Newly released e-mails prove: Hillary turned the State Department into a pay-for-play racket

While the media are hyperventilating about “Second Amendment people” - pretending to believe Donald Trump meant something they know he didn’t mean, so you will be upset - newly released e-mails prove beyond any doubt that Hillary used her position as Secretary of State as an influence-for-money operation, with Mrs. Carlos Danger as her primary cash pimpette.

The New York Post is most on top of it this morning:

Hillary Clinton put the State Department up for sale, with top aides pulling strings and doing favors for fat-cat donors to the Clinton Foundation — including a shady billionaire, according to smoking-gun emails released Tuesday.

The stunning revelations include how wealthy contributors seeking influence or prestigious government gigs could fork over piles of cash to get access to Clinton’s inner circle, including top aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills.

In an April 2009 message to Abedin and Mills, Doug Band, who was overseeing the Clinton Foundation at the time, urgently asked for a meeting between a top US official and Gilbert Chagoury — a major donor to the Clinton family charity.

“We need to speak to the substance person re Lebanon. As you know, he’s [Chagoury] key guy there and to us and is loved in lebanon,” wrote Band, in a clear attempt to suck up to a big donor to the foundation.

Special: Hasselbeck: This is why I will NEVER return to "The VIEW"

“Its jeff feltman,” Abedin wrote back, referring to America’s former ambassador to Lebanon who went on to become assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern affairs in August 2009.

“I’m sure he knows him. Ill talk to jeff,” said Abedin.

Less than 20 minutes later, Band replied, “Better if you call him. Now preferable. This is very important. He’s awake I’m sure.”

Chagoury is a Lebanese-Nigerian billionaire who gave the Clinton Foundation between $1 million and $5 million. In 2009, he also pledged $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative.

There’s a lot more but fair use really doesn’t permit me to excerpt as much of it as I’d like to. Be sure to click over to the NYP and read the whole thing.

I guess this is the sort of thing that Hillary and her media servants treat as “old news.” There have been suggestions for some time that Hillary was conducting the State Department in this manner, with bits and pieces of evidence to back it up but something short of solid proof. So this is how Hillary plays the game: When there isn’t absolute rock-solid proof, she denies it all. When the proof finally shows up, she says it’s old news. And the media largely take her cue, the New York Post being a rare and laudable exception.

This should be the biggest story in the news cycle at this moment, but instead it’s being largely ignored while the media pretends to think Trump called for Hillary’s assassination - a narrative so absurd and dishonest, it’s astonishing how dumb they have to think you are to keep running with it.

Continued below...

But that is how this entire campaign is going to go: There is a wealth of evidence that Hillary would govern this nation in a completely incompetent and corrupt manner. This evidence will be either downplayed or completely ignored, while every word out of Donald Trump’s mouth will be turned into a scandal regardless of what he actually meant, and when his words are intentionally misrepresented, it will be presented as his fault because “he should know this is how the game is played.”

The way the game is played sucks. Someone should blow up the game. We’re going to elect the most corrupt person to darken American politics in at least a century, all because “the game” cares nothing for her malevolence, but chooses instead to play a never-ending game of gotcha with a candidate who is rhetorically careless and uncouth, but in no way the wild-eyed maniac they want you to think he is.

Bill and Hillary Clinton Got Super-Rich Selling Influence

by Stephen Lendman

My writing, media work and occasional public talks are entirely pro bono. No one pays me a dime, nor do I expect compensation other than the gratification of knowing doing the right thing is its own reward - a priceless benefit I cherish.

Hillary and husband Bill have polar opposite values. They became super-rich selling influence, their net worth estimated at between $100 and $200 million, most of it stashed in tax havens.

Unbridled lust for power and greed drive them, despicable wickedness by any standard - their policies reasons among others why America is so feared and reviled.

Clintons for sale! Last May, the New York Post published a list of speeches Hillary gave to various organizations (mostly Wall Street and other financial ones), the dates and compensation received, from April 2013 - March 2015 - likely stopping after she announced her candidacy for president, but given her dubious past, who knows. More may come out later.

All compensation she received per speech was in 6-figures - only seven out of over seven dozen listed were less than $200,000. Not all of her post-secretary of state addresses were included.

Deutsche Bank earlier paid her over $553,000 for one speech, Goldman Sachs $675,000 for another. Wall Street, other corporate interests and various other organizations know ya gotta pay plenty to play. In the 90s, the Clintons sold the Lincoln bedroom for hard cash.

In return for 6-figure fees to influential figures like Bill and Hillary, donors get huge returns on their investments in the form of no-bid government contracts, friendly legislation and other dubious favors.

Both Clintons amassed super-wealth the same despicable way, including from wealthy donors, foreign countries and organizations to their foundation, a money-laundering racket posing as a charitable NGO - proving beyond a shadow of a doubt they’re world class scoundrels, as well as neoliberal war criminals multiple times over. In addition to these entities, there are separate Clinton family foundations that maintain their own revenue streams: the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton (BHCC) Foundation, the Clinton Foundation Hong Kong, William J. Clinton Foundation Charitable Trust (Kenya), William J. Clinton Foundation Charitable Trust (UK), and the Clinton Foundation Insalingsstiftelse (Sweden). All these entities maintain separate operations for the Clintons’ pay-to-play global racketeering operations.

The Clinton operations are massive in relation to the reported lobbying dealings that Donald Trump’s campaign manager, Paul Manafort, maintained with the former Yanukovych government of Ukraine. The sudden appearance of “secret ledgers” containing Manafort’s name and alleged cash payments to him by the puppet Ukrainian government of George Soros bear all the signs of another Soros/Cass Sunstein disinformation operation.

1 Al Amoudi once threatened to sue Wayne Madsen Reports and he demanded some $110,000 to be deposited in his Swiss bank account to drop the suit. Al Amoudi hired the Jewish law firm of Nabarro Nathanson in London to make his legal threat. WMR informed the FBI that a Saudi national, who we reported had links to Saudi-funded jihadist organizations, attempted an extortion shakedown of WMR. WMR never heard back from Al Amoudi or his Jewish lawyers after we informed him that he could go pound sand up his ass (and there is a lot of that in Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia for him to pound).
