VATICAN CITY (Reuters) - Pope Francis, riding a wave of mostly positive reaction to his encyclical on ecology, on Monday set up a Catholic "World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation" to draw attention to the plight of the planet.


The day, to be marked by the world's 1.2 billion Roman Catholics each year on Sept. 1, is Francis's latest move to try to highlight global environmental concerns ahead of a pivotal U.N. summit on climate change in Paris in December.

"As Christians we wish to contribute to resolving the ecological crisis which humanity is presently experiencing," Francis said in a letter to two Vatican cardinals whose departments are involved in issues of justice, peace and Christian unity.

Sept. 1 is also when Orthodox Christians mark their day for the protection of the environment, giving the gesture added symbolism in relations between the Eastern and Western branches of Christianity.

Francis said the day, to be marked with events in every Catholic diocese around the world, would offer Catholics "a fitting opportunity to reaffirm their personal vocation to be stewards of creation".

Francis said it would also be a chance to "thank God for the wonderful handiwork which he has entrusted to our care, and to implore his help for the protection of creation as well as his pardon for the sins committed against the world in which we live".

In June, the pope issued an encyclical on climate change, the first ever dedicated to the environment. The call to his church's members could spur the world's Catholics to lobby policymakers on ecology issues and climate change.

He has said he wants the encyclical and other Church initiatives to influence the U.N. Paris summit in December, the purpose of which is to reach a global agreement to combat climate change after past failures.

Last month, at a Vatican-hosted conference of mayors and governors from major world cities, Francis urged the United Nations to take a "very strong stand" on climate change at the summit.

On top of those “inconvenient truths,” the White House’s assertion that 97 percent of scientists agree that global warming is real has been completely debunked.

More objective surveys have revealed that there is a far greater diversity of opinion among scientists than the global warming crowd would like for you to believe.

“A 2008 survey by two German scientists, Dennis Bray and Hans von Storch, found that a significant number of scientists were skeptical of the ability of existing global climate models to accurately predict global temperatures, precipitation, sea-level changes, or extreme weather events even over a decade; they were far more skeptical as the time horizon increased.”
Other mainstream news sources besides the National Review have also been courageous enough to speak out against the global warming propaganda – even the Wall Street Journal published an op-ed piece in 2015 challenging the Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) pseudoscience being promulgated by global warming proponents.

And, of course, there are the more than 31,487 American scientists (to date) who have signed a petition challenging the climate change narrative and 9,029 of them hold PhDs in their respective fields.

But hey, Al Gore and his cronies have also ignored that inconvenient truth, as well.

Many of those scientists who signed the petition were likely encouraged to speak out in favor of the truth after retired senior NASA atmospheric scientist John L. Casey revealed that solar cycles are largely responsible for warming periods on Earth – not human activity.

Pope Francis has donated 500,000 dollars to assist migrants in Mexico. The funds, from the Peter’s Pence collections, will be distributed among 27 projects promoted by sixteen Mexican dioceses and religious congregations, which requested assistance in continuing to provide food, lodging, and basic necessities to the migrants.

According to a statement from Peter’s Pence, “In recent months, thousands of migrants have arrived in Mexico, having travelled more than 4,000 kilometres on foot and with makeshift vehicles from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala. Men and women, often with young children, flee poverty and violence, hoping for a better future in the United States. However, the US border remains closed to them.”

Diminished aid and media coverage

In particular, the aid is intended to assist the more than 75,000 people who arrived in Mexico in 2018, in six migrant caravans. “All these people were stranded, unable to enter the United States, without a home or livelihood”, the statement reads. “The Catholic Church hosts thousands of them in hotels within the dioceses or religious congregations, providing basic necessities, from housing to clothing”.

Pope Francis compared the border wall going up between the U.S. and Mexico to the Berlin Wall built in 1961 to keep East Germans from escaping into West Berlin and freedom.

Asked by Mexican reporter Valentina Alazraki what he thought of the Trump wall and of children being separated from the parents at the border, the pope said that building the wall is a mistake.

“I do not know what is going on with this new culture that defends territories by building a wall,” the pope said in a lengthy Spanish-language interview published Tuesday by Vatican News. “We already dealt with one, the one in Berlin, which brought us enough headaches and enough suffering.”

