New Mexico State University professor and attorney David K. Clements was the final presenter at Regent University’s Election Integrity Conference on March 23rd. He masterfully addressed the legal questions and issues surrounding the 2020 Presidential Election.

He covered the topic of the courts and the FBI and the actions, or non-actions, they committed in response to the many issues and potential crimes involved in the 2020 Presidential election.

Early in his presentation, he mentioned The Gateway Pundit a few times in a very positive light. Jim and Joe Hoft at the Gateway Pundit also presented at the conference (see below). President Trump’s Peter Navaro also presented (also see below).

Thank you Michele for that warm welcome and let me just say it’s an honor and a privilege to take part in this. A lot of the folks who have spoken have been of great assistance to me, my research, Jim and Joe Hoft in particular. I’ve also been very, I’ve had to familiarize myself with the Navarro Report and your last guest Eric Metaxas has been a profound influence on why I’ve stepped up. In fact, I’ve gone through one of his books called ‘Miracles’ and have read it. It’s a source of encouragement.

And, as I was listening to your speakers today, there’s something that came up over and over again. And, I’d like to think of what we heard over the past six hours as something that we would see in a court room, evidence being presented, witnesses testifying. And I suppose right now, if this was a court room I would be able to provide a closing arguement. And so I wrote some notes down in this black book and something that the Hoft brothers said really resonated with me and I think it’s gonna resonate with most the viewers who are watching me and it’s this simple question: “Where was the FBI? Where were the courts? Where was the legislature?”

In other words the question that was asked was, “What has happened to our court system? Why have the courts not heard these cases with evidence on election integrity? And, is there any evidence?

And so what’s clear to me after listening to the Hoft brothers is that we’re not talking about just the niceties of election, we’re not. We’re talking about evidence about either ignorant complicitance, intentional fraud, evil doing, perhaps something that rises to the level of treason. And so the people out there who are asking for justice, that’s why they feel so hopeless. That’s why they feel so overwhelmed with what happened in November. And there was just enough hope from November to December to January, that hopefully someone would do the right thing. They would hear all the evidence, they would delay certification of electors because certain votes obviously were not regulary given. And so right now we’re seeing that civil government has failed us…

There is no way the FBI should NOT have had tens of thousands of agents all over the 2020 election. Instead, the FBI, the DOJ, the Courts, and the state legislatures all looked the other way.

BREAKING UPDATE: New Hampshire Senate Joins House – Passes SB43 to Mandate an Audit of Windham’s Fradulent 2020 Election Results – Off to Governor to Sign! ​

In a HUGE WIN for We, the People, and for New Hampshire election integrity, the NH Senate voted 24-0 just minutes ago to concur with the House amended version of SB43. This Bill was championed by Senator Bob Giuda and will validate election integrity in our state by mandating a forensic audit on Windham’s 11/3/20 general election ballots and voting machines as configured on November 3, 2020.

The forensic audit will determine the huge discrepancy between the election day results and subsequent recount of Windham’s November 3, 2020 State Rep. race where a difference of 1,363 total votes from just 10,006 ballots was uncovered.

New Hampshire lawmakers were scheduled to vote on the Windham Amendment SB43 this week.

And now it has passed the New Hampshire House and Senate.

Why is SB43 Important?

Senate Bill SB43 mandates an audit of Windham’s disturbing November 3, 2020 general election results that produced a massive discrepancy between the machine vote tally for the State Rep race on election day and a hand recount 9 days later. The recount showed a difference of 1,363 votes for the State Rep race being shifted with only 10,006 ballots were cast. That is a big discrepancy – and we need to know why!

Senator Bob Giuda spearheaded a herculean effort to push SB43 through the Senate with a 24-0 vote in February because the AG’s office refused to perform an investigation into the disturbing results. The Bill was subsequently strengthened via a house amendment and passed by the House Election Law Committee 20-0. It will now be voted on by the full house tomorrow or Thursday.

The passage of SB43 into law is critical to ensure election integrity is verified not only in Windham, but across NH – because the same machines are used to count 85% of all votes in NH.

On Thursday morning we received word from GOP official Dave Strang that the bill passed through the New Hampshire House.

Hi Jim:
Just a quick FYI email. SB43, the NH bill that will compel the AG and Sec. of State to investigate the Windham voting anomaly, passed the House of Reps today by virtue of being on the consent calendar.” This is where bills that are expected to pass without opposition go. Because this bill was modified by the House Election Law Committee. (where stronger language was inserted), it must be revoted on in the NH Senate. That could happen as early as tomorrow. I expect it will pass the Senate without opposition (no one in the NH Legislature has voted against this bill yet) and conceivably it could be on the Governor’s desk as early as tomorrow evening. When Jovan Pulitzer gained fame for testifying before state legislatures about voter fraud, he was attacked heavily by mainstream media and Democrats. They tried to discredit the man in hopes that nobody would look at his astounding work in demonstrating how voter fraud was perpetrated during the 2020 election. When that didn’t work, they tried a different approach.

In a recent interview with David K. Clements on The Professor’s Record, Pulitzer revealed something only his inner circle had previously heard. When bullying didn’t work at silencing him, they tried the good ol’ bribe… and what a bribe attempt it was.

“So you know how bad this is, and I’m going to give you a nugget that nobody outside of my inner circle knows this,” he said. “I got offered $10 million dollars to not do this.”

After a brief pause to allow the bombshell to sink in, he continued. “I have no price. It can’t be done. This is about America. There isn’t enough money in America to turn us communist and to sell out America. I’ll take a bullet to the head. And, maybe that’s what’s waiting for me.”

Pulitzer’s rise to fame during the aftermath of the 2020 election steal was not his first. He has been in and out of public life for the better part of three decades with inventions and patents that have helped shape the world we live in today. Along the way, he’s made a splash in the worlds of technology and media, but one can argue his most important contribution to the world is his effort to correct the 2020 election.

There may be fruit coming at some point in the near future. Various attempts to perform audits, for which his machines may be used, are starting to gain traction across the country. It prompted our EIC to write a post detailing how it can all come together for a Constitutional solution to the problem at hand.

The Constitution does not offer a direct remedy for a situation in which a presidential election is deemed fraudulent after-the-fact. The Supreme Court may use its wide powers to fix things, but that seems very unlikely even with a so-called “conservative” lean in five of the nine Justices. If we learned anything in the last year or so, it’s that we cannot and must not rely on government or the judiciary to make things happen. They are heading in the wrong direction across the board. This is a nation of free people who must stand up.

As the saying goes, every man has his price. But Jovan Pulitzer isn’t just any man. He made a decision that many would find challenging, to pass on a tremendous amount of money for the sake of fighting for our nation’s future.

The national Democratic machine is in panic mode over the Arizona Senate’s Maricopa County ballot audit. On Tuesday, the Democrats sent in national fixer attorney Marc Elias’s firm Perkins Coie to throw around threats and make the audit go away.

The stakes are astronomical for the Dems, after all the November 3, 2020 election steal gained them the presidency and control of Congress. The swing states in which the 2020 election steal occurred are key to uncovering the truth and proving the fraud in the election and Arizona is one of those states.

Steve Bannon of the WarRoom Pandemic, Peter Navarro, who wrote an incredible three-part analysis explaining the 2020 election steal, The Navarro Report, and Mike Lindell, who co-produced and hosted two documentaries about the 2020 election steal, have all repeatedly stated ‘that if just one of these swing states fall, they’ll all fall like a house of cards.’

So, to prevent ‘this house of cards from falling’ and any election tampering and fraud being exposed, the Democratic hit team blew into Arizona, a top Democrat-run nonprofit at the helm, with three law firms in tow to shut this thing in Arizona down.

Mark Elias’s favorite hammer is a nonprofit. Lo and behold, whom do we find deployed in the threat, via an e-letter to the AZ Senate’s four chosen audit firms but the “Protect Democracy Project,” a 501(c)(3) charity, which is required by law, more so than other types of nonprofits, to remain strictly nonpartisan. (This act doesn’t look non-partisan.)

Perkins Coie and Marc Elias, Hillary Clinton’s consigliere, were, responsible for the fabricated and discredited Steele Dossier which was a vicious, partisan attempt by the Democrats to remove Republican President Donald Trump from office.

The Protect Democracy Project (PDP) nonprofit, which is in reality functioning as a weaponized, political tool of the Democrats, sicced not one, not two, but three law firms on the Arizona Senate’s audit teams: Perkins Coie and two Arizona firms, Coppersmith Brockelman, and Barton Mendez Soto. With a hefty $12.4 million in revenue as of 2019 and a whopping 72 staff members, many of whom are attorneys, the PDP is a rich and powerful nonprofit and can afford to engage the legal muscle needed to enforce the Democrat billionaire’s will.

