Democrat Election Win Declared Void After Widespread Voter Fraud Discovered

A judge has ruled an extremely tight election between Republicans and Democrats for a Louisiana parish sheriff is void because of voter fraud.
The race to become Caddo Parish sheriff was closely fought between Democrat Henry Whitehorn and Republican John Nickelson. In November, a recount was ordered after Whitehorn won by just one vote in an election that saw over 43,000 ballots cast. The recount found three additional votes for each candidate and Whitehorn was declared the winner.
Both Nickelson and Whitehorn have been approached for comment by Newsweek.
Nickelson filed a lawsuit and retired Louisiana Supreme Court Justice E. Joseph Bleich declared the result void on Tuesday. Nickelson's suit said the count was done too quickly and could not be accurate, while ballots cast by people twice through mail-in and in-person ballots were discovered, NBC affiliate KTAL reported. Bleich was assigned to the case after four judges recused themselves due to their friendships with Nickelson.
In all, Bleich said that two people voted twice, five mail-in ballots should not have been counted for failure to comply with the law, and there were a further four invalid votes by interdicted persons who were unqualified voters.

Bleich wrote: "This runoff election involved a one-vote margin. It was proven beyond any doubt that there were at least 11 illegal votes cast and counted. It is legally impossible to know what the true vote should have been."
A new runoff has now been called, causing Whitehorn to comment that, "The judiciary should not decide elections." His team has appealed Bleich's decision to the second circuit court of appeal and says it will take it to the state Supreme Court if necessary.
In a statement, Whitehorn said: "Of course I am disappointed about the court's decision to overturn the will of the people of Caddo Parish. I was always taught that the person with the most votes wins, even if that's by a thousand votes or by one vote."

Whitehorn questioned the ruling, saying, "The rules of the game are different depending on who the players are." He continued: "I won the sheriff's race, not once, but twice. My opponent conveniently chose to question the integrity of the election only after he lost, not once, but twice. In elections, you should not be given a redo simply because you are unhappy with the results."

Nickelson said the decision was a "victory for election integrity" and that he was looking forward to the runoff scheduled for March.

In the 2020 election, more than 1-in-5 voters who submitted ballots by mail say they did so fraudulently, a survey from Rasmussen Reports and the Heartland Institute reveals.
The survey asked those who voted by mail in the 2020 election if they filled out a ballot “in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child?” to which 21 percent said they had done so.
Though many states allow voters to receive assistance while voting, the Heartland Institute notes, filling out ballots on behalf of another person is illegal across the United States.
In addition, 17 percent of mail-in voters in the 2020 election said they cast a ballot in a state where they were no longer a permanent resident — a violation of federal election law. Another 17 percent of mail-in voters said they signed a ballot on behalf of someone else, also a violation of election law.
“The results of this survey are nothing short of stunning,” Justin Haskins with the Heartland Institute said in a statement:

For the past three years, Americans have repeatedly been told that the 2020 election was the most secure in history. But if this poll’s findings are reflective of reality, the exact opposite is true. This conclusion isn’t based on conspiracy theories or suspect evidence, but rather from the responses made directly by the voters themselves. [Emphasis added]

Another 10 percent of all voters said they know someone who admitted to casting a mail-in ballot in a state where they are not a permanent resident and 11 percent said they know someone who admitted to signing a mail-in ballot on behalf of someone else in the 2020 election.
In the 2020 election, mail-in voting skyrocketed as states rushed to loosen election laws under the guise of the threat of the Chinese coronavirus pandemic. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 43 percent of all voters that year cast ballots by mail and 26 percent cast ballots before election day.
The survey questioned 1,085 likely U.S. voters and was conducted from Nov. 30 through Dec. 6, 2023. The margin of error is +/- three percentage points.

