BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A man and two boys have been arrested in connection with a string of car break-ins in south Baton Rouge.
Detectives with the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office arrested 18-year-old Alonzo Dorsey and two 16-year-olds Tuesday.
They are charged with two counts of aggravated burglary, 18 counts of simple burglary, 18 counts of theft, three counts illegal possession of a stolen firearm, one count of illegal possession of stolen things, and two counts of theft of a firearm.

orts, detectives were investigating several car burglaries from Tuesday morning. They say GPS devices, money, iPods, cell phones, and guns were taken from about 18 vehicles.
Detectives say while they were on the scene of one of the burglaries someone told them about an armed robbery that happened in the Gardere area and gave a description of the suspect. They say it fit the description of a teenager they were familiar with.
When detectives showed up at the home, before they even went inside, they could see some of the types of items reported stolen from the car break-ins lying on the floor. They discovered one of the GPS devices belonged to one of the vehicles burglarized.
The teen they knew and another 16-year-old was inside. The suspect gave permission to search the home and detectives found Dorsey sleeping in a bed. They saw a stolen gun from one of the burglaries and found other stolen items in the home.
The suspects are charged with burglaries on the following blocks:
