Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu took his government’s COVID-19 vaccine campaign to a new level on Wednesday, telling citizens they may need to get vaccinated every six months.

During a press briefing, Netanyahu admitted that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine being distributed across Israel may not be as effective as officials let on — which is why the government ordered 36 million more doses.

“We are working on bringing a further 36 million vaccines for the citizens of Israel, to secure the health of our citizens,” Netanyahu said. “I want to explain why. The vaccines we have, no one knows how long they last.”

His remarks come as his government is pushing the vaccine on its citizens through cringeworthy public service announcements propaganda.

Israel is also rolling out its own version of a “vaccine passport” it’s calling the Green Pass to track the health status and movements of its citizens, which will presumably enforce whether citizens take a vaccine every six months.

Army Dining Facilities, Gym Asking Soldiers to Present Vaccine Card Before Entering​

Increasing pressure to get a vaccine that is not mandatory.

Soldiers and civilians must present vaccine cards to prove they have been fully vaccinated before entering dining and exercise facilities on at least one Army base in what some soldiers and spouses see as increasing pressure to get a vaccine that is not mandatory.

Beginning March 29, soldiers and civilians at Fort Bragg who presented a vaccine card were allowed to eat inside dining facilities on base, as well to visit one gym maskless. At least one other base, Fort Drum, is exploring a coronavirus wristband option as an alternative to the vaccine card.

The new rules come as the Biden administration has endorsed the idea of private companies developing some form of vaccine certification which Republicans lawmakers have argued is an unacceptable restriction on participating in normal life.

“It’s completely unacceptable for either the government or the private sector to impose upon you the requirement that you show proof of vaccine to just simply be able to participate in normal society,” Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) said at a recent press conference.

Unit commanders recently received an email from the commander of the 82nd Airborne Division notifying them of the changes, which came down from the Fort Bragg commander. It said:

Tucker Gym will be open only to Paratroopers who are fully vaccinated plus 14 days. To enter, Paratroopers must present their [Common Access Card] card and a physical vaccination card to enter. …

All DFACs will open to 50% dine-in capacity and progress to 100% over time. … Again, Paratroopers must present their CAC card and a physical vaccination card to enter. …

This is a good thing. It’s an opportunity for us to show what back to normal looks like and it’s important that we get this right. Come back to me with your plan to get the word out to every Paratrooper in your formation before Monday morning.

The 82nd Airborne Division also notified the public of the changes in a Facebook post that said: “We’ve made great strides in our on-going war against #COVID19 [coronavirus]. We know that vaccinations and herd immunity are our best tools to return to normal. As vaccination numbers continue to rise across our formations, we can finally begin to fully re-open more of our facilities and enhance our ability to come together and take care of each other.

HELENA — Gov. Greg Gianforte has tested positive for COVID-19, according to a Monday evening announcement by his office.

The result comes four days after Gianforte received his initial dose of the vaccine. He first started experiencing “mild symptoms” on Sunday, according to the announcement. After being tested Monday in Gallatin County and receiving a positive result, the governor and first lady Susan Gianforte, who tested positive on Tuesday, are isolating at their residence in Bozeman.

The governor’s press office did not announce any publicly scheduled events on Monday and said all further public events have been cancelled until further notice.

He got the shot on camera last week.

Yet another clinic has paused vaccinations with Johnson & Johnson's shot after eight people suffered 'adverse reactions' at the Cummings, Georgia site.

Officials did not specify what types of reactions the eight people had to the shot, but said they were 'consistent with common reactions in adults being vaccinated with any vaccine,' and cited the number of cases as the trigger for the pause.

However, the eight people who had reactions were among 425 people who got the J&J shot at that site and, ostensibly, did not have any noticeable reactions.

The same thing has happened at clinics in three other states this week.

J&J vaccinations have now resumed at a Colorado site that reported 11 people had had bad reactions to the one-dose vaccine and two were taken to hospitals on Wednesday, as well as at a North Carolina site where 18 people had reactions. Four were taken to hospitals.

Georgia officials said in a statement that there was a similar incident in Iowa, but no details have been released there.

So far, Centers for Disease control and Preventions (CDC) staff investigating the incidents have found no issues with the batches of vaccines, suggesting the pauses are done out of extreme caution.

The Georgia officials' statement suggests as much.

'Out of an abundance of caution, the Georgia Department of Health (DPH) nd the North Health District are pausing COVID vaccinations using the J&J (Janssen) vaccine at Cumming Fairgrounds site,' a statement reads.

One of the eight people was taken to a hospital for evaluation and later released.

The other seven were monitored at the vaccination site then sent home.

It remains unclear what these reactions entailed, aside from them being 'common' responses to the shot. The evaluation of the eight recipients suggests that they perhaps had more acute experiences of the usual reactions.

The most common reactions to Johnson & Johnson's shot, aside from pain at the injection site, are muscle pain, tenderness and swelling and nausea.

North Carolina officials also did not specify the reactions suffered by recipients of the J&J vaccine.

Johnson & Johnson's vaccine is generally thought to have milder side effects than those made by Moderna and Pfizer, but has now been linked to a string of 'adverse reactions' in four states

Colorado officials said the 11 people there had 'reactions such as nausea and dizziness.'

Although none of the reactions were severe, they've come in a curious cluster, prompting the CDC investigations of 'lots' of the vaccine sent to the affected states.

So far, they've found nothing suspicious.

'There is no reason to believe that anything is wrong with the vaccine itself, and the individuals who have received the J&J vaccine should not be concerned.,' said Georgia health commissioner Dr Kathleen Toomey.

'We are looking into what happened and what may have caused the reactions, including the conditions at the fair grounds such as heat and the ability to keep the site cool.'

Democratic lawmakers want Joe Biden to force military personnel to take the COVID-19 Vaccine for the coronavirus which is unlikely to adversely affect healthy young Americans.

Nearly 40% of healthy young Marines are refusing the vaccine according to CNN.

CNN reported:

A group of Democratic lawmakers sent a letter to President Joe Biden requesting that he issue a “waiver of informed consent” to make getting vaccinated against Covid-19 mandatory for all US military service members.

CNN obtained a copy of the letter, which was sent on Wednesday from a congressional aide.

Currently the Department of Defense cannot make vaccinations mandatory because they have only been authorized by the Food and Drug Administration for emergency use. A waiver from the President could bypass that rule.

The Department of Defense has said publicly that the opt-out rate among service members eligible to be vaccinated is about 33%, but last week military officials and service members CNN spoke with from several bases and units across the country suggest the current rejection rate may be closer to 50%.

(Natural News) In the wake of accelerating deaths from vaccine-induced blood clots, the FDA has now called a nationwide halt to the Johnson & Johnson covid-19 vaccine.

