The Bronx

Three heartless thieves robbed a wheelchair-bound man in Morrisania, police said.

The suspects barged into an apartment on East 165th Street at around 11 a.m. Dec. 14, pulled a gun on the 40-year-old victim, shoved him into a bathroom, bound his hands behind his back and robbed him, police said.

The crooks made off with his Sony PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Wii consoles, clothing and $175 in cash.

The trio fled and the victim was not seriously injured, authorities said.

One suspect was about 6-feet-tall and wore a black mask over his face.

A second suspect was wearing a gray hoodie, and the third suspect wore a black mask and a hoodie.

No arrests had been made as of Tuesday evening.

Two women wearing pink hoodies stole over-the-counter medications from a Riverdale drugstore, police said.

The women walked into the Rite Aid on Broadway and West 238th Street at around 8:30 p.m. on New Year’s Day, plucked the items from the store shelves and waltzed out without paying, cops said.

No arrests had been made as of Tuesday evening.

Queens

Five bumbling burglars were caught trying to escape with thousands of stolen lottery tickets and cash after breaking into a Kew Gardens deli through the roof, authorities said.

Police patrolling the area at around 3 a.m., Friday, were called to a burglary in progress at the JK Deli at 71st Avenue and Kissena Boulevard, cops said.

Investigators found a hole in the ceiling of the store and the clumsy cat burglars on the rooftop, police said.

Four of the men tried to make a run for it as the fifth waited in a car, but cops nabbed them — two in nearby treetops, police said.

A third suspect tried to fight the cops off, and the fourth ran into a nearby building’s elevator, but failed miserably to stay hidden, cops added.

The heist netted the thieves 3,518 scratch-off lottery tickets, $12,000 in stolen cash, 162 packs of cigarettes and 49 boxes of cigars — but for a very short time, cops said.

Robert Martin, 27, José Rosario, 25, Christopher Aulet, 21, Sean Martin, 19, and the 15-year-old getaway driver were all charged with burglary and possession of burglar’s tools.

Sean Martin was also hit with charges of criminal possession of stolen property, cops said.

Two robbers held up a South Ozone Park bodega with a sawed-off shotgun in, police said.

The suspects walked into the American Deli Grocery on 135th Avenue near 127th Street at around 9:15 p.m. on Dec. 21, cops said.

One crook marched up to the counter and demanded cash, while his cohort guarded the door with the silver shotgun, video surveillance shows.

They snatched $100 from the register and fled in a white, late-model Buick, cops said.

Staten Island

A young thug who tried to assassinate a man in Stapleton has been arrested, authorities said Monday.

Vondell Howard, 20, fired a single shot at the victim’s head on Broad Street near Gordon Street at around 10:45 p.m. Nov. 22, striking him in the ear, according to a court complaint.

The victim survived the botched hit, and Howard was busted and charged with attempted murder, assault and possession of a weapon.

After Howard’s arrest, authorities linked him to numerous drug deals, including some on the same corner where the victim had been shot, sources said.

He was charged by the Staten Island Gang Squad with marijuana and cocaine sales, as well as weapons possession.

Cops are looking for the gunman who opened fire on a 28-year-old man in Brownsville.

The suspect (right) allegedly shot the victim in the arm at around 3:50 p.m. Thursday on Osborn Street near Dumont Avenue, according to police. He was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

Police do not know what sparked the violence.

Staten Island

A Staten Island rapper who appeared in a video with the group TLC and has shared a stage with Notorious B.I.G., Tupac Shakur and Big Daddy Kane turned himself in Wednesday in connection with a deadly hit-and-run in New Brighton on New Year’s Day.

Shyheim Franklin, 36, also known as Manchild and The Rugged Child, was the alleged driver who fled the scene of the accident that killed a man on Lafayette Street and Cassidy Place around 5 a.m. Jan. 1, police said.

Felipe Avila, 29, was driving his Toyota Celica to work when Franklin blasted through a stop sign in his friend’s 1996 Volvo, smashed into Avila’s car, bailed from the car and ran off, authorities said.

Franklin’s blood allegedly splattered on the driver’s-side air bag, law- enforcement sources said.

Avila was rushed to Richmond University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Franklin has a history of arrests that includes a bust last April for possession of more than 40 bags of heroin and a .32 caliber revolver, sources said.

On Tuesday, Franklin posted a video on Facebook pleading with friends, family and fans to donate to his legal defense. Franklin has performed freestyle with big- name acts at Madison Square Garden and once lived with a member of the Wu-Tang Clan in the Stapleton Houses.


Manhattan

An executioner shot a Harlem bar patron in the head and then beat the dying victim, cops said.

The 33-year-old victim was drinking at PJ’s on Powell Boulevard near West 133rd Street around 3:10 a.m. Wednesday when a gunman came up and shot him, police said.

The unidentified shooter then beat the dying man before running out of the bar, cops added.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The suspect was last seen wearing a pair of khakis and a blue bubble jacket.

The victim had 20 prior arrests, 12 of which were sealed. Most involved drug possession.

His name has not been released because his family has not been notified.

Cops are looking for a knife-wielding attacker who stabbed a man in Chinatown.

The 26-year-old victim was on Henry and Oliver streets around 2:15 a.m. Tuesday when he was approached by two men who tried to rob him of his duffel bag, according to police.

One of the suspects pulled out a blade and stabbed the victim in the lower abdomen, cops said.

The duo fled empty-handed and the victim walked into the Fifth Precinct station house to report the crime before being rushed to Bellevue Hospital, police said.

The victim was in stable condition, police added.


The Bronx

A female livery cab driver was robbed at knifepoint in Soundview — after she was nice enough to make a pit stop at Kennedy Fried Chicken, cops said.

The suspect called for the cab service and asked to be picked up on Bruckner Boulevard near Rosedale Avenue at 1:40 a.m., Tuesday, according to police.

The rider asked to stop at the eatery on Storey and Rosedale avenues before going to his final destination on Trinity Avenue, cops said.

The 34-year-old driver made the stop, but when the car arrived at Trinity Avenue, the passenger claimed he had no cash and asked the driver to wait downstairs with his cellphone so he could get money, police added.

The passenger returned with a knife and demanded the hack’s cash instead, according to cops.

The thief made off with at least $220 and a white Samsung Galaxy cellphone, police said.


Queens

A Peruvian restaurant was burglarized in East Elmhurst, cops said.

The suspect walked in through the front door of Rico Peruvian Cuisine on Steinway Boulevard, near 36th Avenue, at 5 a.m. Sunday, cops said.

He snatched $100 from the register and fled, according to police.

It wasn’t immediately clear if the suspect had a key or if the door was left unlocked.

Police are questioning employees to determine if it was an inside job.

A gun-toting bandit and his cohorts pulled two robberies in Bedford-Stuyvesant in which they relieved victims of cash, cellphones — and even their shoes, law enforcement sources said.

In the first theft, Isreal Bradley, 23, and an accomplice allegedly stormed inside a tobacco shop on Myrtle Avenue and jumped over the counter last Nov. 25 at 10:52 a.m., sources said.

Bradley allegedly pistol-whipped a cashier and forced him to the ground.

The duo swiped money from the register and from the victim, and stole packs of cigarettes before fleeing, sources said.

On New Year’s Eve, Bradley and several others allegedly used Facebook to lure two men to a housing project to meet a girl named “Bella.”

When the victims arrived at the Dekalb Avenue building, an unidentified person greeted them and brought them inside, where they allegedly were ambushed by the gun-wielding Bradley and four other thugs, sources said. The crew stole the two men’s cash, cellphones and shoes, sources added.

