Democrat Arizona AG Indicts Trump Chief Of Staff & Others Over 2020 Election Scandal​

Establishment lawfare running rampant

Democrat Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes handed down several indictments on Wednesday in relation to the “alternate elector” situation that took place during the contested 2020 presidential election.
In a video released Wednesday, Mayes said, “I will not allow American Democracy to be undermined,” before oddly stating, “Arizona’s election was free and fair.”

Inverting reality, Mayes claimed the defendants tried to strip Arizona voters of their “right to have their vote counted.”
Meanwhile, the entire point of the GOP argument at the time was that Arizona voters DID NOT have their votes accurately represented.

Turning Point USA CEO Charlie Kirk pointed out Mayes won her election by a mere 280 votes, and provided a historical reference for the actions taken by Arizona electors in 2020.
Kirk wrote:

“In 1960, in the race between Kennedy and Nixon, Hawaii was very closely contested. While Hawaii certified Nixon as the winner of the state’s electoral votes, Democrats claimed otherwise. They assembled their own slate of electors and submitted their votes to DC to be counted while the state worked out the contest in the courts. Importantly, this worked. After initially cerifying Nixon’s electors, Hawaii’s recount concluded that Kennedy had won the state by just 150 votes. The state’s governor retracted the Nixon certification, and submitted a new one in favor of Kennedy.”

Attorney Mike Davis suggested Mayes “stole her 2022 election by disenfranchising voters on Election Day,” and called the new indictments blatant “lawfare and election interference.”
“This is a criminal conspiracy by these Democrat politicians. This is unacceptable. There must be severe legal, political, and financial consequences,” Davis wrote.

Republican Arizona State Senator Jake Hoffman, who is a defendant in the case, wrote, “Let me be unequivocal, I am innocent of any crime, I will vigorously defend myself, and I look forward to the day when I am vindicated of this disgusting political persecution by the judicial process. Kris Mayes & the Democrats’ naked corruption and weaponization of government will long be a stain on the history of our great state and nation.”

The official Republican Party of Arizona X account also labeled the indictments “politically motivated” and a “blatant abuse of legal authority aimed to disrupt, distract and interfere in the 2024 election.”

Senior Donald Trump Advisor Stephen Miller joked, “Remember when the voting machines in Maricopa County AZ malfunctioned en masse on Election Day, disenfranchising thousands of GOP voters? The Dem AG of Arizona was declared winner by a margin of 280 votes.”

The Democrat plot to support their frail candidate Joe Biden is clearly to unleash judicial attacks against the GOP in order to take up their time and money in addition to painting the entire party as a band of criminals.
Meanwhile, the Democrats and establishment Republicans are working together to subvert the will of the American people who elected Trump in 2020 and hope to overwhelm the system so that it can’t steal the nomination from him again this year.

Polling shows huge numbers of voters get their information there

A new polling reveals some startling American voter perspectives on the media, and it offers an explanation about why the Biden administration has been so intent on censoring social media.
It was a congressional report just this week that confirmed social media companies had tried to defend the First Amendment against attacks by Biden’s bureaucrats – mostly unsuccessfully as White House demands for censorship have turned into a major component of most online platforms.
Now there’s an explanation why Biden’s advocates are so intent.
It’s because the polling shows about half of Americans rely on social media for their primary source of news.
Constitutional expert Jonathan Turley explained that’s why “it is not surprising that the censorship of social media has been a priority among many liberal groups.”
He explained, “The effort is to eliminate sources of information and regulate what citizens see and read.”