“But it seems that man does what animals do not do, right?” he continued. “Man is the only animal that falls into the same hole twice. We are repeating the same thing, right? Building walls as if that were a defense.”

“When defense is really dialogue, growth, welcome and education, integration, or the healthy limit of ‘that’s as far as we can go,’ but it’s human,” he said.

The pontiff, who is the ruler of the only completely walled-in country in the world and the smallest independent state by both area and population, said that he was not only referring to the U.S.-Mexico border here but of “all the barriers that exist.”

The pope also had severe words regarding the separation of children from their parents.

“And separating kids from their parents goes against the natural law, and those are Christians. But they cannot really be. It’s cruel. It falls into the greatest cruelty,” he said.

“To defend what? The territory or the economy of the country or who knows what, right? But they are ways of thinking that are applied to politics and they turn out a policy like this. It’s very sad,” he said.

“Whoever builds walls ends up as a prisoner of the walls he has built,” he said.

This is not the first time that Pope Francis has spoken out against the proposed U.S. border wall. Back during the 2016 election campaign the pope suggested that anyone who thinks of building walls instead of building bridges is no Christian.

Asked at the time about the pope’s comment in a town hall interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, Mr. Trump said he had no intention of fighting with Pope Francis, but he did remind the audience that the pope has “an awfully big wall at the Vatican.”

The massive, 40-foot high walls surrounding Vatican City State were built by an earlier pope, Leo IV, after Islamic Saracen troops sacked Old St. Peter’s Basilica in 846 AD.

The original wall encompassed the entire Vatican hill, surrounding what came to be known as the Leonine City, but was later reduced to circumscribe the 110-acre Vatican City that exists today.

Pope Francis has finally broken his silence regarding accusations leveled last August that he had known of ex-Cardinal Theodore McCarrick’s serial homosexual abuse and yet reinstated him to a position of influence in the Vatican.

“About McCarrick I knew nothing, obviously, nothing, nothing,” the pope told Mexican reporter Valentina Alazraki in a lengthy interview released Tuesday by Vatican News.

“But you know that I knew nothing about McCarrick, or I wouldn’t have kept silent, would I?” he asked.

Last August the former Vatican nuncio to the United States, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, released an 11-page report in which he declared he had personally informed Pope Francis about McCarrick’s misdeeds in 2013 but that Francis had restored him to a position of trust, consulting him regarding the naming of future U.S. bishops.

Pope Francis “knew from at least June 23, 2013 that McCarrick was a serial predator,” Viganò stated, and yet, “although he knew that he was a corrupt man, he covered for him to the bitter end; indeed, he made McCarrick’s advice his own.”

Viganò also said that Pope Benedict had placed a series of sanctions on McCarrick, including a ban on saying Mass in public or giving lectures, whereas Pope Francis set him “free from all constraints.”

Further documentation came to light Tuesday from a separate source confirming the existence of sanctions against McCarrick dating back to 2008.

When journalists confronted Pope Francis about these allegations two days after the Viganò report was published, the pope refused to confirm or deny them.

“I read that statement this morning,” he said, in reference to the report.

“I read it and sincerely I must tell you this, you and all of you who are interested, read the statement carefully and come to your own conclusion. I won’t say a word about this,” he said.

“I believe that the statement speaks for itself and you have the sufficient journalistic ability to draw your own conclusions. This is an act of trust. When some time has passed and you have come to your conclusions, maybe I will speak,” he said.

In his interview released today, Pope Francis said he had in fact already answered the question; however, no news media ever reported this, and there is no record of the pope ever replying to the question.

“I said it several times, that I didn’t know, that I had no idea,” Pope Francis told Alazraki.

In the interview, the pope said that he had not answered the question immediately because he had wanted to imitate the silence of Jesus during his passion, and because he had placed his trust in journalists to find out for themselves what had happened.

“And the result was good, it was better than if I had tried to explain or defend myself,” he said.

Regarding the 2013 meeting with Viganò, the pope said, “I don’t remember whether he talked about this with me, whether it’s true or not. No idea!”

