Life sentence issued for rape of Alzheimer's patient
COVINGTON, La. A former attendant at an assisted-living home has been sentenced to life in prison for raping an 82-year-old Alzheimer's patient in October 2004.
Forty-nine-year-old Derrick Garrett continued to proclaim his innocence before State District Judge Patricia Hedges issued the sentence.
Typical nigger rapist-of-the-white-elderly, Derrick Garrett:

Is there anything that a nigger WON'T proclaim? Every sentence out of a
nigger's rubbery lips is phrased as a proclamation!
Defense attorney Mike Nunnery, suggested the jury that convicted Garrett was motivated by racism because the victim is an elderly white woman and the defendant is black. But Assistant District Attorney David Weilbaecher said the case was decided by forensic evidence.
Garrett was convicted August fourth, 2005, after a three-day trial -- and 16 minutes of jury deliberations.
Garrett was working as a caretaker at a Mandeville facility when the attack occurred October eleventh, 2004. Authorities say two of his co-workers testified that they became suspicious after seeing him emerge from a bathroom where the woman was found soon afterward with her pants pulled down.
Yep, a case of racism, pure and simple!
