Where are the machine-gun toting agents?
The Justice Department is looking into classified documents from Joe Biden’s time as Vice President discovered at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in DC.
According to CNN, Joe Biden’s attorneys discovered the classified documents in the private office which included top-secret files with the “sensitive compartmented information” (SCIF) designation LAST FALL just days before the midterm elections.
The National Archives referred the incident to the Justice Department.
According to CBS News, Attorney General Merrick Garland assigned US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois John Lausch (a Trump appointee) to review the documents.
“The roughly 10 documents are from President Biden’s vice-presidential office at the center, the sources said. CBS News has learned the FBI is also involved in the U.S. attorney’s inquiry.” CBS News reported.
CNN reported:
Several classified documents from President Joe Biden’s time as vice president were discovered last fall in a private office, a source with knowledge of the matter tells CNN.
The National Archives has referred the matter to the Justice Department for further investigation, the source told CNN.
Biden’s lawyers found the government materials in November while closing out a Washington, DC-based office that Biden used as part of his relationship with the University of Pennsylvania, where he was an honorary professor from 2017 to 2019, the source said.
“The White House is cooperating with the National Archives and the Department of Justice regarding the discovery of what appear to be Obama-Biden Administration records, including a small number of documents with classified markings,” Richard Sauber, special counsel to President Biden, said in a statement. “The documents were discovered when the President’s personal attorneys were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C. The President periodically used this space from mid-2017 until the start of the 2020 campaign. On the day of this discovery, November 2, 2022, the White House Counsel’s Office notified the National Archives. The Archives took possession of the materials the following morning.”
“The discovery of these documents was made by the President’s attorneys,” Sauber added. “The documents were not the subject of any previous request or inquiry by the Archives. Since that discovery, the President’s personal attorneys have cooperated with the Archives and the Department of Justice in a process to ensure that any Obama-Biden Administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives.”
This is the two-tiered justice system in action.
Biden’s jack-booted thugs descended on Mar-a-Lago last summer to seize ‘classified’ documents stored at Trump’s Florida residence.
Machine-gun toting agents were spotted outside of Trump’s residence.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden’s lawyers were able to exchange pleasantries with the goons at the National Archives after Biden illegally stored classified materials at a private office.
House Oversight Chair Rep. Comer blasted Joe Biden in a statement on reports of classified documents found at Penn Biden Center.
“President Biden has stated that taking classified documents from the White House is ‘irresponsible.’ Under the Biden Administration, the Department of Justice and National Archives have made compliance with the Presidential Records Act a top priority. We expect the same treatment for President Biden, who has apparently inappropriately maintained classified documents in an insecure setting for several years,” Comer said.

Belated revelation classified documents found in private Biden office turns legal, political tables