In truth, all covid-19 vaccine cause deadly blood clots for the simple reason that spike protein structures are biologically active and load to blood coagulation (clotting) inside the body. These blood clots travel to the brain, heart, lungs and other organs, causing strokes, heart attacks (rapper DMX was killed this way), pulmonary embolisms (blood clots in the lungs) and other similar causes of death, none of which are officially listed as “vaccine” deaths.

The fact that mRNA vaccines hijack the body’s cells to generate spike proteins which cause blood clotting is an open admission that mRNA vaccines are death shots — a form of vaccine euthanasia. And people who are foolish enough to take these vaccine shots are signing up for “vaccine suicide” as part of a global depopulation agenda.

Even worse, none of the vaccines actually do anything useful to reduce deaths from covid. As Dr. Richard Fleming recently told the War Room broadcast, the vaccine efficacy data from Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson, “all show their vaccines make zero difference in stopping covid.” From that article:

Fleming warned the effects could take a year and half to show in humans.

Fleming, who in the 1990s discovered inflammation causes cardiovascular disease, said man-made spike proteins in the vaccines also cause inflammation. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine was pulled for its link to blood clots in women.

The vaccines have “no statistically significant benefit,” Fleming said, but cause “inflammation and blood clotting, Lewy bodies [associated with dementia], Mad Cow disease, and nothing to benefit.”

Fleming said the Biden regime should call for immediate reevaluation of “whether there’s any demonstrated efficacy” of the vaccines, “because there’s not.”

“Secondly, what are the potential consequences of having already vaccinated a substantial number of individuals in this country?” Fleming said.

A study by Oxford University found the number of people who receive blood clots after getting vaccinated with a coronavirus vaccine are about the same for those who get Pfizer PFE, +2.58% and Moderna MRNA, +6.84% vaccines as they are for the AstraZeneca AZN, -0.18% vaccine that was produced with the university's help. According to the study, 4 in 1 million people experience cerebral venous thrombosis after getting the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, versus 5 in 1 million people for the AstraZeneca vaccine. The risk of getting CVT is much higher for those who get COVID-19 -- 39 in a million patients -- than it is for those who get vaccinated. AstraZeneca's vaccine use has been halted or limited in many countries on blood clot concerns.

The European database of suspected drug reaction reports is EudraVigilance, which also tracks reports of injuries and deaths following the experimental COVID-19 “vaccines.”

Here is what EudraVigilance states about their database:

This website was launched by the European Medicines Agency in 2012 to provide public access to reports of suspected side effects (also known as suspected adverse drug reactions). These reports are submitted electronically to EudraVigilance by national medicines regulatory authorities and by pharmaceutical companies that hold marketing authorisations (licences) for the medicines.

EudraVigilance is a system designed for collecting reports of suspected side effects. These reports are used for evaluating the benefits and risks of medicines during their development and monitoring their safety following their authorisation in the European Economic Area (EEA). EudraVigilance has been in use since December 2001.

This website was launched to comply with the EudraVigilance Access Policy, which was developed to improve public health by supporting the monitoring of the safety of medicines and to increase transparency for stakeholders, including the general public.

The Management Board of the European Medicines Agency first approved the EudraVigilance Access Policy in December 2010. A revision was adopted by the Board in December 2015 based on the 2010 pharmacovigilance legislation. The policy aims to provide stakeholders such as national medicines regulatory authorities in the EEA, the European Commission, healthcare professionals, patients and consumers, as well as the pharmaceutical industry and research organisations, with access to reports on suspected side effects.

Mass Murder: 3,486 Deaths in the U.S. Following COVID Injections in 4 Months: More Vaccine Deaths Recorded Than in the Past 15 Years Combined​

The CDC announced this week that deaths reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), a U.S. Government funded database that tracks injuries and deaths caused by vaccines, following experimental COVID injections, have now reached 3,486 deaths since December of 2020, when the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID shots were given emergency use authorization (EUA) by the FDA.

To get a perspective on the magnitude of deaths following COVID shots that are being reported to the CDC, there were only 3,445 deaths reported to the CDC following all vaccines from 1/1/2005 through 11/30/2020, the 15-year period prior to the FDA issuing emergency use authorizations for experimental COVID injections in December of 2020.

3,186 of the reported 3,486 deaths following COVID injections were included in today’s data dump into VAERS, which also included 86,080 injuries with 1,217 permanent disabilities, 12,374 emergency room/doctor visits, 6,282 hospitalized, and 1,906 life threatening injuries.

The breakdown of deaths per EUA injection is as follows.

◾Pfizer/Biontech – 1,476 deaths (Source.)

◾Janssen – 155 deaths (Source.)

According to the CDC’s COVID Vaccine Tracker, the latest statistics on how many doses of each COVID shot have been injected into the population is as follows.

◾Pfizer/Biontech – 116,754,631 doses
◾Moderna – 97,353,734 doses
◾Janssen – 8,040,727 doses

The J&J Janssen shot has the highest percentage of recorded deaths, with Moderna second.

The Janssen shot is currently paused by the FDA due to reports of “rare” blood clots. According to the CDC, these reports only exist with 8 people, all women.

However, the specific cases of blood clots is very narrowly defined by the FDA and CDC, looking only for “cerebral venous sinus thrombosis combined with thrombocytopenia.” (Blood clots in the brain combined with low blood platelets.)

But many other kinds of blood clots following injections have also been reported, many of them fatal, besides just “cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.”

If we search for deaths due to any kind of “thrombosis,” the numbers go up. Here are the search results for “death” and all cases of “thrombosis” (blood clots.)

Clearly deaths associated with blood clots are being reported with all three EUA shots, but the percentage of shots administered along with deaths and blood clots is considerably higher with the J&J shot.

One other thing to note is the age range these deaths and blood clots are happening with each shot.

With the 27 deaths with blood clots among the Pfizer patients, only 1 occurred below the age of 65.

With the 19 deaths with blood clots among the Moderna patients, 5 occurred below the age of 65.

With the 13 deaths with blood clots among the J&J patients, 8 (62%) of them were among those aged below 65, including one between the ages of 17 and 44.

So the J&J shot is affecting young people, who have little to no risk of dying from COVID-19, far more than the other two shots.

And yet news reports today are stating that the CDC and FDA are getting ready to resume the J&J shots. (Source.)

COVID Shots: Mass Murder and Biological Weapons

The decision of whether or not to continue allowing emergency use authorization for the J&J shot, or either of the other two shots, is largely made by just a select few doctors and scientists, all employed by the U.S. Government and with strong ties to the pharmaceutical industry.