Elias’s Four Pillars operation is responsible for gaming, manipulating, and controlling public perception, laws, and public policy across the United States in 2020, so as to implement absentee voting and vote-by-mail in time for the November 3rd election.

On a website called Democracy Docket, run by none other than founder Marc Elias, we find out what the Four Pillars to absentee voting are:

“Tell your state to adopt the Four Pillars

1. Postage must be free of prepaid by the government
2. Ballots postmarked on or before Election Day must count
3. Signature matching laws need to be reformed to protect voters
4. Community organizations should be permitted to help collect and deliver voted, sealed ballots”

Notably, Four Pillars‘ lawfare included, in large part, the six swing states which, shockingly, all went for Biden together, late on the night of November 3-4, 2020, after Donald Trump had achieved clear victory in each of those states. All of these states, according to sworn witness affidavits, involved fraudulent absentee ballots, in some cases thousands and thousands of them.

You can search here through the active legal cases the Democracy Docket’s Four Pillars is still involved in however, unfortunately, their website has deleted all their previous cases. They are archived here, as of May 6, 2020.

It is impossible to determine who funds Elias’s Four Pillars. His Democracy Docket website lists itself as an LLC and it has a .com suffix, indicating it is likely not a not-for-profit enterprise. The website reveals little. Who knows how many millions these entities took in in order to cement the 2020 election win for the Democrats.

However, one of the Democracy Docket’s pages, TAKE ACTION!, states “Lawyers: We need your help now. The right to vote and to have it count-are being challenged like never before.” This webpage directs you to a brand new site called WE THE ACTION.

WE THE ACTION is nothing more than a trolling site to hook in eager Democrat-progressive attorneys, who want to “Join thousands of lawyers fighting for progress” and “put their skills to their best, highest use” to “protect our democracy.” It claims to have a “community of lawyers” which is 40,000+ strong!

40,000 lawyers mean there could be an average of 800 progressive lawyers in each state, ready to take up Marc Elias’s “election justice” call-to-action and ready to defend the Democrats’ absentee ballot schemes and scams, as well as any and all November 3-4, 2020 shocking late-night activities in those swing states!

Some of the nonprofits We The Action partners with are the most hardcore, far-left, socialist and, in some cases verging on anarchist, nonprofits in the United States: The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights (LCCHR), John Podesta’s Center for American Progress, Fair Elections Center, Register 2 Vote, Let America Vote, Voter Protection Corps, Rock the Vote, Swing Left, NARAL, Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights, Indivisible, and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

This Marc Elias operation is gigantic! MASSIVE, NATIONWIDE, WELL-FUNDED, EXPERTLY PLANNED & PROFESSIONALLY LINKED-UP, it is made up of a literal ARMY of righteously indignant, justice-seeking, Democrat activists secretly under his thumb!

With a marriage of earnest, “progressive” attorneys and well-funded, do-gooder nonprofits training social justice warriors and “Rent-a-Mobs” in every county across the United States, is it any wonder that there were not only enough not-for profit troops on the ground to assist with election day (and late night) absentee ballot and machine shenanigans and illicit activities in each swing state, but that there were also enough lawyers both before and after the election to defend the Democrats’ illicit and apparent illegal election and absentee ballot activities anywhere they were needed?

HUGE: Maricopa County Was Given $3 Million of ‘Zuckerbucks’ Before Election But No One Knows Who Received It and What It Was Used For!​

Where did the millions go? Maricopa County Arizona, one of the largest counties in the nation, received $3 million in ‘Zuckerbucks’ from a Democrat non-profit before the election. No one knows who accepted it or where it went.

In addition to repeatedly sabotaging attempts by the Arizona Senate to implement an accurate, transparent, and factual forensic audit of Maricopa’s 2020 election – which is set to actually begin on April 22 – the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) also repeatedly violated the chain of custody of the 2.1 million ballots from the 2020 election which this Board is legally responsible for safeguarding. Under their watch things like shredded ballots ended up in a dumpster; doors were left wide open at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC); a gigantic, mysterious fire occurred at a chicken farm owned by one of the supervisors of the MCBOS; and, all of the ballots were without the AZ Senate’s permission literally moved out of the MCTEC and then brought back home again (who knows where these ballots went for a ride and how many never came back).

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has consistently blocked, politically harassed, and refused the Arizona Senate from auditing the results of the 2020 Election. One group is fed up and started a petition to remove and replace these supervisors. Here’s what We the People Arizona Alliance has to say about MCBOS members, Jack Sellers, Chair, Bill Gates, Vice-chair, Clint Hickman, Steve Chucri, and Steve Gallardo, and here are the recall forms for Maricopa voters to file:

The Board of Supervisors have failed to represent our rights through unconstitutional lock down orders and mask mandates and we stood by. They are now subverting our right to a fair election. They have made it clear they have no intention in preserving our inalienable rights or preserving our elections. They have lied, they have stalled and they have used deceptive political maneuvering. We the People must act to preserve the integrity of our elections. We must take it upon ourselves to do what is right.

Additional recalls are being pursued by this group for AZ Governor Doug Ducey (R), Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D), AZ Senator Paul Boyer (R), and Superintendent of Public Instruction Kathy Hoffman (D).

Now, come to find out it appears the MCBOS accepted almost $3 million in Zuckerbucks in 2020 – grant money dumped from progressive Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Pricilla Chan’s foundation – as well as from other Big Tech billionaires and radical philanthropists – into the hands of somebody in Maricopa County through a 501(c)(3) “nonpartisan charity,” the Chicago-based Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL).

According to the Capital Research Center (CRC), which investigates corrupted and crooked nonprofits and foundations and which broke the Arizona/Nevada piece of this national Zuckerbucks story, almost $3M went to “Maricopa County election officials.” We assume that means the MCBOS. However, until the nonprofit grant paperwork surfaces and the MCBOS answers the public’s outraged questions, we’re totally in the dark.

Scott Walter at Capital Research spoke in front of the House Government and Elections Committee in Arizona in February. He was given one minute to share that millions of dollars were given essentially from Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan to CTCL but CTCL won’t release detailed information on exactly where their money came from and where it went.

501(c)(3) charities, of all the nonprofit varieties, are absolutely and explicitly prohibited from this exact type of partisan political influence and interference in elections! Didn’t matter to Zuckerberg and his billionaire friends, the nonprofit charity middleman, and the county election officials who accepted these “charitable” gifts in 2020, all across the U.S., especially in swing states and in red states which these billionaires intended to turn blue.

The founder and president of this nonprofit, CTCL is Tiana Epps-Johnson who was a member of the elite, inaugural class of Fellows of the Obama Foundation. CTCL allegedly seeks to “ncrease civic participation by modernizing engagement between local government and the people they serve,” per its IRS Form 990.

The nonprofit charity acts as the frontman. This secretive, nonprofit money hand-off – disguised as grant awards – privatized Maricopa’s election processes and allowed American billionaire, Mark Zuckerberg, and friends, to control election processes in Maricopa, for example, through strict grant requirements: a perfectly illegal public-private partnership especially when it comes to elections. This secretive scheme excluded not only the will of the voters in Maricopa but also the legal approval of the Arizona legislature which is the only entity in any state, per our Constitution, which can change election laws and procedures.

Not only doesn’t the public have a clue who actually accepted the $2,995,921 in Zuckerbucks in Maricopa, but it also doesn’t know what, exactly, they did with it! New drop boxes? Election software? New Dominion hardware? IT specialists? Election Judge subsidies? Absentee ballot van deliveries late at night? Blank absentee ballot print jobs? Who knows!

However, what we do know for a fact from CRC is that Maricopa is the fourth most populous county in America and the largest in Arizona, containing roughly 62 percent of the state’s population and over 60 percent of its registered voters. Only one county in the state flipped in 2020: Maricopa County, which narrowly broke for Biden by 50.3 percent to 48.1 percent. Maricopa County gave Biden 1,040,774 votes (62 percent of his statewide total), miraculously increasing Clinton’s 2016 figures by 50% and Biden … outperformed every presidential nominee in Arizona history, Republican or Democrat.

Biden’s win in Maricopa in 2020 represents a whopping increase from Hillary votes in 2016, in a state with a majority of Republican voters! It was clearly Maricopa County that took the election for Biden in Arizona, with President Donald Trump (R) losing the state by only less than 11,000 votes.