When Attorney General Merrick Garland announced Nov. 18 that he had named a special prosecutor to investigate former President Donald Trump's handling of classified documents found at the Mar-a-Lago compound, the government harbored a fresh secret: The current president, Joe Biden, had a similar problem.
Just two weeks earlier, Biden's lawyers disclosed to government lawyers on Nov. 2 — just six days before the midterm elections — that they had found sensitive government documents with classified markings inside an office that Biden used at the Penn Biden Center think tank in Washington after he left office as Barack Obama's vice president.
The public was kept in the dark about the startling discovery until Monday, when the White House confirmed it was cooperating with an investigation launched by the Justice Department at the request of the same National Archives that has tussled with Trump over the last year.
The belated disclosure turned the political tables on Biden, who sharply criticized Trump for his document debacle last fall, while also raising troubling new questions that will be need to be answered by a U.S. Attorney in Illinois and Congress.
Those questions include:
  • Are there any other documents missing from Biden's government document collection from his time as vice president?
  • Are there any other locations — insecure or secure — where Biden might have kept sensitive government secrets?
  • Did the government delay notifying the public for political or other purposes, such as sparing Biden from criticism or to keep voters in the dark before Election Day?
  • Did any foreign powers have access to the office space where the documents were found?
The latter question took on added significance Monday night because it has been known for years that the University of Pennsylvania received extensive Chinese funding — estimated in some media reports at $54 million — around and after the time Biden announced his policy think tank was going to be part of the university's Washington program.
Republicans who chafed for months at the Biden Justice Department's records battle with Trump immediately seized on the revelation and vowed a vigorous investigation.
"Under the Biden Administration, the Department of Justice and National Archives have made compliance with the Presidential Records Act a top priority," Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the new chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, told Just the News. "We expect the same treatment for President Biden, who has apparently inappropriately maintained classified documents in an insecure setting for several years."
Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-Texas), a former White House physician, went even further to suggest Biden was a hypocrite, his administration guilty of a double standard and the whole episode possibly a national security risk.
"Biden knew for YEARS that he's been storing HIGHLY CLASSIFIED documents in his personal office," Jackson tweeted. "He KNEW it when FBI agents were raiding Mar-a-Lago, and he KNEW it when he appointed a partisan special counsel. HE KNEW THE WHOLE TIME BUT STILL HAD HIS DOJ GOONS PERSECUTE TRUMP!!"
Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) said the connection of Chinese money to the university added a troubling aspect.
"This think tank received $54 million in funding from the CCP," Biggs wrote on the Truth Social platform. "The Biden family highly concerns me."
Trump himself was glad to turn the tables Monday night on his rival.
"When is the FBI going to raid the many homes of Joe Biden, perhaps even the White House?" Trump asked in a post on Truth Social. "These documents were definitely not declassified."
For now, the first line of business — to determine whether crimes were committed or other documents are missing — will fall to U.S. Attorney John Lausch, a Trump holdover in Illinois who has been asked by Garland to lead a review of the Biden documents.
A senior government official directly familiar with the discovery told Just the News that the National Archives asked the Justice Department to open an investigation in November after a small number of classified documents — some marked top secret — were found in a closet in the Penn Biden Center in Washington, where Biden worked after he left the Obama administration.
The White House released a statement Monday evening confirming the discovery and the investigation, saying Biden's lawyers self-disclosed the existence of the documents when the office previously used by the president was being vacated for another party.
"The White House is cooperating with the National Archives and the Department of Justice regarding the discovery of what appear to be Obama-Biden Administration records, including a small number of documents with classified markings," White House special counsel Richard Sauber said in a statement after the discovery was reported by CBS and CNN. "The documents were discovered when the President's personal attorneys were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C."
Biden "used this space from mid-2017 until the start of the 2020 campaign," Sauber said. "On the day of this discovery, November 2, 2022, the White House Counsel's Office notified the National Archives. The Archives took possession of the materials the following morning."
He added: "The documents were not the subject of any previous request or inquiry by the Archives. Since that discovery, the President's personal attorneys have cooperated with the Archives and the Department of Justice in a process to ensure that any Obama-Biden Administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives."
Tom Fitton, president of the Judicial Watch watchdog group, told Just the News the Biden disclosure will have both a political and legal boomerang.
"The Biden operation hid from the American people the discovery of classified records in VP Biden's office just before November elections," he said. "Will there now be a raid of Biden's home?
"This development highlights the absurdity and lawlessness of the raid on Trump's home, as Biden is implicated in the very same conduct and yet is being protected by the agencies hounding Trump."
After the FBI found classified documents at Trump's Mar-a-Lago office during a raid in August, Garland named a special prosecutor to investigate the 45th president. And Biden ridiculed Trump as "totally irresponsible" for his handling of the materials.
"How that could possibly happen? How anyone could be that irresponsible?" Biden asked a few months ago. "And I thought what data was in there that may compromise sources and methods?"
House Republicans pounced on the revelations, vowing a vigorous investigation and noting Biden's prior comments.
"President Biden has stated that taking classified documents from the White House is 'irresponsible,'" Comer said.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green (R-Ga.) told Fox News' Tucker Carlson that "Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice, they have to be held accountable if they don't treat Joe Biden exactly the same way they're treating President Trump."

Why Was Hunter Paying Joe Biden $50k Per Month To Rent House Where Classified Documents Found?

A tweet has people asking questions.

