Speaker McCarthy Says Trump Indictment Will ‘Disrupt the Nation’: ‘House Republicans Will Not Stand For It’

"What even worse upon this, this is a leading contender to run for office with an administration of a current president that has the exact same documents," he says, referring to Joe Biden's illegal possession of classified documents at multiple locations.

Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy blasted Joe Biden’s Department of Justice on Saturday for indicting former President Donald Trump and warned House Republicans “will not stand for it.”

McCarthy railed against special counsel Jack Smith’s 37-count indictment against Trump that was unsealed on Friday, noting Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden got away with possessing classified material.

“This is a very dark day in America. When you think about what they’re trying to indict President Trump on. You’ve got a sitting president right now in the exact same situation,” McCarthy said in a statement.

“You have a former First Lady, senator, Secretary of State that had the same situation, that nothing was done to her.”

“What even worse upon this, this is a leading contender to run for office with an administration of a current president that has the exact same documents. Even worse from the aspect, there are documents that President Biden has that he had when he was a senator,” he said, adding senators have no constitutional authority to take classified documents.

McCarthy also announced an FBI whistleblower close to the DOJ’s investigation of Trump has come forward to Republicans alleging the government applied a different standard to Trump.

“This is going to disrupt the nation because it goes to the core of equal justice for all, which is not being seen today, and we’re not going to stand for it,” he added.

McCarthy didn’t specify what actions House Republicans would take, but impeaching Joe Biden is one of the top responses called for by fellow Republicans.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) lambasted her Republican colleagues for not launching impeachment efforts against Joe Biden sooner.

When asked by Breitbart on Saturday what it would take for House Republicans to proceed with Joe Biden’s impeachment, Greene responded, “To be honest with you? I don’t know.”

“That’s the part that literally leaves me dumbfounded,” she said.

“I’ve already been texting a ton of my colleagues, ‘We have to impeach Biden, we have to impeach Biden,’” she said. “I literally introduced articles of impeachment on this very issue on January 20, 2021.”

Trump is scheduled to appear in a Miami court on Tuesday for the arraignment.

At What Point Should the US Government be Considered Illegitimate?

On December 16, 1773, off the Boston coast, irate American colonists, fed up with paying excessive tax rates and getting political abuse from their colonial masters in return, flooded the sea with 342 chests of British East India Company tea.
It was a glorious symbolic act of defiance. War ensued, and eventually the patriots, once in the extreme minority among the total colonial population, were vindicated.
The rallying cry of the revolutionary movement was “no taxation without representation,” meaning that the colonists were subjected to taxation to fuel the British Empire’s expensive adventures across the globe, but did not enjoy any real political representation in British Parliament for it.
Does modern America suffer from the same phenomenon?
I have previously referenced a 2014 study published via Cambridge University Press that quantitatively debunks the “democracy” myth that American children are force-fed in public school:
“When a majority of citizens disagrees with economic elites and/or with organised interests, they generally lose. Moreover, because of the strong status quo bias built into the US political system, even when fairly large majorities of Americans favour policy change, they generally do not get it… average citizens and mass-based interest groups have little or no independent influence [over US policy].”

