Police Suspect Former Employee in Murder

Oct 27, 2007 10:09 PM CDT

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Arrest warrants are out for a double murder at a Nashville restaurant. Police think the man who pulled the trigger is a former employee. Police robbers shot and killed two store employees.

They think a former employee and two accomplices robbed and then killed the store manager and a teenage employee. Jason Bobo,21, was an employee of the Bellacino's on White Bridge Road until he was fired in May for theft.

"The surveillance system was of great help in identifying of Bobo. Witnesses have come forward, have looked at a photo lineup, and we believe Bobo was the gunman," said Metro Police spokesman, Don Aaron.

Police said Chris Caris, 33, and Josh Cole,18, were executed-- shot in the back of the head.

"The surveillance video clearly shows us those hardworking young men were executed. There was absolutely no provocation whatsoever for harming them," said Aaron.

Joshau Cole graduated from Hillsboro High school last year. His family stood by in disbelief after they heard the news and saw the picture of Bobo.

"This is a crime committed by the scumbag of this earth against a person who could have contributed to the ball of earth we're on," said Joshua Cole's grandfather, Dwight Cole.

Those who knew the victims best returned to the crime scene to pay their respects. Visitors brought flowers, lit candles, and took time to pray.

Nashville - WKRN-TV in Nashville, TN is reporting that Jason Bobo has been arrested in the slaying of Fremont, MI native Chris Caris over the weekend.

Bobo is a former employee of the restaurant where Caris and a second employee, 18-year-old Nashville native, Joshua Cole, were killed Friday night. Both were shot in the back of the head. (employ a nigger at your own risk!!)Bobo was taken into custody a short time ago by members of the U.S. Marshal Fugitive Task Force and SWAT members assigned to the Special Response Team. Bobo was found hiding in an attic.

Family and friends of Caris' spoke to WZZM.

"He was a wonderful young man. Clean cut, wholesome. He was active is school and church. He loved to fish and he was on the basketball team. He was popular, good looking," said Carol Premo a close friend.

John Mellema, Chris Caris' former high school principal teared as he talked about the murder.

"You don't want your children to precede you in death but when they do, you remember the fondness of what they've given you in life."

Mellema says everyone in Fremont is like family and they are all grieving.

"Being a close community like it is. The Caris' will be surrounded with love."

Hey White sheeple!!!! Quit grieving and wake up to the danger of niggers@!!! Instead of a candlelight vigil, how about taking care of this nigger the way your grandfathers would have done????

The woman who lived at the home, Misty Judd, was also arrested for initially refusing to let officers inside. Police believe he had been hiding at the home since late Sunday night.

Crystle Rutherford, 18, a high school senior at Whites Creek High School, was also arrested Monday night and charged with two counts of criminal homicide.

She has confessed to being part of the robbery and shootings but had no previous criminal record. Police said she did not pull the trigger that led to the deaths of the workers but was armed with a pistol during the robbery.

"She was fully a full participant in the robbery. She was there with a gun. She was terrorizing the victim just as much as Bobo," said Metro police spokesman, Don Aaron.

Police said it appears the Bobo and Rutherford were friends and she was along for the ride to help Bobo target Bellacino’s after he'd been fired from the store five months earlier for stealing.

Slain Man Was Set To Be Engaged, Turn Pro
Chris Caris Was One Of 2 Victims In Bellacino's Slayings

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- When two people were slain at a west Nashville restaurant, a ripple effect of emotion for everyone involved was set into motion.

Police said Chris Caris and Joshua Cole were shot to death during a botched robbery by former employee Jason Bobo. Bobo was a former employee who was fired for stealing.

Both men’s deaths were tragedies, but for Caris, his death may have come just as a big chapter of his life was about to begin.

Channel 4’s Rudy Kalis, a friend of Caris’, spoke with his girlfriend, Marianne Purcell.

14519731_240X180.jpg

“I’m sad and I’m lonely, and everybody hurts and everybody loved Chris, and everybody gets to go home to their family. Chris was my home," she said.

Kalis said he and his family had gotten to know Caris during frequent trips to Bellacino’s and had become friends.

According to Kalis, Caris called Purcell the day he was slain to tell her that he had found the perfect engagement ring that they had been looking for and wanted to order it.

“We were going to get it, and we were going to order it when he got home. I just didn’t want to do it without him. He said, ”’Let’s do it today.’ And I said, ”’OK. I’ll wait until you get home,’" she said.

She said even their pets could feel the sadness of losing Caris.

“The dogs can feel it, and it saddens me because every morning, he played with them. Every afternoon, he played with them and every evening he played with them. He loved them so much. Those were his boys," she said.

Caris also loved fishing and had been trying to make it as a professional fisherman for years. Purcell said she had helped him create a resume and that also on the day he was slain, he got an important phone message from a friend.

“He was going to be presented with a check and a contract on Monday for $40,000. â┚¬¦ So, that week, we we’re going to be engaged. â┚¬¦ We were supposed to pick up his boat the following Friday. So, that was going to be, literally, the best week of our lives," she said.

Caris was memorialized this past weekend in his hometown of Fremont, Mich. Purcell said a local service for friends her was also planned in the future.

Purcell said she was thankful for the supportive e-mails she has received. She said she is confused, numb but not angry with God.

She said that she was only angry with the man who had interrupted God’s plan.

Three people have been arrested in connection with the slayings.

STORY AND VIDEO:

In all my years of being a TNB reporter and a seasoned observer of nigger behavior, I have come to one conclusion: The nigger contributes nothing to white society except misery and chaos. This article is unfortunately a perfect example of that pathetic contribution. Why we tolerate this black plague to dwell among us is a mystery to me. If I could do so, I would expel every nigger from our country today!!!! I have had enough nigger misery and chaos to last me 100 lifetimes!!!!

I believe it's obvious the two young White men were murdered because of their race. The failure of the media, as well as, the corporate religions to address Black-on-White hate crime has been overlooked far too long!