A Thursday tweet from the NY Post‘s Miranda Devine containing a background check for Hunter Biden has people asking questions.

“The now-52-year-old began listing the Wilmington home as his address following his 2017 divorce from ex-wife Kathleen Buhle — even falsely claiming he owned the property on a July 2018 background check form as part of a rental application,” the Post reported.

Of note, this is the same house where classified documents were found.

Yet, upon closer inspection, Hunter lists the “Monthly Rent” as $49,910 – or roughly $550,000 for the 11 months he indicated he lived there?

A Zillow search reveals that the most expensive home currently for rent in Wilmington, Delaware is going for $6,000 per month.

According to Town & Country magazine, Biden’s home is worth around $2 million.

Could Hunter, a crackhead, have accidentally listed the annual rent payment to his father for the house which contained classified documents? Sure. But why was his wealthy ex-VP dad charging him rent in the first place, when Hunter was allegedly broke?

Trending Politics asks the quiet part out loud; was this Hunter’s way of funneling money to his father?

After Hunter’s divorce was finalized in May of 2017, he was included in an email from his business partner James Gilliar about a venture with Chinese state-funded energy company CEFC China Energy. The email stated that Hunter and his partners would receive 20% of the shares in the new business, with 10% going to Hunter’s uncle James Biden and the other 10% being “held by H for the big guy.”
Tony Bobulinski, another one of Hunter’s former business partners, claims that he had a meeting with Joe Biden regarding the CEFC venture on May 2, 2017, and that the president was the individual referred to as the “big guy” in Gilliar’s email. Additionally, Gilliar himself confirmed that Joe Biden was the “big guy” mentioned in a message found on the laptop.
And as the NY Post reports, “The following year, federal investigators began looking into whether Hunter and his business associates violated tax and money laundering laws during their dealings in China and other countries. Emails and other records related to the deals were found on the laptop, which Hunter dropped off at a Delaware repair shop in 2019 and never reclaimed.

“I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,” Hunter told his daughter Naomi in January, 2019. “It’s really hard. But don’t worry, unlike pop, I won’t make you give me half your salary.”

Of course, Hunter paid his daddy $50k a month in rent.

Here’s a text message Hunter sent his daughter in 2019 saying he gives JOE BIDEN “half” his salary.

This was found on Hunter’s laptop.https://t.co/Ys1TzTlq3l pic.twitter.com/gsO8hP8r3b

As the Post continues:

The laptop doesn’t contain any direct evidence of such money transfers but shows Hunter was routinely on the hook for household expenses — including repairs to the Wilmington home.
In December 2020, weeks after his father was elected president, Hunter Biden announced that his “tax affairs” were being investigated by federal authorities in Delaware
, and said he was “confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately.”
Recent reports have indicated investigators believe they have enough evidence to charge the first son with tax crimes — as well as with lying about his drug abuse on a federal form so he could buy a gun in 2018.
So, was the $49,910 ‘monthly’ rent a simple crackhead mistake when that was in fact the annual payment amount, or did Hunter create “Exhibit A” for any honest prosecutors to pursue? We aren’t holding our breath on the latter.

TAX CHEAT? Joe Didn't Report the $50,000/Month in Rent Hunter Claimed He Paid

It looks like somebody might be a tax cheat, and the question is whether it’s Presidentish Joe Biden, his son Hunter Biden — or both.

On the Schedule E portion of his 2017 tax forms, Joe Biden reported $19,800 in “rents received,” and none in 2018, according to information reported on Sunday by Breitbart’s Wendell Husebø.

But when filling out a background check, Hunter Biden claimed to pay a specific $49,910 rent each month to his dad from March 2017 to February 2018. This is the same home where classified documents were recently found stacked in the garage. Biden the Younger spent about a year — during part of his drugged-out times — renting (?) Biden the Elder’s Wilmington, Del., home following his divorce from Kathleen Biden.

Kathleen filed for divorce after learning that (among other women, including an Arkansas stripper who gave birth to Hunter’s unacknowledged daughter in 2018) Hunter was having an affair with his dead brother Beau’s widow, Hallie.