In layman’s terms, the multinational Western technocratic state does not factor the peasants’ desires or values into its decision-making at all.
Furthermore, the government considers at least a third of its own population “domestic terrorists” for non-crimes as petty as parents not wanting their kids exposed to transgender indoctrination in public schools. It uses money collected from said alleged domestic terrorists through taxes to politically persecute them, and frequently requests more to facilitate its jihad.
Via New York Times, May 4, 2021:
“Attorney General Merrick B. Garland told lawmakers on Tuesday that the Justice Department needs more money for Biden administration priorities including combating domestic extremism.… Mr. Garland has prioritized efforts to fight domestic terrorism and protect civil rights over the department’s focus during the Trump administration on street crime and gangs…
The department is also seeking an additional $101 million to address the rising threat of domestic terrorism.”
Journalists who expose government abuses such as the ones enumerated above, instead of being lauded as heroes for their good work, are targeted for political persecution by the state.
There are literally thousands of examples of this, but the most prominent is Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, who has been hounded to the ends of the Earth for a decade now for exposing US war crimes, Hillary Clinton’s personal corruption, and other factual information in the public interest.
The government selectively enforces the law against white people and conservatives while letting leftist agents of chaos run hog-wild on American streets in a phenomenon called “anarcho-tyranny” that I have written about previously at The Daily Bell.
Due process has been all but discarded as a relic of legacy America, in the before-times prior to the installment of the multinational technocracy. Alex Jones was not permitted, in his Sandy Hook defamation trial, to offer his innocence as a defense. His guilt had been pre-determined; the court proceedings were only to determine how much moneyJones owed the alleged victims.
Former president Donald Trump recently lost a civil rape case to a certifiable lunatic The Atlantic writer who offered no evidence of any kind except her own unhinged testimony. The alleged rape occurred in 1996 – 27 years ago. There were no witnesses in the busy department store where it allegedly went down. The jury awarded her millions of dollars anyway, and Rachel Maddow did a fawning interview to celebrate.
Trump maintained his innocence throughout. After the trial, when Trump again pled innocence at a CNN town hall, her attorney threatened another lawsuit for simply claiming his innocence as he has since the whole scandal erupted.
None of this is an endorsement – not even a tacit one – of political violence if it can be avoided. Kinetic warfare with the multinational corporate state is inadvisable for many reasons, not least of which is that the government’s capabilities dwarf those of any insurgency.
Rather, this is an acknowledgment of reality: a strong case can be made that the United States government is illegitimate. What we do with this assessment is up for debate.

IS AMERICA NOW OFFICIALLY A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY?

Down With The White Man!
Recently, four judges in Colorado decided to remove Donald J. Trump from the primary ballot. This has led to 16 other states pursuing the same strategy. This writer is not a Trump supporter or apologist and is not claiming that there may never be any justification for that, but this is not it!
The judges removed Trump because he “committed an insurrection against America”! They did it based upon the 14th Amendment which was written to prevent those in the South who were involved in leading the Civil War from holding a national office. Donald Trump would not qualify under that aegis.
But wait! That’s not all, and not the strongest argument by far! Donald J. Trump has never been formally charged with the said crime of insurrection. Of course, for him to be found guilty, he would first have to be charged (which he has not been), and then under our Constitutional system, he would have to be tried and found guitly by a jury (which of course cannot happen before being charged).
As an accused, the accused may acquiesce to a bench trial which is by the judge. As far as this writer knows, Donald Trump’s New York bench trial for “fraud” was done without his consent. Not only that, but it went directly to the New York Supreme Court to be tried leaving no appeal process but to the Federal government which is currently controlled by, you guessed it, Donald Trump’s enemies. Trump was found guilty by Judge Arthur Engoron who not only is a rabid Democrat with no real estate expertise, but has been revealed to be a flagrant exhibitionist and likely a pervert. As far as Judge Engoroneous is concerned, Donald Trump’s Mar A Lago estate is only worth $18 million. See picture and description below:
image-7.png
Trump’s Mar A Lago Estate

Mar A Lago is 62,500 square feet and sits on 17 acres of prime Miami ocean view property. According to Judge Engoroneous, that means it’s worth $288 a square foot. (Most custom classic homes go for at least $500 a square foot, and that would be cheap) A quick search on Zillow will reveal that 1 prime acre of land in east Miami goes for over $1 million dollars. It’s safe to assume that 17 prime acres, which are likely not even available, would be of comparable value, or about $18 million and likely a whole lot more. Therefore, according Judge Engoroneous’s estimate, the structure has no value at all! Take another look at the structure and landscaping, and see what you think. HERE are some interior shots! It’s reasonable to say the structure is worth something – likely a whole lot. Remember the old real estate addage; “The three most important things about real estate are ‘location’, ‘location’, ‘location’! Mar A Lago is as prime a location as they come!
What’s all this have to do with America being a third world nation? Lots! You add this above to egregious attacks on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Amendments, campus students embracing Communism and Socialism, CRT, Antifa, BLM, the U.S. President taking bribes, profligate spending, massive debt and inflation, a controlled and very biased media, raids on people’s homes in the dark of night with dozens of heavily armed agents confronting feeble old men who’ve taken the wrong political side, and a picture begins to emerge. See HERE the arrest of Roger Stone!
In a free and prosperous society, we have what the politicians have parroted for many decades now; “rule by law”, but in fact, we are ruled by tyrants who have no regard for the law when it gets in the way of their objectives to steal our wealth and enslave our bodies and minds!
In this writer’s opinion, the fault lays at the foot of the Christian pulpit which has failed to do its duty, and now we are under God’s judgment. Read the blessings and the curses promised in Deuteronomy 28, and feel free to search out other posts on this BLOG. Deuteronomy 16:18 & 19 tell us (believers) to make judges of ourselves and to not take a bribe; “for a bribe blinds the eyes or the wise and perverts the words of the righteous.” See any of that going on today?

