A 14-year-old boy was charged with murder in a wild, gang-related Bronx subway shooting that killed an innocent bystander and wounded five other people last month, police said.
The teen — who was wounded in the burst of violence and had been in custody since — was also charged Thursday with four counts of attempted murder and one count of criminal possession of a weapon, cops said.

The boy was struck in the leg during the Feb. 12 shootout that took the life of Obed Beltran-Sanchez, 35, around 4:40 p.m. at the Mount Eden subway station, cops said.
He is the second person arrested in connection to the subway violence, with 16-year-old gangbanger Langel Jones picked up days after the shooting, police said — adding that one more suspect is still on the loose.

Jones was a purported member of the violent DBlock gang, named for Davidson Avenue, whose members were tied into a beef with the Burnside gang in a feud stemming from “drill rap and disrespect,” NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny previously told reporters at a media briefing.

The gang feud ultimately boiled over when the two crews just happened to get on the same train at different stops.

Police were unable to confirm Friday whether the 14-year-old was a gang member.

The boy was nabbed in connection to a Jan. 15 shooting, also in the Bronx — which authorities previously said stemmed from the same gang feud and may have sparked the subway incident.

As the gunfight spilled out of the train, Sanchez — who was not involved — made the mistake of looking out onto the platform to see what the commotion was about, Kenny said at the time.
