Police are searching for a 45-year-old man accused of slashing a woman multiple times on her face during an argument at the South Ferry subway station in Manhattan Saturday morning.
Authorities identified Ever Danny Briceno as the man who approached a 37-year-old woman at the downtown Manhattan subway station around 1 a.m.
After the two got into a “verbal altercation,” the argument escalated and Briceno slashed the woman “multiple times on her face, causing lacerations,” cops said.

Briceno and the victim knew each other, according to police.




The nature of the relationship was not immediately known.














Briceno fled the subway station on foot following the alleged attack, officials said.


Emergency responders rushed the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Bellevue, where she is in stable condition.