JUST IN: Arthur Engoron Embroiled In New Scandal After 2002 Report Resurfaces

Judge Arthur Engoron finds himself at the heart of a potential scandal following the resurfacing of a 2002 report. The controversy centers around Engoron’s relationship with a secretary of opposing counsel during a case over which he was presiding.
According to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, defense attorney Nathan Lewin, representing the Union of Orthodox Rabbis of the United States and Canada, voiced his concerns over several pre-trial decisions that were unfavorably ruled against his client.
Lewin’s suspicions were aroused by the undisclosed relationship between Engoron and the secretary, identified only as Sue, which he believed could have influenced the case’s outcome.

The Jewish Telgraph Agency wrote in 2002:
The law secretary of Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Martin Schoenfeld may be in hot water for dating the secretary of a plaintiff’s lawyer who had a case pending before the judge. Nathan Lewin, a defense attorney for the Union of Orthodox Rabbis of the United States and Canada, said the court’s Jan. 23 ruling against his client in several pre-trial decisions is “suspect” because of that relationship, of which he was not informed until late last month.
Lewin is defending the rabbis in an $11 defamation million suit filed by Helen Chayie Sieger of Borough Park, who claims their decision to allow her husband to remarry without requiring him to grant her a rabbinic divorce in effect labeled her an unfit spouse.
Lewin said in court papers that the law secretary, Arthur Engoron, claims he only began dating the secretary of the opposing counsel, Christopher Sullivan, on May 10. But Lewin said Sullivan’s actions in the case may have been “influenced” by information he received from the woman, identified in the papers only as Sue. And Lewin noted that Engoron “was drafting [later] decisions and communicating” with the judge about this case during the time he was dating Sue.
Schoenfeld, at the request of the defendants, recused himself from the case July 1 after revealing that he had recently learned of the relationship. He said Engoron’s conduct raised ethical questions that he would report to the appropriate authorities, Lewin noted in his papers. Lewin said actions taken in this case may be criminal in nature and asked the court to conduct a full investigation.
The incident, dating back over two decades, has resurfaced amidst Engoron’s recent ruling involving former President Donald Trump’s high profile case. Engoron, a figure already known for his decisive stances in politically charged cases, ruled against Trump, ordering him to pay over $350 million related to charges of financial misconduct.

The allegations from 2002, while not leading to immediate sanctions against Engoron, have prompted renewed discussions. Engoron’s relationship with the opposing counsel’s secretary during an active case presents a classic scenario of potential conflict of interest.
Judge Engoron has played a critical role in the legal saga against Trump in recent months. Notably, he ordered Trump to comply with subpoenas for documents and testimony related to the investigation, and at times, he ruled against Trump’s legal arguments aiming to limit the scope of the investigation or dismiss the case outright.
While the case saw various developments, including appeals and legal challenges, Judge Engoron’s rulings significantly shaped its trajectory. Supporters of Trump have criticized the investigation and Engoron’s rulings as politically motivated.

As example of the corrupt, "woke" judicial establishment now in Jew S A, there's nothing better than the deliberate, blatant injustice of NY prosecutors and judges against Israel-first Trump