Other doctors and scientists who are not employed by a government or a pharmaceutical company that produces and sells vaccines, strongly disagree with the government health bureaucrats, and we have featured many of them here at Health Impact News.

One of the doctors who actually did get an interview in the corporate media is Dr. Hooman Noorchashm, a Harvard trained physician and scientist who was interviewed by Tucker Carlson on Fox News recently.

He stated that he does not know why the FDA and CDC focused on just this specific cluster of blood clots in the J&J experimental COVID shot, because the issue of dangerous blood clots concerns all three EUA COVID shots right now. He was glad the FDA took at least the one shot off the market (although it looks like it is coming back soon.)

Not only is there disagreement over whether or not these experimental injections are safe or effective, many are now claiming that these shots are purposely designed to infect and kill people as part of a global plan to reduce the world’s population.

The fact that very well-known scientists and doctors are saying this, such as Dr. Michael Yeadon, the former Vice President and Chief Scientist for Allergy and Respiratory at Pfizer, should be headline news, even if their views are not widely accepted by others.

But instead, they are attacked and censored from the corporate media which is mainly funded by Big Pharma and does not do investigative journalism at all when it comes to vaccines, but simply act as marketing agencies for Big Pharma.

J. Bart Classen, MD, an immunologist, just had a paper published in the journal Microbiology & Infectious Diseases, titled:

COVID-19 RNA Based Vaccines and the Risk of Prion Disease

There is an old saying in medicine that “the cure may be worse than the disease.” The phrase can be applied to vaccines. In the current paper the concern is raised that the RNA based COVID vaccines have the potential to cause more disease than the epidemic of COVID-19.

This paper focuses on a novel potential adverse event mechanism causing prion disease which could be even more common and debilitating than the viral infection the vaccine is designed to prevent. While this paper focuses on one potential adverse event there are multiple other potential fatal adverse events as discussed below.

Over the last two decades there has been a concern among certain scientists that prions could be used as bioweapons. More recently there has been a concern that ubiquitous intracellular molecules could be activated to cause prion disease including Alzheimer’s disease, ALS and other neurodegenerative diseases.

This concern originates due to potential for misuse of research data on the mechanisms by which certain RNA binding proteins like TDP-43, FUS and others can be activated to form disease causing prions.

The fact that this research, which could be used for bioweapons development, is funded by private organizations including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Ellison Medical Foundation [2] without national/international oversight is also a concern. (Full study.)

Reducing the world’s population can no longer be considered a conspiracy “theory,” as the Globalists themselves, such as Bill Gates, have publicly stated that we need to reduce the world’s population, usually in the name of climate change and “saving the earth.”

As mentioned at the beginning of this article, there are now more recorded deaths following the experimental COVID shots during the first four months in the market, then deaths recorded following all vaccines for the past 15 years!

And yet, the CDC’s official position is still:

A review of available clinical information including death certificates, autopsy, and medical records revealed no evidence that vaccination contributed to patient deaths. (Emphasis theirs. Source.)

For someone who objectively observes the data, which now includes statements submitted to the corporate media by the CDC explaining that thousands of people who are fully vaccinated are still coming down with COVID infections and dying, it obviously takes a LOT more faith to believe that these injections are for our benefit, than it does to believe these shots only benefit Big Pharma and can cause serious harm and injury, and should be avoided completely.

When more people among the public begin to realize that there are evil motives behind these experimental injections, will the politicians and drug company directors be held accountable for mass murder, as the German doctors were at the Nuremburg trials?

Most of those doctors were executed after being convicted at the trials, and if the same moral and legal principles still apply today, then shouldn’t the same thing happen?

For that to happen, however, Americans need to regain control of the judicial system, a topic of a future article that I hope to publish soon.
 
The Israeli People Committee’s April Report on the Lethal Impact of Vaccinations​

The Israeli People Committee (IPC), a civilian body made of leading Israeli health experts, has published its April report into the Pfizer vaccine’s side effects.* The findings are catastrophic on every possible level.

Their verdict is that “there has never been a vaccine that has harmed as many people.” The report is long and detailed. I will outline just some of the most devastating findings presented in the report.

“We received 288 death reports in proximity to vaccination (90% up to 10 days after the vaccination), 64% of those were men.” Yet the report states, “according to data provided by the Ministry of Health, only 45 deaths in Israel were vaccine related.” If the numbers above are sincere then Israel, which claimed to conduct a world experiment, failed to genuinely report on its experiment’s results. We often hear about blood clots caused by the AstraZeneca vaccine. For instance, we learned this morning about 300 cases of blood clots in of Europe. However, if the IPC’s findings are genuine, then in Israel alone the Pfizer vaccine may be associated with more deaths than AstraZeneca’s in the whole of Europe.

“According to Central Bureau of Statistics data during January-February 2021, at the peak of the Israeli mass vaccination campaign, there was a 22% increase in overall mortality in Israel compared with the previous year. In fact, January-February 2021 have been the deadliest months in the last decade, with the highest overall mortality rates compared to corresponding months in the last 10 years.”

The IPC finds that “amongst the 20-29 age group the increase in overall mortality has been most dramatic. In this age group, we detect an increase of 32% in overall mortality in comparison with previous year.”

“Statistical analysis of information from the Central Bureau of Statistics, combined with information from the Ministry of Health, leads to the conclusion that the mortality rate amongst the vaccinated is estimated at about 1: 5000 (1: 13000 at ages 20-49, 1: 6000 at ages 50-69, 1: 1600 at ages 70+). According to this estimate, it is possible to estimate the number of deaths in Israel in proximity of the vaccine, as of today, at about 1000-1100 people.”

Again, if this statistical analysis is correct then the numbers reported by the Israeli health authorities are misleading by more than 22-fold.

Those who follow my writing are aware of my work on the undeniable correlation between vaccination, Covid-19 cases, deaths and the spread of mutant strains. The IPC confirms my observation, providing more crucial information regarding age groups. “There is a high correlation between the number of people vaccinated per day and the number of deaths per day, in the range of up to 10 days, in all age groups. Ages 20-49 – a range of 9 days from the date of vaccination to mortality, ages 50-69 – 5 days from the date of vaccination to mortality, ages 70 and up – 3 days from the date of vaccination to mortality.”

The IPC also reveals that the “the risk of mortality after the second vaccine is higher than the risk of mortality after the first vaccine.”

