Pizza delivery towel-heads attack White men

WELWYN GARDEN CITY: Three men have lost their good character and Ô�Å¡£3,000 of hard earned cash after an argument over what they claimed was an unpaid pizza delivery.
The prosecution alleged Abdul Khalique, Manan Choudhury and Abdul Akik, who worked for City Pizza in the town took matters into their own hands after they claimed two men had not paid for a pizza they ordered.
After deliberating for eight hours the jury at St Albans Crown Court could not decide whether they were guilty or innocent of a charge of aggravated burglary, and were discharged.
John Scott had claimed the men burst into his hostel ro
om in Howlands on the night of February 2, last year, hitting him over the head with a hammer before taking his DVDs and a television.
The men admitted forcing their way in after he had not paid for a pizza delivered by Mr Choudhury. They denied striking Mr Scott, saying he must have been hit by the door as they pushed one way and Mr Scott and his friend Toby Miles, pushed it from the other side.
Mr Scott claimed to have paid for the pizza and the three men were arrested and charged.
Two pleaded guilty to ABH before the trial and teenager Akik admitted ABH part way through the trial.
However the jury could not decide on the substantive charge of aggravated burglary, which centred on whether the men had intended to “permanently depriveâ┚¬ Mr Scott of his goods, or were taking them as collateral for the unpaid bill, as they claimed.
There could have been a retrial, but Judge Carr sentenced all three men for ABH on Friday afternoon.

alique, 37, of Ashburnham Road and Manan Choudhury, 45, of Kent Road must pay Ô�Å¡£250 compensation each and a fine of Ô�Å¡£500 or go to prison for 14 days. Both men were ordered to pay Ô�Å¡£350 costs.
Akik, 18, was ordered to pay Ô�Å¡£500 in compensation and fines, with the same condition, as well as Ô�Å¡£300 costs.
