Fugitive parole violator sought in home-invasion burglary

The Cleveland/Cuyahoga Fugitive/Gang Task Force is seeking information to help it find Steven Proctor, 47, who is wanted on a charge of aggravated burglary.
Cleveland police said Proctor and a female accomplice entered a house in the 1900 block of East 71st Street on June 13 and held a victim at knifepoint while removing valuables.
He also is wanted on a parole violation warrant i
sued July 14. He is on parole for murder.
Proctor is described as a 6-foot-tall, 170-pound black male, with black hair and brown eyes. Authorities said Proctor is kn
own to frequent the area of Wade Park Avenue and Ansel Road on Cleveland's East S
ide.
Anyone with information about Proctor or other fugitives is asked to call the task force at 216-522-1400. The identity of callers will remain confidential. Reward money is available.
