s founding in 1948, the Health Assembly of the WHO adopted a single decision titled, “The World Together.”


The WHO plans to finalize the treaty by 2024. It will aim to shift governing authority now reserved to sovereign states to the WHO during a pandemic by legally binding member states to the WHO’s revised International Health Regulations.

In January of 2022 the United States submitted proposed amendments to the 2005 International Health Regulations, which bind all 194 U.N. member states, which the WHO director general accepted and forwarded to other member states. In contrast to amendments to our own constitution, these amendments will not require a two-thirds vote of our Senate, but a simple majority of the member states.

Most of the public is wholly unaware of these changes, which will impact the national sovereignty of member states.

The proposed amendments include, among others, the following. Among the changes the WHO will no longer need to consult with the state or attempt to obtain verification from the state where a reported event of concern (e.g., a new outbreak) is allegedly occurring before taking action on the basis of such reports (Article 9.1).

In addition to the authority to make the determination of a public health emergency of international concern under Article 12, the WHO will be granted additional powers to determine a public health emergency of regional concern, as well as a category referred to as an intermediate health alert.


The relevant state no longer needs to agree with the WHO Director General’s determination that an event constitutes a public health emergency of international concern. A new Emergency Committee will be constituted at the WHO, which the Director-General will consult in lieu of the state within whose territory the public health emergency of international concern has occurred, to declare the emergency over.

The amendments will also give “regional directors” within the WHO, rather than elected representatives of the relevant states, the legal authority to declare a Public Health Emergency of Regional Concern.

Also, when an event does not meet criteria for a public health emergency of international concern but the WHO Director-General determines it requires heightened awareness and a potential international public health response, he may determine at any time to issue an “intermediate public health alert” to states and consult the WHO’s Emergency Committee. The criteria for this category are simple fiat: “the Director-General has determined it requires heightened international awareness and a potential international public health response.”

Through these amendments, the WHO, with the support of the United States, appears to be responding to roadblocks that China erected in the early days of covid. This is a legitimate concern. But the net effect of the proposed amendments is a shift of power away from sovereign states, ours included, to unelected bureaucrats at the WHO. The thrust of every one of the changes is toward increased powers and centralized powers delegated to the WHO and away from member states.

Leslyn Lewis, a member of the Canadian parliament and lawyer with international experience, has warned that the treaty would also allow the WHO unilaterally to determine what constitutes a pandemic and declare when a pandemic is occurring. “We would end up with a one-size-fits-all approach for the entire world,” she cautioned. Under the proposed WHO plan, pandemics need not be limited to infectious diseases and could include, for example, a declared obesity crisis.

As part of this plan, the WHO has contracted German-based Deutsche Telekom subsidiary T-Systems to develop a global vaccine passport system, with plans to link every person on the planet to a QR code digital ID.

“Vaccination certificates that are tamper-proof and digitally verifiable build trust. WHO is therefore supporting member states in building national and regional trust networks and verification technology,” explained Garret Mehl, head of the WHO’s Department of Digital Health and Innovation.
“The WHO’s gateway service also serves as a bridge between regional systems. It can also be used as part of future vaccination campaigns and home-based records.”

This system will be universal, mandatory, trans-national, and operated by unelected bureaucrats in a captured NGO who already bungled the covid pandemic response.

Joe Biden took aim at the Constitution and Second Amendment on Memorial Day, saying they were “never absolute.”

The puppet president chose to trash our Constitutional rights on Monday after attending ceremonies for the patriots who fought and died for them.


“The Constitution, the Second Amendment was never absolute,” Biden said to reporters on the White House lawn upon his return from Delaware.

Biden again falsely claimed, “You couldn’t buy a cannon when the Second Amendment was passed and you couldn’t go out and purchase a lot of weapons.

Even PolitiFact has called out Biden’s lie in the past, noting that the Second Amendment placed no regulations on cannons.

After admitting he didn’t speak to any Republicans about gun control, Biden went on to suggest that 9mm caliber bullets should be banned, claiming “there is no rationale for it in terms of self-protection, hunting.”

“The .22 caliber bullet will lodge in the lungs and we can get it out,” Biden said. “A 9mm bullet blows the lung out of the body.”

