220,000 Member American Postal Workers Union Releases Statement Against Mandatory Vaccinations for Federal Employees

One of the reasons why the federal mandate for vaccinations will fail will be the backlash and refusal compliance by the blue-collar workforce.

While the U.S. ideological media will downplay the scale of power within the middle-class and blue-collar workforce, they know the true power exists. The team behind Biden might poke this bear to test a reaction, but they will not dare confront it directly. They know that. WE know that.

The 220,000 members of the American Postal Workers Union (APWU) released a statement saying the federal government has no business attempting to force vaccinate the workforce. This union will not be the only one… watch:

PRESS RELEASE – Various media outlets have reported that the White House is considering mandatory COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment for federal employees.

Maintaining the health and safety of our members is of paramount importance. While the APWU leadership continues to encourage postal workers to voluntarily get vaccinated, it is not the role of the federal government to mandate vaccinations for the employees we represent.

Issues related to vaccinations and testing for COVID-19 in the workplace must be negotiated with the APWU. At this time the APWU opposes the mandating of COVID-19 vaccinations in relation to U.S. postal workers. (link)

"Not Grounded In Reality": Many Republican Governors Make Clear They Will Not Be Mandating Masks Or Vaccines

Republican governors are starting to speak out against what is becoming almost daily flip-flopping by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), who is now once again advocating that everybody wear masks indoors.

Several governors have said their respective states would break from the CDC's recommendation and not return to the mask mandates, according to the Hill.

Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts railed against the CDC:

“The CDC’s new guidance suggesting that vaccinated people wear masks indoors flies in the face of the public health goals that should guide the agency’s decision making. The State of Nebraska will not be adopting their mask guidance.”

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey also spoke out:

“Public health officials in Arizona and across the country have made it clear that the best protection against COVID-19 is the vaccine. Today’s announcement by the CDC will unfortunately only diminish confidence in the vaccine and create more challenges for public health officials — people who have worked tirelessly to increase vaccination rates.”

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said on Wednesday that the Delta variant has "changed the agency’s best understanding of the science of the virus".

And as soon as we tailor everything to one variant, it'll be on to the next, right?

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has said he “trusts parents to… make the best choices for their kids.”

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s office also spoke out:

“Gov. Abbott has been clear that the time for government mandating of masks is over — now is the time for personal responsibility. Every Texan has the right to choose whether they will wear a mask, or have their children wear masks.”

Texas had previously issued a mask mandate in 2020, requiring citizens to wear masks indoors for 250 days. After that, Abbott issued an executive order preventing local governments from issuing their own orders.

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds also spoke out, calling the new rules “not grounded in reality or common sense.”

“I’m concerned that this guidance will be used as a vehicle to mandate masks in states and schools across the country, something I do not support,” she continued.

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem also spoke out on Twitter:

“The CDC shifts their position AGAIN. South Dakota’s cases remain low. If you’re worried about the virus, you’re free to get vaccinated, wear a mask, or stay home. But we won’t be mandating anything. And the CDC’s inconsistency doesn’t help the American people.”

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey also said she would not be taking additional steps to mandate the vaccine:

“There are those who believe that government should mandate the vaccine or that we should bribe people to take it. That’s not going to happen in my state, no matter how many times the media ask me.”

Meanwhile the line from the Biden administration has been that the new rules will help “avoid the kind of lockdowns, shutdowns, school closures and disruptions we faced in 2020.”

"Unlike 2020, we have both the scientific knowledge and the tools to prevent the spread of this disease. We are not going back to that,” Biden said.

Maybe someone should get him a copy of USA Today:

Just remember, it's because of "science."

Major Unions Push Back Against Biden's Vaccine Mandates

Last week, the Biden administration announced sweeping vaccine requirements for federal workers (except, oddly, postal workers). The day before, the nation's biggest union boss, AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka, parroted Biden's push to vaccinate, and said that the union organization supports vaccine mandates.

As it turns out, much like in California - not all unions are on board.

While labor groups representing federal workers have urged their members to get the jab, most of the leading public sector unions either oppose vaccine mandates or say that it must be negotiated first, according to The Hill.

