Oakland police have named a suspect in the shooting death of an 18-year-old Oakland man on Sunday.
Police believe Patrick Allen, 20, shot Robert Atkins outside of Atkins' home on 26th Avenue around 11 a.m. on Sunday, Sgt. Lou Cruz said today.
Allen is described as a black man, 6 feet tall, weighing 150 pounds with short black hair. He is an Oakland resident and is probably still in the Bay Area, Cruz said.