Americans want to know what role did an almost $3M in Zuckerbucks play in this Maricopa miracle!

Evidence: Voting Machines Had Unauthorized Implant to Circumvent Security in Michigan​

Matthew DePerno, constitutional attorney in Michigan, revealed the forensic evidence shows Dominion voting machines had an unauthorized implant installed to circumvent its own security features.

DePerno said forensic images obtained in December 2020 show machines were connected to the internet, and evidence of “even remnants of foreign connections.”

“We’re the only case in the country that’s been actually able to look at forensic images,” he told War Room, Wednesday. “Dec. 6, 2020 we went into Antrim County and collected forensic images of [Dominion’s] election management system. We’ve been studying them since that time.”

DePerno and his team say they have “proof that voting machines used in the 2020 elections can be compromised and votes easily transferred from one candidate to another.”

DePerno said they uncovered a Microsoft “implant” installed on the machines that was not authorized by the election commission, “which means the actual system itself would be decertified.”

“You can use this type of program go directly in the database and circumvent any of these terrible easy security features Dominion has and manipulate any system they have,” he said.

“We’ve shown how unsecure they are,” DePerno said.

“Dominion wants to create this narrative which is a false narrative that their system is secured,” he said.

DePerno questioned the company’s legitimacy, when their machines could be so easily compromised.

“If you are a legitimate software company…that would be used in a national election there is no way that you would ever program a system that works like this,” he said.

DePerno said “it’s a complete lie” that his case in Michigan has no traction, or evidence.

“We have plenty of traction in this case, the evidence we have is actual evidence, it’s been verified over and over again,” he said.

“We put it into the court record,” Deperno said. “It’s right there for everyone to see.”

Smoking Gun Emails Reveal How Milwaukee Shared Government Election Data with Far Left Groups – Prove Existence of Massive Ballot Harvesting Operation ​

Dan O’Donnell told his audience on Thursday he has obtained emails from the City of Milwaukee and several cities across the state in conjunction with members of the “Grant Team” for the Center of Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) that show that in Milwaukee there were daily reports that provided to private liberal organizations on who exactly was voting. Dan continues, “In my estimation, the only reason for this is the creation of a massive, and I mean massive ballot harvesting operation ahead of 2020 presidential election.”

Dan O’Donnell reported earlier on Green Bay officials after they gave far-left operatives access to the voting room and the internet network during the election.

But it was not just Green Bay!
According to O’Donnell, Democrat operative Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein was also given access to Milwaukee data and operations.

The mayors of the five largest Wisconsin mayors were holding virtual meetings on the election in May and June of last year. They coordinated their efforts to apply for millions from the Zuckerberg-funded CTCL.

Dan O’Donnell at 1130 WISN reported:

Emails obtained via an open records request reveal that the City of Milwaukee did not run the presidential election in accordance with state law and instead turned over administration of it to liberal-leaning groups after receiving a multimillion-dollar grant from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. One of these groups, the National Vote at Home Institute, was provided with daily absentee vote data and even asked for the City’s voter database!

Here is Dan O’Donnell’s entire show exposing the unlawful operations by far-left groups in Milwaukee and Wisconsin.

Read the whole thing but here is a significant segment from their report.

“By Monday,” Spitzer-Rubenstein wrote in that same email, “I’ll have our edits on the absentee voting instructions. We’re pushing Quickbase [a data flow management company] to get their system up and running and I’ll keep you updated. I’ll revise the planning tool to accurately reflect the process. I’ll create a flowchart for the vote-by-mail processing that we will be able to share with both inspectors and also observers.”

It goes without saying that Spitzer-Rubenstein, who was neither Milwaukee’s clerk nor a member of city government, was not authorized by the Wisconsin Legislature to do any of this. Yet he did, and Woodall-Vogg let him.

More significantly, once early voting started, she was providing him with a daily update on the numbers of absentee ballots returned and still outstanding in each ward.

“Here’s what I’ll need,” Spitzer-Rubenstein wrote to her in late October, “1) Number of ballot preparation teams, 2) Number of returned ballots per ward, 3) Number of outstanding ballots per ward.”

Even with this private data sharing that no other organization received (or should have received), Spitzer-Rubenstein still wanted more. He wanted access to the Milwaukee Election Commission’s voter database.

“We’re hoping there’s an easier way to get the data out of WisVote than you having to manually export it every day or week,” he wrote. “To that end, we have two questions: 1. Would you or someone else on your team be able to do a screen-share so we can see the process for an export? 2. Do you know if WisVote has an API [application programming interface] or anything similar so that it can connect with other software apps? That would be the holy grail (but I’m not expecting it to be that easy).”

“While I completely understand and appreciate the assistance that is trying to be provided,” Woodall-Vogg replied, “I am definitely not comfortable having a non-staff member involved in the function of our voter database, much less recording it.”

Jan Bryant: ….and back to my opening, I wanted to tell you that I do have a pretty strong project management technology background. This is not, I would say, everybody, raves about how we’ll run and how tight this room is that we were working in. I was in the (MCTEC) tabulation center. You know the glass (wall) and the servers in a glass room. All the computers are on a single cable that you can see. None of that matters because of two things. One, the Dominion employees were the only ones that were running any of that equipment.

So I’m, I was in the tabulation center six different days. Day and night shifts. And no county employees, no IT people, no one else was touching any of the software. They (Dominion) did all the training for the adjudicators, they ran all the reports. And so I brought this up on my very first day in the room. I said this doesn’t seem right, as a person with my background. Never in a million years would I turn my company’s most important things over to someone else. And there’s only two guys (Dominion’s Bruce & John) and they had whole control of everything.

I also participated in the (2%) random ballot selection for hand audit. Picking the ballots, you know, determining which bins we were going to select. And even with that, Dominion ran the report for it (which bins to pull). So no one, I mean, they (Dominion) knew exactly what was in the hand audit boxes. That made me nervous also. And they also knew when we pulled the last box, which was probably eight days before they quit counting ballots. As a senior manager over big projects, never in a million years would I have allowed some of the stuff that I saw going on there.

RECAP: The exact bins to be pulled for the mandated 2% hand audit were decided by Dominion staff, using their EMS software, not randomly.

The other thing that I wanted to make sure. The final week that they were counting ballots, I came in on I think a Tuesday. When I had left the Friday before I did NOT notice there was a laptop in the room behind the (glass) wall, that “John” the Dominion employee was working on. When I came in on Tuesday and walked around where they were doing the hand entry of ballots, I noticed that laptop sitting there and John was working on it. It’s not a secure room if you’re bringing a laptop in and out of a room. Who knows what happened there. Every one of the 50 desktops that were in there had a row of USB ports on the side of it. So I get very angry when I hear some of our leader here saying “Oh, it’s secure, nothing can get in or out.”. That’s not true. I will tell you that is probably the biggest issue that I had.

The tenure of Donald Trump as our president has brought out the absolute worst in our country — among a segment of our population, sure, but also our government.

The hatred of him — the consummate outsider who ‘didn’t belong’ in Washington, D.C., must less the White House — was such that the deep state operatives we always suspected were burrowed into our institutions worked overtime, day and night, to prevent him from ever being elected and then, once he was, to undermine him and eventually get rid of him.

And they finally did: Anyone with a granular-sized collection of brain cells knows beyond any doubt that Trump won the 2020 election, but it was literally stolen from him by operatives within the D.C. political establishment, in conjunction with Big Tech. There is no way Joe Biden, who couldn’t draw flies to a BS contest and Kamala Harris, so unpopular she was among the first to drop out of the Democratic primaries, garnered 80-plus million votes.

No way. They barely even campaigned.

In fact, thanks to due diligence from Peter Navarro, Trump’s former top trade adviser, a series of reports he and a team of researchers published proves beyond any doubt elections in key battleground states were rigged.

But no one will be charged, much less convicted. For that matter, one federal court after another after another refused to even look at the evidence the Trump campaign laid out, or hear the testimony of witnesses who swore out affidavits under penalty of perjury that they witnessed acts of voter fraud. The U.S. Supreme Court wouldn’t even hear a case brought by scores of states against a handful of others that unconstitutionally changed their voting laws ahead of the 2020 election.

No.

But a high school homecoming queen who allegedly rigged votes to steal her victory? That’s a top priority for law enforcers. In fact, so much so, they have decided to charge her as an adult (while letting real criminals out of jail, free of bond, or never charged at all).

The New York Post reports:

A Florida teen bent on winning the homecoming crown didn’t waste time with silly speeches and pep rallies — instead conspiring with her vice principal mom to rig the whole thing through old-fashioned hacking, authorities said.

