Police are investigating a rape in Albany.
Authorities said 41-year-old Jesse Robinson of Clinton Avenue raped a 25-year-old woman Tuesday night on Franklin Street.
They said the woman knew Robinson and let him into her home.
When Robinson refused to leave, police said she left to get his brother to help out the situation. After a while, Robinson's brother went back to his house, and that'