In August, The Gateway Pundit shared a bombshell report that was taken completely by an up-to-then-buried Michigan State Police report. The report, which outlined a statewide investigation that turned into a nationwide investigation of a potentially massive voter registration scheme, was shared with us by the MIGOP Director of Election Integrity, Phil O’Halloran.
After publishing the report that exposed a massive cover-up by Michigan’s Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel and Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson of an explosive, statewide investigation by the MI State Police, Muskegon, MI Police Department, we began to receive tips from individuals who read our story and wanted to help us close the gaps in the highly redacted MI State Police report.
The Michigan State Police redacted the name of the suspect they claim dropped off between 8,000-10,000 voter registration forms at the Muskegon City Clerk’s office, but in one spot in their report, they left her name unredacted:

Meisch stated some of the forms were dropped off in person to the Muskegon City Clerk’s Office on 10/8/20 by a black female. The female identified herself as Brianna Hawkins and stated she was employed by and/or told Meisch that her employment entailed registering voters and helping them obtain absentee ballots.
[Redacted] provided Meisch with a mobile phone number of [redacted] Meisch said that [redacted] appeared nervous to talk about her employment and said she would need to call her supervisor before answering any additional questions. Meisch estimated that [redacted] and [redacted] (we are now fairly certain GBI (Strategies) and EM or Empower Michigan were redacted from the report)
had delivered approximately 8,000-10,000 voter registration forms to the Muskegon City Clerk’s office and provided a sampling of 42 suspected fraudulent applications to Officer Foster for examination.

In another spot in the report, MI SOS Analyst Corey Ames claims he has identified “a quantity of voter application forms that are clearly fraudulent.”

Curiously, Mr. Ames never mentions the “quantity” of fraudulent voter applications. But thanks to a FOIA request by a curious citizen investigator Yehuda Miller, we now have video evidence of an interview by MI AG Investigator Stephen C. Morse and a woman who identifies herself as Brianna, who is a Detroit resident and was working as a compliance officer for GBI Strategies when she was caught turning over fraudulent voter registration applications to Ann Meisch, a hero city clerk in Muskegon, MI who contacted the Muskegon Police and AG Nessel’s office to report the fraudulent activity.
In the video below, AG investigator Stephen Morse can be seen interviewing Brianna (we assume Brianna Hawkins) about her role in delivering the fraudulent voter registration forms for GBI Strategies. He began their interview on Oct. 29, 2020, by reading the GBI Strategies employee her rights.

Mr. Morse asked how and when Brianna was hired. She told him she was hired in August 2020. Mr. Morse then asked how she performed her daily duties. Brianna explained that it is very difficult for her to tell if a voter registration is false or not. She is only looking to confirm that the registration forms were properly filled out and if there were any “red flags.” He also asked her who owned GBI Strategies, to which she complied, “Gary [redacted].” GBI Strategies owner Gary Bell’s name was mentioned several times later in the interview. She also told Mr. Morse that GBI Strategies ONLY works in urban areas, but couldn’t explain why.
In the video below, Brianna explains how their system was far from fool-proof and how the canvasser’s names are attached to the over 1,000 false registrations they turned in, making it easy to identify them. For the record, no arrests have been made related to this massive fraudulent operation:
In our next video clip, AG Investigator Morse explains to Brianna that when Muskegon City Clerk Ann Meisch contacted them, she told them GBI strategies delivered hundreds of fraudulent voter registration applications to her office:

In another clip from the interview, Brianna tells Mr. Morse that she identified at least 1,000 fraudulent voter registration applications found in Muskegon. “And if I found 1,000 false ones in mine, I can only imagine what they [Muskegon Clerk’s office) found in theirs! I can only imagine…” she said

When Brianna was asked how GBI Strategies owner Gary Bell responded when he was informed of the massive number of fraudulent voter registrations found at the GBI Strategies office that were brought in by his canvassers in Muskegon, he didn’t express any concern and told them “Don’t worry about it,” and assured them “It was okay.”