Laura Rose Carroll, 50, and Emily Rose Grover, 17 — who have both been arrested for the election fraud — cast nearly 250 bogus votes for the teen by breaching online student accounts and pulling the virtual levers, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

That was then; Emily has since turned 18 so now law enforcers are going to charge her as an adult, The Post reported in a separate story.

And what’s more, these two could serve some real time — substantial time — if they are convicted.

“Charges against the mom and daughter included unlawful use of a two-way communications device and criminal use of personally identifiable information. Carroll is free on a $6,000 bond and Grover is free on a $2,000 bond. Each faces a maximum of 16 years on the charges,” The Post reported.

Sixteen years — for changing high school prom queen votes.

Has our country gone mad? In what time, on what planet, do a couple of idiot cheaters trying to rig a high school election get more time behind bars than Antifa rioters who besiege a federal courthouse and try to burn it down with federal agents inside? Or destroying an entire Target or Nike store during a looting spree?

Or rigging national presidential election while simultaneously tanking what trust in our institutions and systems we had left?

First Georgia, Now Arizona – How Many More Secretaries of State Illegally Certified Their 2020 Election Result Without Having Legally Mandated Chain of Custody Documentation on Every Ballot?​

It’s likely that many, many states are in violation of the proper chain of custody documentation in the 2020 Election resulting in their current results being invalid.

The legal definition of chain of custody is this:

In criminal and civil law, the term “chain of custody” refers to the order in which items of evidence have been handled during the investigation of a case. Proving that an item has been properly handled through an unbroken chain of custody is required for it to be legally considered as evidence in court. While often unnoticed outside the courthouse, proper chain of custody has been a crucial factor in high-profile cases, such as the 1994 murder trial of former professional football star O.J. Simpson.

Chain of custody is required in elections in many states, if not all, to ensure that ballots counted in an election are properly administered and handled in a manner that there are no questions about the validity of the ballot. Every move the ballot makes is recorded and authorized.

We’ve known for months that Georgia’s Secretary of State Raffensperger certified Georgia’s 2020 Election results without having in possession the legally required chain of custody documentation for over 350,000 ballots in his state.

Last night we learned that Arizona’s Maricopa County with over 60% of the votes in the state will not provide the chain of custody documentation for any ballots in the county to auditors.

If this documentation can’t be provided, this means that Soros backed Secretary of state Katie Hobbs also illegally certified the results in her state.

No wonder she’s running from young reporters who want to ask her some simple questions about her trying to prevent the audit in her state from being performed.

What you want to bet that the election results certified in other states like Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Virginia and more, don’t have the legally required documentation on all the ballots in their states?

It might be time for patriots in these states to rise up and demand their Secretaries of State provide the support that this small piece of documentation is available for every ballot in their states.

Far-left ‘non-profit’ American Oversight is on the warpath suing for records the Democrat machine is after. But there is much more to this story.

The Washington Examiner reported on American Oversight yesterday and its recent actions in Arizona:

A left-leaning watchdog group on Wednesday sued the Arizona Senate for records pertaining to the “partisan” audit of the Maricopa County 2020 election.

The filing comes after American Oversight said in April it requested documents on Cyber Ninjas, the private firm conducting the inquiry, the audit’s funding and investigation techniques, and other matters. The organization said that by May 4, the Republican-led legislative body claimed there “are no more responsive documents to provide at this time because the Senate doesn’t have custody, control or possession of any of the records requested.”

In actuality, American Oversight is a slick, professional, well-funded Freedom of Information Act hit team, created to gather the intel needed to file an unending stream of lawsuits solely against Trump and the Trump administration. Already in 2021, and American Oversight is still doing its dirty work against President Trump, this time in Maricopa County.

This NFP is yet another one from the Democrat stable which is a 510(c)(3) and, although it is required by law to be strictly nonpartisan and charitable, it is anything but. It is a well-funded, cold, and calculating legal hit team, initially designed to attack President Donald Trump.

In regards to the Maricopa audit currently in place, American Oversight declares:

The audit, which involves a hand recount of more than 2 million votes and will cost the state $150,000, is not based on any evidence of widespread voter fraud, in Maricopa County or elsewhere. In fact, an independent audit in February confirmed that the ballots in the county had been tabulated accurately and that there were no irregularities with the election equipment or software.

American Oversight doesn’t mention that not one single ballot was looked at in the audit they admire above. A few machines were looked at and taken apart and then the auditors claimed everything was fine. Maricopa County paid around $100,000 for these two audits they knew would declare everything was right with the 2020 election in the county.

But what also is startling are the entities behind American Oversight.

Right behind American Oversight is the secretive Democracy Forward and the Democracy Forward Foundation.

The real prize here is Democracy Forward.

The electoral fraud is collapsing day after day: is Trump’s return at hand?

To better understand what’s happening in the United States in relation to the 2020 election, it is necessary to read some independent newspapers not aligned with the so-called mainstream media.

What’s been happening in these past few weeks is something unprecedented in the United States.

Proof of massive electoral fraud is emerging, especially in the battleground States, which have always been crucial in determining the fate of the election.

Other proof of voter fraud was already shown to several US Courts, but unfortunately, almost all these courts refused even to look at the evidence shown to them.

The main difference between now and then is that at this moment, the necessary audits are finally taking place.

Almost nobody in the US and Europe probably knows where Maricopa is now, and almost nobody probably has the slightest idea of what’s going on in this Arizona county.

In this county, a mechanism was set in motion that could really change the destiny of America and of the entire world.

Everything started on March 31, when the Arizona Senate choose to authorize an audit to recount and verify the ballots cast in Maricopa County, which is the fourth largest county in the US.

The company that received the task of performing this audit is the Florida-based Cyber-Ninja.

When the deep state saw what was happening, the reaction was one of pure panic. The Democratic Party rushed to a local judge to demand the halt of the audit. The judge was available to consider the request of the plaintiffs, but only if they would be able to post a bail of 1 million dollars.

The Democrats failed to fulfill this request and the audit went on.

In order to understand how serious the Maricopa audit is, it is certainly helpful to read the chronicles of “The Gateway Pundit”, which accurately described the procedure undertaken to verify the authenticity of the ballots.

Ultraviolet light is pointed on the ballots to check if watermarks are present in them. Watermarks can confirm whether or not the ballot is authentic. This blog, and other independent media, mentioned the use of this technology but many people, including some of Trump’s own supporters, ruled the news as “fake” despite the CYSA clearly mentioning the presence of watermarks in the ballots.

Now it’s happening before the eyes of everyone. The media is failing to report the Maricopa Audit because it’s behaving like an ostrich, who places his head in the sand in the vain hope that the reality of the surface would fade away.

If one would like to borrow the terminology of the globalist regime, he could say that the deep state and the media are “deniers.”

Meanwhile, the recount proceeds, and many illegalities have already emerged. The auditors found thousands of duplicated ballots, which are ballots that replaced the original ballots in case these are damaged or unusable.

To be legit, a duplicated ballot must have the same six-code number of the original ballot, otherwise the duplicated ballot should be considered as a ghost ballot, or simply fake.

However, Maricopa has triggered the Domino effect. As soon as the recount started in Arizona, from the other side of the country, in Michigan, a courageous lawyer, Matthew DePerno, started to produce evidence of a massive fraud in the State of the Great Lakes.

The pattern is quite the same. Thousands of illegal ballots came up, these votes having determined the “victory” of Joe Biden.

These votes were switched at the same moment and in the same quantity, and this circumstance itself proves the impossibility of a human hand in the switching. An algorithm was used to move all these votes from one candidate, Biden, to another, Trump.

Therefore, it was confirmed what it was partially shown in November: Joe Biden is not the legitimate President of the United States.

America was the victim of a massive fraud perpetrated within the United States and even outside the country.

This international coup allowed the establishment of an imposter in the White House.

How the deep state orchestrated the coup against Trump

As was mentioned before, the fraud was orchestrated on two sides: a domestic one and an international one.

At this point, a flashback to the night of November 3 is very important. Many readers probably remember what happened that night when the scrutineers halted the count simultaneously in the key States.

It was unprecedented. The deep state realized that something went wrong. The fraud was not enough. And here comes the international side of the electoral coup against Trump.

The role played by Dominion on this side was simply crucial. It is important to remember that Dominion is the Canadian company that managed the electoral count in many States.

Dominion is closely related to some Democratic Party key figures, such as George Soros and the Clintons.

Basically, Dominion in this election managed the entire election to the point to replace the electoral officials, who didn’t have access to the passwords of the modem.

