Today Infowars reporter, Millie Weaver was arrested at her home. There is a lot of speculation surrounding her arrest due to the timing. Millie Weaver was getting ready to publish a documentary called ‘Shadow Gate’. The film showcases two whistleblowers who allege there is a secretive network of government contractors which consists of government and military insiders (both current and former) who have ‘back door’ access to intelligence agencies and all of the information that they collect on everyone including politicians and how this information is used to blackmail powerful people to control them.

The film also alleges that military psychological warfare programs are being used against the people primarily through the mainstream corporate media and social media to control the population. One of the whistleblowers in the film Tore, who was recently suspended by twitter, believes Millie Weaver was arrested because of this film. Tore has posted the documentary in full to her YouTube channel. Spiro contacted the Portage county sheriffs office and they confirmed Millie Weaver is in their custody. The sheriffs office also confirmed that she was served a secret indictment. The charges Ms Weaver faces are tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice and domestic violence. The sheriffs office also confirmed she is being held without bond and will remain in custody over the weekend until she appears before a judge on Monday morning.

Conservative Journalist Arrested & Jailed Ahead Of ‘ShadowGate’ Documentary Release

Documentary exposes Deep State psychological operations against the American people

Update: While Weaver’s arrest appears to be for unrelated charges according to the Daily Dot…

When speaking to the Daily Dot via phone Saturday morning, a Portage County Jail administrator said that Weaver is being charged with alleged “robbery, tampering with evidence, obstruction justice, and domestic violence.”

When asked about the claim that Weaver was arrested for exposing the deep state, the administrator laughed. Conspiracy theorists believe a type of shadow government exists and is working to undermine President Donald Trump and his agenda.

Meaww also reports Weaver’s husband was arrested.

…we still can’t help but wonder about the curious timing?

As Peter Bary Chowka detailed earlier at AmericanThinker.com, Millie Weaver, widely known as Millennial Millie, a 29-year old conservative new media video and print journalist with a large following online, was arrested at her home in Ohio on Friday morning. Police officers apparently from a local SWAT team took Weaver to the Portage County Jail in Ravenna, Ohio where she is being held without bail until at least Monday for a “tentative status hearing.” A short video captured on her cell phone as she was being taken away was posted online.

Millie Weaver is one of my favorite independent journalists. She’s also a young mom. I was shocked to see this heavy-handed arrest. With her friends’ permission, I have set up a GoFundMe — please join me in chipping in. https://t.co/zsWPUMAUee pic.twitter.com/YFUOdvLtPf

The news of Weaver’s arrest was immediately taken note of on social media as the Twitter hashtags #freemillie and #freemillieweaver quickly trended. Talk show host and licensed investigator Doug Hagmann, on whose program Weaver was a guest on July 3, obtained a copy of Weaver’s custody record, which is public information, with additional background from his sources which he cited in an article:

According to the information I obtained through my investigative inquiries (and partially detailed in the video of her arrest), she was indicted by a grand jury seated in Ohio. The indictment was sealed until served. The nature of her alleged offenses appears to be “process crimes” (e.g. Obstruction of Justice, Tampering with Evidence). [emphasis original]

In an article Friday at activist post, Spiro Skouras wrote that he also “contacted the Portage County Sheriff’s Office and they confirmed Millie Weaver is in their custody. They also confirmed that she was served a secret indictment. “]

The plot, if not the confusion, in this case thickens in light of the fact that Weaver was set to release an 82-minute independent documentary, Shadow Gate, which, as they say, is ripped from the headlines. The two-minute trailer, which Weaver tweeted a link to on August 11, teases the film’s relevance to current events:

The ObamaGate scandal only scratches the surface. . . Both parties are equally guilty in what should turn out to be an even bigger scandal. Shadow Gate the tactical and operational role the shadow government played behind the scenes carrying out the coup against President Trump.

On the page at her Website with the film’s trailer, Weave wrote:

The material presented in this documentary should concern people of all political affiliations given elected officials are not the shadow government. This is about real players [whose] names never come up but should. Corrupt carrier politicians are definitely part of the beltway swamp, even aspects of the deep state, but they are not the shadow government. Two whistleblowers, who worked extensively within the Shadow Government as contractors have come forward with revelations that may be the biggest whistleblowing event to date.