Groups representing educators, postal workers, law enforcement officers, Treasury Department personnel and other government employees expressed unease about the vaccine requirement this week. Only a few public sector unions outright endorsed the measure.

"We expect that the particulars of any changes to working conditions, including those related to COVID-19 vaccines and associated protocols, be properly negotiated with our bargaining units prior to implementation," said Everett Kelley, president of the American Federation of Government Employees, which represents nearly 700,000 workers.

Meanwhile, National Treasury Employees Union President Tony Reardon says that his group has "a lot of questions about how this policy will be implemented and how employee rights and privacy will be protected."

And in yet another example, Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association President Larry Cosme said in a statement that mandating vaccinations "is not the American way and is a clear civil rights violation no matter how proponents may seek to justify it."

According to the report, most public sector unions sounding the alarm over Biden's vaccine mandates previously supported most aspects of his policy.

"In order for everyone to feel safe and welcome in their workplaces, vaccinations must be negotiated between employers and workers, not coerced," said American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten earlier this week.

And the American Postal Workers Union said "it is not the role of the federal government to mandate vaccinations for the employees we represent," adding that any new rules for its workers would need to be run past union leaders.

"As a matter of principle, union leaders just don’t like anything called a ‘mandate’ that comes from management where they’re cut out of the bargain," said Daniel DiSalvo, professor and chair of political science at the Colin Powell School at the City College of New York–CUNY.

The White House anticipated that unions would want a seat at the table on the new requirement. The administration’s own task force on workplace safety wrote in a memo Thursday that “agencies are reminded to satisfy applicable collective bargaining obligations” when implementing new vaccine rules.

Still, public sector unions’ demands could slow Biden’s federal vaccination campaign, and their resistance indicates that similar efforts by states and municipalities could face roadblocks as well.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) announced earlier this week that municipal workers must get vaccinated or be tested weekly. He quickly encountered pushback from unions representing first responders, which said that about half of their members were vaccinated, lower than the city average. -The Hill

Earlier this week, the Department of Veterans Affairs announced that its 115,000 workers with the most "patient-facing" jobs would require mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations, the first federal agency to do so.

And as The Hill also notes, "Several companies have announced vaccine mandates in recent weeks, including Google, Shake Shack, Netflix, Morgan Stanley and Delta Air Lines."

Pennsylvania Prison Guards Union Threatens Legal Action Against Dem Governor Tom Wolf Over Mandated Vaccines

The Pennsylvania Prison Guards Union threatened legal action against Democrat Governor Tom Wolf this week in his efforts to force the members to get the COVID vaccine to work.

WDAC reported:

The union representing about 10,000 guards in PA state prisons is planning legal action against Gov. Tom Wolf to stop his effort to force them to get COVID-19 vaccines over the next month.

President John Eckenrode of the PA State Corrections Officers Association sent a letter to the Democrat governor today after Wolf ordered the guards and some other state workers to get fully vaccinated by Sept. 7 or face weekly testing. Eckenrode called Wolf’s announcement “a slap in the face.” Wolf was asked about the letter during a visit to a public vaccination clinic in Lancaster to urge residents to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Wolf said he has not read the letter, but that correction officers do really important work and we want to make sure they are safe. Wolf’s Press Secretary Lyndsay Kensinger says the union’s opposition to the initiative “is extremely disappointing.”

NEA Opposes Vaccines for Teachers, But Mandates for Kids

While National Education Association President Becky Pringle recently told The Atlantic the organization backs "requiring vaccinations for all people who work with our students or submitting to regular testing," she is wary of issuing mandates, except perhaps when it comes to students being required to wear masks in school.

"We believe that all educators have the right to have a union that works with them and the district to keep our students and educators safe," Pringle said in an interview released last week. "Some employees will have to have accommodations. We know that is a reality. And so it is absolutely essential that educators and their representatives have the opportunity to have those kinds of conversations."

"The No. 1 thing is to keep our students safe," she added. "To do that, we have to follow the science."

She noted, "we're seeing some of our children's hospitals overrun because [the delta] variant is impacting our students to a greater degree."