But death isn’t the only risk to do with vaccination. The IPC reveals that “as of the date of publication of the report, 2066 reports of side effects have accumulated in the Civil Investigation Committee and the data continue to come in. These reports indicate damage to almost every system in the human body.…Our analysis found a relatively high rate of heart-related injuries, 26% of all cardiac events occurred in young people up to the age of 40, with the most common diagnosis in these cases being Myositis or Pericarditis. Also, a high rate of massive vaginal bleeding, neurological damage, and damage to the skeletal and skin systems has been observed. It should be noted that a significant number of reports of side effects are related, directly or indirectly, to Hypercoagulability (infarction), Myocardial infarction, stroke, miscarriages, impaired blood flow to the limbs, pulmonary embolism.”

In Israel, the government is desperate to vaccinate children. The IPC stresses that such a move can be disastrous. “In light of the extent and severity of side effects, we would like to express the committee’s position that vaccinating children may also lead to side effects in them, as observed in adults, including the death of completely healthy children. Since the coronavirus does not endanger children at all, the committee believes that the Israeli government’s intention to vaccinate the children endangers their lives, health and their future development.”

The IPC stresses that “there has never been a vaccine that has affected so many people! The American VARES system presents 2204 mortality reports of vaccinated people in the United States in the first quarter of 2021, a figure that reflects an increase of thousands of percent from the annual average, which stood at 108 reports per year.”

I should mention that there has been very little coverage of the IPC’s work in the Israeli press. Those health experts are engaged in brave work, knowing that their license to work in the medical profession and livelihoods are at severe risk.
 
Israel probing cases of HEART INFLAMMATION in people who received the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine​

(Natural News) Israel is now investigating a number of adverse reactions in some of its citizens who got the Pfizer/BioNTech Wuhan coronavirus vaccine.

Authorities in the Middle Eastern country said they identified more than 60 cases of heart lining and heart muscle inflammation in vaccinated Israelis. Israel administered the two-dose mRNA vaccine to a large portion of its population.

News outlet Channel 12 reported that the Israeli government identified 62 incidents of myocarditis or pericarditis, based on a study by the Israeli Ministry of Health. The condition reportedly developed in one out of 100,000 vaccinated Israelis. Two people died of the adverse reaction, while the rest recovered.

Israeli health officials are now examining whether the incidents are indeed connected to the two-dose vaccine.

The country’s coronavirus czar Nachman Ash confirmed the investigation during an April 25 interview with Israeli station Radio 103FM. He told the radio station: “It looks like the benefit of the vaccine is so great – that even if we do find a connection between some of the cases and the vaccine, it won’t be justified to take any action.”

Ash added that information regarding the cases has been forwarded to Pfizer. The pharmaceutical firm meanwhile confirmed in a statement that it is aware of the myocarditis reports in Israel. However, the company insisted that “there is no evidence … that myocarditis is a risk” associated with the two-dose vaccine.

“We have not observed a higher rate of myocarditis than what would be expected in the general population. A causal link [between heart inflammations and] the vaccine has not been established,” the Pfizer statement said.

Meanwhile, the Israeli Health Ministry has also responded to questions regarding the heart inflammation cases. It said that its study “doesn’t show with certainty” that there is a higher mortality rate or an increased prevalence of either myocarditis or pericarditis with the vaccine.

The reports of cardiac inflammation after vaccination add to the dangers associated with the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine

Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU) School of Public Health Director Nadav Davidovitch seconded Ash’s sentiments regarding the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine. He said that even if a correlation between the heart inflammation cases and the vaccine were established, it did not appear to merit suspending the vaccine’s use.

“[In] an interim analysis, it seems the risk of getting sick from COVID-19 is much higher than from the vaccine’s adverse events. [The] risk of pericarditis [or] myocarditis following the vaccine is low and temporary,” Davidovitch remarked. Nevertheless, he acknowledged that “it’s a situation that should be looked into.”

The reports of pericarditis and myocarditis followed a concerning study that the vaccine may ultimately be unable to provide protection against the Wuhan coronavirus. A team of Israeli researchers found that two so-called variants of concern had a higher chance of infecting vaccinated people compared to those who were not.

Researchers from Tel Aviv University (TAU) and Israeli health provider Clalit Health Services examined 800 positive COVID-19 test results for their paper. Half of the results came from vaccinated Israelis, while the other half came from unvaccinated ones. They found that the South African B1351 variant was eight times more prevalent in people who completed two doses of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine compared to unvaccinated one – 5.4 percent vis-à-vis 0.7 percent.

The researchers also found that the U.K. B117 variant had a higher prevalence in those who received only one dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine. But the prevalence of the British strain in those who completed two doses was no different from its South African counterpart. The study authors remarked that the B1351 strain made up about one percent of the COVID-19 cases they scrutinized.

Lead researcher and TAU professor Adi Stern said: “We found a disproportionately higher rate of the South African [B1351] variant among people vaccinated with a second dose, compared to the unvaccinated group. Based on patterns in the general population, we would have expected just one case of the South African variant – but we saw eight.” Stern commented that her team’s study suggested that the B1351 strain could bypass vaccine-induced immunity “to some extent.” (Related: South African B1351 coronavirus variant affects vaccinated patients more easily than the unvaccinated, warn Israeli researchers.)

Two-year-old Baby Dies During Pfizer’s COVID-19 Vaccine Experiments on Children​

Within six days of receiving a second injection of Pfizer’s experimental Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccine, a two-year-old baby enrolled in the company’s clinical trials for children passed away, new reports indicate.

The ongoing trials include more than 10,000 children aging in range from five to 11 in one of the groups, and another 10,000 children as young as six months old in the other. These trials have been taking place since mid-March with the soon expectation that the jab will be “authorized” for use in children and babies.

Moderna is also running a similar series of clinical trials on children that it is calling “KidCOVE.” Johnson & Johnson (J&J) and AstraZeneca are also both running their own respective clinical trials on children to get them jabbed at “warp speed.”

As reported in the government’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), the two-year-old girl received her second dose of Pfizer’s DNA-modifying mRNA injection on February 25. On March 1, she suffered some kind of serious adverse reaction. On March 3, she died. No further details were provided.

The VAERS report does indicate that the child had been hospitalized since February 14, which suggests she may have gotten sick from the first shot. Despite this, someone administered a second shot to the already sick and suffering child, which caused her to die.

Parents who inject their children with vaccine poisons should be ashamed of themselves

Early in the week, it was also reported that Pfizer’s experimental gene therapy injection can cause brain damage and neurodegenerative disease.

A paper published in the journal Microbiology & Infectious Diseases explains the process by which these injections alter human DNA and cause the body to basically go haywire over time.

Despite all this, hordes of not-so-bright Americans are lining right up to get injected, believing that the vaccine will protect them against “catching” the Wuhan flu. They are also subjecting their children to it based on lies from Anthony Fauci, Bill Gates, Donald Trump, and others who are aggressively pushing the jabs.