The victims managed to flee and flag down officers on patrol.

Bradley was arrested on robbery charges and identified by all three of his victims, sources said. His alleged accomplices are still on the loose.


The Bronx

If you see this man, call the cops, and find him a comb.

The crazy-haired thug stabbed a rival on a subway train rolling through the South Bronx, police said.

The 25-year-old victim was hawking candy to straphangers on the No. 2 train as it entered the East 149th Street/Third Avenue station around 1:50 p.m., Dec. 20, when William Quinones, 29, allegedly recognized the illegal vendor and said, “Let’s settle this now.”

Quinones then pulled a knife and stabbed the candy vendor in front of horrified riders, cops said.

The victim was rushed to Lincoln Hospital with wounds that were not life-threatening, authorities said.

Police are asking for the public’s help finding Quinones.

An NYPD school safety agent pulled a knife on her boyfriend’s mother in Kingsbridge, cops said.

Rita Rodriguez, 32, threatened the woman inside her home at about 9 p.m. Wednesday, according to police.

The victim was not injured, but Rodriguez was charged with menacing, reckless endangerment, and weapon possession, cops added.


Manhattan

A group of thieves masquerading as delivery workers shot a man after he opened the door to his East Harlem apartment, authorities said.

The victim was inside his apartment on East 124th Street near Park Avenue at about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday when he heard the doorbell ring, cops said.

When he looked through the peephole, he saw a man in plain clothes with a box he said was from Fed Ex.

When the 45-year-old tenant opened the door, he was bum rushed by three men, cops said.

The victim put up a fight until one of the thugs pulled out a gun and shot him in the left shoulder, cops said.

The home invaders fled the building empty-handed.


Queens

A 30-year-old man was gunned down in a hail of bullets in Queens Village, cops said.

Earl Jackson was inside Jamaica Lamp and Shades on Jamaica Avenue, near 212th Street, around 10:50 p.m. Wednesday when someone shouted, “Get down!” and bullets began flying, police sources said.

The gunman squeezed a bullet into Jackson’s torso and another bullet into the back of his head, cops said.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made, but police are interviewing at least one witness, sources said.

The motive was not immediately clear.

Jackson had a rap sheet that dates to 2000 for burglary, robbery, grand larceny, aggravated assault, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and forgery, according to police.

Cops are looking for a vandal who decapitated a statue of the Virgin Mary at a church in Ozone Park.

A staff member made the disturbing find behind the rectory of St. Mary Gate of Heaven Catholic Church on 101st Avenue around 10 a.m. Monday and called police, cops said.

Members of the NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force are investigating and believe the culprit removed the statue’s head sometime last week. No arrests have been made.

An armed man walked into a Flatbush deli for a sandwich and then tried to rob the place when he found out they were not serving food, police said.

The suspect (right) walked into the bodega on Glenwood Road, near Flatbush Avenue, at about 6:45 a.m. on Jan. 4 and asked for food, but a 29-year-old cashier told him the deli counter wasn’t open yet, cops said.
Then the hungry man sidled up to the worker behind the counter, pulled out a gun and demanded cash instead, according to police.

The victim gave the robber some cash, but when the thief put his gun down to shove the dough in his pocket, the clerk fought back and scared off the suspect, cops said.

The suspect did not manage to get any cash and the victim was not injured, officials said.

A man who wouldn’t give up his iPhone 4 without a fight suffered injuries during a robbery in Bedford-Stuyvesant, authorities said.

The 35-year-old man was walking into his home on Putnam and Franklin avenues around 2:30 a.m. last Dec. 23 when he was approached by a man who demanded his cellphone, police said.

The victim refused and the thief yanked him down the front steps before snatching the phone, cops added.

The victim’s head slammed on the steps during the struggle and he suffered cuts, according to police. He was taken to Interfaith Hospital, where he was treated for the head injury and released, cops said.

The suspect (left) fled.

A gunman shot a 26-year-old man in East New York on Thursday night, police said.

An unknown attacker opened fire on the victim, shooting him once in the back across the street from a supermarket on Pitkin Avenue, near Miller Avenue, around 9:30 p.m.

The victim was taken to Brookdale Hospital and is expected to survive, officials said.

No arrests have been made and the motive for the shooting was not immediately clear, cops said.

Three brutes tried to rob a man on a subway train in Bedford-Stuyvesant, authorities said.

The 22-year-old victim was riding the C train as it was pulling into the Franklin Avenue station around 3:30 p.m. last Nov. 26 when the suspects walked up and began punching him repeatedly, cops said.

The would-be thieves tried to wrestle the victim’s bag away from him, but eventually fled empty-handed cops said.

Surveillance cameras caught the bumbling bandits running away with huge smiles on their faces.

Two workers were zip-tied during a terrifying robbery at a T-Mobile store in Sunnyside, authorities said.

The two suspects were captured on surveillance video as they walked into the electronics store on Queens Boulevard, near 46th Street, as the store was closing at 9 p.m. on Dec. 19, cops said.

The robbers, who were covered with clothing from head to toe, ordered the employees to the back of the store at gunpoint, according to police.

The duo zip-tied the workers before stealing a suitcase full of electronics and wads of cash from the register, cops said.

The suspects fled and the victims were not injured, police said.

The Bronx

A teen went Apple-picking on a train barreling through Soundview, police said.

The suspect was wearing a gray hoodie and a bubble jacket when he plucked an iPhone from a straphanger as the No. 6 train pulled into the St. Lawrence Avenue station around 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 30, cops said.

The suspect fled and the 27-year-old woman he robbed was not injured, police said. No arrests have been made.

A sneaky thief stole a woman’s purse at a Lower East Side restaurant, cops said.

The woman snatched the purse inside the Sons of Essex restaurant on Essex Street near Rivington Street on Dec. 12 at around 10:40 p.m., according to police.

The victim left her purse unattended moments before the crook slipped the purse into her own handbag and fled, cops said.

A would-be thief tried to rob a Tudor City bank but fled empty-handed, cops said.

The crook (left) walked into the Capital One bank on East 42nd Street near Second Avenue on Dec. 9 at 3:30 p.m., according to police.

He handed a demand letter to a teller but ran out with the note, cops said.

The Bronx

Two people were gunned down in separate incidents at the same University Heights building, cops said.

Chad McFadzean was inside an apartment on the Grand Concourse near East 178th Street, when he was shot by an unidentified gunman Friday at around 5:20 p.m., according to police.

He was found with gunshot wounds to the torso.

McFadzean, who has prior arrests including criminal possession of a weapon and assault, was rushed to Bronx-Lebanon Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, cops said.

Shells from a 9mm firearm were recovered from inside the apartment where McFadzean was found unconscious, cops said.

Investigators pulled video surveillance from the building and discovered a second victim — a woman who was shot outside the same building

Cops later found bullet fragments from a .45-caliber handgun outside, near where she was shot.

No information was available on the woman’s condition, but cops have been able to identify her.

She was seen exiting through a side door near 178th Street moments after McFadzean was shot.

Cops are still investigating a connection between the cases.

No suspects have been identified.

Brooklyn

Cops have arrested an 18-year-old man who allegedly shot a teen in Brownsville.

Iquan Williams was shot in the head on Prospect Place near Eastern Parkway on Jan. 4 at around 10:30 p.m.

He was found unconscious and unresponsive with a single gunshot wound, according to police. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The name of the alleged gunman has not yet been released as charges were pending, cops said.

Police are looking to question a person of interest in the death of an East New York deli clerk.