He pointed out the polling, from the American Press Institute and The Associated Press-NORC Center, revealed that a majority of Americans also are extremely worried or very concerned about bias in the media and the reporting of false or misleading information.
“Only 48% of Republicans and 34% of independents still receive their news from national news outlets and expressed the greatest trust of the media,” Turley explained, citing the poll results.
“The poll shows that 47% of Americans have serious concern that news outlets would report information that has not been confirmed or verified, and 44% worry that accurate information will be presented in a way that favors one side or another.”
Turley explained:

For years, the journalists have sawed on the branch upon which they are sitting. Even National Public Radio, which receives federal funding, is unrepentant in the face of criticism over its overt political bias.
Former New York Times writer (and now Howard University journalism professor) Nikole Hannah-Jones declared recently that “all journalism is activism.” Advocacy journalism is all the rage in journalism schools and on major media platforms.
A recent series of interviews with over 75 media leaders by Leonard Downie Jr., former Washington Post executive editor, and Andrew Heyward, former CBS News president, reaffirmed this shift. As Emilio Garcia-Ruiz, editor-in-chief at the San Francisco Chronicle, stated: “Objectivity has got to go.”
But that objective seems to depend heavily upon what ideology you are advocating.

He said nowadays the mainstream media basically talks to itself.
“So we are left with the variation of a common Zen-like question: if the media reports and no one is listening, does it still make a noise?” he asked.
The actual polling report explained, “Although most adults, regardless of age, race or ethnicity, or partisanship, tune into news about elections, only 14% express a great deal of confidence in election-related information they receive from national sources, and 11% say the same about local news media.
“In particular, people are worried about the news containing misinformation and amplifying divisions. About half of adults say they are extremely or very concerned about news organizations reporting inaccurate information (53%). Almost as many worry news outlets will report unverified information (47%) or focus too much on divisions or controversies (48%).”

The Left’s Election Industrial Complex Part II. ​

There is a battle over US Elections going on today. It’s the Left’s Election Industrial Complex verses fair and transparent US elections. ​

While conservatives argue over whether we should vote early or on election day, the Election Industrial Complex is adding, deleting and managing entities that are clandestinely operating behind US elections.
A document produced by Higher Ground Labs entitled the – 2022 Political Tech Landscape Report – outlines what we have labeled the Election Industrial Complex (see diagram above).
This document shows the many entities and interactions between these entities and groups involved in the Left’s Election Industrial Complex. Higher Ground Labs is led by a group of far-left zealots and politicians. It started in 2017 after Hillary lost the 2016 Election.
Higher Ground Labs created and published its 2022 report that describes its landscape and connections in the election industry complex. This document outlines the many initiatives, connections and activities it is involved in and the players it interacts with to ensure radical far-left and increasingly communist anti-American Democrats win elections.
This landscape involves “non-profits” and publicly traded companies which prevent the public from requesting information that would be required to be provided by the government in FOIA requests.
Based on our initial analysis of this Complex, the Left uses money to manipulate these groups where conservative entities for the most part run on trust. Money is used to incentivize. “Trust issues” in a grass roots environment are minimized through the use of money and funding.

A deeper dive into the Left’s Election Industrial Complex from a military expert’s point of view indicates that this system runs more like a 5th generation weapons system.
A military weapons system is an integrated system, usually computerized, for the control and operation of weapons of a particular kind. With this in mind, It appears that the Left has weaponized US elections.
5th Generation warfare is described by Dr. Robert Malone as follows (emphasis added):

5th-Gen warfare is an extension of Asymmetric and Insurgent Warfare strategies and tactics, whereby both conventional and unconventional military tactics and weapons are incorporated and deployed, including exploitation of political, religious and social causes. This new gradient of warfare uses the internet, social media and the 24-hour news cycle to change cognitive biases of individuals and/or organizations. It can be conducted by organized or unorganized (ergo decentralized) groups; it may be led by nation states, non-nation state actors and organizations, non-governmental organizations or even individuals. A key characteristic of 5th Gen warfare is that the nature of the attack is concealed. The goal is to disrupt and defeat opponents by creating new cognitive biases.
The most effective 5th-Gen warfare strategies employed by those lacking integrity are not purely based on pushing false narratives, mis- dis- or mal- information. The most effective strategies mix truth with action, and act to increase confusion and disorder.

This Left’s Election Industrial Complex communicates real-time election operations. It’s a psychological war that uses activists and volunteers as troops. It relies heavily on messaging and influencers are highly valued. The ultimate goal is to obtain committed hearts and minds.
This is why the “New Media” is so despised by the Left. The Truth reported by New Media is the enemy of the Left.