Michell Lynam, an anesthesiologist who calls herself “Dr. United States of America,” has been bragging all over Facebook about how she subjected her own children to the experimental shots. She enrolled her two teenage daughters in Pfizer’s clinical trial, and her six-year-old daughter in Moderna’s clinical trial.

Should anything happen to these poor kids, Lynam probably will not tell her Facebook followers about it. Lynam will probably also not report any potential injuries or deaths to VAERS.

The only reason the death of the two-year-old in the Pfizer trial is known about is because independent sleuths dug it out of VAERS. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is certainly not going to report on it, and neither will the mainstream media.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is also complicit, having recently lifted its recommended pause on J&J’s experimental injection, which causes deadly blood clots. Rather than ban the jab, the FDA is instead affixing a tiny warning label on the package that says the J&J injection comes with blood clot risks.

“I read this and wept,” wrote one commenter at Great Game India. “Children that age should NEVER be given any vaccines. Shame on the parents who allowed such a thing to happen.”

“Now, they are paying with broken hearts. How sad is that? These vaccines contain aluminum, mercury, and formaldehyde. Why on earth would anyone allow themselves to be injected with these poisons?”

Others offered similar sentiments of sadness and disgust that this mass genocide of humans under the guise of “public health” is even happening at all.
 
Highly Cited COVID Doctor Comes to Stunning Conclusion: Government ‘Scrubbing Unprecedented Numbers’ of Injection-related Deaths​

One of the world’s most prominent medical doctors with expertise in treating COVID-19 has gone on the record with a scathing rebuke of the U.S. government’s approach to fighting the virus. He says the government’s strategy, carried out in cooperation with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the United Nations World Health Organization, has resulted in tens of thousands of unnecessary deaths and is now being followed up with thousands more deaths caused by a mass-injection program.

Dr. Peter McCullough, in a 32-minute interview with journalist Alex Newman, said if this were any other vaccine it would have been pulled from the market by now for safety reasons.

McCullough holds the honor of being the most cited medical doctor on COVID-19 treatments at the National Library of Medicine, with more than 600 citations. He has testified before Congress and won numerous awards during his distinguished medical career.

Between Dec. 14 and April 23, there were 3,544 deaths reported to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System [VAERS], along with 12,619 serious injuries.

One might expect these numbers would trigger an exhaustive investigation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. But the opposite has occurred. According to McCullough, the government has taken what amounts to a passing glance at the alarming numbers and dismissed them with a bare minimum of scrutiny.

“A typical new drug at about five deaths, unexplained deaths, we get a black-box warning, your listeners would see it on TV, saying it may cause death,” McCullough said. “And then at about 50 deaths it’s pulled off the market.”

The U.S. has a precedent for this. In 1976 during the Swine Flu pandemic the U.S. attempted to vaccinate 55 million Americans, but at that point the shot caused about 500 cases of paralysis and 25 deaths.

“The program was killed, at 25 deaths,” McCullough said.

Compare that type of response to the government’s reaction to much higher reported death numbers related to the Moderna and Pfizer shots and the contrast is alarming, McCullough said, especially when the shots have not even been granted full FDA approval and are only being allowed on the market under an Emergency Use Authorization.

“In the U.S. today [as of late March] we have approximately 77 million people vaccinated for COVID and we have 2,602 deaths reported, so it’s unprecedented how many deaths have accrued,” he said.

“Then on March 8 the CDC announced on their website with very little fanfare, that they had reviewed about 1,600 deaths with unnamed FDA doctors and they indicated not a single death was related to the vaccine,” he added. “I think that was concerning in the academic community.”

McCullough said he knows from first-hand experience that doing a thorough investigation into 1,600 potentially vaccine-related deaths would have taken months to complete.

“I have chaired and participated in dozens of data safety monitoring boards and sat on those committees and I can tell you that this type of work would have taken many months to review all the labs, the death certificates and all the circumstances of an event. It is impossible for unnamed regulatory doctors without any experience with COVID 19 to opine that none of the deaths were related to the vaccine.”

Previous studies, including one from Harvard University, estimate that only 1 to 10 percent of all vaccine-related deaths get reported to VAERS. So in all likelihood, there are more people dying than even gets reported, yet the FDA can’t come up with a single death related to the Moderna and Pfizer shots.

“Reporting a death requires a healthcare worker to enter it into the system,” he said. And if the death does not occur within the normal 15-minute monitoring period they often go unreported. Most deaths occur within 72 hours of the shot. “They pile up on day one, two and three,” he said.

As a matter of comparison: There are 20 to 30 deaths reported every year to VAERS related to the flu shot. That’s with 195 million receiving flu shots. Compare that to the COVID shot, which resulted in 2,602 reported deaths through 77 million vaccinations.

That’s a stunningly high ratio of deaths to vaccinations, the highest for any vaccine in U.S. history, and yet no major media outlet has launched an investigation. Independent journalists and researchers such as Alex Newman, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Leo Hohmann have been ruthlessly censored.

“So the U.S. government has made a decision, along with the stakeholders – the CDC, NIH, FDA, Big Pharma, World Health Organization, Gates Foundation – they have made a commitment to mass vaccination as the solution to the COVID pandemic and we are really going to be witness to what’s going to happen in history. We’re sitting on, right now, the biggest number of vaccine deaths, there’s been tens of thousands of hospitalizations, all attributable to the vaccine, and going strong.”

McCullough testified before the U.S. Senate on Nov 19, 2020.

“I estimated at that time we could have saved half of the lives lost,” he told Newman. “There are now current estimates that we are up to about 85 percent of all lives lost could have been saved with something called sequenced oral multi-drug therapy.”

But instead, the government and its “stakeholders” in Big Pharma chose to focus on vaccines. At the same time, news organizations were recruited to present only one side of the vaccine story.

Mainstream outlets have agreed to not allow any news critical of the shots to reach the American people. This corrupt collusion falls under the Trusted News Initiative, a global collaboration signed onto by Big Tech social-media giants and many of its corrupt corporate media “partners.”

The partners signed onto the Trusted News Initiative to date are: Associated Press, AFP; BBC, CBC/Radio-Canada, European Broadcasting Union (EBU), Facebook, Financial Times, First Draft, Google/YouTube, The Hindu, Microsoft, Reuters, Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism, Twitter, The Washington Post. The New York Times has also participated in the past.

Reporting facts related to the dark side of the experimental mRNA vaccines is considered “dangerous disinformation” by the globalist media elites behind the Trusted News Initiative.

