ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN) — The suspect in the Enterprise car crash that killed a Dale County woman has now been arrested, according to a press release. Andrea Stacy, 31, of Enterprise is charged with manslaughter after she was allegedly involved in the crash that killed Brittanie Ferguson, 32, of Ariton on the night of Dec. 23, 2021.

Investigators say Stacy was driving her Toyota 4Runner on the wrong side of Highway 27 and East Lee Street. That’s when she collided with Ferguson in a “head-on” collision, ejecting Ferguson from her vehicle. EPD Investigators served a warrant to Stacy for the charge of manslaughter Friday afternoon. Stacy is currently in the Coffee County Jail with a bond set at $75,000.