Cops were responding to a robbery at the 979 Deli and Grocery on Stanley Avenue near Cleveland Street on Jan. 10 at around 5 a.m. when they discovered Hisham Zidan, 55, in the basement, according to police.

He had a laceration to the head.

Zidan was pronounced dead at the scene, cops said.

A gunman opened fire on a South Bronx strip club, sending patrons and passers-by scurrying for cover, police revealed Sunday.

The shooter was caught on surveillance video walking past Sin City on Park Avenue, between the Major Deegan Expressway and East 138th Street, at around 3:10 a.m. Christmas Day, when he turned and fired several shots into the front entrance of the jiggle joint, according to police.

No one was injured, but the video, released Sunday, shows bystanders running for their lives and diving underneath cars before the unidentified shooter fled.

Queens

Cops nabbed two graffiti vandals who tagged a subway car in Richmond Hill, officials said.

Sgt. Jimmy Conwell, Detective Christopher Diaz and Officer Anthony D’Ascanio, were patrolling the subway station at Jamaica Avenue and 111th Street just after midnight Saturday when they spotted Tommy Martinez, 19, and Jeremy Cautin, 21, sitting on a bench near a J-train car that had just been vandalized, cops said.

Diaz noticed Martinez trying to close a backpack with spray-paint cans inside, while Cautin had one green latex glove and a can of spray paint protruding from his jacket pocket, according to police.

The three plainclothes members of the Transit Bureau’s Vandal’s Task Force say Martinez painted “FEAL” in letters that were 10 feet wide and nearly 4 feet high on the subway car while Cautin acted as a lookout.

Both men were charged with criminal mischief, making graffiti, possession of graffiti instruments and trespass, police said.

Brooklyn

A city Department of Sanitation worker was pulled over for a traffic violation in East New York and wound up under arrest on a weapons-possession charge, according to officials.

Dandy Montalvo, 35, was driving his 2006 Pontiac with no taillights at around 12:20 a.m. Sunday, when he illegally passed another car on the right, police said.

Officers pulled him over and found he had a knife in the car and was driving without insurance, police said.

Montalvo was charged with insufficient taillights, passing a vehicle on the right, driving without insurance and weapon possession.

Three suspects are wanted in connection with the murder of a bodega worker in East New York, according to police.

Video surveillance released Saturday night shows the first suspect unlocking the door of the 797 Deli Grocery at Stanley Avenue and Cleveland Street on Friday morning.

The first suspect is seen entering the deli and returning with his head hung low and a black plastic bag in his hand.

A second man then walks into the store and exits a short time later with an unidentified object in his hand.

A third suspect stands lookout on the corner.

Soon after the men were caught on tape, cops found deli worker Hisham Zidan, 55, dead inside the bodega’s bathroom with cuts and bruises on his head.

The cash register was on the floor with change scattered around it.

The store’s security system was missing, but the suspects were captured on a surveillance system nearby, according to police.

Manhattan

A Fairway employee has been charged with the murder of a co-worker and friend who was stabbed to death outside the supermarket’s warehouse in Manhattanville, police said.

Jovanny Paulino, 25, was slapped with charges of second-degree murder and felony assault, cops said.

Paulino was in an argument with pal Pedro Miguel Payero Valerio, 22, at the wholesale grocery outlet on 12th Avenue near West 135th Street at around 1:45 p.m. Saturday, cops said.

The fight continued across the street, in front of the Hudson River Cafe, where Paulino pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the chest, cops said.

Valerio was rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

A woman was nearly raped on the subway in Harlem when she changed cars to get away from a perverted straphanger, authorities said.

The 21-year-old victim was riding the northbound 3 train at around 4 p.m. last Thursday when she spotted a man masturbating, cops said.

The woman tried to get away from the creep by moving to another car, but he followed her, forcing her onto a seat where he tried to rape her, cops said.

The suspect (right) fled the train when it pulled into the 148th Street station.

He’s described as being in his 20s or 30s, stands about 6-feet tall and was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, cops said.

The Bronx

A man was stabbed multiple times in Soundview, cops said.

The 32-year-old man was inside an apartment building near Watson and Wheeler avenues around 8:45 a.m. Monday when a stranger approached and stabbed him, police said.

The attack was over money, cops said.

The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital in critical condition, officials said.

Police have arrested a suspect but that person has not yet been charged.

A fight inside a Mott Haven club led a gunman to open fire outside the hot spot, authorities said.

Surveillance video shows the hoodie-wearing suspect approaching the entrance of the Sin City Cabaret on Park Avenue with a handgun at about 3 a.m. Christmas Day, cops said.

The shooter then fired several shots toward the front of the club before running away.

This suspic (right) is wanted for raping a 7-year-old girl in Soundview, authorities said.

Virgillo Ocampo, 33, allegedly attacked the child on Dec. 19. Police say Ocampo knew the child.

Ocampo is 5-foot-7 and weighs about 180 pounds, police said.

Queens

Police are looking for two bandits who stole more than $7,000 worth of baubles from a Flushing jewelry store, authorities said.

The couple walked into H.Y. Jewelry Store on Northern Boulevard at about 2:30 p.m. last Thursday before the female thief began to distract the employee by asking to try on a piece of jewelry, cops said.

As the shopkeeper was tending to the woman, her male partner reached over the counter and grabbed several items, including a blue sapphire and diamond ring valued at $4,300, a ruby and diamond ring worth $2,500, and a bracelet valued at approximately $600.

The duo slipped out before store employees realized the items had been stolen, cops said.

Staten Island

A man stole an Access-A-Ride van in Rossville to pay off a debt, authorities said.

Frank Ackerson, 61, was spotted by an auxiliary cop at about 9 p.m. on Jan. 7 allegedly pulling on door handles of numerous cars outside of 300 West Service Road before finally getting into an Access-A-Ride van and driving away, according to the criminal complaint.

Ackerson was charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, the complaint states.

A woman was busted for stealing more than $1,200 worth of makeup from the Staten Island Mall, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

Michelle Yom, 19, was caught milling about the Sephora inside the mall removing merchandise from shelves and slipping them into her purse and a shopping bag on Jan. 7, the complaint states.

Yom was stopped by a security guard when she tried to leave the store and later arrested by police, according to the complaint.

A man with a lengthy rap sheet was shot dead Tuesday in East Harlem, cops said.

The 22-year-old man was in the Metro North Houses on First Avenue near East 102nd Street at around 4 a.m. when he was shot multiple times in the hallway on the eighth floor, according to police.

He was rushed to Metropolitan Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival, cops said.

No arrests have been made.

The name of the victim has not been released pending proper family notification.

The victim had at least 23 sealed prior arrests. It was unclear what sparked the violence.

A man was caught on video surveillance trying to use a stolen credit card at a Bedford-Stuyvesant deli shortly after he robbed a man, cops said.

The mugger pulled a gun on the victim near Benjamin Banneker public school on Kosciuszko Street and Marcy Avenue at around 10:50 p.m. Jan. 5, police said.

The suspect (right) demanded the victim’s wallet and cellphone.

Less than an hour later, he was caught on video surveillance trying to use the stolen credit card at G Line Deli and Grocery, cops said.

A bandit burglarized an apartment in Sunset Park after discovering that the resident had left without locking the front door, authorities said.

The suspect was caught on surveillance video milling about the hallway of a building on Fourth Avenue near 58th Street at around 4 p.m. Dec. 18, cops said.

The thief went from door to door before coming across the unlocked apartment, where he grabbed an Apple MacBook laptop before fleeing, cops said.