Dr. McCullough describes ‘whitewash of historic proportions‘

“So I think this was effectively a scrubbing, like we’ve seen elsewhere. There is a Trusted News Initiative, which is very important for Americans to understand, this was announced Dec. 10, and this is a coalition of all the major media and government stakeholders in vaccination, where they are not going to allow any negative information about vaccines to get into the popular media because they’re concerned about vaccine hesitancy, that if Americans got any type of fair, balanced coverage on safety events then they simply would not come forward and get the vaccine.”

“The Trusted News Initiative is really troublesome,” he continued, “because we’re now at record numbers of deaths, they continue to occur every day.”

Confirming a LeoHohmann.com report from earlier this month, McCullough said the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, while it does have issues with blood clots, is actually the safest of the three vaccines now being offered to Americans.

“In my professional opinion, the safest vaccine on the market was the J&J vaccine. And that was pulled for very rare blood-clotting events. We had seven million people vaccinated but the estimates are for the other two vaccines available, the blood-clotting rates are probably 30 times that of J&J, and these others are going strong.”

McCullough suggested that there is an incestuous relationship between the U.S. government and certain elements within Big Pharma, which causes regulators to look the other way when confronted with safety issues.

“A lot of Americans don’t understand how tight these stakeholders are. Keep in mind the NIH [National Institutes of Health] is a co-owner of the Moderna patent, so they have a vested financial interest in keeping these vaccines going,” he said.

More than 15 months into the COVID nightmare, the evidence is beginning to suggest the U.S. government colluded from the outset with the Gates Foundation, CDC, FDA, the United Nations World Health Organization and Big Pharma to make the vaccines the central focus of the global COVID response effort. They started promoting the vaccines before they were even out of clinical trials, McCullough said, which is against U.S. regulatory law.

More reports of high death counts

LeoHohmann.com has been getting reports that confirm Dr. McCullough’s warning that harmful events caused by the vaccine are being covered up by the medical establishment, the government, the legacy media and social-media giants Google, Facebook and Twitter.

A physician with a practice in the Kansas City area told LeoHohmann.com that of a recent 500-person sampling of nursing-home patients who received the COVID injection, 22 died within 48 hours. That represents an astonishing 4.4 percent death rate. Most people in the Kansas City area nursing homes are receiving the Pfizer shot, he said.

“I can’t prove they all died of the vaccine, all I can prove is it happened within 48 hours,” the physician told LeoHohmann.com.

“The requirements are they only need to be monitored for 15 minutes. So we are never going to know the real numbers,” he said. “If it happens outside of that 15-minute window it’s going to be impossible to prove… If the FDA approves this then God help us.”

The Kansas City physician requested his name not be revealed for fear that he could lose his medical license.

A Canadian doctor, Dr. Charles Hoffe, recently broke his silence and went public in defiance of a gag order, blowing the whistle on how “Moderna shots killed, disabled patients.”

McCollough said the government has never placed a focus on treating sick patients, choosing instead to focus on the WHO recommended strategy of social distancing, lockdowns, masking and vaccines. If the strategy had focused instead on a regimen that includes a multi-drug treatment of early onset symptoms, tens of thousands of lives could have been saved, he said.

In a December 2020 paper, A Guide for Home-Based COVID-19 treatment: Step by step doctor’s plan that could save your life, McCullough prescribes a four-pronged strategy that includes contagion control, early home treatment, late-stage treatment and lastly vaccination.

“I talked about the four pillars, with the first pillar being contagion control [wearing masks and lockdowns]. We’ve spent a lot of time on that. But really the missing pillar, if we would have spent our time focusing on sick patients, that would have had the highest public-health value.

“But what happened in the U.S. was we developed a game plan …that we were going to promote the importance of social distancing as part of contagion control and just have the population wait for a vaccine. There have been no updates on treatment, not outpatient, not inpatient. We don’t hear anything about sick patients. All we heard was about masking, lockdowns and wait for a vaccine.”

Fauci has continually pushed masks on children, despite the fact that the chances of them getting sick or dying from coronavirus are infinitesimally small.

Instead, Fauci categorises kids as spreaders of the virus, previously suggesting that they must wear masks in order to play together, even if they have been vaccinated.

Fauci has also claimed that in order for herd immunity against coronavirus to be reached in the US, children and even babies will have to be vaccinated.

Fauci also previously dismissed concerns that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines could impact children’s genetics.

Senator Rand Paul remains steadfast in challenging the anti-scientific mandates Fauci keeps putting out, as well as questioning the White House medical advisor’s conflicts of interest where the pandemic is concerned.

Fauci commented on Paul’s continuous opposition Thursday, telling CBS News that he doesn’t “understand what the problem is” with the Senator.

“I’m just going to do my job and he can do what he wants to do and we’ll see what happens,” Fauci said.

How the CDC Is Manipulating Data to Prop-up “Vaccine Effectiveness”​

New policies will artificially deflate “breakthrough infections” in the vaccinated, while the old rules continue to inflate case numbers in the unvaccinated.

The US Center for Disease Control (CDC) is altering its practices of data logging and testing for “Covid19” in order to make it seem the experimental gene-therapy “vaccines” are effective at preventing the alleged disease.

They made no secret of this, announcing the policy changes on their website in late April/early May, (though naturally without admitting the fairly obvious motivation behind the change).

The trick is in their reporting of what they call “breakthrough infections” – that is people who are fully “vaccinated” against Sars-Cov-2 infection, but get infected anyway.

Essentially, Covid19 has long been shown – to those willing to pay attention – to be an entirely created pandemic narrative built on two key factors:
1.False-postive tests. The unreliable PCR test can be manipulated into reporting a high number of false-positives by altering the cycle threshold (CT value)
2.Inflated Case-count. The incredibly broad definition of “Covid case”, used all over the world, lists anyone who receives a positive test as a “Covid19 case”, even if they never experienced any symptoms.

Without these two policies, there would never have been an appreciable pandemic at all, and now the CDC has enacted two policy changes which means they no longer apply to vaccinated people.

Firstly, they are lowering their CT value when testing samples from suspected “breakthrough infections”.

From the CDC’s instructions for state health authorities on handling “possible breakthrough infections” (uploaded to their website in late April):

For cases with a known RT-PCR cycle threshold (Ct) value, submit only specimens with Ct value ≤28 to CDC for sequencing. (Sequencing is not feasible with higher Ct values.)

Throughout the pandemic, CT values in excess of 35 have been the norm, with labs around the world going into the 40s.

Essentially labs were running as many cycles as necessary to achieve a positive result, despite experts warning that this was pointless (even Fauci himself said anything over 35 cycles is meaningless).

But NOW, and only for fully vaccinated people, the CDC will only accept samples achieved from 28 cycles or fewer. That can only be a deliberate decision in order to decrease the number of “breakthrough infections” being officially recorded.