"We have from the very beginning called for the vaccination of everyone," she continued. "Everyone who can be vaccinated needs to be vaccinated. In the early spring, we fought to get educators prioritized, but we didn't just stop there. Right now, we're partnering with the Department of Education to raise vaccination rates among our students who are 12 and up. Ninety percent of our educators are vaccinated. We believe that anyone who is working with kids should be vaccinated. That's why we called for the vaccination of all adults who work with students, or to submit to regular testing."

She added, "what we have said is that we support requiring vaccinations for all people who work with our students or submitting to regular testing. That's our position."

When asked directly if she does not support vaccine mandates, Pringle said, "We are calling for districts and employers to work directly with educators and their unions to address the complexities of vaccinations and accommodations that will need to be made for educators."

She later added, "We know the complexities of vaccinations. We have to make sure that school districts work with educators to address accommodations that need to be made, whether it is [reaching] those who have not yet been vaccinated or ensuring that any adults who are with students are being tested."

When asked about mask mandates in schools, Pringle said: "The pushback on masks has posed challenges in some areas. I will say, the NEA has tried to get a deeper understanding of what's actually happening versus what's being reported. When some parents demand that their students have the right to not wear a mask, it gets a lot of attention and media coverage. In most cases, parents want their students to go back to school wearing masks."

She continued, "That loud minority is there, and it does concern our educators. But it doesn't necessarily reflect the majority opinion, even in rural or conservative areas. Educators all over the country are speaking up. Parents are speaking up, too. They understand that it can't be this vocal minority who seem to be winning the day when that is not the case. It's not. Most parents want everything done to keep their kids safe. Most parents want their students to be back to in-person learning, and they know that for that to happen, every mitigation strategy has to be put in place: vaccinations, masks, cleaning, ventilation, distancing."

Former Pfizer employee flags FDA study, warns that Pfizer vaccine increases COVID by over 300%

Link: https://www.cracknewz.com/2021/10/former-pfizer-employee-flags-fda-study.html

The fraudulence of covid-19 vaccines is on full display, and the evidence is sitting right out in the open. The full FDA approval for Pfizer’s COMIRNATY vaccine contained clinical proof that the inoculation increases COVID infection by over 300 percent!
A former Pfizer employee named Karen Kingston is blowing the whistle on her former employer. Kingston is currently a pharmaceutical marketing expert and biotech analyst. When she scrutinized the full FDA approval for COMIRNATY, she found blatant fraud in Pfizer’s clinical studies.

FDA approves Pfizer’s covid-19 vaccine, even though it increases infection by 300 percent

Kingston brought forth a Briefing Document from the FDA’s advisory committee meeting that took place on September 17, 2021. The title of the document is, “Application for licensure of a booster dose for COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA).” The document includes clinical studies conducted by Pfizer. These studies track the durability of immunity offered by the COMIRNATY vaccine and compare it to immunity observed in unvaccinated people.
“If you get the Pfizer vax, you’re more likely to get COVID” said Kingston, “So, when they weren’t injected, their infection rate was 1.3% and when they got injected, it was 4.34%. It went up by over 300%.” How could the FDA have glossed over this evidence and approved blatant fraud?
Since the vaccine was officially approved, the federal government started applying pressure on businesses across the US, threatening them with extortion and fines if they do not impose vaccine mandates on their employees. The covid-19 vaccines have been injected almost 225 million times into the arms of Americans, causing severe injury and death along the way. Real world observations also support clinical data showing that the vaccines increase one’s susceptibility to covid-19. In fact, the vaccines increase viral load in the nostrils of the vaccinated. An August 26 article by Dr. Peter McCullough shows that the covid vaccines allow the vaccinated to carry 251 times the viral load of covid-19 in their nostrils, turning them into the asymptomatic super spreaders they once feared.