One of the whistleblower sources in the film, who uses the name Tore, uploaded a full copy of the documentary following Weaver’s arrest on Friday. In its first 14 hours online, the film had over 468,000 views. As of this writing, it is still on YouTube and is propagating virally elsewhere on the Internet.

After viewing the complete documentary one time on Friday evening, I can attest to its compelling – and complex – content. It is a professional piece of film making, with state of the art production values. The interlocking documents among Deep State players both known and obscure are riveting. Several viewings (a transcript would help) would be required to fully absorb and confirm the myriad details in the incredibly fast-moving presentation.

Weaver, originally from California, is married with two children, ages four and nine months. Some reports have said that her husband has also been taken into custody. Weaver started her journalistic career in 2012 at Infowars, where she quickly became one of the channel’s most popular reporters. Recently, she has gone out on her own as an independent journalist while continuing to contribute articles and video reports to Infowars. Weaver’s own YouTube channel has over 420,00 subscribers and her Twitter account has 180,00 followers.

Viral Shadowgate Documentary Deleted by Facebook and YouTube After Film Maker’s Arrest

Movie was going viral with millions of views.

The Shadowgate documentary, which went viral after one of its producers was arrested on Friday, has now been removed by both YouTube and Facebook.

Journalist Millie Weaver was charged with alleged “robbery, tampering with evidence, obstruction justice, and domestic violence” after police officers apparently from a local SWAT team showed up at her Ohio home Friday morning and took her to the Portage County Jail in Ravenna.

The Portage County Sheriff’s Office later confirmed that there was a “secret indictment” against Weaver but refused to give further details.

A woman claiming to be Weaver’s mother later commented that there had been a family dispute over a $50 cellphone on April 25, but that she had almost immediately dropped all charges against Weaver and expressed shock that her daughter had been arrested.

The arrest occurred on the eve of Weaver releasing Shadowgate, a documentary that purports to expose the “operational role the shadow government played behind the scenes carrying out the coup against President Trump.”

After the documentary received millions of views following its upload to Facebook and YouTube, both websites censored the film, with YouTube claiming the movie violated its rules against “hate speech.”

Weaver is expected to appear in front of a “tentative bond meeting” later today.

The full Shadowgate documentary can still be seen below.

Millie Weaver was arrested on August 14 on charges of robbery and domestic violence.

Millie Weaver, an Infowars contributor and conservative filmmaker, is facing criminal charges because of a dispute with her mother, Portage County court documents confirm.

Weaver, along with her partner Gavin Wince and younger brother Charles Weaver, was arrested on August 14 in front of her two young children at her home in northeastern Ohio. She was detained hours before she was scheduled to release a documentary on YouTube called Shadow Gate. Court records show she was released from custody at 2:25 p.m. on August 17 on a personal recognizance bond.

In a trailer for the film, Weaver claimed she had spoken with two whistleblowers who had knowledge of an orchestrated “coup” against President Donald Trump. The timing of her arrest prompted conspiracy theories online, with critics questioning whether the arrest was related to the documentary.

The indictment, which was made available August 17 on the Portage County Clerk of Courts website, states Weaver was charged in connection to an altercation with her mother on April 25, 2020.

Here’s what you need to know:

1. Weaver Is Accused of Helping Wince & Her Brother Tackle Her Mother, Felicia McCarron, in Order to Get Her Phone

Portage County Sheriff
Millie Weaver criminal complaint

Millicent F. Weaver is facing felony charges because of a dispute with her mother, Felicia McCarron. The indictment, handed down by a Portage County Grand Jury, shows that the altercation happened on April 25, 2020. McCarron’s first name was spelled “Felecia” in the indictment but a search of online records shows she spells her name “Felicia.”