Secondly, asymptomatic or mild infections will no longer be recorded as “covid cases”.

That’s right. Even if a sample collected at the low CT value of 28 can be sequenced into the virus alleged to cause Covid19, the CDC will no longer be keeping records of breakthrough infections that don’t result in hospitalisation or death.

From their website:

As of May 1, 2021, CDC transitioned from monitoring all reported vaccine breakthrough cases to focus on identifying and investigating only hospitalized or fatal cases due to any cause. This shift will help maximize the quality of the data collected on cases of greatest clinical and public health importance. Previous case counts, which were last updated on April 26, 2021, are available for reference only and will not be updated moving forward.

Just like that, being asymptomatic – or having only minor symptoms – will no longer count as a “Covid case” but only if you’ve been vaccinated.

The CDC has put new policies in place which effectively created a tiered system of diagnosis. Meaning, from now on, unvaccinated people will find it much easier to be diagnosed with Covid19 than vaccinated people.

Consider…

Person A has not been vaccinated. They test positive for Covid using a PCR test at 40 cycles and, despite having no symptoms, they are officially a “covid case”.

Person B has been vaccinated. They test positive at 28 cycles, and spend six weeks bedridden with a high fever. Because they never went into a hospital and didn’t die they are NOT a Covid case.

Person C, who was also vaccinated, did die. After weeks in hospital with a high fever and respiratory problems. Only their positive PCR test was 29 cycles, so they’re not officially a Covid case either.

The CDC is demonstrating the beauty of having a “disease” that can appear or disappear depending on how you measure it.

To be clear: If these new policies had been the global approach to “Covid” since December 2019, there would never have been a pandemic at all.

If you apply them only to the vaccinated, but keep the old rules for the unvaccinated, the only possible result can be that the official records show “Covid” is much more prevalent among the latter than the former.

This is a policy designed to continuously inflate one number, and systematically minimise the other.

What is that if not an obvious and deliberate act of deception?
 
Israel Spots Probable Link Between Pfizer Vaccine, Myocarditis​

According to Reuters, Israel's Health Ministry released a statement Tuesday describing how Pfizer Inc. and BioNTech SE's COVID-19 vaccine could be linked to dozens of heart inflammation cases, mainly observed in younger men.

So far, the vaccine has been administered to 5 million people in the country and could soon be expanded to teens as young as 12-15 years old.

The ministry's findings found 275 cases of myocarditis between December 2020 and May 2021, including 148 cases within a month after the first vaccination. Of these, 27 cases after the first dose and 121 after the second. Half of the people had previous medical conditions.

According to the findings, most patients who experienced heart inflammation spent less than four days in the hospital, and 95% of the cases were classified as mild.

The study found "there is a probable link between receiving the second dose (of Pfizer) vaccine and the appearance of myocarditis among men aged 16 to 30."

Pfizer said in a statement that it had reviewed the Israeli observations of myocarditis, noting that no link to its vaccine has been confirmed.

"A careful assessment of the reports is ongoing and it has not been concluded," Pfizer said. "Adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, are being regularly and thoroughly reviewed by the companies as well as by regulatory authorities."

Meanwhile, Nachman Ash, Israel's pandemic-response coordinator, told local radio station Radio 103 FM, "the health committee gave the green light for vaccinating 12- to 15-year-olds, and this will be possible as of next week."

An advisory group with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended last month further examination into the possible link between myocarditis and mRNA vaccines.

The handful of myocarditis cases seem to outweigh the positives as more than 55% of Israel's population has already been vaccinated.

While the country continues a vaccination spree, what's not being widely spoken about is a new study that suggests natural immunity to the virus could last a lifetime.

In a preliminary report submitted Tuesday, June 1, to Israel’s Ministry of Health, researchers found a probable link between the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and cases of heart inflammation following vaccination.

The ministry first heard of the issue in April after health officials reported at least 60 cases of myocarditis or inflammation of the heart muscle in young men.

Most of them received the second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine a few days before they developed the condition. The reports prompted the ministry to appoint a panel of experts to investigate the issue.

The panel included public health experts and infectious disease specialists from Tel Aviv University, Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and the University of Haifa.

Experts find “likelihood of connection” between cases of heart inflammation and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine

Between one in 3,000 and one in 6,000 men aged 16 to 24 years who were vaccinated with the vaccine from Pfizer developed myocarditis, according to the report. However, most of the cases were mild and were resolved within a few weeks.

Even so, the report suggests that the vaccine puts young men at an increased risk of developing myocarditis. The condition affected 275 of the five million people who received the vaccine over the last six months. Most patients who developed the condition were under 30 years of age. Many were male patients.

Symptoms of myocarditis include tightness in the chest, shortness of breath, fever, palpitations and fatigue. Though often mild, myocarditis can lead to life-threatening outcomes, such as heart attack and stroke.

Based on their findings, the Israeli researchers concluded that there is a “likelihood of connection” between receiving the second dose of the vaccine by Pfizer and the onset of myocarditis in men aged 16 to 30 years.

The connection also appears to be stronger in young people aged 16 to 19 years compared to other ages. The likelihood of developing myocarditis following vaccination also seems to decrease as age increases.

Dror Mevorach, head of one of the COVID-19 units at Hadassah Hospital Ein Kerem in Jerusalem and head of the panel, said their analysis “is very suggestive of a causal nature” between the two. He added that he is convinced there is a relationship.

Peter Liu, a cardiologist with the University of Ottawa Heart Institute who wasn’t part of the panel, said it’s important to investigate the potential link between receiving the second vaccine dose and the onset of myocarditis, even if there is only a “hint of a signal.” However, Liu said scientists should also look into other population groups in order to be certain that the link does exist.

In a statement, Pfizer said it has not observed a higher rate of myocarditis than would normally be expected given a large population. The pharmaceutical giant also said it was aware of the Israeli panel’s findings. However, Pfizer said the findings established no causal link between the vaccine and myocarditis.

BioNTech, on the other hand, said more than 300 million doses of its vaccine have been administered globally. The company also said that the “benefit-risk profile” of its vaccine remains positive.

In a statement, BioNTech said a careful assessment of the reports of myocarditis is ongoing. It has not been concluded. “Adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, are being regularly and thoroughly reviewed by the companies as well as by regulatory authorities,” the company said.

Health officials in the United States are also investigating cases of myocarditis in young men who received a COVID-19 vaccine. In a report posted on its website last month, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said the cases occurred within four days of being injected with the second dose of an mRNA vaccine. Males reported more cases than females.

