A disturbing video showing a Los Angeles preschool employee violently pulling and pinning a 4-year-old boy has left the boy’s mother demanding answers.
“I was distraught,” Mother BrieAnn Battle told ABC 7 about seeing the video of her son being roughly handled at the Kinder Kids Christian Preschool in central LA on March 14.
The surveillance video shows the worker grabbing her son by his arms, and then pinning both arms on the ground by his wrists.

The employee is next seen yanking the boy by both ankles and carrying him up upside down, dangling the tot in the air.

“Nobody wants to see their child being manhandled like that at all,” Battle told the outlet.

The concerned mom said another worker at the preschool showed her the video, which prompted her to contact the owner to meet with her and demand answers about the treatment of her young son.
Battle said she tried giving the owner the “benefit of the doubt” when she went to meet with her and was looking to have a serious “mother-to-mother, woman-to-woman” talk to get to the bottom of what happened — noting that she understands “things do get out of control.”
However, the mother said the owner is “denying everything, and it’s sickening.”

Battle claims the owner showed her a different video that doesn’t show her son being roughly handled by the employee, which she believes is an attempt to cover up the alleged crime.
“The owner-operator showed me the clip from when she took him out into the foyer, and that’s when he was giving her a lot of activity so she thought that was going to be, I guess, a better angle,” Battle told the outlet.
Seeing that the owner was not willing to cooperate, the worried mother shared that she has now filed a police report accusing the daycare of child abuse.

“How dare … you know, how dare you? And then she’s avoiding accountability, so it’s turned very criminal,” Battle explained.
The employee in the video seen putting hands on Battle’s 4-year-old son has resigned, the Kinder Kids Christian Preschool told ABC 7.
The Post has reached out to the preschool for comment.

But, for the mother, the fact the owner allegedly tried covering up what happened to her son is enough to have her continue to pursue legal action.
“For that matter, she doesn’t need to be taking care of anybody else’s kids, and her license needs to be revoked,” Battle told the outlet.
She has since lawyered up and wants to ensure nothing like this happens to any other child attending the daycare.
“She needs to go to jail for this,” she stated.