Notably, the 9mm is the most popular caliber in the U.S., according to a 2019 Guns.com article.


Biden also smeared Founding Father Thomas Jefferson, who said “the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”

“There was a while there, where people were saying, you know, the tree of liberty is watered with the blood of patriots, and what we have to do is to be able take on the government when they are wrong,” Biden said.

The WHO’s Pandemic Treaty: The End of National Sovereignty and Freedom​

The proposed WHO Pandemic Treaty is nothing less than an exercise in medical totalitarianism

Even as much of the world continues to move past the covid-19 pandemic, the World Health Organization (WHO) is already looking ahead and preparing for the emergence of “other pandemics and other major health emergencies.”

To ensure that the world is adequately prepared for future pandemics, “the World Health Assembly” held a special session, on December 1, 2021, entitled The World Together.

The World Health Assembly is “the decision-making body of WHO” and “is attended by delegations from all WHO Member States and focuses on a specific health agenda prepared by the Executive Board.” In this special session, which was actually only “the second-ever since WHO’s founding in 1948,” participants agreed to “draft and negotiate a convention, agreement or other international instrument under the Constitution of the World Health Organization to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.” This would come to be known as the Pandemic Treaty, which was the main focus of discussions at the Seventy-Fifth World Health Assembly, which was held in Geneva during May 22–28, 2022.

According to Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the first director-general of the WHO and who is not actually a medical doctor, this treaty represents an “opportunity to strengthen the global health architecture to protect and promote the well-being of all people.” If passed, the Pandemic Treaty will allow the WHO to make radical changes to the healthcare systems of its member countries starting in 2024.

In particular, this agreement will grant the WHO the power to declare a pandemic, based on its own vaguely defined criteria, in any of its 194 member countries at any point in the future. It will also permit the WHO to unilaterally determine what measures will be imposed in response to these future declared pandemics, including lockdown policies, mandatory masking, social distancing, and coercing the population into undergoing medical treatments and vaccinations.

Contrary to popular opinion, the WHO is not an independent, unbiased, and ethical organization that aims to achieve the common good. In reality, its goals and agendas are set by its donors, including some of the world’s richest countries and most influential philanthropists. For decades, “philanthropists and their foundations have [gained] increasing influence” when it comes to shaping the global health agenda by “placing people in international organisations, and gaining privileged access to scientific, business and political elites.”

For example, as Jens Martens and Karolin Seitz explain in Philanthropic Power and Development: Who Shapes the Agenda?,“ the Gates Foundation and earlier the Rockefeller Foundation, have been shaping global health policies not only through their direct grant-making but also through the provision of matching funds, the support of selected research programmes, the creation of global health partnerships with Foundation’s staff in their decision-making bodies, and by direct advocacy at the highest political level.” In fact, back in 2006, The Guardian reported that “the Gates foundation is now the second largest donor to the World Health Organisation after the US, as well as one of the world’s largest single investors in biotechnology for farming and pharmaceuticals.” Unfortunately, when philanthropists and their foundations advance their own interests, they do so at the expense of the common interests of society. There is no reason to believe that this dynamic will be any different in the case of the Pandemic Treaty.

The Pandemic Treaty has the potential to be extremely detrimental to the future of humanity, because it will allow the WHO’s most powerful contributors to shape universal pandemic measures instead of recognizing the importance of developing specific policies and approaches based on the social, economic, and physical realities and needs of each individual country. The treaty will eliminate the national will and sovereignty of member countries, as it will dictate their health policies based on abstraction, as opposed to considering the realities that prevail in each place.


Even if the Pandemic Treaty genuinely aimed to achieve purely noble humanitarian outcomes, it still has to be opposed on the basis of liberal thought, which maintains that the individual alone must possess absolute responsibility for his own well-being, assuming that he is of mature age and of sound mind. That is to say, the individual is the only one permitted to make decisions that affect his body, his life, and his future, absent the coercive power of any external authority.

However, the Pandemic Treaty will not allow individuals to rely on their own physical, spiritual, and intellectual faculties in order to achieve their own well-being. Instead, it will impose treatments and vaccination on individuals against their own will, thereby violating bodily freedom on a global scale. History is a testament to the fact that violating bodily freedom leads to slavery and retrogression in society.