However, the CDC said it has yet to determine whether the onset of myocarditis and the COVID-19 vaccines are related and how, if so.

Background

COVID-19 vaccines have had expedited reviews without sufficient safety data. We wanted to compare risks and benefits.

Method

We calculated the number needed to vaccinate (NNTV) from a large Israeli field study to prevent one death. We accessed the Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) database of the European Medicines Agency and of the Dutch National Register (lareb.nl) to extract the number of cases reporting severe side effects and the number of cases with fatal side effects.

Result

The NNTV is between 200–700 to prevent one case of COVID-19 for the mRNA vaccine marketed by Pfizer, while the NNTV to prevent one death is between 9000 and 50,000 (95% confidence interval), with 16,000 as a point estimate. The number of cases experiencing adverse reactions has been reported to be 700 per 100,000 vaccinations. Currently, we see 16 serious side effects per 100,000 vaccinations, and the number of fatal side effects is at 4.11/100,000 vaccinations. For three deaths prevented by vaccination we have to accept two inflicted by vaccination.

Conclusions

This lack of clear benefit should cause governments to rethink their vaccination policy.

FDA & CDC reassure Americans that 3rd Covid-19 jab not needed YET, as Pfizer seeks to request emergency approval for booster shot​

US health regulators have said that a third dose of a coronavirus vaccine is unnecessary “at this time,” but noted that could change with new data, after Pfizer revealed plans to seek emergency authorization for a booster shot.

“Americans who have been fully vaccinated do not need a booster shot at this time,” the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said in a joint statement on Thursday, adding that the health bodies are “engaged in a science-based, rigorous process to consider whether or when a booster might be necessary.”

The announcement comes after Pfizer’s chief scientific officer, Mikael Dolsten, said the pharma giant intends to request approval for a third vaccine dose sometime in the next month. He told Reuters in an interview on Thursday that while the company’s immunization “is highly effective against the Delta variant” – a more contagious strain first detected in India – “there is likely the risk of reinfection as antibodies, as predicted, wane” over time.

Though the Pfizer vaccine, developed jointly with German firm BioNTech, proved 95% effective against severe disease during clinical trials last year, Dolsten said the company’s data shows it had slipped to the 80% range after six months. He nonetheless stressed that data from other countries suggests the vaccine remains highly effective, even accounting for declining immunity.

Pfizer also took to Twitter on Thursday to declare that, despite “strong immune responses” observed after two doses, it is now “studying whether a third dose will boost them further.” It added that it would also prepare an “updated version” of the jab to improve effectiveness against the Delta variant, saying clinical studies for that could begin by August.

According to Dolsten, the company’s preliminary studies indicate that a booster shot could generate five to 10 times the antibodies that are usually seen after the second injection.

Vaccine makers have floated the idea of additional doses before, with Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel telling colleagues on a May earnings call that “We believe booster shots will be needed” to combat “new variants of concern.”

Pfizer’s own chief executive, Albert Bourla, said much the same in April, stating that a third dose would “likely” be required one year after the patient’s first shot, also hinting at additional doses every year going forward.

Some experts have voiced skepticism in the idea, however, with former CDC director Tom Frieden telling Reuters in May that “there is zero, and I mean zero, evidence to suggest” a need for booster doses. The World Health Organization’s vaccine chief, Kate O’Brien, also pointed to a lack of data on the question, suggesting it was too soon to draw any conclusions about additional shots.

Pfizer responded to the pushback at the time, saying boosters may be needed only while the virus is “still circulating widely,” which could change at some point as the US inches toward herd immunity, whether naturally through infection or by way of vaccines.

In addition to the Pfizer-BioNTech formulation, vaccines developed by Moderna and Johnson & Johnson have received emergency FDA authorization in the US. To date, some 332 million doses have been administered to Americans, with around 158 million people – or nearly half of the population – fully vaccinated, according to official figures compiled by Our World in Data.

A panel of US health experts has given tentative support to third vaccine doses for those with compromised immune systems. Such a policy is already in place in Israel, where Pfizer’s jab is reportedly losing efficacy.

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, which advises the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), said on Thursday that booster shots for the immunocompromised could be the right move, as the medically vulnerable continue to fall ill even after being fully vaccinated.

However, the panel did not offer a fully fledged recommendation for third doses, maintaining that more data was needed, as well as input from the Food and Drug Administration, which has given only emergency approval for the three vaccines greenlighted in the US.

The immunocompromised include cancer patients and those undergoing chemotherapy, organ transplant recipients, and people with HIV, among other conditions that affect the immune system.

While many in that vulnerable category have received coronavirus vaccinations, the shots do not always produce the antibody response seen in healthy patients, meaning they do not receive the same protection and immunity. Some patients showed virtually no antibody response after the first of a two-dose mRNA vaccine, such as Pfizer’s or Moderna’s, the CDC panel said.

Some nations, such as France and Israel, have already approved booster shots for the immunocompromised amid the rapid spread of the Delta variant, a coronavirus mutation first observed in India. The UK is also now considering a similar policy.

In Israel, moreover, Pfizer’s Covid-19 shot has been steadily losing its overall effectiveness against the virus, which health officials say is likely due to the more contagious variant. After reporting that the vaccine had slipped to 64% effectiveness against any level of symptomatic infection earlier this month, the Health Ministry said it had further dropped to just 39% on Thursday.

The Pfizer shot was previously reported as more than 90% effective for infections of any severity, though the ministry said it remained 88% effective against hospitalizations and just over 91% against “severe symptoms.”

The new Israeli data comes with a catch, however, as much of it was collated in a Covid ‘hot spot’ where many elderly patients live, meaning the sample does not necessarily represent the country’s population. Some analysts have also warned of other pitfalls in the effectiveness data, arguing the numbers may not paint an accurate picture.

“Any attempt to deduce severe-illness vaccine effectiveness from semi-crude illness rates among the yes or no vaccinated is very, very risky,” said Ran Balicer, who chairs Israel’s national expert panel on Covid-19, adding that the approach may be “horribly skewed.”

Another expert on health stats at the Israel Institute of Technology, Dvir Aran, also insisted the Health Ministry was relying on “bad research,” saying “The problems aren’t with the vaccine, they are with the data.”

[The research] skews the results to make the vaccine seem less effective than it is.

As Israel and other nations appear to be inching closer to universal booster shots, US health officials have been more hesitant, notwithstanding Thursday’s preliminary recommendation. Though Pfizer has already announced it would seek FDA approval for a third dose of its vaccine earlier this month, top White House Covid adviser Anthony Fauci downplayed the move, insisting that boosters were “not needed at this time.” He nonetheless left that door open, saying that US health bodies were still studying the question and might later change their stance.
