Teen Charged With Attempted Murder

14-Year-Old Arrested Friday On Multiple Charges

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A 14-year-old boy is in the Duval County Jail accused of premeditated attempted murder and other charges.

Shimeeka Daquiel Gridine was arrested Friday on charges of first-degree attempted murder, aggravated battery involving domestic violence and armed robbery.

He appeared before a judge Saturday morning and was ordered held without bond until his arraignment on May 28.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has not released any in
formation about the case or who Gridine is accused of attempting to kill.
