An armed crook kicked an elderly man to the ground and wrestled away his wallet in the Bronx, disturbing new video shows.
The 85-year-old victim was trying to enter his home on Cannon Place in Van Cortlandt Village around 11:25 p.m. Tuesday when a car pulled up on the street and a man got out, approaching him, according to cops and the video released late Wednesday.
The suspect pulled out a gun and demanded money from the senior, cops said.
When the octogenarian refused, the brute kicked him to the ground and rifled through his pockets for several seconds, the clip shows.
The suspect took off with the victim’s wallet, which held assorted credit cards and $50.
He then got back into the car and headed west on Cannon Place.
EMS treated the victim on scene for a minor injury to his right knee.