MI AG Inspector Morse asked Brianna how she came to deliver the thousands of voter registrations directly to the Muskegon city clerk’s office. She told him that it was because they discovered all fraudulent applications were being mailed in from a hotel in Auburn Hills, MI. and she was given a promotion by GBI Strategies to go up there to figure it out.

Brianna appeared shocked that registrations were being mailed from a hotel in Auburn Hills, MI, to clerks’ offices. She told AG Investigator Morse that she was confused about why the group “EM” or Empower Michigan (which we found sharing an address with the MI Democratic Party headquarters in Lansing during a Google search), who was working with GBI Strategies to get new voter registrations, would mail registrations to the clerks “when GBI had an office right there.”

Hero Muskegon City Clerk Ann Meisch wasn’t the only clerk in Michigan to receive these curious packages marked “EM” that were sent from a hotel in Auburn Hills. She was, however, as far as we can tell, the only clerk we know who reported the packages to the police and MI AG’s office.

Thanks to a whistleblower, we were able to obtain images from a MI Clerks Facebook page of several clerks who admitted to getting the packages. Several laughing emojis seem to imply they thought the serious situation was a laughing matter.

Here is just ONE of the posts where clerks were responding to Ann Meisch’s post about receiving boxes of voter registrations mailed from a hotel with the initials “EM” on the return label.

MI Rep. Ann Bollin (R), who was also the chair of the MI Election Integrity Committee, was tagged in the post, but the circle with the line through it reveals that she was unable to see the post because she was not yet a member of the private clerk’s Facebook group.
Michigan’s partisan hack AG Nessel’s press secretary, Danny Wimmer, said the total number of suspected fraudulent forms delivered to the Muskegon clerk by the individual was 8,000 to 10,000 ahead of the Nov. 3, 2020, presidential election.
However, Wimmer said, the “attempted fraud” was caught before Election Day because Michigan’s election system worked and the applicants were not added to the state’s voter rolls.

Brianna explains how Muskegon City Clerk Ann Meisch was able to catch the fraudulent voter registrations because it’s such a small town compared to the other urban areas where they work. She told the AG investigator that in larger cities, it would be “impossible” to catch them.

The GBI compliance officer’s statements remind us of how easy it is to cheat in Michigan. Unfortunately, it’s becoming more and more difficult to hold free and fair elections in Michigan with dirty Democrat SOS Jocelyn Benson at the helm, whose illegal attempts to make it easier for Democrats to cheat in elections have fortunately, been overturned in the courts multiple times.
The whistleblower who contacted us explained that they do not want to be identified over fears of retribution by elected officials in Michigan. They confirmed for us that the details of the police report were accurate but explained there was much more to this story than ONE city clerk receiving boxes of suspicious voter registrations; in fact, clerks across the state of Michigan received boxes and priority mail envelopes stuffed with registrations, many of them with the same signatures, the same last four numbers of their social security number, fake names and fake addresses.
For three years, Michigan residents were told by their Attorney General Dana Nessel and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson that they had nothing to worry about, that Michigan’s 2020 election was “the most secure election” in history.

AG Nessel and SOS Benson admonished anyone who suggested any sort of widespread voter fraud took place in the state of Michigan or in other swing states where every vote mattered to a party hell-bent on pushing a confused old man campaigning from his basement over the finish line. They told the people who believed they were telling the truth that there was no widespread fraud in Michigan— to ignore any evidence they saw or any stories they read about left-wing judges throwing election fraud cases out of court because they were all part of a “big lie” concocted by Donald Trump and his followers to make Joe Biden look like an illegitimate president.

At one time in American history, election fraud, voter fraud, and ballot registration fraud were perceived as a serious crime and perpetrators were frequently arrested and held accountable. Election fraud is defined as intentional corruption of the election process.
In September 2006, before the midterm elections, The Gateway Pundit reported on numerous cases of voter fraud and ballot registration fraud in the St. Louis region.
In December 2004, The Gateway Pundit later reported that six volunteers for “Operation Big Vote” entered guilty pleas to dozens of election law violations for filling out the cards with names of the dead and other bogus information at a local McDonald’s. Election officials launched an investigation after noticing that among the new voters registered was longtime Alderman Albert “Red” Villa, who died in 1990.