On the heels of calling for a Marxist economic conference this coming March (“Economy of Francesco”), Jorge Bergoglio (a.k.a. “Pope Francis”) has once again opined on financial matters. The purported head of the Catholic Church has now designated “tax cuts” as sinful behavior on a par, apparently, with stealing, lying, and adultery:

Today’s structures of sin include repeated tax cuts for the richest people,
often justified in the name of investment and development.*

Bergoglio did not mention what category of sin advocacy for tax cuts falls under – venial or mortal. Maybe the details of how such a policy ranks in offending Divine Justice will be hammered out at the upcoming Economy of Francesco Commie confab!

In Bergoglio’s collectivist mind, those who try and keep their wealth from the ravenous demands of the State are somehow denying the poor their just due:

Every year hundreds of billions of dollars, which should be paid in taxes to
fund health care and education accumulate in tax haven accounts, thus
impeding the possibility of the dignified and sustained development of all
social agents.

What Bergoglio and his fellow socialists do not understand is that tax cuts lead to economic growth, whether they are for higher or lower income groups. The less wealth that the State confiscates, the more is available to be used for saving and investment – two keys to economic growth. The rich do not horde their money but expand and create businesses which leads to more and better paying jobs for lower income groups who supposedly Bergoglio wants to help.

The poor will only be uplifted by greater production where more goods and services are available at lower prices. Redistribution of income via taxation does not create new wealth, but simply transfers existing wealth from the productive class. Moreover, taxation has the deleterious effect of making individuals produce less since their efforts are siphoned off at the point of a gun. More taxation means less production and, thus, less and more expensive goods for the poor.

Of course, this is basic economic theory that any sane person can understand unless one has matriculated to a Western university or college or pays attention to economic ignoramuses like Jorge Bergoglio!

Bergoglio’s constant attention to the plight of the poor along with other social issues (“climate change,” the environment, immigration) does not align with the vision that the Entity, which created the office that Bergoglio currently holds, had in mind. On at least two occasions, He counseled His followers to focus their attention on spreading the “good news” instead of earthly concerns:

For the poor you have always with you: but me you have not always. [Mt. 26:11]

Let the dead bury their dead, but go thou, and preach the kingdom of
God. [Lk. 9: 60]

While the Church has always sought to protect and help the poor, widows, orphans, and the downtrodden, its primary mission is to preach the Gospel. Since the time of the Second Vatican Anti-Council, 1962-65, and especially during the “reign” of Pope Francis, evangelization has been condemned and, like tax cuts, is now considered sinful activity.

Bergoglio’s criticism of tax reduction is, no doubt, aimed at the Trump Administration’s plan for an additional round of tax cuts. Tax reduction, however, without cuts in government spending will further explode budget deficits which are now even beyond sustainable.

Without corresponding spending reduction, tax cuts will mean that the Federal Reserve will have to make up for the short fall with further money printing. One cannot have Big Government and tax cuts simultaneously. The inevitable monetary crisis will, unfortunately, be blamed on tax cuts and will play into the hands of Bergoglio and his fellow travelers.

That Bergoglio spends most of his time as a social justice warrior instead of the supposed “vicar of Christ” on earth shows the state of the modern Church. Worse, when he does speak on matters of faith, his words and actions are riddled with heresy.

For all those concerned, it is best that “Pope Francis” should be ignored not only for the falsehoods he spreads about Christianity, but also as a social theorist. His pronouncements on the latter will only lead to further impoverishment of the poor and the rest of society while inciting class conflict between those who seek to keep their wealth and those who want to confiscate more of it.

Rather than comforting the sick and needy during this global pandemic the pope is playing politics.

Pope Francis says the coronavirus pandemic has proven that the ‘magic theories’ of market capitalism have failed and that the world needs a new type of politics that promotes dialogue and solidarity.

Francis on Sunday laid out his vision for a post-COVID world by uniting the core elements of his social teachings into a new encyclical, ‘Fratelli Tutti’ (Brothers All), which was released on the feast day of his namesake, the peace-loving St. Francis of Assisi.

The document draws its inspiration from the teachings of St. Francis and the pope’s previous preaching on the injustices of the global economy and its destruction of the planet and pairs them with his call for greater human solidarity to address today’s problems.

In April the communist pope urged the global community to implement a “green recovery” to the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.

The pope, who wrote a major encyclical in 2015 on the defence of nature and the dangers of climate change, dedicated his general audience – broadcast from his library because of the coronavirus lockdown – to the theme.