The Pandemic Treaty will also give the WHO the authority to issue dictates within the private spheres of individuals and to exercise control over their social and public lives, the institutions of their society, and their governments, all in the name of public health. In doing so, it will suppress civil liberties, economic freedom, positive freedom (freedom to), and negative freedom (freedom from). All these forms of freedom are intended to be constructive forces in society that contribute to the achievement of social progress. Once these freedoms are stifled, the foundations of progress and advancement also vanish.

Through the Pandemic Treaty, the WHO will impose its own value judgment on the world population, thereby ignoring the fact that values differ significantly between people, cultures, traditions, and nations. In other words, it will disregard the diversity of people when it comes to making decisions about their own bodies based on their own religious beliefs, commitments, views, commitments, and cultural and traditional values. It will also violate inclusiveness, as the imposition of a single value judgment; namely, the “One Health” approach, means that the WHO does not treat other value judgments, nor cultural and traditional practices, fairly and equally.

The Pandemic Treaty ignores the fact that, as Joseph Schumpeter noted, there is no “unambiguous standpoint with regard to the social whole, upon general welfare and so forth; nor would such a unitary standpoint exist if all individuals and groups wished to act and evaluate on this basis, since the general good and the social ideal appears differently to each and every one.”1

When it comes to medicine, Schumpeter continues, even though people “sufficiently recognize what good health is and generally seek to achieve such a condition,” “it cannot be proved to anyone that health should be positively valued,” as health cannot “be unambiguously defined.”2 In reality, people pursue “good health with very different levels of commitment, valuing this good in relation to others very differently; nor that their aims are not all exactly the same—the health regimes followed by the boxer and the singer are very clearly not identical.”3 Even surgeons trained in the same area would not necessarily agree on the same treatment and operation.

For example, writes Schumpeter, “faced with the option of removing an ulcer, or avoiding the damage associated with surgical intervention, two physicians can argue about whether the one or the other would achieve the desired recovery in the same way.”4 Moreover, within a particular nation-state, “between people of the same political, social, economic, and cultural interest and with the same perspective on the social world there can always be differences over what is worth striving for.”5 Accordingly, why would any person or organization that purports to support liberal democratic values back the Pandemic Treaty?

Those that support the Pandemic Treaty ignore the core principles of liberal thought and the principles of democratic governance, as they do not , as Ludwig von Mises put it, “see any reason why they should not by means of force coerce other people to do what these people are not prepared to do of their own accord.” The treaty’s advocates believe that it is acceptable to employ large-scale central planning to coerce people into doing “the right thing” based on value judgments that are not theirs. It does not matter to them, continues Mises, that “the apparatus of physical compulsion resorted to in such endeavors is that of the government’s police power or an illegal “picket” force whose violence the government tolerates…. What matters is the substitution of compulsion for voluntary action.”

Supporters of the Pandemic Treaty should remember the words of John Stuart Mill:

Neither one person, nor any number of persons, is warranted in saying to another human creature of ripe years, that he shall not do with his life for his own benefit what he chooses to do with it. He is the person most interested in his own well-being, the interest which any other person, except in cases of strong personal attachment, can have in it, is trifling, compared with that which he himself has; the interest which society has in him individually (except as to his conduct to others) is fractional, and altogether indirect: while, with respect to his own feelings and circumstances, the most ordinary man or woman has means of knowledge immeasurably surpassing those that can be possessed by any one else.6

That is to say, the individual is in the best position to be the final judge of action when it comes to his bodily autonomy, his private sphere, and his freedom.

A British professor named Susan Michie who has been a member of the Communist Party of Britain for years has been appointed to the chair of the World Health Organization’s behavioral advisory group.

Harrison Smith covered the insane promotion of the far-left European during Tuesday morning’s broadcast of “The American Journal.”


“She has now been given a top job at the World Health Organization,” Harrison said of Michie. “That’s right, a British communist who wanted face masks to be worn forever has been handed an influential role at the World Health Organization.”

The Daily Mail reported on Michie’s appointment, writing, “She famously called for masks and social distancing to remain ‘forever’ in an interview with Channel 5 last year and regularly spouted alarmist predictions on BBC News, which sparked questions about the broadcaster’s objectivity.”

The global elite aren’t even trying to hide their far-left political bias at this point.
