COOKE SENTENCED

A 49 year old Lima man was sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to register as a sexually oriented offender after he pleaded guilty to a sexual relationship with a 13 year old girl. Before being sentenced by Judge Richard Warren, Ralph Cooke apologized for the relationship with a young neighbor and fellow church member. More than 30 encounters resulted in a pregnancy and baby.