The US election was basically privatized. But the fraud to be completely successful needed not only fake ballots, but also a massive switching of votes from Trump to Biden.

In this regard, Italy played a fundamental part in allowing the successful outcome of this operation.

That night was the beginning of the Italygate scandal, namely the involvement of the Italian government in the electoral fraud.

According to several sources close to Italygate, Conte’s government gave a green light to Leonardo, an Italian government company, to switch the votes from Trump to Biden.

The fraud would be coordinated in the US Embassy in Rome by General Graziano and by another man of the US State Department, Stephan Serafini.

The technical side of the operation was managed by an Italian professional hacker, Arturo D’Elia, who worked also for NATO and with the District Attorney office of Naples.

At this point, the question that many people are asking is why didn’t Trump, who was informed of all this scheme, declare the election illegal in the first place?

In other words, why wasn’t the kraken unleashed in November or December?

Trump avoided a civil war by allowing the establishment of a puppet administration

Now, one should try to imagine what the official enforcement of martial law or the activation of the Insurrection Act made by Trump would mean.

Under the constitutional aspect, Trump had all the right to adopt these measures because there was a direct attack against the US Sovereignty conceived to overthrow the legitimate commander in chief.

On December 6th President Trump’s words shook the world.

For the first time in over 2000 years, Jerusalem was recognized as the capital of Israel.

Whether he knows it or not, President Trump fulfilled his part in a frightening biblical prophecy exactly as the scriptures predicted.

From a more practical viewpoint, such decisions would have led the country to a new civil war that would have been much more devastating than the 1860 civil war under the Lincoln presidency.

The UN would have also encouraged a foreign military intervention to overthrow Trump.

It would have been an explosive situation with devastating consequences for America and the world. Trump’s masterpiece move was instead to do what was required to do to stop the fraud, but at an underground level.

Trump would follow Sun Tzu’s principles of the Art of War. War means deception, and sometimes the best way to fight a powerful enemy at a particular point in the battle is to evade him and to attack him at a second, later moment.

The deception against the deep state seems to have been quite effective.

A puppet administration devoid of real powers is now established in Washington.

Joe Biden doesn’t control the military, and most of the US armed forces don’t recognize him as the legitimate commander in chief.

The mission of Biden was to hype up tensions against Russia, the other great adversary of globalism, and speed up the enforcement of the Great Reset in the US.

Biden completely failed the goals assigned to him by the cabal.

Tensions with Russia are de-escalating. Apart from some insults against Putin, Biden didn’t do any substantial act to harm Russia’s interests.

Putin denied Ukraine military support on the Eastern front, where Kyiv has been running deliberate provocations against Moscow.

Recently, it has also emerged that Biden wanst to lift the sanctions against Nord Stream 2, the Russian pipeline. This would be a major move to normalize relations with Moscow.

The Great Reset is stuck. Many US States have lifted Covid restrictions and others, like Florida, are sanctioning companies that demand vaccines for their employees.

At this point, one could ask who’s really in charge in the United States and who are Biden’s handlers?

There’s a possible interpretation that could explain what’s going on.

According to several sources close to Trump, the President would temporarily deliver the power to the military by signing the Insurrection Act.

All this was allegedly done in an unofficial way.

In this way, Trump turned the Biden administration into a puppet administration, devoid of any effective powers and not in control of the military, still loyal to the President.

The Two Presidents prophecy

This situation closely resembles a prophecy very popular in these weeks made by Kim Clement, a South African singer and pastor that predicted the victory of Trump years before his candidacy.

This 2008 prophecy speaks of two US Presidents who, at a certain moment of history, would rule at the same time.

It’s a situation that is unbelievably similar to what is happening now in America, with Trump, possible covert commander in chief, and Joe Biden, a virtual president who doesn’t seem to be really in charge.

However, this diarchy is deemed to end at a certain moment, and Clement also said something very interesting related to this situation.

The South African pastor explicitly mentioned Italy, where a big event would take place. Was Clement referring to Italygate and to Italy’s role in the international coup against Trump?

It’s not easy to say, but what Trump did would be only a strategic retreat. Now comes the second part of the plan.

In order to have regular elections, it’s necessary to remove one of the primary causes which allowed the fraud in several States. One of the primary causes are the electoral laws that allowed the counting of illegal absentee ballots, as well as the participation of electors who had no right to vote, such as illegal aliens.

In almost half of the US States, the electoral laws had already been changed in a more restrictive way. Therefore, Trump is laying the ground for a new election that will be likely held before 2024, and by changing the laws, he’s dramatically reducing the eventuality of a new fraud.

Trump himself in his latest interview released to Chanel Rion, an OAN journalist, clearly said that. “Something has to be done before 2022”, while in another interview released to Joe Pagliarulo, he said that Biden cannot be able to govern when the audits will prove that he had lost.

Trump’s interviews and appearances are exponentially growing as the electoral fraud is being revealed in the key States.

Sources close to Trump said that his rallies would start again in June and that in July, his social media platform would be ready.

Trump’s move seems to indicate that the President is already at work for an electoral campaign to be held well before 2024.

Mike Lindell, My Pillow CEO, spoke of a possible return of Trump in August.

It’s hard to say if Trump would be already President for that month, but it could be certainly said that Trump is already working toward a premature electoral campaign.

The Rothschild convened an emergency meeting to stop Trump

On the deep state side, they immediately realized Trump’s plan and the Rothschilds in person stepped in to handle a situation that is very tricky for them.

This event seemed to be a repetition of what took place last year, when the financial establishment of the US coordinated to perpetrate the 2020 fraud.

Time magazine had also revealed how the US establishment worked closely to reassure the successful outcome of the electoral coup against Trump.

The inspirers and the instigators of this crime were indeed the Rothschilds.

In this Zoom meeting, the Rothschilds delivered their orders to the US deep state. It’s vital to prevent the reform of the US electoral laws in a more restrictive way.

Therefore, what is unfolding is the latest chapter of a long war between this family, which wants to rule the world by ushering in a New World Order, and Donald Trump and the military patriots loyal to him.

One can call them Q if they want, but this doesn’t matter. What matters most is that it would be the outcome of this battle to determine the fate of America and the entire world.

The nasty and reprehensible actions in contested states regarding audits currently underway by Democrats has back fired. Too many voters regardless of party are asking the one basic question: If the 2020 election was fair and counting of votes accurate, why fight these audits if they would prove the election was not stolen in favor of Cheating China Joe?

The answer is obvious even to the most obtuse. I feel comfortable in saying a huge percentage of Americans – whether they voted or not – have no idea what’s been going on. They read a headline or two offered up by the DNC’s pimps on the stupid tube (TV) or some “news” web site or You Tube’s disclaimer Biden won the election. All this fuss is from sore losers who voted for Trump. Conspiracy theories, blah, blah.

At the bottom of this column is another breakdown by state of the disgusting, dirty fighting going on over audits. These are new since my last two here and here.

There are some who believe President-Elect Donald Trump betrayed everyone by walking away on January 20, 2021. What should he have done? Barricade himself inside the White House? Courts in contested states were cowards. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court violated federal law by allowing mail in ballots be counted three days past election day. The other five contested states officials also violated federal law. Those massive ballot dumps in the middle of the night in PA and GA should never have been counted. The U.S. Supreme Court acted like cowards ignoring, as did the other courts, gross violations of state election laws and the list goes on.

In his excellent May 28, 2021, column, Lex Greene summed up what others think: “I believe Trump was positioned to STOP THE STEAL before leaving office. But I also believe he chose to leave the White House in peace, to avoid fatal threats against himself and his family, until he could prove to the entire world what really happened in the 2020 elections.”

Trump knows much more than you or I do about The Steal. There’s a whole lot going on by many IT experts and volunteers; this nightmare is far from over. Many questions do remain unanswered. In Greene’s column above he lays out what he calls the Trump Plan.

Here’s what MUST be done at the state level. The audits must continue despite Herculean efforts to stop them by the Democrats using every dirty trick in the book. Once the first state falls, it will be the domino effort because there’s just too much evidence the election clearly was stolen from Trump and the American people.

The Democrat machine as well as those involved in stealing the election are experiencing major pucker factor at this point. They know the noose is tightening. Since AZ’s mess started, other states and counties have also been fighting like junkyard dogs to stop the truth from coming out. But it will.

Mike Lindell made a forceful statement last week: Mike Lindell Says His ‘Royal Flush’ of Election Fraud Evidence Will Make it to the Supreme Court By July – “We’re getting these Attorney Generals on board, when they’re on board then the lawyers right now are writing up the case as we speak.

“Then in 5 or 6 weeks, we take it to the Supreme Court, we set it on their doorstep,” Lindell said. “If they accept it, which they will, they will vote 9-0 because it’s so obvious. And you can’t lie.”

“Lindell said the case will be presented between June 15th and July to the Supreme Court, and predicted a 9-0 ruling.”

The U.S. Supreme Court’s session began in October 2020 and runs until October 2021. However, they take a summer recess usually by the end of June, July at the latest. Many of them go to foreign countries to teach law for three months. Even if the court agrees to hear the case which I highly doubt, it would be a long shot for the court to take it up until late August when they return. I’m not a lawyer, but I think you can request an emergency hearing. However, considering what happened with that court already, well, place your bet.

Mike Lindell is a true champion whose been working in overdrive to expose The Steal at great personal sacrifice. Even though I didn’t need new pillows I bought two of his pillows last month just to support his efforts. Time will tell with going to the Supreme Court; we can all pray they take the case. Of course, there’s no guarantee a couple of “conservatives” won’t turn on him, for sure John Roberts. Not to mention enormous pressure underway to get 82-year old Justice Breyer to retire so the Democrats don’t end up like what happened when Ruthie Bader Ginsberg refused to retire under Obama.

Wayne Allen Root recently interviewed Trump and proposed he run for the U.S. House in Florida, and once elected, he would then get elected as Speaker of the House. The Speaker of the U.S. House is the second most powerful person in DC. All bills of expenditure must originate in the House. The Speaker is also third in line of succession.

However, even if Trump thinks it’s a good idea, there are too many RINOs hiding in plain sight in both chambers of Congress, not to mention GOP Trump haters in the House who are very vocal about how much they hate him. What revenge it would be to stick it in Trump’s back. He gets elected to the House, defeated as speaker and relegated to rather small committees normally assigned to incoming freshmen.

What has to be done once the audit results are known? My May 3, 2021, column, 2020 Election Audits: What’s the End Game Plan? dealt with the bottom line: Decertification of the vote count in contested states.

“When all audits are done and Trump comes out the winner, what’s next?

“Biden and Ho Harris must not remain in office. If Trump is declared the winner, then he is President-elect. What should happen when the evidence is clear and overwhelming?

“Lawmakers in the audited states and voters in those states must DEMAND their Secretaries of State rescind certification of the vote and certify for President Trump. Yes, I know, thugs and paid Marxists out there (Black Lies Movement & ANTIFA) as well as Biden voters who don’t give a damn about evidence will threaten civil war, burn cities and kill people.

“Fine. Go ahead and make your threats but you don’t leave someone in office and I don’t care who they are if it is proven beyond any legal threshold that individual (in this case Biden and Harris) was declared the winner through fraud. Fraud is a crime.”

I have not changed my position on this and as the audits get completed, decertification is the legal solution. Will it happen?

Georgia State Senator Burt Jones May Ask Governor to Call Special Session to Consider Decertifying Nov. Election if Allegations Prove True – Updated, May 24, 2021

Now, this becomes a constitutional question of whether a state legislature must get “permission” to call a special session or exercise their plenary power and call one.

According to the National Council of State Legislatures, in 14 states only the governor can call a special session. Georgia is NOT one of them meaning they call a special session without Kemp’s kiss on the cheek. I called Jones’ office and left a message conveying just that. If you live in Georgia, you might do the same; his office number is: 404.656.0082

States need to exercise their plenary power and do what has to be done no matter how many threats. Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and New Hampshire also can call a special session without their governor’s permission. Biden allegedly received 306 Electoral College votes. 232 to Trump. 270 needed to win. PA, AZ & Georgia have a total of 47, more than enough to void Biden’s steal. That’s not counting WI and now the problems in NH and I predict more audits to come.

Let us say Georgia, Pennsylvania and Arizona provide absolute proof Trump took those states – more than enough to win the election. Their governors need to contact the lying fake president, Biden: Their Secretary of State has no choice but to decertify the vote. This of course, will be the biggest political earthquake DC has ever seen since this country was founded. So be it.

Let me ask a question: Should a bank robber not be charged because he spent all the money he stole? Just let him go, the money is gone. The correct answer would be no. If an athlete wins a gold medal only to find out later through rock solid drug testing that person cheated, should that athlete be stripped of their win? Yes, it’s happened and likely could happen again the future.

You don’t reward cheaters or those who break the law (except illegal aliens). Election fraud is a crime. Biden and ‘Legs in the Air” Harris did not win the 2020 election and those audits are going to prove it – unless they, too, are sabotaged. Hussein Obama stole the office of president twice because of his skin color, cowardice by Republicans in Congress and because the majority of the American people know nothing about the natural born clause of the Constitution. Democrat voters didn’t care long as “the first black president” won. See? I’m not a racist!

This steal cannot stand. Biden and Harris have already done enormous damage, some of which can be cancelled out. If this steal is not righted, don’t expect another fair election in this country, period – and not just for president.

How would elected officials handle such a history making disaster? With leadership and calm. Once the results are known, each governor, state attorney general and secretary of state would have to notify Biden who would then try to remember what day it is, call his wife or “someone” to help him out. He might even exclaim, ‘Come on man’, one of his favorites.

Next, a press conference with the governor, attorney general and secretary of state to make the announcement. Here is the actual vote count. While this is a very difficult time, we ask you to consider what this all means. Fair and impartial elections for everyone is paramount in our constitutional republic.

The fraud committed during the vote count cannot stand. It isn’t fair to President Trump and it isn’t fair to you. If the situation were reversed and it was Mr. Biden, you would demand the truth and if the vote count was wrong, you would demand decertification.

Decertifying the vote means Mr. Biden and Mrs. Harris cannot receive AZ’s electoral college votes. Those votes must be cast for President Trump who, won this state.

As for those who would use this process as an excuse to start riots and burn our cities and towns, think again. We will not tolerate it. It will be up to mayors to speak to their communities about right and wrong, what’s fair and why fraud cannot stand regardless of who your choice in the election was. And so forth.

There’s no doubt in my mind whatsoever Trump hands down took GA, AZ, PA, MI, MN and NV. For all the reasons covered over and over and over. There’s no question in my mind Trump won by a historical landslide, even bigger than Reagan’s first WH run. How this is handled by state governors is up to them but it must happen.

When the final audit numbers are known, that’s when the hard part begins for elected officials and every Trump voter in those states needs to roar like a lion: Decertify. I don’t think a lot of people realize how many Democrats voted for Trump but they did. They were also cheated. If I lived in one of those states after the official results of the audit and the SOS thumbs his/her nose at voters, I would be leading the way to bring thousands of voters to the state capitol: Decertify the vote or you will lose your primary next year. Perhaps even a massive lawsuit against the Secretary of State if a governor is a coward and won’t do the right thing.

No question domestic terrorist groups, Marxist Black Lies Movement and Fascist ANTIFA, will (and could already be planning and organizing) start violence with looting, burning in those states. Fine, but the steal cannot stand. It will be up to governors and mayors to shut them down and I don’t give a damn how many threats come from the American Communist Lawyers Union (ACLU), the DNC, unhinged Democrat lunatics in Congress or other special interest groups. Call up every National Guard in the state but maintain law and order, period.

It’s most unfortunate none of the states have reconstituted the constitutional militia – the true meaning of the Second Amendment – because now in our history is when they are needed most. We the people cannot allow elected officials to cower and piss their pants when faced with a dangerous situation caused by fraud. Those responsible must be indicted and prosecuted by their state Attorney Generals so this never happens again.

Another 3 ½ years of Biden/Harris will cause such destruction, it’s frightening. Donald Trump is President-Elect. He never conceded. Trump has teased about 2024, but he ran for president, he won and if the states decertify as they must, he would only need be sworn back into office sans Mike Pence.

Make darn sure your governors, secretaries of state and mayors remember those primaries coming up early next year.

Antrim County Attorney DePerno Releases BOMBSHELL Report – Claims County Voting Machines Were Remotely Logged into – Decertifies Entire Antrim Election​

Michigan Attorney Matthew DePerno released new information from his investigation into the Antrim County 2020 election.

In May DePerno broke the news that the Antrim County tabulator machines can be reopened after the election. The machines can then run more ballots through the tabulator, print off a new tabulator tape with new ballots, and then backdate that tape to November 3rd.

On Tuesday Matt DePerno dropped another bomb that he says should disqualify the 2020 Antrim County election.

According to DePerno the Dominion Voting Machines were accessed from the outside and remotely logged into after the election.

