(Black) Philly man charged in sex assault of severely challenged female South Jersey daycare client
An employee of a South Jersey daycare facility for mentally challenged adults has been charged in the sexual assault of a client. William Claiborne, 58, worked as a caregiver at the Friends of Cyrus facility in Delanco, Burlington County. Claiborne was attending to a severely challenged female last month when he allegedly had the woman “touch him in an inappropriate sexual manner,” said Joel Bewley, spokesman for the county Prosecutor's Office.