A young woman (left) robbed a livery cab driver at gunpoint after she took a ride from East Harlem to the West Bronx on Saturday, police said.

The driver picked her up on East 116th Street and Pleasant Avenue and dropped her off at Bathgate Avenue and East 179th Street at about 8:30 p.m.

The woman pulled out a gun and demanded money from the driver, who forked over $90 in cash, cops said.

The thief was caught on camera in the livery cab wearing a white scarf and head wrap.

Two thieves are wanted for robbing at least 11 businesses throughout The Bronx, cops said.

The spree started Nov. 15 when a man and a woman walked into the Family Dollar store on Boston Road in Fairmont-Claremont Village and ordered the clerk to hand over the cash in the register as the man held the employee at gunpoint and the woman acted as a lookout, cops said.

The pair fled with $114.

The couple robbed the other establishments in the same manner, with their biggest score occurring on Dec. 14, when they made off with about $4,500 from a Boost Mobile store on Webster Avenue in Concourse Village, according to police.

The most recent robbery occurred Jan. 3 when they knocked off a Metro PCS on West Kingsbridge Road, stealing $100, cops said.

Police said the man is believed to be in his mid-20s, about 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds.

His partner is in her 20s, about 5-foot-5 and 190 pounds.

Queens

A man was shot after getting into a fight with a thug in Jamaica, authorities said.

The shooter blasted the victim in the left shoulder following an argument on Guy R. Brewer Boulevard near 109th Avenue at around 6 a.m. Sunday, according to police.

The gunman fled in a black Q35 Infinity, cops said.

Police released a sketch of the thug and described him as around 6 feet tall and weighing around 175 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and a baseball cap with the letter A on it.

Wilkins Vega, 32, allegedly attacked a female acquaintance in the street around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

The woman refused medical attention, officials said.

A 29-year-old off-duty sanitation worker was busted for drunken driving in Sheepshead Bay, cops said.

George Gonzalez was on Ocean Avenue making a left onto Jerome Avenue when he failed to use a turn signal Thursday at 4:30 a.m., according to police.

Cops on patrol pulled him over and Gonzalez was given a Breathalyzer test. He recorded a blood-alcohol level of .08 and charged with DWI, according to police.

He also was cited for failing to use a turning signal, cops said.

A man was robbed and pistol whipped in Bedford-Stuyvesant, authorities said.

The 33-year-old victim was walking to his front door on Monroe Street near Malcolm X Boulevard around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday when three men approached him from behind and pistol whipped him, police said.

The three men were disguised in ski masks and wore gloves when they forced him into the apartment and snatched his iPhone, credit cards and keys, cops said.

The victim was then bound hand and foot before the crooks fled.

His car was not stolen, cops said. The victim claims he did not know the trio and police said it was unclear why he was targeted.


The Bronx

The thug who shot a 9-year-old boy in the foot in East Tremont was arrested Wednesday, cops said.

Vernon Franklyn, 22, was charged with attempted murder, assault and possession of a weapon for allegedly opening fire near PS 44 on Dec. 18, striking little Michael Banner in the heel with a stray bullet, cops said.

Banner was treated and released from Jacobi Medical Center.

A burglar broke into a Riverdale home and stole jewelry, authorities said.

The suspect picked the locks to the front door of the victim’s apartment at around noon Jan. 8 before rummaging through the home, stealing watches, rings, chains and bracelets, cops said.

No one was home during the theft and no injuries were reported, cops said.


Manhattan

A silver-haired thief broke into a Greenwich Village apartment and made off with a computer and jewelry, authorities said.

The suspect forced his way through the front door at around 7 a.m. Dec. 30 before stealing two bracelets from a bedroom dresser valued at around $2,000 cops said.

The thief also snatched a laptop from the living room before leaving the apartment, cops said.


Queens

Port Authority cops busted a motorist for resisting arrest at JFK Airport, officials said.

Bakary Keita, 37, was approached by a PAPD officer for blocking traffic near the arrivals terminal as he was sitting in his black Lincoln Town Car at around 11 a.m. Thursday, officials said.

When Keita refused to move his car, the officer attempted to arrest him for disorderly conduct, the PAPD said.

The officer was injured in the ensuing struggle before Keita was finally placed under arrest.

The Bronx resident was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and traffic violations, according to PAPD spokesman Joe Pentangelo.

A man was shot after getting into a fight with two others in Astoria, authorities said.

The victim was approached by the two suspects on Steinway Street near 35th Avenue at around 3:30 a.m. Monday before getting into a verbal dispute, cops said.

During the fight, one of the attackers pulled out a gun and blasted the victim in the right leg before fleeing.

The victim was treated at Elmhurst Hospital for minor injuries, cops said.

Authorities have identified the gun-toting thug who fired at cops in Bushwick as he was being pursued for allegedly dealing drugs, authorities said.

Narcotics officers approached Darren Moore, 25, near the corner of Garden Street and Flushing Avenue at around 11:30 a.m. Thursday, cops said.

Moore took off running, and the officers chased him for about four blocks until he pulled a Browning .380 semi-automatic handgun and fired at the intrepid lawmen hot on his heels, cops said.

The bullet narrowly missed the officers and pierced the window of a vehicle.

Police were able to grab the gunman before he could get off a second round and wrestled him into submission, cops said.

Moore was charged with aggravated attempted murder of a police officer, criminal sale of a controlled substance, possession of a weapon and resisting arrest, said law- *enforcement authorities.

A thief cut a hole in the roof of a 99-cent store in Crown Heights, lowered himself in and robbed the joint, authorities said.

The suspect stole $500 from the cash register of Q-Home 99 Cents and Up near President Street and Utica Avenue at around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, cops said.

The bandit then made his escape through the same hole, authorities said.

The suspect walked into the Polish American Pharmacy on Leonard Street near Nassau Avenue at 9:30 a.m. Monday, according to police.

“Give me the narcotics,” the suspect allegedly snarled.

He fled with an assortment of prescription drugs, according to police.

The Bronx

A 23-year-old man was gunned down in Tremont, cops said.

The victim, identified by police as Damian Nunez, was shot several times in a building stairwell at Tinton Avenue near East 162nd Street at around 8:50 p.m. Thursday, according to authorities.

Sources said the man was arguing with an unknown gunman moments before being shot dead.

Nunez had gunshot wounds to the head and torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made as of late yesterday. Nunez had 33 prior arrests, for robbery, assault and narcotics, 18 of which were sealed, according to sources.

Manhattan

The bank robber hit a branch in Chelsea, authorities said.

The suspect walked into the Capital One branch on West 23rd Street at around 9 a.m. Wednesday and passed a teller a demand note, cops said.

The employee handed over $600, and the suspect fled, cops said.

He was described as in his 40s, standing about *5-foot-7 and weighing about 160 pounds.

Staten Island

A months-long investigation of drug dealing led to the arrests of a band of suspects — including a couple selling narcotics out of their Great Kills storefront, said law-enforcement authorities.

Nine people were arrested Wednesday when officers from the Staten Island Narcotics Bureau obtained a warrant after conducting surveillance for several months, court documents indicate.

The suspects are accused of selling a variety of drugs including OxyContin, marijuana and heroin.

Nicholas Guido, 58, and girlfriend Sandra Rocco, 49, allegedly sold the drugs to undercover officers on multiple occasions between May and December of last year at the ANW Twice As Nice Decorators store on Amboy Road, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

The couple also conducted multiple drug deals out of the company’s work vehicle, the complaint states.