According to the criminal complaint, which Heavy obtained from the county prosecutor, McCarron had been living at the Portage County home for about a month at the time of the confrontation. She moved in after the coronavirus pandemic forced her employer in California to shut down. The report states that on April 25, McCarron was texting with a religious leader “about her daughter being mean.” McCarron accused Weaver of calling her names. Deputies said they confirmed McCarron had sent a text message to her Bishop 26 minutes before dialing 911.

McCarron told deputies she started recording on her phone because she wanted to document how the family treated her. She claimed her son, Charles, along with Wince and Weaver, tackled her to the ground in order to steal her phone. McCarron ran out of the house and used a neighbor’s phone to call 911. McCarron added that she saw Charles run to the back of the property and she assumed he was hiding her phone.

In a separate interview with responding deputies, Weaver denied her mother’s allegations. She claimed McCarron had lost her phone two days earlier and was upset about it. Weaver described her mother as “mentally ill and not reliable.” Weaver claimed her mother had threatened the rest of the family with a knife, put it away, and then ran outside the house yelling about calling the police. Weaver told deputies they had considered calling 911 themselves but ultimately decided against it.

Weaver is accused of threatening to harm McCarron during the course of a robbery, which is a second-degree felony. The indictment from the Portage County Grand Jury states:

In attempting or committing a theft offense, or in fleeing immediately after the attempt or offense, recklessly inflict, attempt to inflict, or threaten to inflict physical harm upon Felicia McCarron.

Weaver is further accused of attempting to destroy evidence related to the dispute, a third-degree felony:

Knowing that an official proceeding or investigation is in progress, or is about to be or likely to be instituted did, alter, destroy, conceal or removed a record, document or thing with the purpose to impair its value or availability as evidence in such proceeding or investigation.

The third count is obstructing justice, which is a fifth-degree felony charge:

With purpose to hinder the discovery, apprehension, prosecution, conviction, or punishment of Millicent F. Weaver, Charles L. Weaver Jr and/or Gavon S. Wince for a crime or to assist another to benefit from the commission of a crime, communicate false information to (any person), and the crime committed by the person aided is a felony of the fifth, fourth or third degree.

The fourth charge is a first-degree misdemeanor count of domestic violence. The Grand Jury found probable cause that Weaver had “recklessly caused serious physical harm to the family or household member.”

2. A Person Claiming to Be Weaver’s Mother Wrote on YouTube the Dispute Was About a $50 Cellphone

Weaver’s mother has weighed in on her daughter’s arrest. A woman claiming to be Felicia McCarron posted a comment on a YouTube video that was published by “The Official Hagmann Report” on August 14. The comment links back to an account that appears to belong to McCarron.

McCarron described the situation as a “family dispute” and that the robbery pertained to a $50 cellphone. McCarron claimed she had asked local authorities to drop the charges several weeks before Weaver’s arrest:

This is Millie’s mother … It’s my cell phone worth about $50, that she took during a family dispute that happened months ago when I was in Ohio visiting my family. She took it because I had my phone on record during an argument we were having. We resolved the issue immediately and I dropped all charges right after it happened before I left Ohio … because it was a gross misunderstanding and no harm was done.

All families have their disagreements…especially during a quarantine…. In Ca nothing happens when you call the police…..I am shocked my family was arrested after I told the police to drop all charges months ago. I had a general affidavit of non prosecution notarized today and I spoke with the police chief , who told me I could not do anything until Monday morning and my daughter, son and her boyfriend have to stay in jail over the weekend. I am extremely upset… this is not what I wanted to happen. I think they have a lot bigger fish to fry…makes me think this might have been done to prevent her from coming out with some political information she is covering. There was no reason for this.

3. The Arrest Warrant Was Issued Nearly Four Weeks Before Weaver Was Detained

The warrant for Weaver’s arrest was filed nearly four weeks before it was executed, Portage County court documents prove. The warrant, which can be viewed here, states that the indictment against Weaver was filed in Portage County Common Pleas Court on July 20, 2020.

The document was stamped by Clerk of Courts Jill Frankhauser. It includes the following language: “Bring said person before said Court without unnecessary delay.” It’s unclear why it took the sheriff’s department 25 days to carry out the arrest.

