Hollywood man charged with sexual assault on 6-year-old girl

HOLLYWOOD ? A 25-year-old man has confessed to sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl, police said on Thursday.

The child's mother told police she caught Leonard Wiggins, of Polk Street, with his pants down and attacking her daughter on Wednesday. Wiggins denied the attack. The mother took the child to a hospital for an exam at the Sexual Assault Treatment Center. Police were notified.

Around 11 p.m. on Wednesday, detectives made contact with the suspect at a fast-food restaurant. He was transported to the Hollywood Police Department for an int
erview and after reading the Miranda rights, he gave a full confession, said Detective Carlos Negron, police spokesman.

Wiggins was arrested on one count of sexual battery of a victim under age 12 and one count of molesting a victim under age 12.

I bet the nigger tells the cops she came on to him or it was coonsensual.

Man charged with sexual battery in rape of 6-year-old

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (WSVN) -- A 25-year-old man is in police custody after being charged with the rape of a young girl.

The crime occurred on Wednesday in the girl's Hollywood home after 25-year-old Leonard Wiggins was left alone with the child while her mother took a shower. When the mother returned from the bathroom, she witnessed Wiggins on top of her daughter, pants around his ankles.

"As [the mother] comes out of the shower, she sees the most repulsing thing a parent could see," said Capt. Tony Rode of the Hollywood Police Dept. "This is the 25-year-old male raping her 6-year-old child."

Wiggins initially denied the mother's
accusations and fled the home. The mother then took her daughter to the hospital. While en route, the child revealed that the molestation had happened before.

"The 6-year-old child said, 'Mom, he also did it on Monday,'" Rode said.
