Police are the hunt for a man who pepper sprayed a 9-year old boy and tried to kidnap him.
It happened Friday night near 21st Street and 129th East Avenue.
The little boy was playing outside when he says a man demanded that he get in his van.
When he did not obey, he was pepper sprayed in the face.
Despite the pain, the 9-year old managed to fight him off.
Kevin says he knew what to do because he learned about "Stranger Danger" in the Cub Scouts.
The boy describes his attacker as a short black man with a bald head.
He says he was wearing a black shirt and green pants.
He also says he has a scar on his left arm and a tattoo of a skull on his forehead... but Kevin says that tattoo may be fake.
The suspect drove away in a black mini-van.