The other suspects nabbed in Wednesday’s raid include Michael Miglionica, 39, and girlfriend Jessica Miro-Garcia, 33, a Grant City couple who sold drugs to undercover officers on nine separate occasions, court rec*ords show.

Pasquale Mongelli, 25, Andrew Ferrera, 24, Jonathan Smerina, 27, Fariz Demiroski, 23, and Lorraine Wojcik, 25, were also arrested and hit with numerous drug charges, according to a spokesman for District Attorney Daniel Donovan.

■ A Sunset Park seafood restaurant was burglarized early last month, cops said.

The suspect waited on a fire escape on 62nd Street near Seventh Ave. on Dec. 3 at 9 p.m., according to police.

Once J. King Seafood Palace closed, the thief made his way inside and snatched $2,700 in cash from an office in the eatery, cops said.

■ A 37-year-old man was stabbed to death in Bedford Stuyvesant, cops said.

The victim was found with several stab wounds in the back on Hart Street and Lewis Avenue at 1:10 a.m. Saturday, cops said.

He was found unconscious and unresponsive.

He was rushed to Woodhull Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival, cops said.

■ A man attacked a Port Authority cop who confronted him for allegedly harassing women outside the PA Bus Terminal in Midtown, officials said.

James Peeples, 28, (right) was allegedly pestering the women as they waited in a taxi line on Eighth Avenue at 10 p.m. on Thursday when the cop approached the suspect, according to PAPD spokesman Joe Pentangelo.

Peeples allegedly punched the officer in the left eye and fled.

The officer gave chase and caught up with the gangly, 6-foot-6, 230-pound Peeples on West 42nd Street, and busted him with the help of two fellow PAPD officers, Pentangelo reported.

The cop sustained a dislocated shoulder and an eye contusion.

The intrepid officer was treated at Roosevelt Hospital.

Peeples, meanwhile, was charged with assault, harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, Pentangelo said.

A sneaky thief snatched cash from a Mediterranean restaurant in Midwood after darting behind the counter toward the register, police said.

The crook walked up to the counter at Nemo’s Shish Kebab on Kings Highway near Avenue P at around 9:06 a.m. Jan. 10, stood there for a moment, then circled around toward the register, where he plucked a handful of cash from the drawer and fled, according to cops.

No one was injured, police said.

The thief was last seen wearing black sneakers, a dark jacket and blue jeans.

Cops are looking for a man who used a stolen credit card in Brooklyn Heights after someone snatched the victim’s pricey Coach wallet, authorities said.

The 36-year-old New Jersey woman was on a D-train platform near Pacific Street at around 6:45 a.m. Dec. 17 when she noticed that her wallet, worth $150 and containing several credit cards was missing, police said.

About a half-hour later, the man used one of the cards to make a purchase at Smith’s Finest Deli on Smith Street near Sacket Street, cops said.

A thug who stabbed a man to death in Bedford-Stuyvesant is still on the loose, police said.

Marcus Cherry, 37, was stabbed twice in the back at Lewis Avenue and Hart Street at around 1:10 a.m. Saturday, police said.

He was rushed to Woodhull Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The motive for the slaying was not clear.

Manhattan

An armed man made off with $3,000 after holding up a Starbucks at gunpoint in Gramercy, police said.

The thug walked into the shop on Third Avenue near East 15th Street at around 9:30 p.m. Thursday, cops said.

He pulled out a gun and demanded cash from two baristas — a woman 21, and a man, 22 — before ordering them to get down on the floor, according to police.

The workers complied, only to have the gunman zip-tie their hands during the terrifying heist, cops said.

The thief then grabbed $3,000 in cash from the register and fled.

The stocky gunman is believed to be in his late 30s, between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-9, and weighing about 200 pounds.

He wore square-framed glasses, a dark sweat shirt with the Ecko brand name on the front, a black jacket and matching gloves.

Queens

Cops are looking for a killer who stabbed a man to death outside the Cypress Hills Cemetery in Ridgewood.

The victim, Emilliano Llames, 26, of Pulaski Street in Brooklyn, was found unconscious with stab wounds to the chest, after a 911 caller reported seeing him on Cypress Hills Street near 78th Avenue at around 2:10 a.m. Saturday.

Llames was taken to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Cops have released photos of three people wanted for questioning about a hate-fueled homophobic attack in an Astoria Diner.

Two women and a man argued with a 30-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man inside the Neptune Diner on Astoria Boulevard near 32nd Street at around 5 a.m. Wednesday.

Things escalated when the thugs began hurling anti-gay remarks at the victims, police said.

Finally, the attackers threw dinner plates from their table at the couple before fleeing, according to cops.

Both victims were taken to Astoria General Hospital with cuts to their faces, authorities said.

Investigators from the Hate Crimes Task Force are looking into the incident.

Cops are looking for an attempted rapist who they say was scared off by a woman’s screams in East Harlem.

The suspect followed the 34-year-old woman into an apartment building on Lexington Avenue near East 103rd Street, shoved her to the ground and tried to rape her around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, police sources said.

The victim cried out, scaring the attacker, who ran away, cops added.

The woman was not injured and the suspect was caught on nearby surveillance cameras, according to police.

Staten Island

A man admitted pointing a gun at a busload of passengers riding through Mariner’s Harbor, then getting off the bus and firing at it, authorities said.

Sean Landy, 19, told cops he had boarded the bus with a friend who then fought with several passengers just after midnight on Jan. 12, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

He said his friend was cut and he pointed his gun in self-defense, court records state.

He allegedly confessed: “It was my gun. I shot the bus. I thought he was gonna shoot us.”

A Park Hill man has been charged with using stolen credit cards to rack up more than $2,300 in charges, authorities said.

David Moses used two TD Bank cards to buy just goods from Home Depot, Victoria’s Secret, Foot Locker, GameStop and a hat store in the Staten Island Mall between Dec. 2 and Dec. 3, a Criminal Complaint charges.

Cops nabbed him after the credit card owner noticed the charges and video surveillance showed him making the purchases, records state.

When questioned, Moses, 29, allegedly confessed, “Yes that’s me . . . I did all the transactions. I got the card from my girlfriend who found the card at her place of work.”

He was charged with grand larceny, petit larceny and possession of stolen property.

The Bronx

A jealous ex busted down a woman’s apartment door in Bronxwood, pulled a gun on her and threatened her for moving on with her life, authorities said.

Archie Dent, 29, was arguing with his ex-girlfriend on Bronx Park East around 1:55 a.m. on Jan. 3 when he forced the door open, breaking the chain lock and hitting her in the head, a Criminal Court complaint charges.

He then allegedly whipped out a pistol, pointed it at her, then waived it in the air, shouting, “Are you serious? Why are you acting like this? Getting out of some n—–’s car.”

The victim suffered cuts, bumps and bruises, court documents state.

Dent was charged with burglary, menacing, trespass, assault, criminal mischief and harassment.

Three thieves beat and robbed a livery cab driver who asked them to pay upfront before taking them from the South Bronx to Harlem, authorities said.

Alex Forsyth, 24, Joseph Robertson, 27, and Charles Robertson, 25, jumped into a Lincoln Town Car at East 149th Street and Walton Avenue around 2:10 a.m. on Jan. 5 and asked to be taken to Harlem, a Criminal Court complaint charges.

The driver asked them to pay in advance and the trio refused, documents state.

The driver then ordered the men out of the car, but they remained inside, and began punching him and stole his cash, records state.

Before leaving, the attackers threatened to kill the driver, according to court papers.

The passengers were charged with assault, attempted robbery and harassment.