Pfizer studies show that being unvaccinated offers greater protection

Medical freedom rights attorney, Thomas Renz, went public with the Pfizer fraud. The Pfizer study involved over 36,000 people. Those who were injected earlier in the study were more likely to come down with covid infections later on, showing a clear trend of waning immunity. Those put in “high priority” groups, who were vaccinated earlier on, have a 36 percent greater chance of infection, compared to the group that vaccinated later on.
The group that vaccinated later on went unvaccinated for 5.1 months longer than the group that got vaccinated early on. This placebo group did not have high rates of infection while they were unvaccinated, even though they went longer without any “protection.” Because of this, Kingston stated that the vaccinated group “have an even higher chance of being infected with COVID-19 than the 36 percent difference indicated by this portion of the study.”
The study even admitted in its conclusion: “An additional analysis appears to indicate that incidence of COVID-19 generally increased in each group of study participants with increasing time post-Dose 2.” Kingston clarified that infection rates “increase over time” when people get two doses of Pfizer mRNA.
Most shocking was the data on the placebo group. In the first four months, the placebo group had “no vaccine protection” and recorded an infection rate of 12.6 cases per 1,000 person-years. The infection rate for the unvaccinated was a meager 1.3 percent.
After their placebo period, the group got “fully vaccinated.” In just a few months, this group became more infectious and showed 43.4 cases per 1,000 person-years. Their infection rate went UP by over 300 percent to a 4.34% infection rate. Mrs. Kingston called this “super alarming.”
“They had less infection when they had no protection. So, that’s a problem,” she said.

203,000 members of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Union (SMART) stand strong against forced covid “vaccination”

Nearly a quarter of a million workers who belong to one of the North America’s most dynamic and diverse unions are just saying no to mandatory Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccination.”
In a letter to the Union Pacific Company, International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers (SMART) general chairman Roy Davis expressed strong disapproval with the company’s “unilateral” requirement that all workers get jabbed for the Fauci Flu.
Davis also wants an immediate response from the Union Pacific Company about the union’s concerns, as well as confirmation that it will negotiate in good faith to drop the requirement.
“We understand that OSHA has issued a Federal requirement (September 24, 2021), but Carrier has created new working conditions without negotiations with the Organization,” the letter reads.
“We also recognize the seriousness of the pandemic, but such does not permit Carrier to institute an arbitrary policy, which will have a sweeping effect on the current working conditions and Union Pacific Railroad, rather than negotiate an agreement.”
The letter goes on to explain that according to Section 6 bargaining requirements, Union Pacific is required to maintain the status quo, not to arbitrarily impose a “sweeping change to the current working conditions” that do “not meet the standards as contained in the Railway Labor Act.”
“The Act mandates that ‘Carriers and representatives of the employees shall give at least thirty days’ written notice of an intended change in agreements affecting rates of pay, rules, or working conditions, and the time and place for the beginning of conference between the representatives of the parties interested in such intended changes shall be agreed upon within ten days after the receipt of said notice, and said time shall be within the thirty days provided in the notice.'”

SMART petitions to sue Union Pacific Railroad for trying to mandate covid jabs

Until Union Pacific agrees to meet with SMART to negotiate in good faith about all this, the union says it remains “vehemently opposed” to any change to working conditions, including Chinese Virus injection mandates.
Union Pacific has no legal or rightful authority to act in this manner, SMART says, and given how serious this is, the union is asking for a written response from the railroad immediately.
SMART actually sent a second letter to Union Pacific that same day expressing “grave concern” about the mandate and requesting “immediate court action” to address it.
“We adamantly believe that the terms of a vaccine mandate must be negotiated, so as to protect the membership,” this second letter reads.
“The fact that Union Pacific made no good faith effort to negotiate with the Organization in this manner constitutes a failure to make and maintain Agreements concerning rules and working conditions, and we view Carrier’s recent actions as an attempt to exert an illegal change in working conditions.”
Since more than 203,000 people are represented by SMART, this pushback against Union Pacific is a big deal. It piggybacks on a move by union employees of Boeing who have begun staging “sickout” protest days every Friday against the company for trying to force them to get injected for Chinese Germs.
“I have a feeling this is exactly what they want,” wrote one skeptical commenter at The Gateway Pundit. “Stop the supply chain and then the country will be ripe for invasion.”
Another agreed, noting that the “elites” do not depend on the infrastructure of society to survive – all of that is for us to survive. And since we are the ones they want to cull, the supply chain issues caused by strikes will only create further shortages by design.
