Police say a 17-year-old male studen

terday near the end of school. They tell us the teacher tried to pull away and hit the student ... but he was able to get her into a bathroom stall. Once there -- she began yelling ... and a coach and several students came over to help.
The student has been charged with abduction ... as well as assault and battery. He's being held at W. W. Moore Detention Center.
