ARLINGTON, Texas -- A registered sex offender is back behind bars in Arlington after police say he broke into a home and exposed himself while asking for a 'sexual favor.'

The victim told police she woke up and found Joseph Belson in her home early Tuesday morning. She said Belson touched her and then asked her for a 'sexual favor' as he exposed himself.

Belson was arrested. He has two prior convictions for indecent exposure.