Recounting a Spanish proverb that God always forgives, man sometimes forgives but nature never forgives, Francis said: “If we have deteriorated the Earth, the response will be very ugly.”

A landmark in the emergence of the environmental movement when it first took place in 1970, this year’s Earth Day has prompted calls from many, including U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, for governments to pursue “green recovery” in response to coronavirus

Both the pope and Guterres have made environmental protection and climate change signature themes of their offices.

“We see these natural tragedies, which are the Earth’s response to our maltreatment,” Francis said. “I think that if I ask the Lord now what he thinks about this, I don’t think he would say it is a very good thing. It is we who have ruined the work of God.”

The church made a huge mistake when they elected this communist the Head of the church.

Oh, how the church has fallen since being led by the courageous and truly spiritual Pope John Paul II who hated communism and fought against its evil.

Pope Francis says New World Order needs to happen now with United Nations in charge​

(Natural News) In his latest Fratelli Tutti (Brothers All) encyclical letter, Pope Francis issues a plea for the nations of the world to hand their reins of power over to the United Nations, which Francis says will lead us all into the New World Order.

Since globalism has already succeeded at weakening the power of individual nation states through the trans-nationalization of their respective economic and financial sectors, the time is ripe to cement into place a system of global governance that can never be undone, Francis contends.

“Given this situation, it is essential to devise stronger and more efficiently organized international institutions, with functionaries who are appointed fairly by agreement among national governments, and empowered to impose sanctions,” he writes.

In calling for “some form of world authority regulated by law,” Francis explains that such an authority “ought at least to promote more effective world organizations, equipped with the power to provide for the global common good, the elimination of hunger and poverty and the sure defense of fundamental human rights.”

The best and most suitable candidate, Francis insists, is the United Nations Organization, to which Francis is a known ally. His support for global warming, open borders, equality and peace has earned Francis repeated praise and laud from the U.N., which stated in the past that Francis is “contributing to reaching many of [the U.N.’s] objectives.”

The U.N., according to Francis, is currently not strong enough to run the world at full capacity, however. He says it needs to be fully reformed “so that the concept of the family of nations can acquire real teeth,” citing text from his predecessor, Pope Benedict XVI.

Francis: Nations need “legal limits” to prevent them from becoming too powerful individually

The only way to give the U.N. the teeth that Francis thinks it needs in order to rule the world is to place “clear legal limits” on all individual nations – meaning a stripping of their sovereignty. This will prevent any one of them from acquiring too much power, which Francis says could result in “cultural impositions or a restriction of the basic freedoms of weaker nations on the basis of ideological differences.”

In order to bring about “universal fraternity,” Francis wants the “rule of law” to be standardized among all nations on the basis of “justice” and “a channel of peace,” which he says is an “essential condition” for the New World Order to work.

“There is need to prevent this Organization from being delegitimized, since its problems and shortcomings are capable of being jointly addressed and resolved,” Francis is quoted as saying about the U.N.

“The seventy-five years since the establishment of the United Nations and the experience of the first twenty years of this millennium have shown that the full application of international norms proves truly effective, and that failure to comply with them is detrimental.”

Ultimately, the plan is to instill a system of “common good” for the entire globe, with the U.N. supposedly ensuring that all “false intentions” and “partisan interests” are restricted from superseding the good of all. Francis believes that multilateral, rather than bilateral, agreements will best serve this end, creating a new system of global governance controlled by one single entity.

Continuing to allow multiple entities to follow their own paths comes with “shortcomings,” Francis warns, including “lack of coordination in complex situations,” as well as “lack of attention to fundamental human rights and … the critical needs of certain groups.” This presumably includes coordinating the mass distribution of Wuhan coronavirus (covid-19) vaccines, which Francis believes need to be given “equitably.”

Leftist Pope sides with liberal world order in latest book, 'Let Us Dream.'

A new book by Pope Francis praises the BLM protests that took place over the death of George Floyd, and at the same time chastises protests against coronavirus lockdown measures.

In his new book, “Let Us Dream,” Francis essentially sanctifies the riots over Floyd, saying, “Abuse is a gross violation of human dignity that we cannot allow and which we must continue to struggle against.”

Covid lockdowns, however, are evidently not a “violation of human dignity,” according to The Holy See, who proceeds to slam protests against government-imposed coronavirus restrictions, arguing misled demonstrators carry on “as if measures that governments must impose for the good of their people constitute some kind of political assault on autonomy or personal freedom!”