A mob of four to eight attackers jumped a man and beat him unconscious for a coat, boots and some cash in West Farms, authorities said.

Rashad Bellamy, 21, and several unidentified pals followed the victim into the lobby of a building on East 180th Street near Southern Boulevard around 8:15 p.m. on Jan. 11, a Criminal Court complaint states.

One member of the crew clocked the victim in the eye before his accomplices joined in and punched the man until he fell to the floor, records state.

The attackers then slashed the victim and kicked him until he lost consciousness.

When the victim awoke, he was missing $366, as well as his Timberland boots and a bubble jacket, court papers state.

Bellamy was arraigned on charges of assault, robbery, weapons possession and harassment.

The other attackers were still on the loose.

The victim was hospitalized with multiple cuts, bruises and lumps on his head, face and body. He required 23 staples and three stitches to bind his wounds.

A thief is wanted for at least two gunpoint robberies, authorities said.

The crook first barged into the Sip & Chat restaurant on Avenue D in East Flatbush shortly after midnight last Thursday with a gun in each hand and ordered all of the workers into a back room, cops said.

He fled empty-handed after becoming agitated.

The next day, he knocked off Carrasco’s Grocery Store on Flatbush Avenue in Ditmas Park at around 3:30 p.m., again toting guns in both hands, cops said.

The gunman made off with about $600.

A quick-thinking woman snapped a photo of a man (right) who allegedly burglarized her Fort Greene apartment after she spotted the suspect on the street wearing her boyfriend’s stolen clothes, cops said.

The suspect broke into the couple’s Adelphi Street pad through a rear window and grabbed some items at about 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 15, according to police.

The victim was inside a Myrtle Avenue deli near her apartment sometime after the burglary when she recognized the clothing the thief was wearing as her boyfriend’s.

She snapped a candid photo of the suspect and gave it to police.

A woman was raped and four others robbed at gunpoint after a group of men forced their way into a Bedford-Stuyvesant tattoo parlor, cops said.

The three suspects asked to be buzzed into the building on Ralph and Jefferson avenues around 2 a.m. last Friday. Once inside, they forced their way inside the shop and herded the victims into a back room and made everyone lie down on the floor, cops said.

The thieves stole all of their valuables, including wallets, cash, cellphones, a gold chain and watch, and multiple credit cards, police said.

One of the intruders then grabbed the female victim and raped her, according to police.

One of the attackers was wearing a grey hoodie and blue jeans, cops said.

Another had short hair and wore a beige and orange sweatshirt with purple, yellow and red sneakers.

The third suspect was armed with a silver pistol and is described as being in his 20s, standing about 5-foot-9 and weighing about 170 pounds.

No arrests have been made.

Manhattan

A 19-year-old woman was sexually assaulted by a yellow cab driver in Chelsea, authorities said.

The boozed-up woman was in and out of consciousness near 12th Avenue and West 26th Street around 5:15 a.m. Tuesday when she was in the cab, according to police.

She told investigators she woke up in a Hess gas station with her pants down and the driver on top of her, sources said.

She was able to fight off her attacker and quickly jumped outside where she spotted an on-duty sanitation worker who helped her as the cabby fled, cops said.

She was taken by ambulance to Bellevue Hospital, cops said.

Sources said the victim was later being uncooperative with cops. The driver of the yellow cab has not yet been identified, but police are still searching for him.

The Bronx

A punk is wanted for pepper-spraying an elderly man in Mott Haven, authorities said.

The attacker was seen on surveillance video pacing back and forth near the corner of East 149th Street and Brook Avenue at around 11:45 a.m. Monday before approaching an 87-year-old man and spraying him in the face and eyes, cops said.

The suspect then walked away before coming back to spray him a second time.

The victim was treated and released from an area hospital for minor injuries, cops said.

The suspect is believed to be in his late teens, stands around 5-foot-8 and weighs approximately 200 pounds. :mad:

The suspect splashed alcohol on the 29-year-old woman before flicking a lighter and setting her on fire on Creston Avenue near East 183rd Street around 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 11, cops said.

The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment of second-degree burns to her face.

No arrests have been made.


Brooklyn

Cops released photos of a suspected rapist/robber and an accomplice in a sex attack and heist at a Bedford-Stuyvesant tattoo parlor.

Surveillance shows a woman getting buzzed into Inkstastic on Ralph Avenue, near Jefferson Avenue, around 2 a.m. last Friday.

Once inside, she stepped aside, letting a gunman and another man armed with a knife rush into the parlor, where they forced workers and customers into a back room and ordered them to the floor, police said.

The thieves stole wallets, cash, credit cards, cell phones, a gold chain and a watch, according to cops.

The gunman, wearing a dark hoodie and blue jeans, raped a 23-year-old customer before fleeing, police said.

He then jumped into a Nissan Maxima with the knife-wielding robber and the woman who let them inside, police said.

The suspected rapist was carrying a silver handgun and is believed to be in his 20s.

He is about 5-foot-9 and weighs about 170 pounds.


Manhattan

A man claiming to be an undercover cop convinced a teen at a Greenwich Village eatery to hand over his wallet before stealing the victim’s cash, authorities said.

The thief approached the 19-year-old man and his friend as they were sitting inside the Maoz Vegetarian restaurant on Eighth Street around 8 p.m. last Dec. 15 and identified himself as an undercover police officer, cops said.

The suspect allegedly ordered the teen to turn over his wallet and ID.

The victim complied and handed the con man his money before the crook handed some of it back to him and fled the restaurant, cops said.


Queens

A coldhearted thief took advantage of the polar vortex to rob a Maspeth church of more than $8,000, police said.

Two employees from a security company drove up to the Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church to pick up cash and checks on 56th Road around noon Tuesday, cops said.

One worker went inside for the pickup while another stayed in the truck, police said.

A man wearing all black tip-toed through the blowing snow and stealthily slashed a rear tire, cops said.

When the security company worker returned with a bag full of loot, he noticed the tire going flat and began to change it.

While the two workers toiled in the howling winds, the thief returned and grabbed the money bag from the truck, cops said.

The workers drove off before noticing the money was missing.

Cops got surveillance footage of the incident, but no arrests have been made.

A 20-year-old man was knifed in a road-rage incident on snow-filled roads in Corona, cops said.

The victim was driving a Chevy Suburban on 108th Street and Horace Harding Expressway at 1:20 a.m. Wednesday with four passengers when a white SUV pulled up next to them and the drivers began arguing, according to police.

The victim became nervous and crashed into a fence along the service road, cops said.

The other driver got out of his vehicle and stabbed the victim three times in the arm and leg, police said.

The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was in stable condition. No arrests have been made.

A thief scammed two elderly women in separate incidents in the same Coney Island building, authorities said.

The suspect first struck on Christmas Eve when he followed an 88-year-old woman into her building on Beach 7th Street at around 3 p.m. before claiming to be her upstairs neighbor, cops said.

The scoundrel proceeded to tell the woman that water from his apartment was leaking down into her apartment, and that he needed to be let inside in order to survey and pay for any damages, cops said.

Once inside, the thief snatched $2,200 in cash, gold rings, a necklace, and a bracelet, police said.

The suspect pulled the same scam on Jan. 19 when he victimized an 89-year-old woman and stole $170, a necklace, ring and earrings, police said.

He was last seen wearing glasses, a ski hat, and a waist length jacket. He may also speak Russian, authorities said.

Cops nabbed a man who allegedly fatally gunned down his sister’s boyfriend in Coney Island last month.

Johnny Velez Garriga, 23, fled to Pennsylvania after he allegedly killed Shawn White, 25, on Dec. 26, sources said.