The warrant was labeled as a “secret indictment.” Under Ohio law, this simply means the indictment is kept sealed until after the defendant has been apprehended by law enforcement.

Weaver live-streamed the interaction with deputies when they came to her home on Yale Road to arrest her. In the clip, Weaver repeatedly asked why she was under arrest and expressed surprise when told that she had been indicted by a grand jury. One of the deputies eventually answered that Weaver was being arrested for burglary but did not appear to have more information at the time. (The charge turned out to be robbery, not burglary).

During the arrest, Weaver explained into the camera, “Guys, I’m literally about to break huge breaking news right now. I’m being arrested and I have no idea why.”

4. Weaver Was Released on a Personal Recognizance Bond

Weaver, Wince, and her brother Charles Weaver were arrested on August 14 and booked into the Portage County Jail. They remained behind bars without bond over the weekend.

Court records show all three were scheduled to appear before Judge Becky Doherty in the Portage County Common Pleas Court at 11am on August 17 for a formal arraignment.

Court documents show Prosecutor Victor Vigluicci recommended bond be set at $20,000. The document recommended Weaver be required to post at least 10 percent of the total in order to be released from custody.

Judge Doherty agreed to set bond at $20,000 but the court document shows it is a personal recognizance bond. This means Weaver agrees to return to court for future hearings and can be released from custody without needing to pay money to the court. She would owe that money if she failed to appear in court.

Court records initially listed Canton, Ohio, defense attorney Eugene O’Byrne, as Weaver’s lawyer. Attorney Troy Reeves has since been added to the court filing to represent Weaver.

Weaver entered a “not guilty” plea through her attorney. A discovery hearing was scheduled for September 9 and the criminal pre-trial hearing was set for October 21.

5. Felicia McCarron Lives in California & Previously Worked in Real Estate

Weaver was born in San Bernardino and her mother is still located in southern California. Felicia McCarron previously worked in real estate, according to records with the California Department of Real Estate. Records show McCarron was a licensed salesperson from 2001 until 2013 but did not renew her license after that.

McCarron’s public Facebook page has not been updated since 2014. According to the page, she worked for the OC Weekly newspaper, but it’s unclear in what capacity.

Weaver pursued a career in the entertainment industry in the early 2010s as a model and singer, and her mother commented on those efforts on Facebook. In February 2011, McCarron announced that Millie and her sister, Minna, had debuted a single called “Hollywood Here We Come.” McCarron wrote in a second post, “Minna and Millie will be performing on the 23rd in Beverly Hills at the Pre-Academy Award/Breast Cancer Awareness Event, Hosted by David Harrison Levi.”

When InfoWars correspondent Millie Weaver was arrested last week, her supporters claimed she was the victim of a “deep state” prosecution of a truth-telling journalist. By Tuesday afternoon, they had raised more than $170,000 to help her fight the charges.

In reality, Weaver wasn’t some heroine at the vanguard of a fight against nefarious government agents. Instead, she was arrested on charges of robbing her own mother, according to newly released court documents from police and prosecutors. But despite the less dramatic plot, Weaver’s backers are still laying claim to her victimhood status. And she does not appear inclined to give the money back.

On Friday, Weaver livestreamed her arrest at her Ohio home by sheriff’s deputies in Portage County. She claimed she didn’t know why she was being arrested, complained that she had not been warned via the mail that she was about to be indicted, and insisted–as she was being arrested—that she was on the cusp of a major professional moment.

“I was literally about to break huge breaking news right now and I’m being arrested and I have no idea why,” Weaver said on her livestream.

Alex Jones and Infowars Ordered to Pay $100K in Court Costs for Sandy Hook Case

Soon after the arrest, one of Weaver’s supporters published “Shadow Gate,” a convoluted “documentary” in which Weaver and a handful of oddball characters allege a deep-state conspiracy among government contractors alleged to be the puppet masters behind American politics. And soon after that, Weaver’s right-wing allies quickly claimed that the damaging secrets in “Shadow Gate” were what prompted the authorities to descend on her.

Blaze TV host Elijah Schaffer claimed Weaver had been arrested "for allegedly obtaining leaked government documents." Attorney Robert Barnes, who has represented InfoWars in the past, claimed that Weaver’s arrest was probably “criminalizing journalism that obtains information from whistleblowers.”