In February 2005, Democrat Nonaresa Montgomery who ran Operation Big Vote, a voter registration group in the St. Louis inner city, was found guilty of perjury in the St. Louis Circuit Court in her voter fraud trial. Montgomery admitted to taking from 1,000 to 1,200 voter registrations to the St. Louis Board of Elections on Feb. 7, 2001, just before the mayoral primary. Workers there launched an investigation after noticing that among the new voters was longtime Alderman Albert “Red” Villa, who died in 1990.
Montgomery told the grand jury that many of the fraudulent cards could have come from Operation Big Vote offices, based on the initials of volunteers and distinctive markings. She also matched initials to the names of more than a half-dozen workers.

At least 16 local Democrats were convicted of election crimes following the 2004 election. One questionable registration was a woman who listed her home address as 200 S. Front St. This, of course, happens to be the address of the Casino Queen gambling boat on the Mississippi River. Democrats were also rumored to buy votes in East St. Louis, Illinois with cash and crack cocaine.
At one time in America, election fraud was seen as a serious crime by both major parties.
But that is not the case anymore. Not all officials today believe that voter fraud and ballot fraud is a serious crime.
In August 2023, The Gateway Pundit exclusively reported on police reports that emerged from the City of Muskegon Michigan and from the Michigan State Police that documented 8,000-12,000 suspicious voter registration applications turned into City of Muskegon Clerk Ann Meisch by GBI Strategies. Meisch called police after noticing that thousands of the fake ballot registrations were fraudulent.
GBI Strategies employee ‘Brianna Hawkins’ was later questioned by an official with the Michigan Attorney General’s office and the Michigan police.
Hawkins told the Michigan officials that it was impossible for big cities and major metro areas to catch the fake voter registrations.

Brianna Hawkins also told investigators that she brought in “hundreds of false applications.”

And Brianna Hawkins also told investigators that once the problems in Muskegon, Michigan went public GBI Strategies owner Gary Bell shut down operations in Miami, Florida.
GBI Strategies was operating in several states at the time before the 2020 election.

These previous reports by The Gateway Pundit, prove that there was widespread, systemic, ongoing voter registration fraud in Michigan in the 2020 election, and that major Democrat officials knew this. Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel buried the reporting.
Yet far-left zealots like Michigan’s Attorney General Dana Nessel have repeatedly lied and said there was no voter fraud in the 2020 elections, and that the 2020 elections were the safest and most secure in American history.
The Gateway Pundit later learned that the investigation was turned over to Chris Wray’s FBI. No charges were ever filed against any of the employees for the mulitple crimes committed by the fraudulent ballot registration company.

It’s been over three years since the investigation was turned over to the FBI. No charges have been filed. Chris Wray and Dana Nessel buried this major fraud incident.

Democrats and their allies in the FBI and federal government are burying the fraud. Thousands of fraudulent ballot registrations are no big thing – especially when they’re turned in by Democrat-linked groups.

Biden's 2021 executive order promoting voter registration has drawn criticism in recent years​

A Republican-led House committee is demanding answers from the Biden administration over concerns that the Small Business Administration is funneling resources to a key swing state to register voters in a move they say could be unconstitutional.
"On March 19, 2024, the SBA announced a new voter registration Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Michigan Department of State," a letter from the Republican led Committee on Small Business wrote to Biden’s Small Business Administration this week.
"The Committee is concerned about the lack of constitutional and statutory authority allowing the SBA to engage in activities beyond its mission, including voting access and registration activities. It appears that this is an attempt to improperly involve the federal government in America’s electoral processes. Elections are for the American people to engage in, not for federal agencies to interfere with during an election year."
The letter outlines concerns, following a 2021 executive order from Biden directing federal agencies to promote "access to voting," that the administration is using the government agency to register votes in a swing state that many believe will be one of the states the November election hinges upon.

