A Metro Atlanta doctor [with an Indian/Pakistani(?) name] was charged with sexual battery Saturday after a female patient at the Atlanta Pain Clinic in Morrow found a hidden camera in his examining room.
Morrow police arrested Dr. Ashtosh Vyas Friday and seized video equipment and 8MM and VHS tapes from his office after the patient told police he fondled her breasts and genitals and used a hidden camera to recorded her doing exercises while nude.
Investigators say Vyas was arrested in 1999 on sexual batt
ry charges but the charges were dropped for lack of evidence. However, with these new allegations, Morrow police plan to re-open the case.