The couple had just returned to their apartment from dinner around 9:30 p.m. when Garriga approached his sister and her beau in the lobby of their building on West 27th Street near Surf Avenue in the Bernard Haber Houses, the sources said.

Garriga allegedly pointed the gun in his sister’s face and said, “You *f–king bitch! You violated me!” before shooting White multiple times, sources said.

White was later found by police lying face down in a pool of blood inside the building’s staircase with gunshot wounds to both knees, the buttocks and torso, according to police sources.

Investigators traced Garriga to Pennsylvania, where he was taken into custody on Dec. 30, cops said.

In October 2009, Garriga was arrested for felony sale of a controlled substance to an undercover police officer, the sources said.

He has multiple prior arrests which were sealed, cops said.

Police have arrested two of the three suspects wanted in the murder of a bodega worker in East New York earlier this month, authorities said.

Ahmed Jones, 30, was arrested Tuesday for his part in the cold-blooded Jan. 10 killing, when he and two accomplices were spotted walking into 797 Deli and Grocery on Stanley Avenue, cops said.

Soon after the men were caught on a surveillance tape, cops found deli worker Hisham Zidan, 55, dead inside the bodega’s bathroom with cuts and bruises on his head.

The cash register was on the floor with change scattered around it.

The store’s security system was missing, but the suspects were captured on a surveillance system across the street, cops said.

Police also nabbed Amir Alawadi, 19, on Jan. 13 in connection with the slaying.

He and Jones are charged with murder and burglary.

Police are still searching for the third suspect.

A man was stabbed to death in Crown Heights, authorities said.

The 35-year-old victim was found with a wound to the head inside a home on St. John’s Place near Brooklyn Avenue around 2:20 p.m. Thursday, police said.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made and police have no suspect description.

The victim’s name was not released because his family had not been notified.


Manhattan

Two thieves stole the tip jar from a Hell’s Kitchen coffee shop while one of them was pretending to apply for a job, law enforcement sources said.

The pair walked into Kahve on Ninth Avenue near West 52nd Street at around 6:30 p.m. Jan. 13. The female thief walked up to the counter with a resume and said she wished to apply for a job.

When the employee turned her back momentarily, the woman’s male accomplice snatched the tip jar containing around $50 before the two fled.


Queens

A man is wanted for robbing an Astoria liquor store, authorities said.

The masked suspect walked into Doctors Wine and Spirits on Ditmars Boulevard near 47th Street at around 8:30 p.m. last Friday and ordered the clerk at gunpoint to hand over the money inside the register, cops said.

The employee complied and handed over about $800 in cash and the thief fled on foot.

He is described as being 6-foot-2 with a slim build and was last seen wearing a grey or blue hooded sweatshirt and a black ski mask, cops said.

■ A creep sexually abused two older women in a public-housing complex in *Arrochar, according to a Criminal Court complaint.

Darin Thomas, 45, approached a 64-year-old woman in the South Beach Houses on Lamport Boulevard at around 7 p.m. on Jan. 2, exposed himself and rubbed up against the victim, the complaint states.

Thomas allegedly violated a 60-year-old woman in a similar manner later that evening.

He was arrested and charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse.

Brooklyn

■ A Prospect Park South man accused of gunning down a rival in broad daylight while wearing a red jumpsuit walked right into the hands of cops this week, law-enforcement sources said.

Isiah Harris, 22, allegedly shot the 24-year-old victim outside the Church Avenue subway station in Ditmas Park at 2 p.m. Monday, terrifying two station agents who were treated afterward for trauma.

He then allegedly fled to his girlfriend’s apartment building, where he ditched his 22-caliber pistol.

He was apprehended at 6:05 p.m. Monday after he and his stepfather knocked on her door — and found detectives inside.

The victim, who was shot in the heart and small intestine, was admitted to Kings County Hospital. His condition was not immediately known.

Harris denied shooting the victim but allegedly told detectives that “the man and his buddies have been plaguing my life for more than a year.”

Harris is currently cooling his heels at Rikers Island on $150,000 bail.

■ A Bushwick bodega was robbed at gunpoint by two men, authorities said.

The robbers walked into 99 Cents & Gifts Bodega on Irving Avenue near Stockholm Street at around 9:15 p.m. Monday and pulled a gun, according to police.

One of the suspects then punched a 52-year-old clerk in the face.

The thieves made off with $1,000 in cash from the register and fled on foot, cops said.

The victim sustained minor injuries.

The suspects were last seen wearing black jackets and masks and carrying bookbags.

Queens

■ A Jamaica car thief sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl after he stole an SUV with her asleep in the back seat, authorities said.

At about 6 p.m. Thursday, the victim’s 28-year-old uncle and a family friend left the girl sleeping in the unlocked 2002 Ford Explorer with its keys in the ignition while they went into a bodega near Sutphin Boulevard and 109th Avenue, sources said.

Seizing the opportunity, Kapri Dickson, 23, slid behind the wheel and drove off, cops said.

The uncle and the friend came out, found the SUV gone and called 911.

Meanwhile, the girl awoke and screamed when she realized a stranger was driving the vehicle, authorities said.

Dickson responded by pulling over and hitting the girl, then pulled down her pants and sexually abused her, cops said.

The girl resisted but was badly beaten before cops from the Queens Gang Squad located the vehicle near Rockaway Boulevard and 147th Street and apprehended Dickson, cops said.

He was charged with sex abuse, grand larceny auto and possession of stolen property.

■ A 63-year-old man pulled from a suspicious Flushing blaze and later pronounced dead appeared to have been badly beaten beforehand, authorities said.

He was found seated on a couch in his basement apartment at the scorched, four-story apartment building on 159th Street near 43rd Avenue at around 6 a.m. Friday, according to authorities.

He was rushed to New York Hospital Queens, where he was pronounced dead on arrival, cops said.

The fire was placed under control at about 6:35 a.m., authorities said.

His identity was not released pending family notification.

Given the victim’s condition, authorities are investigating the case as a crime, cops said.

■ A female thief snatched a stash of cash from a man’s jacket at JFK Airport, Port Authority cops said.

The victim, a Brooklyn resident traveling to Israel, was being screened at a security checkpoint Thursday when Sahodri Chand, 59, snatched his jacket, according to the PA Police Department.

Chand allegedly pocketed $1,500.

Meanwhile, the victim noticed his jacket missing, and police found it nearby along with his passport.

PAPD officers found Chand after reviewing video surveillance.

She was arrested at the airport.

She was charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, the PAPD said.

A police officer was injured during a scuffle at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, authorities said.

The PAPD cop spotted Pablo Sanchez, 33, loitering in a closed-off boarding area at around 1:30 a.m. Saturday and approached him, police said.

The officer asked Sanchez to move to an open area, at which point Sanchez allegedly became combative.

When the cop tried to forcibly remove him, Sanchez began to struggle.

The officer suffered a broken wrist while cuffing the suspect.

Sanchez was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer, according to a PAPD spokesman.


The Bronx

A man was found shot to death in his Wakefield apartment after friends and family grew concerned when they were unable to reach him for more than a day, police said.

Friends discovered the body of Jercar Brooks, 36, in his 233rd Street apartment at around 8:30 p.m. Friday.

Police said Brooks had been shot twice in the torso.

Investigators collected surveillance video from the building and found that Brooks had entered on Thursday with another man.


Queens

A cat burglar is wanted for breaking into an Astoria home and stealing cash, authorities said.

The thief climbed through a rear window at around 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 4 and began looking for valuables, cops said.