In March of this year, the SBA announced a memorandum of understanding with the Michigan Department of State to "promote civic engagement and voter registration in Michigan" that it called the "first-of-its-kind collaboration" and which will run through Jan. 1, 2036.
In a press release, SBA Administrator Isabel Casillas Guzman said the partnership "will help connect Michiganders to vital voter registration information from the State of Michigan so that more small business owners can exercise their right to vote."
"The SBA was created to ‘to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns; preserve free competitive enterprise; and maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation,’" the committee wrote, adding that the MOU has "nothing to do with the SBA’s mission and the legal duties its charged to fulfill. Small businesses are suffering from crippling inflation, overburdensome regulations, and U.S. small business optimism is at the lowest level in months."
"It is unacceptable for the SBA to divert resources from serving small businesses so it can register voters in Michigan."

The letter goes on to say that multiple committee members have "serious concerns" about the timing of the Biden administration’s plan and the "political nature of this MOU."
"It is inconceivable why Michigan – a state with a registered voting population above the national average – is where SBA found a need to use taxpayer resources to register more Michigan voters," the letter states. "Additionally, the timing of this MOU’s announcement is suspicious. The SBA made this announcement while President Biden’s campaign directs its attention toward Michigan, a key battleground state for his re-election efforts."
"The SBA involving itself in the election process of a battleground state during an election year is an insult to struggling small business owners across America. Perhaps this MOU is a ‘first of its kind collaboration for the SBA’ because it is inconsistent with federal law, has nothing to do with the SBA’s stated mission, and ignores the harsh realities small businesses face under the Biden Administration."
Congressman Roger Williams, R-Texas, chairman of the House Committee on Small Business, said in a statement that the SBA’s efforts could possibly violate the Constitution.

"The SBA’s MOU with the Michigan Department of State is improper, inappropriate, and perhaps, unconstitutional," Williams said.
"The SBA was created for one reason: to assist our nation’s small businesses. It has no reason whatsoever to involve itself in political and potentially electioneering activities. Moreover, the fact the SBA would divert resources away from Main Street so it can focus on voter registration in a battleground state is an affront to our job creators, especially for all they do for our communities and economy. Americans have a right to know what exactly is going on here, and this Committee plans on getting answers."
The letter argues that the "American people deserve to know" why the SBA is registering voters in Michigan rather than allocate all of its focus to the small businesses nationwide that currently "struggle to survive under the Biden administration’s policies." Additionally, the committee is asking Guzman to provide documents and information related to a series of questions by April 18.

The letter asks for "all communications" between and among SBA personnel regarding the 2021 executive order and/or the MOU from March 10, 2021, to the present and all communications "between SBA personnel and third parties, including but not limited to small business owners, associations, non-profits, and SBA resource partners in the State of Michigan, regarding E.O. 14019, and/or the MOU, from March 10, 2021, to present."
The committee also seeks a "full" and "unredacted copy" of the MOU in question as well as an unredacted copy of implementation plans related to that MOU and drafts of those plans submitted to the White House.
The Biden executive order in 2021 instructing federal agencies to register voters to combat racism has drawn criticism from states across the country, including recently in Mississippi.

Last month, the state's Republican Secretary of State Michael Watson sent a letter to Biden's Department of Justice demanding they stop efforts to register voters in federal prisons due to concerns that illegal immigrants and ineligible felons are being registered.
"This serves as another example of the Biden administration’s unconstitutional efforts to weaponize every federal agency into voter registration and GOTV arms of the Democratic Party," Watson told Fox News Digital this week.