No, this is not an episode of Dynasty. This is the family life of the Most Powerful Man in the World™. The whole clan is so wrapped up in a nasty web of sex, money, and inappropriate showers between Père and his “hyper-sexualized” young daughter that it’s easy to get lost.

We were talking about Joe Biden’s tax problem, weren’t we? Here’s the form Hunter filled out:

Joe Biden, Tax Cheat?

You should know that Joe Biden’s Wilmington home “is currently valued at $1,380,800 by real estate website Zillow.com” and has an estimated rental value of about $7,600 per month.

If you’re thinking, “Hunter must have been on drugs to pay six and a half times what that place is worth!” And, of course, Hunter was on drugs.

But at the same time Hunter Biden was self-documenting his antics with various drugs and Russian prostitutes, he was being paid about $50,000 per month by Burisma, the corrupt Ukraine energy giant.

Maybe the board at Burisma mistook Hunter for a productive employee in the same way Hunter once mistook a small piece of parmesan cheese for a crack rock and tried to smoke it. Or, more likely, Hunter Biden was a convenient conduit to Joe Biden.

There’s more than one way to kick back 10% to “the Big Guy,” and making vastly inflated rent payments is certainly one of them.

If a son wants to pay his dad too much rent — for any reason — that’s one thing. But if dad doesn’t report those earnings to the IRS, that’s a very different thing. It’s called “being a tax cheat.”

It’s entirely possible that Hunter lied on the screening form about the rent he paid. Although if ApplyCheck had asked for receipts, that would have brought to a screeching halt whatever Hunter was trying to do with them.

The mainstream media was awfully interested in President Donald Trump’s tax returns, right up until we learned that he paid a lot of taxes when he made a lot of money and didn’t pay much in taxes when he lost money. That’s when the long-simmering story was suddenly neglected like yesterday’s cold oatmeal.

There’s a lot more meat on the bones of the Biden Dynasty Chronicles. Let’s see if the press digs its teeth in or not.

TRUMP: “Whatever Happened To The Biden Documents Case?”

President Trump on Saturday wanted to know what happened to the Biden classified documents case.
There have been no leaks and virtually no updated media reports on the special counsel investigating Biden’s stolen classified documents case.
“Whatever happened to the Biden Documents Case? 20 times more documents than I have, and I’m allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act, he’s not. What about the Classified Docs he had in Chinatown, and on his garage floor in Delaware. Is he being charged under the Espionage Act? What about Penn Center, which receives China money, or the 1850 boxes that he is not wanting to release? Was Obama, Clinton, Bush, or others so charged? No, only “TRUMP,” because I am illegally being targeted!” Trump said on Truth Social on Saturday.

Joe Biden has yet to be interviewed by the special counsel investigating the stolen classified documents he stored at the Penn Biden Center and in his Delaware garage.
Biden stole SCIF-designated classified documents and improperly stored them at the Penn Biden Center.

Biden also stored classified documents in his garage next to his Corvette where his son Hunter had access to the sensitive materials.
biden-garage-pile-leno.jpg

Nine boxes of documents were taken from Joe Biden’s lawyer’s Boston office and we have no idea what is in those boxes because the National Archives is covering up for Biden.
Joe Biden is also withholding information from the Senate Intel Committee.
The University of Delaware is covering for Biden and refusing to release 1850 boxes of his Senate records!
The University of Delaware refuses to release Biden’s records and said that the papers will not be released until two years after Biden retires from public office.
“The collection of former Vice President Biden’s senatorial papers is still being processed, with many items yet to be cataloged,” an email from a school spokeswoman said. “The entire collection will remain closed to the public until two years after Mr. Biden retires from public life.”
Judicial Watch and the Daily Caller News Foundation initially filed a FOIA lawsuit in 2020 for all of Biden’s senate records – 1,850 boxes of records.
US Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed US Attorney Robert Hur as the special counsel overseeing the investigation into Biden’s classified documents scandal in January and still no charges.
In contrast, Merrick Garland appointed Jack Smith as a special counsel to investigate documents stored at Mar-a-Lago in November and he indicted Trump approximately 6 months later after hundreds of damaging leaks to the media.