DePerno contends this should decertify the county’s election results.
And Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson should resign or be removed from office after alleging remote access was not possible with the Michigan machines.

The Antrim County election management system (EMS) was REMOTELY and successfully logged into anonymously on 11/05/2020 at 5:55 PM and again on 11/17/2020 at 5:16 PM.

Yes, that is correct… REMOTELY

2. Those dates are significant because they correspond directly to the dates the county and SOS were trying to correct the intentional computer problems that subverted the election.

These logons appear to have escalated privileges at the time of logon.

In an accredited system, an anonymous user should not be authorized by the accreditation authority, but would instead be required to enter a specific user name and password to utilize the system.

Identities of living and dead people were stolen in Harris County, Texas to fraudulently vote in the 2020 election, according to bombshell audio obtained by NATIONAL FILE. A convicted forger who mailed the fraudulent ballot applications in Democrat Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s district worked as a campaign assistant for Sheila Jackson Lee’s 2020 campaign, and has gotten paid by Jackson Lee’s campaign efforts in the past. The Joe Biden campaign’s 2020 Texas political director Dallas Jones oversaw this alleged voter fraud operation and he was interrogated by the FBI in the last weeks of the 2020 election according to insiders. The audio below includes phone calls in which people confirm that their identities or the identities of their dead relatives were stolen in Harris County. This information has been provided to the Texas Secretary of State for the purpose of aiding Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office in formal investigations.

Sylvia Thomas says “I’ve been away from Harris County” and confirmed that she has not voted in Harris County in recent years even though someone has been obtaining absentee ballots on her behalf. The woman does not recognize the name of Tomar Bishop, who obtained the absentee ballots associated with Thomas’ identity, or Gloria Palmer, the recent Sheila Jackson-Lee campaign PAC vendor who oversaw Tomar Bishop. Sylvia Thomas wonders “What else are they doing?” in addition to fraudulently voting on her behalf. AUDIO TWO: A DEAD MAN APPLIES TO VOTE: In this call, private investigator Charles Marler confirms with a woman in Harris County that a man who applied to “vote” in the election named Jesse Burks passed away on November 4, 2015. The woman confirms this death. The dead Burks’ address matches the address of the “voter.” The woman does not recognize Tomar Bishop, who obtained the absentee ballot, or Gloria Palmer, who mailed the dead man’s ballot application in.

Investigator, Charles Marler, tells NATIONAL FILE that “The vast majority of victims are people who are not aware their vote was stolen. In Harris County the first ballot in from ballot harvesters is counted, all second votes are discarded for that individual.”

A well-placed insider named Constance Stanton tells NATIONAL FILE that Dallas Jones was interrogated by the FBI and fired by the Biden campaign after he was implicated in an illegal Ballot Harvesting operation in sworn affidavits first reported by NATIONAL FILE. This scandal has since been picked up by various news outlets across the nation, including by Fox News. Vote count discrepancies are reported in Harris County.

Sources within the FBI told NATIONAL FILE that Dallas Jones was interrogated but was not necessarily “picked up,” implying that Jones voluntarily submitted to FBI interrogation. Here is what Constance Stanton told NATIONAL FILE in October: “Harris County Clerk’s Office in Harris County, Texas is intending to conduct an illegal polling operation on Thursday, October 29th, 2020. Harris County, home to Houston Texas, is the third largest voting county in the country with approximately 2.5 million voters. As Harris County goes, so goes Texas. As Texas goes, so goes the nation. Harris County did not allow the GOP State Conversation to take place this past summer and it seems the socialist Democrats took complete control of Harris county when they won offices in 2018, by a 200,000 vote margin.

20 private investigators have uncovered a great deal. What has been uncovered is a group of masterminds wanting to destroy the Texas voting voice. Some of the masterminds include Democrat County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Democrat State Senator Boris Miles. They have two captains, Gerald Womack and Dallas Jones.

Jones was hired by the Biden campaign to run the Biden Texas operation. These captains have scores of paid vote harvesters working for them. Vote harvesting is a second-degree felony under the Texas Election Code. This is a criminal operation that these Democrat elected officials are running. Dallas Jones was picked up by the FBI, the weekend before last, for 2 days of interrogation. He was subsequently fired by the Biden campaign.

They harvest ballots by mail from nursing homes, homeless centers, door to door in poor neighborhoods, often dressed as Census workers. They offer $50 gift cards in front of stores asking people to take ballots by mail, acquired from the above, to sign and mail at a local post office. They hold ballots by mail in several locations where people forge signatures on the collected ballots by mail. Evidence has been presented to the local DA, Kim Ogg, who received a substantial amount of political contributions from Soros funded organizations in her election in 2018. The evidence included an affidavit and other evidence, including photographs, from a 30 year black police officer who was serving as a poll watcher and saw the election judge use a table full of IDs to vote unregistered people that were voting by drive through. This is a criminal act according to the Texas Election Code. The district attorney’s office did not even want to entertain our criminal complaint. This information along with other affidavits of harassment of poll watchers and alternate election judges was sent to the office of Republican Atty. General Ken Paxton.

The Democrat County clerk, Chris Hollins, instituted drive-through voting by anyone for any reason which is in violation of the Texas Election Code. A petition for writ of mandamus before the Texas Supreme Court last week to stop this illegal activity and they voted 7 to 1 to deny the petition. The County clerk has now opened up the early voting polling locations until 10 PM for the rest of the week until the last day of early voting, when eight polling places will be open 24 hours. Of the 120 early voting locations, the vast majority are in Democrat areas of the county. In violation of the Texas Election Code, Hollins independently mailed ballots by mail to all individuals 65 and older, in violation of Texas Election Code, which requires an individual to request a ballot by mail before it can be sent. Hollins planned on sending every registered voter a ballot by mail, but the Texas Supreme Court granted our petition and stopped this. The Harris County voter files have not been purged since 2016 when the Democrats took charge. We can document that dead people have voted in this election and people who have moved out of state. No arrest warrants have been issued and we do not expect them to issue any. In the meantime, the Democrats are implementing their massive election voter fraud scheme, mostly in open sight. One arrest would go miles in stopping this election fraud scheme. The drive through locations are located in primarily in Democrat areas. This also violates the 14th Amendment.”

At Harrisvotes.com, clicking on “Polling Locations” and then the clock icon for “Hours of Operation” show that beginning on Thursday October 29 there were EIGHT polling locations that had 24-hour voting rolling into Friday morning.

Texas poll watcher Raymond T. Stewart, a retired police officer, submitted a sworn affidavit Thursday that was provided to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. That affidavit, first obtained by NATIONAL FILE, alleges that a Houston precinct judge and staff illegally used a stack of driver’s licenses in their possession to allow people to vote illegally in the 2020 election at a drive-through voting window created by the Coronavirus pandemic. Stewart’s affidavit and photos of the scheme are presented below. The acting precinct judge’s identity has been confirmed by the Harris County Clerk’s Office and insiders identify her as a Democrat.

Harris County, where Houston is located, is also the site where the Joe Biden campaign’s Texas political director Dallas Jones is accused of running an illegal ballot harvesting operation, according to two separate affidavits submitted to the Texas Supreme Court by former law enforcement officials. “My name is Raymond T. Stewart. I am above the age of eighteen years and am fully competent to make this affidavit. The facts stated in this affidavit are within my personal knowledge and are true and correct.

“I am a 30+ year veteran Texas Peace Officer. I am a volunteer poll watcher for Candidate Andre Hines. On 10/13/2020, at 8:40am, I arrived at polling location Northeast Multi-Services Center, PRCT ID SRD141C, 9720 Spaulding Street, Houston, Texas 77016.”

“I informed the staff that I was a poll watcher for a candidate and had my paperwork. I asked for the precinct judge to sign my required paperwork so I could start work. The precinct judge is identified as April Elmore (Gibson) and she was there but refused to sign my paperwork and she instead directed me to someone inside named Madonna. Madonna signed the paperwork but not in the designated signature line. I then began my work as a poll watcher.”

“I observed several oddities but the most concerning was a table in-between the sign-in tables One and Three. At that table was a large stack of Texas Driver’s Licenses. Staff would come inside from the drive-through voting booth and scan a driver’s license from someone outside and get a ticket and return outside. But sometimes a staff member would search through the stack of driver’s license on the table, then scan it, receive a ticket and also go outside to the drive-through booth. As a Police Officer, I quickly became suspicious that they were committing a crime by having the unattended D.L.’s just sitting on the table and that possible voting crimes were being committed using these forms of ID. Also during this time-frame an employee of the Harris County Attorney’s Office came by and he conversed with April but nothing changed and he departed. Since I was there as a poll watcher and not there as a Police Officer, I just continued to observe and considered how to deal with this situation. About that time a Precinct 1 Constable (Deputy W. Schultz) arrived at the polling location and he happened to be someone I knew professionally. I spoke with the Deputy outside and informed him of what I had observed. He was amazed and asked for evidence which I provided to him.”