"I applaud Chairman Williams’ efforts to dig in and get answers for the American people, and pledge to continue my efforts to do the same for Mississippians."
Jason Snead, Honest Elections Project executive director, also told Fox News Digital he applauds the committee's efforts investigating this unprecedented agreement."
"This is the latest example of the Biden Administration’s ongoing efforts to manipulate the levers of the federal government for political advantage," Snead said.
"With Executive Order 14019, President Biden has ordered every federal agency to collaborate with liberal organizations to mobilize voters. The Administration is even using taxpayers’ dollars to pay college students to turn out voters. This program raises serious concerns about the misuse and abuse of federal agencies for political gain, and the public deserves answers."
Fox News Digital reached out to the White House and Small Business Administration for comment but did not receive a response.

Both the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) covered up evidence of ballot fraud in Detroit in the 2020 election, new Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) documents show.
Upon discovering evidence of ballot fraud, the DOJ contacted the state of Michigan via email to request an FBI investigation. The response the DOJ received is chilling.

“This allegation, and accompanying photos, is alarming,” the DOJ email to Michigan reads. “I would like FBI to look into this please.”
“Talked to the FBI on this and it’s not going to be in their lane or ours in terms of apparent criminal actions,” responded the Michigan Attorney General’s office, “but MDOS (Michigan Department of State) may want to call and try and head this off.”

“Somehow the two investigative bureaus with real authority to investigate credible allegations decided to pass the buck to the Secretary of State, who would’ve been a huge reason why the election was so fraudulent in the first place,” tweeted the “George” (@BehizyTweets) X account.
“The corruption is so obvious.”
Bergen County, N.J., Republican County Committee Member Yehuda Miller obtained these and other communications, which were shared publicly via X.

Republicans not allowed to challenge polls​

Another email from Dawn Ison at the DOJ responding to the ballot fraud complaint states that it had been received and that a “chat” would occur about it later in the day.
The original email that came through the chain addresses problems at the TCF Center where there were said to be “many examples of significant election-integrity issues.”
Government officials from both the local and state levels were involved with the fraud, the email states, and those who were aware of it simply wanted it looked into further to verify whether or not Michigan’s election results were valid.
At poll worker named “Mrs. Jacob” who has been working the polls for 30 years is one of those who spoke out about what she saw, at great risk to herself, mind you. Mrs. Jacob helped bring all this to light, even if nothing was done to address it by the authorities.
The original incident in question involved a Republican voter who tried to become a poll challenger at the TCF Center, only to be told that Republicans are not allowed to be poll challengers.
On top of that, the Republican voter was told that absentee ballots were not being counted, nor were “faxed-in ballots.”
“She has stated she’s been in communication with four women who were previously inside TCF as counters and that she has heard from other Republicans that have been inside as challengers,” the original complaint reads.
“She also stated that Democrats are allowed additional challengers. She has also stated she is available for callback and we have her contact info if you would like it.”

EXPOSED: Wisconsin Election Loophole Allows Illegal Aliens to Obtain ID to Vote​

"Getting a free ID for Voting is easy even if you do not have the documentation to get a regular Wisconsin ID!" state's Dept. of Transportation website reads.

Wisconsin’s Department of Transportation provides a step-by-step guide for anyone without documentation of any kind to apply for an ID that can be used to vote in the 2024 election.
The provision is especially notable in the case of illegal aliens who may not have any documents to present but who still want to participate in the presidential election — in violation of U.S. law.

Wisconsin’s DOT website lays out the petition process for obtaining a “free ID for voting” even without documentation.
“Getting a free ID for Voting is easy even if you do not have the documentation to get a regular Wisconsin ID!” the website states.

The section explains that to obtain an ID, you must go to the DMV and provide either a birth certificate, a social security or Medicaid card, a utility or government bill, or proof of U.S. citizenship.
However, it goes on to say that “if you don’t have all or any of these, you can still get an ID for voting” by simply filling out two forms.

After that, “you will get a photo ID document in the mail that you can use in time for voting.”

The potential for fraud or abuse here cannot be overstated.