“You’ll never find such people protesting the death of George Floyd, or joining a demonstration because there are shantytowns where children lack water or education,” the pope states. “They turned into a cultural battle what was in truth an effort to ensure the protection of life.”

Elsewhere in the book, the Pontiff slams news outlets that poked holes in the coronavirus narrative, claiming they “used this crisis to persuade people that foreigners are to blame, that the coronavirus is little more than a little bout of flu, and that restrictions necessary for people’s protection amount to an unjust demand of an interfering state.”

“There are politicians who peddle these narratives for their own gain,” he also writes, adding, “But they could not succeed without some media creating and spreading them.”

According to the New York Post, Pope Francis also claims he identifies with coronavirus patients because of lung problems he once had.

In the book, Francis said he could relate to COVID-19 patients fighting for their lives because of his own health ordeal that resulted in part of his lung being removed when he was a student in Buenos Aires 63 years ago.

“I know from experience the feeling of those who are sick with coronavirus, struggling to breathe as they are attached to a ventilator,” he said, adding that health ordeal made him feel as if he was “hanging between life and death.”

“For months I didn’t know who I was, if I would live or die, even the doctors didn’t know. I remember hugging my mother one day and asking her if I was about to die.”

The book appears to be further testament to the Bishop of Rome’s leftist political leanings, following a statement before the United Nations in September in which he attacked the private ownership of firearms.

“We need to dismantle the perverse logic that links personal and national security to the possession of weaponry,” the pope said during the UN’s 75th anniversary. “This logic serves only to increase the profits of the arms industry, while fostering a climate of distrust and fear between persons and peoples.”

Pope Francis has claimed that conservative critics of his views on issues such as mass migration and climate change are performing the “work of the devil.”

Many would argue to opposite to be the case.


In an interview with Jesuit magazine La Civilta Cattolica, the Pope said that after his recent surgery he is “still alive, although some people wanted me dead.”

Speculation amongst prelates was rife that the Pope’s real condition was worse than what was being reported, but this turned out not to be true.

“They were preparing the conclave (to elect a new pope). So be it. Thank God, I am well,” said the supreme pontiff.

He also addressed criticism from American conservatives that his liberal views on almost every issue are eroding the Christian foundation of the Catholic Church, asserting that “turning back is not the right way.”

“I personally may deserve attacks and insults because I am a sinner, but the Church does not deserve this. It is the work of the devil,” he said.

However, as head of the Church, the Pope’s personal views are undoubtedly leading it astray.


It’s no coincidence that Cardinal Robert Sarah was removed as head of the Vatican’s office for liturgy by the Pope after he warned that western civilization was living through its “mortal hour.”

Sarah previously warned that the “west will disappear” as a result of mass migration, adding that “Islam will invade the world” and “completely change culture, anthropology, and moral vision.”

Meanwhile, the Pope takes part in PR stunts to promote mass Islamic immigration to the west, including one in which he appeared with the Rwandan refugee responsible for killing a French priest and burning down a cathedral.

After Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán asked Pope Francis not to let Christianity “perish,” the Pope responded by telling Hungarians that they should “extend their arms to everyone,” referring to migrants and refugees.

Pope Francis even went so far as to all but excuse the actions of the Charlie Hebdo jihadist killers when he said that freedom of speech has limits, morally siding with the bloodthirsty fanatics who slaughtered the French cartoonists.

When he’s not washing the feet of Islamic migrants to amplify the narrative that Christian countries should absorb millions of people from the Middle East and North Africa, the Pope is pushing globalist climate change propaganda.

Pope Francis wants to make “acts against the environment a sin,” thereby elevating Mother Earth as some kind of new age deity, while also calling for global governance to fight climate change.

Last year, the Pope also offered his support for gay marriage, saying same-sex couples should be able to form “civil unions,” a position you’ll struggle to find sympathy for in the actual Bible.

The Pope has also done little other than tacitly support the targeting of pious Catholic priests by the church establishment for merely trying to uphold the faith, something Mel Gibson recently described as a “very deep sickness.”

If your rhetoric serves to amplify the agenda that every truly satanic globalist is striving towards then it’s not your critics who are doing the “work of the devil,” it’s you.