He walked out with about $800.

A band of cellphone thieves has been robbing riders on the J train, authorities said.

The three thugs first struck at the 104th Street station when they approached a 22-year-old man and punched him in the face, then took his phone at around 2 a.m. on Jan. 9, cops said.

They struck again on Jan. 12, this time robbing a 22-year-old woman of her phone at the 121st Street station at around 6:30 p.m.

They then targeted a 26-year-old woman at the 111th Street station, snatching a phone from her hand as she was using it at around 10:30 p.m. on Jan. 16.


Brooklyn

Three gangbangers are wanted for robbing a teenager in Sunset Park after asking him about his gang affiliation.

The 15-year-old victim was walking near Seventh Avenue and 44th Street at around 6:30 p.m. Monday when a bunch of teens walked up and asked if “he’s Blood,” according to police.

The thugs then held the boy down and took his cash and iPhone.

The Bronx

Police released surveillance video of a suspect they believe to be responsible for killing a Wakefield man in his apartment.

The video shows victim Jercar Brooks standing in front of his 233rd Street building at around 4:30 p.m. Thursday before two people pull up in a black Chevy Camaro, cops said.

The passenger is seen getting out of the car and walking into the building with the Brooks.

Minutes later, the suspect runs out of the building carrying a large box before speeding away in the car, cops said.

Brooks, 36, was discovered face-down inside his apartment at around 8:30 p.m. the next day when some friends showed up looking for him, cops said. He had been fatally shot in the torso.

The suspect was described as around 6 feet tall, and was wearing a gray, fitted Yankee hat and a gray and red North Face jacket.

A creep tried to abduct a young girl in Unionport, authorities said.

The 11-year-old victim was walking at Castle Hill Avenue and Lafayette Place at 4 p.m. Wednesday when the man got out of a blue Chevy Astro van and approached her, cops said.

“You’re pretty,” the pervert told the child. “Are you on Facebook?”

The man then grabbed the girl and tried to pull her toward the van, but the brave child broke free and ran away, cops said.

The man then fled in the van.

He’s about 18 years old, 5 feet tall and 130 pounds, cops said. He was last seen wearing brown boots and a black jacket.

A youth was badly beaten and robbed by a pack of teens in Foxhurst authorities said.

The 15-year-old victim was coming out of a McDonald’s on Westchester Avenue at around 11:15 p.m. Jan. 17 when the brutes jumped him.

They punched and kicked him before grabbing his jacket and cellphone, cops said.

The victim managed to run into a liquor store on Prospect Avenue, but the gang followed him inside and continued the attack, cops said.

The boy was later taken to Lincoln Hospital with head and body trauma.

Queens

A would-be burglar tried to break into a home in South Richmond Hill when the security alarm went off and scared him away, authorities said.

The thief was captured on surveillance video creeping around the back of a house at 132nd Street and 101st Avenue just after 2 a.m. Jan. 17 before attempting to enter the garage, cops said. That triggered the home’s security alarm, causing him to flee.

Brooklyn

Two thieves robbed a Williamsburg cellphone store at gunpoint, authorities said.

The men entered the Metro PCS store on Havemeyer Street near South Fourth Street at around 8 p.m. Jan. 16 and one of them pulled a gun on the clerk behind the counter, ordering him to keep quiet, cops said.

The other crook walked behind the counter and removed about 40 cellphones before both thieves ran, cops said.

Staten Island

Two men have been charged with robbing two stores at a shopping center in Eltingville.

Anthony Cianci, 28, and Anthony Arroyo, 21, threw a brick through the window of a Subway sandwich shop on Richmond Avenue at around 2:30 a.m. Jan. 14 before climbing in and stealing cash, a Criminal Court complaint states.

Minutes later, the two threw another brick through the window of Ci Ci Nails before burglarizing that joint.

Both men were later arrested and charged with burglary, criminal mischief and possession of stolen property, according to a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

A thief entered a sleeping resident’s Midwood apartment through an unlocked door and made off with electronics and clothing, cops said.

The suspect’s image was captured on surveillance as he entered the building on East 12th Street near Coney Island Avenue at around 2:45 a.m. Thursday, cops said.

The robber netted a laptop and four leather jackets, said police, who added the victim never awoke.

A thug shot a man on a Brownsville street corner Sunday evening, cops said.

The 41-year-old victim had just left a store when the shooter opened fire, hitting the man in the stomach and shoulder at the corner of Pitkin Avenue and Watkins Street around 5:45 p.m., police said.

The wounded man was taken to Brookdale Hospital and is expected to survive, authorities said.

Police are looking for a suspect in his 20s, 5-foot-7 and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and black bandana scarf.


Queens

Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found floating in the East River.

The unidentified man, believed to be in his 40s, was discovered off the end of Ditmars Boulevard near the Hell Gate Bridge in Astoria around 7:45 a.m. Monday, cops said.

He had no obvious signs of trauma, authorities said.


The Bronx

Two married cops were busted after getting into a knock-down, drag-out fight in their home in Eastchester, authorities said.

Kervelin and Daniel Compres got into an argument inside the home around 3 a.m. Monday, and cops were called to the scene, sources said. The 34-year-old wife allegedly punched her 40-year-old husband, who then allegedly choked her.

Kervelin Compres was charged with assault, while Daniel Compres was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing. It was not immediately clear what sparked the fight.

 A man was fatally stabbed inside his Fleetwood apartment after an argument with his roommate, cops said.

The 29-year-old victim was found inside 1189 Grant Ave. around 3:30 p.m. Sunday with a stab wound to the chest, cops said.

The victim, whose name was not released, was rushed to Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators are searching for his roommate.

 A Mount Eden teen beat his younger brother so badly that he broke two broomsticks with his blows.

Saul Almonte, 16, struck his brother, who’s about a year younger, several times inside their apartment on Walton Avenue around 9:45 a.m. on Jan. 15, a Criminal Court complaint states.

Almonte allegedly broke one broom over his brother’s back before picking up a second one and continuing the beating and breaking that one.

It was not immediately clear what set off the furious teen, who was charged with assault, menacing and endangering the welfare of a child.

 A man smashed his ex-girlfriend’s head into a bathroom mirror in a South Bronx apartment, then blamed her for the damage after threatening to break her jaw, authorities said.

Malik Rodriguez, 22, accused the woman of cheating when he punched her in the face and side at 1 a.m. last Dec. 17, a Criminal Court complaint charges.

He allegedly attacked her again by choking her until she blacked out around 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 20 inside the home on Walton Avenue, court records state.

When the victim screamed, Rodriguez placed his thumbs in her mouth and squeezed while telling her to “shut up” and threatening to break her jaw, court papers state.

After bashing her head into the mirror, he allegedly shouted, “Look what the f–k you did to the mirror! :rolleyes: Stop f–king crying before I put your head through the mirror!”


Staten Island

 Three thieves pistol-whipped a man while robbing him and his two pals in Stapleton, authorities said.

Suspect Harry Stanley and his two accomplices approached the three victims on the corner of Tappen Court and Cedar Street around 2 p.m. on Jan. 11 before one of the thugs pulled out a gun and ordered the trio to hand over their belongings, a Criminal Court complaint charges.

Stanley then allegedly pushed one of the men against a fence, while one of his partners smacked another victim over the head with the gun.

The robbers stomped on one of the victims’ cell phones when it fell out of his pocket during the holdup, court records state.

Stanley was charged with robbery, criminal mischief and possession of stolen property, according to a spokesman for Staten Island District Attorney Daniel Donovan. His alleged accomplices are on the loose.