This come as House Speaker Mike Johnson in a joint press conference with former President Donald Trump announced on Friday legislation that will soon be introduced that would implement new citizenship documentation requirements for people to register to vote.
“We cannot wait for widespread fraud to occur,” Johnson said at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort. “Especially when the threat of fraud is growing with every single illegal immigrant that crosses that [southern U.S.] border.”

Of course, the mainstream media has been apoplectic over the announcement despite pointing out that it’s already illegal for noncitizens to vote.
The “redundant” legislation shouldn’t face any meaningful opposition in Congress to pass then!
But Democrats will likely – and curiously – fight tooth and nail to prevent the bill from passing.

Georgia’s Gabe Sterling Goes Silent and Is “In Hiding” Since Georgia State Election Board Finds Violations in Second 2020 Election Investigation​

The people were right. The 2020 Election results in Georgia never should have been certified. The 2020 election in Georgia was stolen. It’s a fact.
Georgia’s Gabe Sterling who was involved in the certification of the stolen 2020 Election claimed that there were no issues with the Georgia election results. This was false and is false. Even Governor Kemp agreed that there were issues with the 2020 Election.

Georgia citizen Joe Rossi looked into the 2020 Election and the recounts after the election and he found numerous issues with the election results in Fulton County.

After the 2020 Election, a Risk Limiting Audit (RLA) was carried out by Georgia’s Secretary of State’s (SOS’s) Office that included numerous errors.

Thanks to the efforts of Georgian Joseph Rossi, thirty-six errors were found in the Fulton County data in the RLA report posted on Georgia’s Secretary of State’s website.
Rossi went after those in authority requesting that they review his data. He was turned down and ignored numerous times. But eventually after a series of events, Rossi was able to get his work showing numerous errors in front of members of Governor Kemp’s office.

As a result of Rossi’s work and Kemp’s team’s investigation, the Georgia State Elections Board (SEB) initiated an investigation into the Fulton County data from the RLA report. This investigation was labeled SEB2021-181. Eventually the SEB identified violations and errors in the recounts of the 2020 Election in Fulton County.
Another complaint related to Fulton County was filed that specifically called out 3,125 duplicate ballot counts and 17,852 votes counted without corresponding ballot images. These ballots should never have been included in the election. This complaint resulted in the creation of investigation SEB2023-25. This investigation is complete and the results of this investigation will be presented to the SEB on May 7, 2023 per a letter recently received by Joe Rossi. This complaint has been categorized by the Board as “violations found.”

Despite numerous issues that should have prevented the 2020 Election from being certified, the election was certified and then the SOS’s office lied about the accuracy of the recounts in Georgia.
[Remember that the 2020 results were certified for Biden three days after the election after he overcame President Trump’s 200,000 vote lead on election night to steal the election by less than 12,000 votes in Georgia. – See The Steal – Volume II: The Impossible Occurs for more information.

Note also that that the investigations noted above were independent of two court cases that occurred in Georgia after the 2020 Election. At least three individuals involved in a recount that occurred in the state after the election identified 148,000 ballots that appeared to have been created by a machine and to be fraudulent. Fulton county and others in the state are still preventing access to these ballots even though the Georgia Supreme Court ruled that the plaintiffs have the right to audit these ballots.
In addition, a separate audit of voting machines was initiated after the 2020 Election which was finally released years later which showed that the systems used in Georgia had security issues and bad actors could hack into them and change the results of an election.


And, we recently found out that there was no signature validation for tens of thousands of votes counted in Fulton County. A Fulton County Commissioner voted not to certify the election based on this issue.]

Since being notified of the second investigation classified as “violations found”, Rossi requested that Gabe Sterling provide an explanation for his comments and email responses where he claimed that there were no issues in the 2020 Election in Georgia.
This is Rossi’s 11th email to Sterling:

After being behind the efforts to certify the uncertifiable election in 2020 and getting caught with not one, but two investigations into the 2020 Election results, and two court cases identifying thousands of issues with election results, and uncovering that no signature validations occurred in Fulton County for over 100,000 votes, Gabe Sterling is nowhere to be found.