Ezra Levant, the head of conservative Canadian outlet Rebel News, set up a GoFundMe page in Weaver’s name. With Weaver in jail, the donations began pouring in.

What happened to #MillieWeaver likely reflects local authorities weaponizing the theory in the #Assange indictment, criminalizing journalism that obtains information from whistleblowers. This is why the #Assange indictment threatens the First Amendment so dangerously.

— Robert Barnes (@Barnes_Law) August 15, 2020

Over the weekend, there was near-total silence from local authorities about the charges she faced. Indeed, when asked whether Weaver was arrested for her documentary, a county jail official only “laughed” in an interview with the Daily Dot.

But official documents now show that Weaver’s arrest had nothing to do with the deep state—unless the alleged conspiracy includes her own mother.

Weaver is formally facing three felony charges for robbery, evidence tampering and obstruction of justice, as well as a misdemeanor domestic charge over an April family fight gone wrong. Weaver’s husband, Gavin Wince, and her brother, Charles Weaver, are facing the same charges.

The incident in question took place on April 25, when Millie Weaver began arguing with and insulting her mother, Felecia McCarron, according to a police report. McCarron started a recording on her phone, in an apparent attempt to catch Weaver, Weaver’s brother, and Weaver’s husband talking about her. The Weavers and Wince allegedly tried to take her phone away in a scuffle, and all three allegedly “wrestled Felicia to the ground.”

“Chuck grabbed Felicia’s arm as Gavin grabbed the other,” the report reads. “Millie joined in and they all threw Felicia to the ground and held her down.”

Judge in InfoWars Case Says She’s Been Notified of Death Threats by The FBI

The trio succeeded in taking the phone, according to McCarron’s account, in what constitutes the “robbery” Weaver is charged with. McCarron, who suffered a small abrasion in the scuffle, fled to a neighbor’s house and called 911. While there, she saw Charles Weaver running to the back of the house, in what she took to be an attempt to hide her phone.

When deputies arrived, the Weaver siblings and Wince claimed that McCarron suffered from mental issues and had in fact lost her phone days earlier, the report alleges. But deputies became suspicious of the trio, suspecting that they were making up the explanation on the spot.

Further investigation proved that McCarron had been texting someone from her church on her phone shortly before the alleged robbery, meaning that she couldn’t have lost it days earlier. By comparison, the deputies found McCarron’s version of events believable.

“As Millie told the story, she paused numerous times and seemed to be thinking of the details as she spoke,” the report reads. “The three would look at one another and pause, as if looking for the right answer before one would provide an answer.”

The trio’s alleged attempts to lie to officers were so obvious to authorities that they were described as absurd. At one point, Weaver’s brother Charles told an officer that he had run behind the house to check out a flooding issue, not to hide the phone. When the officer pointed out that there were no footprints in the mud to show that Weaver had gone behind the house, Charles countered that he had “jogged” — which supposedly wouldn’t have left footprints.

“I commented on the absurdity of their explanation,” one deputy’s account of the interview reads.

Millie Weaver didn’t respond to a request for comment. Wince and Charles Weaver, along with McCarron, couldn’t be reached for comment.

Even as the details about Weaver’s case trickled out, her supporters continued to believe she had been somehow punished by the government for her “Shadow Gate” video. Roughly a dozen Weaver supporters gathered outside an Ohio courthouse Monday for Weaver’s hearing, carrying signs that said “Shadow Gate” or “Free Millie Now.” One claimed that Weaver had been “arrested for journalism.”

And while Weaver’s arrest turned out to be related to an alleged robbery of her mother, rather than deep-state skulduggery, GoFundMe will still allow Weaver to receive the $170,000 she’s raised so far. GoFundMe will offer donors refunds if they request them, according to a statement.

“In order to honor the intent of the fundraiser and pay legal fees related to this arrest, the funds will be transferred to Weaver's legal counsel,” the statement reads. “This will ensure the money raised will only be used for the campaign's stated purpose.”