“Unfortunately our conversation was overheard by a staff member in the parking lot. The Deputy went inside the polling location but at this time the driver’s licenses were removed and hidden from the table. The Deputy departed the area apparently to consult with the election taskforce and supervisors. A spoke with him several times that day via phone and in person regarding my observations. At 1:00pm April commanded me to leave the polling location because I had observed and collected evidence and she informed me that ‘I couldn’t.’ I have not received any call from any Federal, County nor State official investigating these serious actions and crimes.”

The Joe Biden campaign’s Texas Political Director has been formally accused of helping to run an illegal ballot harvesting operation, according to two separate affidavits filed Monday at the Texas Supreme Court.

Two private investigators, including a former FBI agent and former police officer, testify under oath that they have video evidence, documentation and witnesses to prove that Biden’s Texas Political Director Dallas Jones and his cohorts are currently hoarding mail-in and absentee ballots and ordering operatives to fill the ballots out for people illegally, including for dead people, homeless people, and nursing home residents, in the 2020 presidential election.

The affidavits were filed as part of the class-action lawsuit against Harris County and the state of Texas, filed by citizens, called Steven Hotze, M.D. et al. Dallas Jones was named the Biden campaign’s Texas Political Director in early September.

“I am currently involved in an investigation related to a wide-ranging and fraudulent ballot harvesting scheme in Harris County intended to rig the elections in the Houston/Harris County area. This scheme involves voter fraud on a massive scale.

“Based on interviews, review of documents, and other information, I have identified the individuals in charge of the ballot harvesting scheme. These individuals includes political consultant Dallas Jones who was recently hired by the Joe Biden for President campaign to oversee their Harris County initiative. District 13 Texas State Senator Borris Miles, who is the handler of Mr. Jones, political consultant Gerald Womack, and Precinct 1 Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. One of the companies these individuals are using as a front for this operation is AB Canvassing, although there are others that have been identified that we are investigating.”

“I have in my possession video-taped interviews of witnesses attesting to the aforementioned people having groups of people completing thousands of absentee and mail-in ballots, including completing ballots for deceased individuals; illegally going into nursing homes, with the complicity of the nursing home staff, and filling out and forging the signatures of nursing home residents; signing up homeless individuals to vote using the ballot harvester’s address then completing the ballot and forging the homeless individual’s signature.

“In December of 2019, I was approached by two individuals who witnessed activity from an illegal ballot harvesting operation in Harris County. Since that date, I have been investigating the illegal ballot harvesting operation.”

“During my investigation, a core group of names continued to surface regarding the organization and operation of the voter fraud scheme. Witnesses have stated to me that Precinct 1 Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and District 13 Texas State Senator Borris Miles are leading the illegal ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas. Their chief lieutenants are Houston businessman Gerald Womack and political consultant Dallas Jones who work directly under them in executing the ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas.”

“Witnesses have shown me and described to me how the ballot harvesters take absentee ballots from the elderly in nursing homes, from the homeless, and from unsuspecting residences’ mailboxes. The ballot harvesters then complete the ballots for their preferred candidate and forge the signature of the “voter”. Two witnesses stated to me that there are two individuals employed at the Harris County Clerk’s Office who are aware of the illegal ballots and help facilitate and mask the processing of the ballots into the legal stream of ballots.”

“I have been made aware of a law enforcement investigation in the Spring of 2020 regarding illegal ballot harvesting. Several interviews of individuals were conducted. After the interviews became public, former Harris County Clerk Diane Troutman, resigned alleging health concerns due to COVID-19. However, witnesses have told me that Ms. Troutman was arguing with Commission Rodney Ellis about the legality of the mass purchasing and mailing of mail-in ballots and that Troutman was concerned she would be included in the eventual arrest pertaining to illegal ballot harvesting. Instead of coming forward and exposing the scheme, Ms. Troutman abruptly resigned. Witnesses have stated that Commissioner Ellis was not deterred and continued to move forward with the plan to mass mail ballots and expand the illegal ballot harvesting scam. Another witness stated to me that an employee of Commission Ellis, Tyler James, has bragged that he could guarantee that the illegal ballot harvesting operation, with the help of mass mail-in ballots, could harvest 700,000 illegal ballots.”

“It appears that law enforcement agencies are currently investigating these alleged crimes and I will provide them with the evidence that I have already collected and am continuing to collect. Sadly, these law enforcement agencies will be working to prosecute these crimes well after the November 3, 2020 election.”

Harris County is sending mail-in ballot applications to county voters 65 and over, so nursing homes remain a hotspot for potential fraud. Texas began mailing absentee ballots to voters for the presidential election on September 19.

Evidence presented below includes a video of a Democrat campaign surrogate harvesting mail ballots from a nursing home, audio of a Democrat campaign worker admitting to harvesting ballots from a nursing home, and mail-in ballots from Harris County that all have the same handwriting and envelope process.

Vera alleges that the campaign of Democrat Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee recently paid two convicted forgers, and that other Democrat campaigns have also paid convicted forgers for canvassing efforts. After the 2016 Democratic Primary, a candidate for Harris County Constable (Pct 3), Jasen Rabalais, filed a lawsuit claiming that a campaign worker for another candidate,Michel Pappillion, “deliberately falsified, illegally completed or unlawfully influenced the ballots and early voting applications of elderly residents in Harris County.”

The lawsuit was dismissed. But the following audio tapes had been made by the Rabalais campaign after he found out that an “alleged harvester” was working for an opponent’s campaign.

Then during the 2018 Primary, the following video was posted by Direct Action Texas. It appeared to show a campaign worker for Texas State Rep Harold Dutton Jr harvesting ballots of 400 elderly voters.

After viewing the video, I decided to do some research. I figured, if there was any evidence of mailed ballot voter fraud to be found in Harris County, the more recent one – Dutton’s race – was the best place to start.

I filed a request for public information covering the 1359 voters who voted by mail in Harold Dutton’s race. I requested electronic copies of the voters’:
1.applications for ballots by mail and
2.returned ballot carrier envelopes.

My first thought was to match each voter’s mailed ballot application with the voter’s ballot envelope and compare signatures to find those which may not match. But as I reviewed the documents, something else jumped off the page…

32 hand written applications for mailed ballots – all from different voters – but all written in the exact same handwriting.

Looking closer, something else jumped off the page.

All 32 returned their application for a ballot by mail in the same pre-printed envelope with the same style stamp.

… But then I printed out the envelopes which carried their returned ballots and the BIGGEST COINCIDENCE of ALL jumped off the page…ALL THESE VOTERS LIVED IN THE SAME PRECINCT! Precinct #259…Additional research showed this same handwriting on multiple ballot by mail applications from precinct #259 every year going back to 2008…If that wasn’t enough to cause concern, I had to title this set of applications “Alleged Harvester A” because I found two more sets of multiple applications with similar handwriting, envelopes and stamps from varying precincts. I titled those “Alleged Harvester B” and “Alleged Harvester C.”…

30 ballots from Precinct #259 – in which the voters voted for ALL the same candidates – and they ALL used the same style “X” to mark their ballots.

…I filed another public information request and received a handwritten sign out sheet for persons who had picked up packages of 50 or more applications for mailed ballots in 2018. Two concerning issues from that list.

1.The FIRST PERSON to pick up multiple applications for ballots by mail in 2018 is the SAME WOMAN from the 2016 audio tape who explained how she accesses nursing homes to acquire mailed ballots for candidates.
2.TWO of the first three persons who picked up multiple applications for ballots by mail in 2018 have FORGERY convictions…

Retired Army intelligence captain, elections data expert, and former baseball analyst Seth Keshel released his final national fraud numbers over the weekend.

Seth Keshel examined the final vote counts in all 50 states compared to the estimated numbers based on changing state dynamics and trends to come up with his estimated voter fraud in each state.

He published his results on his popular Telegram page.

Keshel confirms President Trump won: PA, MI, WI, NV, AZ, GA and MN

And Keshel also believes cyber-flipping may have affected the results in NM, VA, NJ, and NH.

According to Keshel’s investigation there were conservatively 8,144,000 excess Joe Biden votes recorded in the 2020 election.
